      • 철근 콘크리트 H.P 셀의 해석

        본 연구는 철근 콘크리트 H.P. 쉘의 3차원 재료적 비선형 해석을 하기 위한 것이다. 콘크리트 요소는 3축 비선형 응력-변형률 거동, 균열, 파쇄 및 변형률 완화를 포함하는 3차원 16절점 고체 요소를 사용하고, 철근은 3절점 탄소성 트러스 요소를 사용한다. 거동 해석으로는 균열후 골재의 맞물림을 고려하는 유효 전단 계수를 도입하였으며, 수치 해를 얻기 위해 증분법을 사용하였다. 수치 예제로서 Lin의 철근 콘크리트 H.P. 쉘을 채택하여, 본 해석 결과와 비교하였다. This study presents the three-dimensional material nonlinear analysis of reinforced concrete H.P. shell. A concrete is idealized with three-dimensional 16-node solid element including triaxial nonlinear stress-strain behavior, cracking, crushing and strain softening; a steel with three-dimensional 3-node truss element including elastic-plastic behavior with strain hardening. The effective shear modules considering aggregate interlock after cracking and an incremental method is used to obtain a numerical solution. Numerical examples of Lin's reinforced concrete H.P. shell is selected to compare with the numerical results.

      • 고추 乾燥機 開發을 위한 고추의 適正 乾燥方法에 관한 基礎 硏究

        Drying method, the characteristics of dryer, which are currently used to dry a red pepper, were surveyed and analyzed to design and analyze an economical red dryer. Based on the results of this research the following conclusions were made: Drying by red pepper dryer was the most popular drying method(49.0%) surveyed from the farmhouse distribution according to drying method. After primary drying, secondary drying was widely performed. The larger area was cultivated the red pepper by farmer, the more dryer was used to dry it. Besides the smaller area was, the more warehouse drying was. From drying temperature according to the drying periods, the lower initial input temperature was, the lower initial temperature was. While the initial input temperature was passing to the final drying, initial temperature was inclined to be higher. The drying time and temperature were not constant. The number of mean drying day according to the drying methods were 13.8, 3.7∼5, and 1.7 for natural drying, house drying, warehouse drying, and dryer respectively. The dryer should spread far and wide in future, because red pepper drying was difficult in bad weather for drying red pepper. An economical red pepper dryer should be developed as soon as possible.

      • 高溫疲勞에서 싸이클依存型 및 時間依存型 疲勞크랙傳播의 遷移 : 싸인應力波 및 사디리꼴應力波에 대하여

        A study on the nonlinear fracture mechanics was made on the low-cycle fatigue crack growth in SUS304 stainless steel under trapezoidal and sine stress wave at 650℃. The high temperature low cycle fatique crack growth behavior was classified into two categories: cycle-dependent and time dependent. The cycle-dependent crack growth rate correlated well with J integral range ?J, whereas the time dependent crack growth rate was characterized by modified J integral Jex. A parameter βwas found useful in predicting the transition from the cycle-dependent crack growth to the time-dependent crack growth. Conducting the experiment of high temperature fatigue crack propagation in trapezoidal, and sine stress wave, following conclusions were obtained. 1. Crack propagation behavior can be classified into cycle-dependent and time-dependent. 2. The transition of cycle-dependent crack propagation to time dependent one could be predicted bt either parameter βor ?J/ ?J?.

      • 重油灰로부터 바나듐의 分離 回收에 관한 硏究

        The separation and the purification of the vanadium from petroleum fly ash have been investigated. The experiments were carried out in leaching with the water, hydrochloric and sulfuric acid, adsorption with commercial selective resin for metals and extraction with commercial extractants. From the results, they were obtained the following conclusions. 1. The metals contained in the fly ash could be well leached with the water, hydrochloric and sulfuric acid. But first of all hydrochloric acid was the best leachant for separation of vanadium. 2. Adsorption capacity of vanadium was the following order, MC-75>SK-1B>CR-10>WK-10 and vanadium was concentrated to fifteen times enrichment per one gram using MC-75 in fixed bed adsorption and desorption. 3. As the purification of vanadium by extraction method, the extraction equilibrium distribution ration was increased with increasing the concentration of hydrochloric acid and the order was TOMAC>TBP>TOPO. At the range of pH 0∼3, the order was TOMAC>DP-8R>LIX51. 4. It was proposed the synthetic process for recovery of vanadium from petroleum fly ash.

      • 들잔디 성숙종자로부터 캘러스배양 및 식물체 재분화에 미치는 몇 가지 요인의 영향

        In an effort to optimize tissue culture responses of zoysiagrass (Zoysia japonica Steud.) for genetic transformation, factors affecting callus induction and plant regeneration were investigated. MS medium containing 3 ㎎/L 2,4-D was optimal for embryogenic callus induction from mature seed. The plant regeneration frequency of 73.3% was observed when embryogenic calli induced in this medium were transferred to N6 medium supplemented with 0.1 ㎎/L 2,4-D and 5 ㎎/L BA. Among several basic media, MS and N6 medium were optimal for callus induction and plant regeneration, respectively. Regenerated plants were grown normally when shoots transplanted to the soil. A rapid and efficient plant regeneration system established in this study will be useful for molecular breeding of turfgrass through genetic transformation.

        맥엽 및 항산화 조성물의 생리 기능적 특성에 관한 연구 : 아질산염 소거능을 중심으로 Study on the Nitrite Scavenging Effect

        맥엽과 이를 이용한 항산화 조성물을 제조하여 이에 존재하는 nitrite scavenging 효과와 이에 따른 발암원으로 부터의 보호 효과를 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 맥엽과 항산화 조성물 모두 수층에 비하여 메탄올층에서 아질산염 소거능이 2배 이상 높게 나타나 M-BL50의 0.01㎎/㎖ 농도에서 약 64.3%, M-AM 0.01㎎/㎖의 처리군이 이보다 약간 높은 68.3% 정도로 나타내었다. 마우스 단핵구 기원인 RAW 264.7(macrophage, mouse)에 맥엽과 항산화 조성물의 수층과 메탄올층을 처리하고 세포 생존율을 측정한 결과 수층 처리군에 비해 메탄올층 처리군에서 모두 세포 생존율이 더 낮게 측정되었으며 모든 시료에서 농도의존적으로 세포 증식이 억제되었다. 특히, M-AM을 처리한 군의 경우 모든 농도에서 가장 낮은 세포 생존율을 나타내어 항산화물 첨가에 의해 세포 증식 억제 효과가 상승됨을 알 수 있었으며, IC_(50) 수치 또한 메탄올층과 A-AM 시료 처리군에서 현저히 낮은 수치를 나타내었다. 또한 세포 내 아질산염 소거능을 측정한 결과 역시 마찬가지로 맥엽 입자 크기에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았으며 수층 처리군에 비해 메탄올층 처리군과 항산화물을 첨가한 군에서 모두 높은 소거능을 나타내어 맥엽 및 기타 항산화물을 섭취함으로써 체내에서의 니트로사민 생성을 억제시킬 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. This study was conducted to estimate the biofunctional characteristics, namely nitrite scavenging effect of barley leaves (BL) and their mixture (AM) with other antioxidants. Aqueous or methanol extracts were obtained from BL and AM. Aqueous and methanol extracts from barley leaves had relatively higher nitrite scavenging effects and its activities and contents increased in a concentration-dependent manner. The activities and contents of methanol extracts obtained from BL and AM were higher than those of aqueous extracts. Especially, AM containing BL and other antioxidant mixture had the highest activities and contents increased in a concentration-dependent manner. BL or AM were added to macrophage cells of RAW 264.7 Survival rates of the cells treated with BL and AM were measured to be different. IC_(50) value decreased in a concentration-dependent manner by the addition of aqueous or methanol extracts from BL and AM. Especially, methanol extracts of AM had the highest nitrite scavenging effects. Thus, BL and AM may have protective effect against carcinogen and immune ability against reactive molecules through NO (nitric oxide) signal pathway. From the above results, barley leaves appear to contain natural anticancer and immune-related agents and may have potentiality to be used as functional food ingredients.

        Software Components enable practical reuse of software ‘parts’ and amortization of investments over multiple applications. There are other units of reuse, such as source code libraries, designs, or architectures. Therefore, to be specific, software components are binary units of independent production, acquisition, and deployment that interact to form a functioning system. Insisting on independence and binary form is essential to allow for multiple independent vendors and robust integration. Building new solutions by combining bought and made components improves quality and supports rapid development, leading to shorter time to market. At the same time, nimble adaptation to changing requirements can be achieved by investing only in key changes of a component-based solution rather than undertaking a major release change. For these reasons component technology is expected by many to be the cornerstone of software development. So, this paper suggest a method to support software reuse using framework.

        GIS기반 토사유실모델을 이용한 저수지 사면의 토사유실 영향 분석

        임동 유역은 지질 및 토지피복 상태가 토사유실에 취약한 특성을 가지고 있어, 강우발생시 토사 유입으로 호소내 수질오염에 큰 영향을 주고 있으며, 특히 이러한 호소내 수질문제의 원인으로 저수지 사면의 토사유실 가능성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 저수지 사면에서 발생하는 토사유실 기여율을 평가하기 위해, 최근 GIS 및 위성영상과의 연계가 가능한 RUSLE 모형을 선정하였으며 사면에서 발생하는 토사유실 정확도에 큰 영향을 주는 사면의 범위와 폭 그리고 사면상태를DB로 구축하기 위해 현지조사를 실시하였다. 임동유역에 대한 토사유실량과 비교하여 저수지 사면에서 발생하는 토사유실량과의 영향을 분석한 결과 약 2.64%로 나타났다. 따라서 이러한 결과를 볼 때, 임동 유역의 토사유실량에 비해 저수지 사면의 토사유실 영향은 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 평가되었다. Soil particles from rainfall flow into reservoir and give lots of influence in water quality because the geological conditions and landcover characteristics of Imdong watershed have a weakness against soil loss. Especially, reservoir slant is indicated by the main source area of soil loss. This study selected RUSLE model that could apply GIS and satellite image to evaluate the contribution rate of soil loss in reservoir slant. And we carried out an on-the-spot survey for the range, width and condition of reservoir slant that give much influences to the accuracy of soil loss. As the result of evaluation to the influence of soil loss in reservoir slant, it showed 2. 64% in comparison with Imdong watershed. In view of these results, the influence of soil loss in reservoir slant was evaluated in low comparing with Imdong watershed relatively.

      • 신경병증성 통증 모델쥐 뒤뿌리신경절의 Nitric Oxide Synthase 아형 및 NADPH-diaphorase 발현에 관한 연구

        Injury to peripheral nerve somtimes lead to neuropathic pain. Nitric oxide(NO) is increased in the dorsal root ganglia (DRG) of neuropathic pain models, and L-NAME, a nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor, reduces neuropathic pain. However, it is not known that underlying mechanism of NO involvement in development and maintanence of neuropathic pain. It was found that there were three NOS isoforms-nNOS, eNOS, and iNOS. It is also necessary to investigate NOS isoforms in neuropathic pain. The aim of this study is to investigate NOS isoforms and NADPH-diaphorase expressions and underlying mechanism of NO involvement in neuropathic pain. The 5^th lambar (L5) DRG were obtaind after tight ligation of L5 an L6 spinal nerves for 7 days. Toluidine blue stain, immunohistochemistry for nNOS, eNOS, and iNOS, and NADPH-diaphorase histochemistry were performed. All specimens were observed under light microscope. nNOS expression was increased significantly in the cytoplasm of the DRG of ligated side at 7 day post-ligation (7D PL). eNOS expression was also increased in the blood vessel, a few neurons or satellite cells, and cell membrane of Schwann cells in the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. iNOS expression was increased in a few blood vessels and cytoplasm of small neurons in the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. NADPH-diaphorase expression was increased significantly in the neurons of the DRG of ligate side at 7D PL, but NADPH-diaphorase expressions were weak or absent in the blood vessel and Schwann cell in the contralateral DRG and the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. It is suggested that NOS isoforms may be closely related to development and mantanence of neuropathic pain in order of nNOS>eNOS>iNOS.
