This study aimed to assess the effects of exogenous hydrogen sulfide (H<sub>2</sub>S) on abdominal aorta coarctation (AAC) induced myocardial fibrosis (MF) and autophagy in rats. Forty-four Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group, AAC group, AAC + H<sub>2</sub>S group, and H<sub>2</sub>S control group. After a model of rats with AAC was built surgically, AAC + H<sub>2</sub>S group and H<sub>2</sub>S group were injected intraperitoneally with H<sub>2</sub>S (100 µmol/kg) daily. The rats in the control group and the AAC group were injected with the same amount of PBS. We observed that H<sub>2</sub>S can improve left ventricular function and the deposition of myocardial collagen fibers, inhibit pyroptosis, down-regulate the expression of P-eif2α in myocardial tissue, and inhibit cell autophagy by activating the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/AKT1 signaling pathway (p < 0.05). In addition, angiotensin II (1 µM) H9c2 cardiomyocytes were injured in vitro experiments, and it was also observed that pyroptosis was inhibited after H<sub>2</sub>S (400 µmol/kg) intervention, the expression of P-eif2α in cardiomyocytes was significantly down-regulated, and the PI3K/AKT1 signaling pathway was activated at the same time. Therefore, increasing the expression of P-eif2α reverses the activation of the PI3K/AKT1 signaling pathway by H<sub>2</sub>S. In conclusion, these findings suggest that exogenous H<sub>2</sub>S can ameliorate MF in rats with AAC by inhibiting pyroptosis, and the mechanism may be associated with inhibiting the phosphorylation of eif2α and activating the PI3K/AKT1 signaling pathway to inhibit excessive cell autophagy.
Damage Mechanism of Drift Ice Impact

The ice damage occurs frequently in cold and dry region of western China in winter ice period and spring thaw period. In the drift ice condition, it is easy to form different extrusion force or impact force to damage tunnel lining, causing project failure. The failure project could not arrive the original planning and construction goal, giving rise to the water allocation pressure which influences diversion irrigation and farming production in spring. This study conducts the theoretical study on contact-impact algorithm of drift ices crashing diversion tunnel based on the symmetric penalty function in finite element theory. ANSYS/LS-DYNA is adopted as the platform to establish tunnel model and drift ice model. LS-DYNA SOLVER is used as the solver and LS-PREPOST is used to do post-processing, analyzing the damage degrees of drift ices on tunnel. Constructing physical model in the experiment to verify and reveal the impact damage mechanism of drift ices on diversion tunnel. The software simulation results and the experiment results show that tunnel lining surface will form varying degree deformation and failure when drift ices crash tunnel lining on different velocity, different plan size and different thickness of drift ice. The researches also show that there are damages of drift ice impact force on tunnel lining in the thawing period in cold and dry region. By long time water scouring, the tunnel lining surfaces are broken and falling off which breaks the strength and stability of the structure.

This study aimed at examining how the organizational citizenship behavior as a significant attitude variable of organization members appear through daily sports activities and self-efficacy in local administration organizations. To study the organizational citizenship behavior of local public officers as an important attitude variable and the human resource management program that is used to guide their behaviors, it made an assumptive model based on the results of precedent studies and intended to examine its cause and effects. To achieve the purpose of the study, this study presented specific items to be examined and intended to identify them as follows. This study used questionnaire for the study, and it consists of questions about daily sports activities, self-efficacy, organizational citizenship behaviors, altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship, conscientiousness and civic virtue. The data, this study used the 'SPSSwin Ver. 10.01 statistics package' on a personal computer to perform descriptive statistics and demonstration of a research model and its assumption. For the statistical analysis, it used the single-dimensional analysis using Cronbach's Alpha, the Cross Tabulation, the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and the Multi-Regression.
폴리 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유의 改質에 의한 染色性 改良에 關한 硏究

This paper concerns with the utilization of the treatment of sulfuric acid for improvement of dyeing of poly ethylene terephthalate(P. E. T) fiber. The P. E. T. fiber drafted to various times was treated with 70~74% sulfuric acid at 80~95℃ for 30~120min and neutralized with 2% ammonia. The fiber thus prepared has remarkable advantage in high yields of colours when dyed with C. I. Basic Green 4. The tensile strength of 3.2 times drafted P. E. T. fiber is as high as that of used fiber.

This paper is an attempt to survey and analyze copper contents in the sea-water of downstream of the GumRiver which empties into the Yellow sea holding contaminated water from the mining and metallic industries. To survey and analyze it, eight different areas of sea-water of the Gum River was picked up from the upper surfaces and the lower stratum at each full and ebb tides on April 20, 1978. Then careful examination in to the copper contents was made and the following results were obtained : 1. The sea-water of examining area of the downst rcam of the Gum River holds 0.048-0.141 parts per million (PPM) of copper contents, and the average is around 0.079 (PPM) 2. Copper contents at each full and ebb tides made some differences respectively. At ebb) tide copper contents (0.095) is rather heavier than that (0.063) at the full tide. It indicated that the sea-water comprised much copper contents. 3. It has been examined that the lower stratum (0.092) contains more copper contents than in the upper surface of the sea-water (0.067). 4. The result obtained after the examination by each area indicated that around Jang Hang Refinery, 1st area, the copper contents is heaviest (0.125) and the mouth of downstream of the Gum River, 3rd area, revealed the least amount (0.046) of copper contents. 5. Since the turbidity at the downstream of the Gum River is thick when seen through the naked eyes, the contamination seems to be serious, but it is thought that the pollution of the Gum River is not still sorious in terms of the quantity of copper, on of heavy metal, contained.
