기능성 소화불량증환자에서 Winstal® 투여에 관한 임상경험

목적 : 기능성 소화불량증은 소화, 흡수등 장관의 기능적인 이상과 관련되어 있을 것으로 생각되며 복합소화효소제(Winstal®)를 투여하여 그 임상효과를 평가하고자 본 연구를 실시하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 1994년 3월 부터 6월까지 경북대학교병원 내과를 방문한 기능성 소화불량증을 호소하는 환자 20명을 대상으로 Winstal®을 1회 1정씩, 1일 3회 식후 30분내에 경구로 2주간 투여하였다. 결과 : 소화불량증의 증상은 복부불쾌감, 복부팽만감, 식욕부진 및 오심, 복부동통, 공기연하증, 고창 및 구토순이었으며, 증상의 개선은 복부불쾌감이 76.4%(13/17)로 가장 높았으며, 그 다음으로 복부팽만감 및 공기연하증이 66.5%(10/15, 6/9)이었고, 오심 61.5%(8/13), 식욕부진 53.8%(7/13), 복부동통 41.6%(5/12), 고창 37.5%(3/8)이었다. 각 환자별 종합적인 증상의 개선도는 현저한 개선이 2예(10%), 중등도 개선이 3예(15%), 약간개선이 11예(55%), 불변이 4예(20%)이었으며 종합적인 유효율은 80%(16/20)이었다. 부작용은 한 예에서도 관찰되지 않았다. 결론 : 본 제제는 기능성 소화불량증 환자의 증상개선에 추천할 만한 유효한 약제로 생각된다. Dyspepsia is a common symptom in gastroenterologic practice and trigger for numerous consultations with physician. The treatment of chronic functional dyspesia is unsatisfactory. This study was performed to evaluate the efficacy of the digestive compound (Winstal®) on 20 functional dyspepsia patients. On open trial, all patients were given 6 tablets daily for 2 weeks and we evaluated the efficacy of this preparation according to the degree of the improvement. The improvement of symptoms was 76.4%(13/17) in abdominal discomfort, 66.5%(10/15, 6/9) in abdominal distension and aerophagia, 61.5%(8/13) in nausea, 53.8%(7/13) in abdominal pain, and 37.5% (5/12) in flatulence, respectively. Overall effectiveness of subjective symptoms was 80% (16/20) and there were no untoward effects of the preparations during this study. As a result, We think that this preparation is an effective one to relieve symptoms of functional dyspepsia.

The taxonomy of the species of the family Bagridae from Korea is reviewed and the keys to the following eight species of Korean bagrid fishes are presented: Pelteobagrus fulvidraco (RICHARDSON), P. nitidus (SAUVAGE and THIERSANT), Pseudobagrus ussuriensis (DIBOWSKY), Ps. sp. UCHIDA, Leiocassis longirostris GU¨NTHER, Coreobagrus brevicorpus MORI, Liobagrus andersoni REGAN, and L. mediadiposalis MORI. Among them P. nitidus, previously known only from Chinese waters, is firstly recorded from 26 specimens collected mainly off the lower course along the Geum River in the present study. Comparison with P. vachelli of which many paper have recorded from Korea, shows that P. nitidus differs from it in number of gill raker(9-11) and in the short length of its maxillary barbels. The 36 bagrid specimens, which were collected in the Han and Geum River in this study was identified as Pseudobagrus ussuriensis of which the species identification was not confirmed formerly in Korea. The critical examinations of the specimens and the previous discriptions refered to Ps. ussuriensis and Ps. emerginatus SOWERBY (Not REGAN) revealed that Ps. emerginatus mostly used in Korea is a synonym of Ps. ussuriensis. Ps. sp. UCHIDA is clearly distinguishable from other twelve relative species of the genus Pseudobagrus on the bases such as the length of maxillary barbel, serrate structure on the anterior part of pectoral spine, and several morphometric characters. Therefore Pseudobagrus sp. is regarded as a valid species. The six atypical specimens of the genus Liobagrus collected in the Geum River are considered to be natural hybrid between L. andersoni and L. mediadiposalis on the basis of the length of jaw and of the number of feeble teeth on the posterior part its pectoral spine. Interspecific relationships were investigated in the species of Korean bagrid fishes on the basis of the features of the morphological characters and the pattern of aqueous soluble muscle protein.
과민성 대장 증후군 환자에서 Colpermin 투여의 임상 효과

목적 : 과민성 대장 증후군은 장기능 이상의 증상군으로, 인지할 수 있는 기질적 위장관 병태 생리가 없는 경우로 기능적인 장관의 이상 경축과 가장 밀접한 관련이 있을 것으로 생각된다. 그러나 치료면에서는 아직 뚜렷한 방침이 정립되어 있지 않고 다양한 방법들이 제시되고 있는 실정이다. 저자들은 장용성 캅셀로 조제된 박하유 성분인 Colpermin® 의 임상 효과를 평가하고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 1996년 2월부터 1996년 11월까지 경북대학교병원 소화기 내과를 방문하여 과민성대장 증후군으로 진단된 34명의 환자를 대상으로 Colpermin® 을 1회 2캅셀씩, 1일 3회, 경구로 2주간 투여하였다. 결과 : 투여전의 증상의 빈도는 복통 88.2%(30/34) 및 설사 73.5%(25/34)를 호소하는 경우가 가장 많았으며, 그 다음으로 변비 50.0%(17/34), 복부 팽만 47.1%(16/34), 고창 38.2%(13/34)순이었다. 약물 투여후 증상별 개선율은 설사를 보였던 환자들에서 호전 11예와 매우 호전 11예로 88.0%(22/25)의 가장 높은 개선율을 보였고, 그 다음으로 복통 73.3%(22/30), 고창 69.2%(9/13), 변비 64.7%(11/17), 복부 팽만 56.3%(9/16)의 순이었다. 종합적인 증상의 개선도는 현저한 개선이 2예(5.9%), 중등도 개선이 9예(26.5%), 약간 개선이 18예(52.9%), 불변이 4예(11.8%), 악화가 1예(2.9%)였으며, 종합적인 유효율은 85.3%(29/34)였다. 약물의 부작용으로 3예의 환자에서 각각 복부 팽만의 발생, 변비의 악화, 복통의 발생이 있었으나, 그 외의 환자들에서는 아무런 부작용도 관찰되지 않았다. 결론 : 과민성 대장 증후군의 약물치료에 있어서 Colpermin®이 유용한 약제가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a disease characterized by a collection of symptoms of intestinal dysfunctions, without any recognized organic gastrointestinal pathology. This study was performed to evaluate clinical effectiveness of peppermint oil (Colpermin®) in the treatment of patients with IBS. 34 patients (18 males and 16 females) with IBS were treated with peppermint oil 0.4ml (as menthol 176㎎) three times daily for 2 weeks and the efficacy of the treatment was evaluated according to the degree of the improvement. The improvement of symptoms was 88.0% (22/25) in diarrhea, 73.3% (22/30) in abdominal pain, 69.2% (9/13) in flatulence, 64.7% (11/17) in constipation, and 56.3% (9/16) in abdominal distension, respectively. Overall effectiveness of subjective symptoms was 85.3% (29/34). Side effects of the drug were noted in only 3 cases, those were aggravation of constipation, development of abdominal distension and abdominal pain. As a result, Colpermin® might be considered as an effective drug in relieving symptoms of IBS.

The purpose of this study was analyzed the effect of kinematical and kinetical factors of lower extremity of form change in the cause of growth an unborn child during in pregnancy. Three pregnant women were selected from pregnant 24 weeks as subjects. Each subjects were required to walk with usual walking speed. Cinematographic and GRF data were collected during walking, and the kinematical and kinetical variables were calculated using Kwon3d. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were drawn : 1. Step width and Step length Step width according to the period of pregnancy was gradually small but step length was gadually great. 2. Angle of lower extremity The angle of hip, knee and ankle was differed pregnancy on 9 month and other time. 3. Ground reaction force In the three part of ground reaction force, pregnancy on 9 month was most greater than other time.

This study was induced to compare retrogradation and gelatinization in sulgie with added powder and flower of gamkug, which had been stored in 4℃, 10℃ and 30℃, respectively. The addition of 5% powdered gamkug showed the highest degree of gelatinization while the control did the lowest. The degree of hardness of gamkugsulgie was lower than control and the following order 4℃>10℃>30℃. Gamkugsulgie showed a little lower degree of retrogradation than control group. The degree of retrogradation at 4℃ was far greater comparing with the other group. The degree of retrogradation were delayed as the storing temperature rose tran 4℃ to 30℃, temperature namely, gamkugsulgie retrogradation time constant of the test group was slower 1.18 times at 4℃, 1.24 times at 10℃ and 2,58 times at 30℃ than that of the control group.

This study was to investigate dining behaviours of 420 businessmen living in urban regions (Taegu, Gumi, Young-Chon and Chang-Won) in Kyungbuk and Kyungnam. This survey was carried out by questionnaires. The results were summarized as follows; Among all respondents, dining out once a day was most frequent. Education (p < .05), age (p < .001) and marital status (p < .001) were significant. Socialization was the most frequent reason for dining out. In the choice of food, Korean food was the most frequent (68.1%). Taste (41.4%) was the most frequently cited reason for food selection followed by variety of food (18.8%) and price (8.8%). The respondents favorite foods were: Korean food; Doen Jang Soup (31.9%); Western food; Pork Cutlet (47.6%); Chinese food; Gan Ja Jang (31.2%); Flour-bared food; Kal Gook Su (55.4%), and Fast food; Ramen (26.4%). The most frequent choices of where to eat were the company cafeteria for lunch and Korean restaurant for dinner (p < .001). Responses to inquires concerning sanitation, facilities and service were mostly "normal". They wanted lower price (30.5%), a more variable menu (24.8%), and more vegetables and fruits (18.1%) in restaurant and cafeteria food. Age (p < .05) and marital status (p < .001) were statistically significant.

This study was undertaken to develop an instrument to be used for measuring the concept of duality of life of Korean patients with cancer multidimensionary and correctly. It can contribute in holistic nursing care for Korean cancer patients and also provide and validate basic data to help oncology nurses measure the outcome of nursing intervention correctly. To develop this instrument, the researchers first estabilished a conceptual framework based on the results of qualitative data analysis and indepth interview method Development of the scale was conducted using a method in which 31 items were assessed by subjects' self report using linear analogue scales. The subjects were 79 D.M. Patients. 103 patients with acute illness, and 91 cancer Patients residing in Busan, Korea. Data were collected during the period from July, 24 to August 14. 2000. This instrument consisted of 31 items with a self report stale. This instrument covered 4 dimensions of cancer patients : 1) Physical wellbeing 2) psychological wellbeing 3) social wellbeing and 4)spiritual wellbeing. Each item had a possible score of 10. The reliability of the scale was tested with Cronbach's alpha. Validity was evaluated by examining the relationships of this scale. Youn's Quality of Life Questionnare scores and the Simple Quality of Life scale. Two separate runs of multiple regression were used to predict scores on the Simple Quality of Life measuremend. Further validation was obtained by examining the correlation between the instrument subscores and Youn's Quality of Life measurement subscore for convergence of this scale. Examination of the discriminant. power of the instrument was done using ANOVA test. The results are summarized as follows : 1.The reliability of the instrument for the quality of life was 0.8321 (Cronbach's alpha.), physical wellbeing dimension 0.6343. Psychological wellbeing dimension 0.6501, spiritual wellbeing dimension 0.5883. 2.This instrument had a high correlation with Youn's Quality of Life measurement(r= 0.636) in cancer Patients, whereas it had a low correlation with Simple Quality of Life measurement(r= 0.455) in cancel patients. In the D.M. patients, the instrument correlated with both the Youn's Quality of Llfe measurement and Simple Quality of life measurement(r=0.313. r= 0.407) and in the acute stage patients. the instrument had no correlation. 3.Multiple regression of individual Items on the Simple Quality of Life scores accounted for 56.8% of the variance in the Simple Quality of Life measurement, whereas, Youn's Quality of Life measurement scores accounts for 31.7%. The correlations collected from the three group had the same patterns of variations but especially the instrument developed in this study had higher disciminant power than that of Youn's Quality of Life Measurement.

In this paper, author describe the simulation results concerning the period doubling bifurcation route to chaos of DC/DC boost converter under current mode control to show that it is common phenomena on switching regulator when parameters are improperly chosen or continuously varied beyond the ensured region by system designer. The Bifurcation diagrams of periodic orbits of inductor current and capacitor voltage of DC/DC boost converter are plotted with sampled data at moment of each clock pulse causing switching on. DC/DC boost converter studied on this paper is modelled by its state space equations as per switching condition under continuous conduction mode. Current reference signal and capacitance are chosen as the bifurcation parameters and those are varied in step for iterative calculation to find the bifurcation points of periodic orbits of state variables.

산업적으로 산도 17.0% 이상의 고산도 식초를 생산하기 위하여 반연속식인 1st stage와 유가식인 2nd stage로 구성된 two stage 초산 발효를 온도 30 ℃, 교반속도 600 rpm, 통기량 0.1 vvm에서 실시하였다. 1st stage에서 초기 에탄올 농도를 50.0 g/ℓ, 잔류 에탄올 농도를 5.0 g/ℓ로 정하여 반연속적으로 초산발효를 하고, 2nd stage 에서 발효시간의 경과에 따라 에탄올을 유가식으로 첨가하여 초산발효액내의 에탄올 농도를 5.0 g/ℓ에서 10.0 g/ℓ로 유지했을 때 산도가 17.6%인 고산도 식초를 생산할 수 있었으며, 또한 이 ??의 최대 초산 생산성은 3.3 g/ℓ·hr였다. The production of vinegar containing 16.0 ∼18.0% of acetic acid was examined in two stage fermentation consisting of semi-continuous and fed-batch type. The optimum conditions were obtained when the fermentation was carried out at agitation of 600 rpm, aeration of 0.1 vvm and temperature of 30℃. The initial and residual ethanol concentration in 1st stage were 50.0 g/ℓ and 5.0 g/ℓ, respectively, and the ethanol concentration in 2nd stage was maintained from 5.0 to 10.0 g/ℓ. The maximum productivity was 3.3 g/ℓ-hr and the acidity was 17.6% after the two days of acetic acid fermentation.

The quality of physical characteristics were measured, using sensory evaluation and mechanical characteristics where different percentages of Chrysanthemums(0%, Chrysanthemum indicum powder: 1%, 3% and 5%, and Chrysanthemum indicum petals : 1%, 3% and 5%) were added to rice flour, to promote the use of and liking for rice cakes that are a kind of Korean traditional foods. In the sensory evaluation, the color appeared to be the highest when 3% of Chrysanthemum indicum petals was added, and there was a significant difference between the samples used(p<.01). It was also shown that the taste was generally higher in steamed, Gamkugsulgie-dduk added Chrysanthemum indicum than those in which no Chrysanthemum indicum were added, and that it appeared to be the highest, particularly, in rice cakes that 3% of Chrysanthemum indicum petals. However there was no significant difference between the samples. The Chewiness was the highest in rice cakes to which 3% of Chrysanthemum indicum petals was added but there was no significant difference between the samples. The after-swallow feeling and overall quality were the highest in rice cakes to which 3% of Chrysanthemum indicum petals(p<.01), and there was a significant difference between the samples(p<.01). In terms of change in color, the value of lightness was the highest in rice cakes to which no Chrysanthemum were added. The more the content of Chrysanthemums, the lower the value of lightness but the higher the values of red color(a) and yellow color(b). In the measurement of the texture, using a mechanical characteristics, the springiness was the highest in rice cakes to which 5% of Chrysanthemum indicum powder was added, and the gumminess, hardness and chewiness appeared to be high in rice cakes to which 5% of Chrysanthemum indicum petals was added. In the correlation between the sensory evaluation and mechanical characteristics, the higher the softness, the lower the value of lightness. The softness in the sensory evaluation showed a positive correlation with the values of red color(a) and yellow color(b) in the color test. The Chewiness in the sensory evaluation showed a negative correlation with the springness in the mechanical characteristics. In view of the results stated above, a good recipe for steamed, Gamkugsulgie-dduk appeared that the contents of the ingredients used were 291g of rice flour, 9g of Chrysanthemum indicum petals (3% of rice flour), 30g of sugar, and 3g of sat, 60㎖ of water.
