This essay aims to investigate several previous problems of the study on Jo Gi-Chun's Baekdusan. The results of this essay are summarized as the following: First, this essay investigates differences between several Baekdusan Texts, that is, 1955 Text, 1986 Text(1987 Text, 1989 Text) and 1995 Text(2004 Text). And, it examines we should practical use 1955 Text in order to study Jo Gi-Chun's Baekdusan. Second, it investigates the fact that Kim Il-Sung intervened in the process of creating Jo Gi-Chun's Baekdusan, holding political intention in his bosom. Third, it investigates that several perspectives ― external, internal, and internal-critical ― of the study on North Korean Literature. And, it investigates internal-critical perspective is most suitable for the study on Jo Gi-Chun's Baekdusan among three perspectives. In conclusion, it is claimed that we should read Baekdusan(before-1955 Text) by focusing on the political history of North Korea in terms of the internal-critical perspective for the study on Jo Gi-Chun's Baekdusan.
중·고등학교 유도선수들의 성취목표 성향이 귀인유형에 미치는 영향

Recent trends, the major objective of this investigation was to examine the effect on judo players achievement goal orientation of middle and high school on attribution styles. Subjects were 107 judo players in the middle and high school. Tools were used to TEOSQ and attribution scale. Results revealed that when they perceived task as success, task-and ego-directed goal orientation had significant effect on effort and ability respectively. This results were discussed in terms of the three-dimensional achievement goal orientation, earned helplessness, and implicit theory of Dweck(1988) as future studies.
단순반복 작업자의 작업대 및 의자의 형태와 누적외상성질환 증상과의 관계

목적 : 단순반복작업 생산직 근로자의 누적외상성질환에 대한 사업주의 건강관리규정 준수상태 및 근로자의 자각증상호소와 의자 및 작업대의 형태를 파악하고 크기를 측정하여 이들과 누적외상성질환 자각증상호소와의 관련요인을 알아보고 대책을 제공하고자 한다. 방법 : 서울 및 경기지역 일부 100인 미만 사업장중 전기, 전자부품 제조업체 7개를 선정하여 생산직 근로자 77명을 대상으로 누적외상성질환에 대한 사업주의 건강관리규정 준수상태와 및 근로자의 자각증상호소에 대한 설문조사를 실시하고 의자와 작업대의 크기를 측정하고 증상과의 관련요인을 알아보기 위하여 로지스틱회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 : 의자와 작업대가 작업자세에 영향을 준다고 인식하는 작업자는 85.7 %이였으며 단순반복작업 근로자 작업관리지침에 의한 사업주의 근로자에 대한 관심은 매우 낮았다. 누적외상성질환 자각증상 호소율은 63.6 %이였으며 자각증상 부위는 어깨 37.9%, 목 15.2 %, 등 6.1 %, 팔/팔꿈치 4.6 % 순이였다. 입사 후 초기발생시기는 평균 16.5개월이며 자각증상 호소는 작업대 두께, 작업대높이, 작업대 밑무릎공간, 등받이 높이, 좌석면 높이, 좌석면의 앞뒤길이, 좌석면의 좌우길이, 작업대끝에서 어깨까지의 거리에서 유의한 관련이 있었다. 자각증상호소의 관련요인은 등받이 높이, 좌석면의 높이, 좌석면의 앞뒤길이 이였다. 결 론 : 이상의 결과로 보아 정부는 단순반복작업 작업자의 누적외상성질환 예방을 위하여 사업주에 대 한 철저한 교육 및 관리감독을 해야한다. 사업주는 작업대 및 의자를 작업자의 신체치수와 작업내용에 맞게 높이를 조절할 수 있는 제품을 사용하고 작업전, 후에 정기적인 건강체조 및 휴식을 갖도록 하며 근로자에 대한 실질적인 보건교육이 이루어져야 한다. Objectives : The main purpose of this study was to investigate relationship between cumulative trauma disorders (CTDs) and the types of workstation and chair in workers with repetitive motion tasks. Methods : The study subjects were 77 repetitive motion tasks workers at small manufacturing industries in Seoul and Gyung-gi district area. A questionnaire was used to obtain about health practice for prevention and prevalence of CTDs by worker. The type of Workstations and chairs in workers were measured and analyzed with prevalence of CTDs by logistic regression. Results : Eighty-six percent of workers recognized that work posture was related to workstation and chair, Most employers and employees didn't follow the work practice guidelines for workers with repetitive motion tasks. The prevalence of CTDs was 64% by questionnaire. The prevalence of pain in shoulder, neck, back, and arm were 38%, 15%, 6%, and 5%, respectively, and the pain started after working an average duration of 16.5 months. The CTDs symptoms were significantly related to thickness of workstation, height of workstation, length of knee depth under workstation, height of back rest, height of seat pan, depth of sitting surface, width of sitting surface, and length from workstation surface edge to shoulder. By multiple regression analysis of each risk factor, prevalence of CTDs was highly correlated with height of back rest, height of seat pan, and depth of sitting surface. Conclusions : This study suggests that workstations should be made adjustable for height and chairs should be equipped with seat pan height control, enough sitting surface for depth and width, back rest height and angle control. The workers should use the right working postures, exorcise for health, occupational health education, and rest breaks and the manager of company should be educated for the preventing of CTDs.

From different angle with the existing standpoints, this study tried to catch the character of meaningful scope for the hyperonyms and hyponyms, the character of extension and intension for them, and the relation of them. It goes without saying that hyperonym have a wide meaning compared to hyponym, or hyponym have a narrow meaning compared to hyperonym. But it tried to verify these viewpoints stated as above, given that these phenomena can be contrary to each other according to viewpoint. For the viewpoint, there is the difference between the conception and the realities. If it catches the meaningful scope of them contrary to the existing standpoints like this, it may understand the modality of extension and intension for them contrary to the present standpoints. Many scholars has asserted the fact that hyperonym have a wide extension and narrow intention compared to hyponym, while hyponym is just the opposite. But this study took aim at reviewing this viewpoint, given that the fact can be changed by the viewpoint for meaningful scope.
앤더슨 모형을 이용한 우리나라 일부 대학생의 구강진료이용행태에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to provide framework for understanding university students' dental services utilization. In this paper Andersen model is applied to the analysis of dental services utilization. This model consists of predisposing, enabling, and need components that describe a person's decision to use dental health services. Questionnaire surveys were conducted for 521 university students. The number of independent variables used in the analysis was 36 in total, ie 25 predisposing components, 8 enabling components, and 3 need components. For statistical analyses of collected data, the multiple regression and the path analysis were adopted, The results obtained were as follows; 1. The proportion of student' dental visits was 41.5%, and the average of the dental visits was 2.33. 2. The purpose of most important recent utilization was dental caries treatment in university student. Also 4.4% of student visited dental clinic for oral disease prevention. 3. The amount of variance of the Andersen model for university student's dental visits was 16%. And of predisposing, enabling and need factors, which are components of the Andersen model, the need factors showed the largest amount of variance for university student's dental visits. 4. Number of restricted activity days caused by oral disease, having a regular dental care, socioeconomic status and perception on oral disease prevention were found to have significant major effects on dental services utilization of university student. Number of restricted activity days was most important factor affecting dental services utilization of student.
평판 및 쉘 구조물의 유한 요소해석을 위한 프로그램 개발

The original Mindlin-type degenerated plate and shell elements perform reasonably well for moderately thick shell structure. However, for thin shells when full integration is used to evaluate the stiffness matrix, overstiff solutions are often produced due to shear and membrane locking. To overcome the locking phenmena of the degenerated shell element, the assumed strain method is introduced. Using this approach, the finite element analysis program has been developed for the plate and shell under elastic conditions. The program are accommodated in a simple and effective manner by using a layered approach, where in two Gauss point integration scheme is adopted for each layer. Numerical tests for linear elastic problems show an improved performance of this program.
나리류 養液栽培時 培地種類 및 養掖濃度가 球根肥大와 切花品質에 미치는 影響

By studing on selection of optimal media and nutrient concentration in selected media so that carried out the influnance of bulb enlargment and quality of cut flower of hydroponicsis of lily. The result is following. 1. The sprouting was relatively fast in husk+peatmoss, perlite+peatmoss and, according to cultivars its rank was cv.Cherry Blossom, cv. Nove Cento, cv. Snow queen. The peroid of growing was short appromaxitively forty day in cv. nove cento, twenty day in cv.Snow Queen than that of spring planting. The quality of cut flower, that is plant height and number of flowers was excellent in fermented husk+fermented saw dust(7:3). 2. In the case of growing late, not only fresh weight increased remarkable but also degree of bulb enlargement revelaed greatly, when growing point of new bulb was differentiation. 3. The rate of bulb enlargement was remarkable difference between treatment according to nutrient concentration ; bulb weight , bulb diameter, bulb height, bulb width, number of scale and scale weight were very excellent in twofold standard soultion of Horticultural Experiment (N,30-P,6-K,12-Ca,16-mG,8me/1). 4. The quality of cut flower according to nutrient concentration, that is cut flower weight, cut flower height and leaf area were good when cv. Casa blanca was treated by standard soultion of H.E (N,15-P,3-K,6-Ca8-Mg,4me/l),cv. Elite was 1/2standard soultion of H.E.(N,7.5 -P, 1.5-K,3-Ca,4-Mg, 2ME/L) Gelria treated with twofold standard soultion of Horticultural Experiment was excellent in all of them above, but revealed bad for hardness of stem in the cv. casa blanca cultivars. 5. As a result of leaf analysis, all of cultivars revealed highly in rate of absorbance of nitrogen and potassium, when nutrient of high-concentration was treated Amount of absorbance of them remarkable increased in caseof cv. Elite cultivar, especilly absorbance of calcium was higher than other component. Amount absorbance of nitrogen in cv.casa blanca, according to high-concentration nutrient was much better but rate of absorbance of potassium weakly increased. Conseqencelly we know that nitrogen and potassium play an imporitant role in bulb enlargement and quality of cut flower. 6. The quality of bulb like bulb weight, bulb diameter, bulb width, bulb height, number of scale, scale weight were execellent as it cut thestem at 10 cm above the ground to reuse a bulb after cut flower.
In situ hybridization과 염색체 미세해부에 의한 특정 염색체 띠에 대한 유전자 발굴

Recently surmountable amounts of genes are being cloned but it is hard to define the chromosomal location and functions of these genes. In this study, a new technique was developed for cloning genes expressed in the developing human brain with confirmed chromosomal location. The mRNAs were extracted from 18 week old human fetal brain, cDNAs were made by reverse transcription from these mRNAs and Uni-amp cDNAs having Uni-amp adapters a t both ends were made for subsequent PCR. To observe the distribution of the Uni-amp cDNAs on the chromosome, fluorescent in situ hybridization was performed with biotin labeled Uni-amp cDNAs. Among the chromosome bands showing strong hybridization with the cDNAs, lq21, lq25, lq32 and lq42 were microdissected from the chromosome hybridized with unlabeled Uni-amp cDNAs and amplified by PCR with Uni-amp primers. These amplified cDNA fragments were subcloned to plasmid vectors and the nucleic acid sequences were analysed. As a result 18 different clones were confirmed the chromosomal localization. They were categorized as 4 clones of well characterized genes, 3 clones showing low homology with known genes, 5 clones of simply registered uncharacterized human cDNAs, and 6 clones of unknown genes. The evidence suggests that the technique is very useful to clone the genes that express in the developing human brain, with confirmed chromosomal location. In addition, this cloning technique can be used to discover the new genes related with neuronal development in combination with functional screening method.
