On-Line UPS 기능 내장형 ESS 설계 및 적용

본 논문에서는 ESS(Energy Storage System)의 Battery측 DC 전압을 공유하여 기본적인 ESS구성에 On-Line UPS기능을 함께 가지는 Multi-Function ESS를 설계하고, 적용한 기술을 설명 한다. 용량은 PCS 250kW, Battery 190kWh, UPS 125kW용량으로 구성하였으며, UPS는 125kWh 2Set를 이중화하는 구성으로 설계 하였다. On-Line UPS 기능 내장형 ESS 전체 제어는 PMS를 통해 이루어지며, 기본적으로 계통연계(GC), 독립운전(GI), GC와 GI가 센싱을 통해 자동으로 절체되는 Auto Mode 제어 모드를 가지며, TOU Application 운영이 가능하도록 제어기를 구현하였다. 또한 PMS는 Battery SoC를 모니터링하여, 사용자가 ESS와 UPS운영을 필요에 따라 용량을 정의하고 운영할 수 있도록 하였다. 관련기술을 기본/상세 설계 후 제작하여, 기능 및 성능에 대한 시험 검증 후 실제 부하와 연계하여 실증한 사례를 기술 한다.

우리나라 金融産業 發展에 關한 硏究

Though modern bank of our country was established about a century ago, our country's financial industry has been making progress for only recent 20 years. It is truth that our country's financial industry has been growing distinctly from its formal point, it is likely not to be enough in the growth of real economy. The reason why financial industry is inferior to real economy is : First, because of continuing inflation, household and enterprise are reluctant to hold financial asset including money. Second, there was no financial innovation. Third, antrepronoors frequently failed to invest the capital ??복사불량. Fourth, government controlled financial industry too strongly. Our country's financial industry of future must be established on the proposition that the proposition that the principle of chance and the principle of market economy should be ??복사불량. First, the direction and contents that finance Self-control should be rooted, must be established. Second, according to business cycle, government should content interest eiastically. Third, financial authorities should pursue profit maximizing for the officiency of financial industry. Fourth, financial industry should adapt the principle of competition and promote to develop the financial industry. I put emphasis on financial improvements in this article. But what is important is that government and authorities of financial field should have strong will to improve and carry out strenuously.

Polar 변환을 이용한 의료영상에서의 강인한 워터마킹 기법

In this paper, we propose a robust watermarking against RST attacks in medical images on the PACS. The proposed scheme modifies and improves Log-Polar Mapping and Fourier Mellin Transform in order to realize and recover serious image degradation and watermark data loss caused by the conversion between cartesian coordinate and log-polar coordinate. We used the radius and theta Look Up Table to solve the realization of the Fourier Mellin Transform, and inserted a watermark into 2D-DFT magnitude using the Spread Spectrum. Experimental results show that this method is robust to rotation attack.

치과병원에서 사용되는 진단영상에 대한 JPEG 2000 압축률에 대한 평가

Purpose : To find out the proper compression ratios without degrading image quality and affecting lesion detectability on diagnostic images used in dentistry compressed with JPEG 2000 algorithm. Materials and Methods : Sixty Digora periapical images, sixty panoramic computed radiographic (CR) images, sixty computed tomographic (CT) images, and sixty magnetic resonance (MR) images were compressed into JPEG 2000 with ratios of 10 levels from 5 : 1 to 50 : 1. To evaluate the lesion detectability, the images were graded with 5 levels (1: definitely absent; 2: probably absent; 3: equivocal; 4: probably present; 5: definitely present), and then receiver operating characteristic analysis was performed using the original image as a gold standard. Also to evaluate subjectively the image quality, the images were graded with 5 levels (1: definitely unacceptable; 2: probably unacceptable; 3: equivocal; 4: probably acceptable; 5: definitely acceptable), and then paired t-test was performed. Results : In Digora, CR panoramic and CT images, compressed images up to ratios of 15 : 1 showed nearly the same lesion detectability as original images, and in MR images, compressed images did up to ratios of 25 : 1. In Digora and CR panoramic images, compressed images up to ratios of 5 : 1 showed little difference between the original and reconstructed images in subjective assessment of image quality. In CT images, compressed images did up to ratios of 10 : 1 and in MR images up to ratios of 15 : 1. Conclusion : We considered compression ratios up to 5 : 1 in Digora and CR panoramic images, up to 10 : 1 in CT images, up to 15 : 1 in MR images as clinically applicable compression ratios.

모바일 생태지도 기반의 생태계 모니터링 기법

The main objective of this study is to develop ecological maps based on the mobile monitoring results in the field. It's possible to make a comparison of different ecological function and structure following the spatiotemporal changes of important ecological resources due to the degradation of ecosystem using this map. At first, a method of ecological survey on Nakdong River estuary using an integrated mobile GIS which are comprised of PDA, GPS and digital camera will be established. Secondly, a system to collect, manipulate and manage the surveyed ecological data will be developed. Thirdly, the standard ecological survey methodology will be set up by the mutual agreement through the several seminars and workshops among the potential users of the system, system manufacturers, ecological experts and researchers of this study. In order to enhance the capability of the practicality, the demand analysis of potential users' (i.e. ecologists) request will be conducted. At fourth, the institutionalized guideline in mobile ecological survey, the collection and management of the surveyed ecological data will be suggested for practical use.

국가 위성항법 시스템의 활용과 관련된 이용서비스

This study is intended to describe and suggest the future available services by using the ability of estimating position with submeter error, which is provided by National Differential Global Positioning System(NDGPS). Such countries as Japan, Australia, Europe, and the United States have reviewed various applications for DGPS services with high accuracy of submeter level. In Korea, many researchers have found applications usable by NDGPS. Korea government is also seeking for applications to efficiently utilize NDGPS services as a national infrastructure. We suggest Global Navigation Satellite Services(GNSS) position services with high accuracy by investigating technologies with relation to a national R&D strategy in the field of Information Technology(IT) and Marine Technology(MT). The suggested services would help expand the future applications for NDGPS.

한반도 표면온도의 시공간 분석을 통한 도시열섬 적용

In this study, the spatiotemporal surface temperature changes were analyzed in the Korean pennisula. The surface temperature variation was estimated using the split-window method and NOAA/AVHRR data in 1991, 1995 and 2000. The ranges of differences were 3-15℃ around the penninsula. The differences in seasonal variations and yearly flucturations in big cities were lower than those in rural areas and showed clearly the effects of the urbanization. The characteristics of urban heat affects were further determined based on the day and night time temparature comparision on Busan metropolitan area between these periods. Finally, the future use of this technology was suggested for the urban environmental planning.

국내산 죽순대의 펄프화를 위한 연구

본 연구는 국내산 죽순대의 펄프와 가능성을 탐색하기 위한 기초 연구의 일환으로 수행되었다. 국내의 남부 지역에 다량 식재되어 있는 죽순대(Phyllostachys pubescens)를 펄프화하기 위한 최적의 증해조건을 찾고자 하였다. 죽순대의 펄프 방법은 NaOH와 Na_2S를 펄프화 약액으로 사용하는 크라프트 펄프화법이었고, 이들 약액의 조성비를 달리하여 펄프화를 시도하였다. 죽순대 펄프의 수율은 활성 알칼리와 황화도를 증가시킬수록 감소하였지만 펄프의 물성은 증가하였다. 그러나 동일 조건으로 증해된 활엽수 크라프트 펄프에 비하여 낮은 수율과 물성을 나타내었지만 일정한 활성 알칼리 하에서 황화도를 증가시키면 활엽수 크라프트 펄프보다 나은 물성을 갖는 죽순대 펄프를 제조할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 죽순대는 적정 증해 조건의 사용으로 활엽수 크라프트 펄프의 대체 자원으로 사용될 수 있는 유효한 자원임이 확인되었다. This study was carried out to explore optimum chemical pulping conditions of P. pubescens growing in the southern area of Korea. Kraft pulping using chemical liquors such as NaOH and Na_2S was applied to manufacture P. pubescens pulp. Even though the yield and the physical properties of bamboo pulp were lower than those of unbleached kraft hardwood pulp under a constant pulping condition, the increased sulfidity under the constant active alkali contributed to improvement of physical properties of the bamboo pulp. Finally, this study made clear that P. pubescens could be used as an efficient fiber resource to substitute chemical hardwood pulps under proper pulping conditions.
