      • 폐혈관상이 유지된 선천성 낭성 선종양 기형

        선천성 낭성 선종양 기형은 태생 16주 이후 말단세기관지의 형성이 중단되어 미성숙기관지들과 중배엽성분들이 과도하게 증식하여 발생하는 드문 선천성 폐질환이다. CT소견은 낭종의 크기 숫자, 내용물 등에 따라 다양하나, 병변내에 정상적인 폐혈관이 보인 예는 전세계적으로 보고된 적이 없었다. 저자들은 역동적 흉부 CT상 균일한 저음영의 병변내에 정상 폐혈관상이 유지된 선천성 낭성 선종양 기형 1예를 경험하였기에 보고한다. Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation(CCAM) is a rare pulmonary disease that is thought to be developed by abnormal proliferation of immature alveoli and other mesenchymal component from the abrupt halting of the terminal alveoli formation after 16 weeks of gestation. On CT scan, there are no consistencies regarding to size, numbers, and its contents but no cases were reported in past showing normal pulmonary vascularities.       • 凍結豚肉의 品質變化에 關한 硏究 : 海凍時 保水性, pH Drip 및 軟度의 變化에 關하여

        After the treatment of frozen pork preserved for a day, 30 days, and 60 days each by un-treated(T0), packaged(T1), glazed(T2), and cured meat(T3), the water-holding capacity, pH, drip and the changes of tenderness was examined in order to investigate the changes quantity after thawing it. The results were as follows : 1.Water-holding capacity was showed the higher stability in T2 (68%) and T3 group(70.9%) as comparison with those of T0 or T1 group. 2.The results of average of pH in T0,T1,T2, and T3group showed 6.09,6.1,6.15 and 6.25 res-pectively. And between them the non-significance was recognized. (P > 0.05) 3.The minimum percentage of free drip from samples was resulted in T3 group (2.48%), while the maximum was noted in T0 group(10.46%). 4.It was revealed that the expressible drip from samples were increased from 2.05% (T3) to 3.5% (T0). 5.The maximum percentage of total drip from samples was resulted in T0) group(13.91%), while the minimum was noted in T3 group(4.52%). 6.It can be observed that the highest tenderness expressed as penetration value was showed in T3 group(174.2). The tenderness of T3 group was raised significantly for the frozen storaging periods between 30 days and 60 days.

      • 製氷시 使用되는 CaCl₂brine이 鋼管의 腐蝕에 미치는영 향에 관하여 : (I) CaCl₂ brine의 농도에 따른 강관의 腐蝕度

        The results on study on the corrosion rate of steel pipe by CaCl2concentration(B□10˚ & Be20˚) was sumerized as follows, 1.At Be 10˚ of CaCl2 for chemical reagent and for industry, test pieces the fomer solutio showed the minimum value of 4.1mg/dm2. day on the 2nd day, and the maximum of 5.9mdd 4th day, But test pieces in the latter solution showed the minimum of 5.69mdd on the 10th day and the maximum of 6 91mdd onthe 2nd day. The corrosion rate by CaCl2 for industry Showed the larger ane of a bout 20% than of chemical reagent 2.The minimum corrosion rate of chemical reagent use at CaCl2 B□20˚ was 2.4 mdd on the2nd day, and the maximum was 3.35 mdd on the20th day, while in the industrial use 2.8mdd was minimum on the 2nd day, 3.89 mdd was maximum onthe 15th day, showing 24% of larger corrosion rate compared with a redgent use 3.Generally the corrosion rate of CaCl2 BiIO" and B□20˚was increased when pH value reduces quite a lot.

        방사성폐기물처분연구를 위한 유성지역 화강암내 심부 시추공 단열충전광물의 광물학적 특성

        방사성폐기물의 처분연구와 관련하여 대전 유성지역 화강암내 심부 시추공 시추코아의 단열 광물들에 대한 광물학적 특성을 연구하였다. 유성지역의 심부시추공들에는 다수의 단열대가 발달해 있으며 국지적인 열수변질작용이 중첩되어 있다. YS-01 시추코아에 대한 전암분석결과 -90 m ∼-130 m 구간과 -230 m∼-250 m 구간에서 급격한 SiO₂ 함량 감소와 Al₂O₃, CaO, L.O.I 값의 증가가 관찰되며 이는 단열충전광물의 생성과 관련이 있다. 이러한 단열충전광물에 대한 XRD분석결과 불석광물(로몬타 휼란다이트), 방해석, 일라이트(2M₁1M_(d) 다형), 녹니석, 녹염석, 카올리나이트 등이 확인되었으며, 산출되되는 양은 방해석 불석광물 > 일라이트 > 녹염석 >> 녹니석 > 카올리나이트의 순이다. SEM관찰 및 EPMA 분석결과, 단열충전광물들의 심도에 따른 조직 및 화학특성 변화는 관찰되지 않는다. 연구지역은 화강암반내에 발달된 단열재가 지하수의 유동로로 작용하여 오랜 기간에 걸친 물-암석 반응이 진행되었고, 또한 저온의 열수변질작용이 중첩되었기 때문에 이들에 의한 단열충전광물의 생성기원 연구가 필요하다. Mineralogical characteristics of fracture-filling minerals from deep borehole in the Yuseong area were studied for the radioactive waste disposal project. There are many fracture zones in the deep drill holes of the Yuseong granite, which was locally affected by the hydrothermal alteration. According to the results of hole rock analysis of drill core samples, SiO2 contents are distinctly decreased, whereas A12O3 and CaO contents and L.O.I. values are increased in the -90 m∼-130 m and -230 m∼-250 m zone, which is related to the formations of filling minerals. Fracture-filling minerals mainly consist of zeolite minerals (laumontite and heulandite), calcite, illite (2M₁ and 1M_(d) polytypes), chlorite, epidote and kaolinite. The relative frequency of occurrence among the hcture-filling minerals is calcite ≥ zeolite mineral > illite > epidote >> chlorite kaolinite. Judging from the SEM observation and EPMA analysis, there is no systematic change in the texture and chemical composition of the fracture-filling minerals with depth. In the study area, low temperature hydrothermal alteration was overlapped with water-rock interactions for a long geological time through the fracture zone developed in the granite body. Therefore the further study on the origin and paragenesis of the fracture-filling minerals are required.

      • 凍結鷄肉의 品質變化에 關한 硏究 : Ⅳ. 凍結 冷藏時의 理化學的 變化

        The quality variation of the frozen chicken meat pretreated with the various methods were studied during the cold storage. For the purpose of this study, the frozen chickens as samples were divided into five groups, T1 group (untreated), T2 group (treated with 1% ascorbic acid), T3 group (7.5% potassium sorbate), T4 group (5% NaCl) and T5 group (mixed with 7.5% potassium sorbate and 1% ascorbic acid). All samples were kept the cold storage for 90 days, the item of investigation on the thawed samples were pH, water holding capacity, changes of drip, P.O.V. and T.B.A. The values of pH in T3, T4 and T5 groups were continuously increased according to the storage days, but those in T1 and T2 groups were decreased after 60 days (p〈0.01). The water-folding capacity was the lowest (66.22%) in T, group and the higest (70.72%) in T5 group, and the relatively stable in T4 and T5 groups. The free drip level was the highest as 5.15% in T1 group and the lowest as 1.6% in T5 group, and the expressible drip was relatively little in T4 and T5 groups compared with other groups (p〉0.05). The value of P.O.V in T1 group was the highest as 10.2 meq/Kg and the lowest as 4.7 meq/Kg in T5 group (p〈0.01). The value of T.B.A. was also the highest as 0.507 in T1 group and the lowest as 0.232 in T5 group (p〉0.05). The store ability of the frozen chicken meat was good in T5 group.

      • 冷凍鷄肉의 品質變化에 關한 硏究 : III. 凍結冷藏時 細菌數의 變化

        This study was intended to investigate the changes of general bacteria, psychrotropic bacteria and coliform group for revealing the variation of quality in frozen chickens. Beforehand the chickens were classified frozen for 60 days in 4 groups, that is, controlled group(T1), packaged group(T2), glazed group(T3) and cured group(T4). And then these samples were thawed and used for this study. Bacterial counts of general bacteria in group T1 much more rapidly decreased(49.4%) than that in group T4 and the decreasing rate was significantly high at 30 days afterward. Decreasing rate in cells of psychrotropic bacteria showed minimum in group T1 (49.9%) and maximum in group T4 (77%). Similarly decreasing rate in coliform group counts were higher in group T4 (82%) and lower in group T1 (62%) compared to that in any other group and particularly decreased at 15 days afterward.

        다이아몬드 터닝머신을 이용한 알루미늄반사경의 절삭특성

        A 110 mm diameter aspheric metal secondary mirror for a test model of an earth observation satellite camera was fabricated by ultra-precision single point diamond turning(SPDT). Aluminum alloy for mirror substrates is known to be easily machinable, but not polishable due to its ductility. A harder material, Ni, is usually electrolessly coated on an Al substrate to increase the surface hardness for optical polishing. Aspheric metal secondary mirror without a conventional polishing process, the surface roughness of Ra=10nm, and the form error of Ra=λ/12(λ=632.8nm) has been required. The purpose of this research is to find the optimum machining conditions for reflector cutting of electroless-Ni coated Al alloy and apply the SPDT technique to the manufacturing of ultra precision optical components of metal aspheric reflector.

      • 凍結鷄肉의 品質變化에 關한 硏究 : 凍結冷藏時의 保水性, Drip 및 軟度의 變化

        In this study, changes in water holding capacity(W.H.C.), drip and tenderness of frozen chicken meat treated with various pretreatment condition were carried out in comparision with controlled meat, in order to investigate the deterioration occurred in cold storage for periods within 90 days. The results were as follows; 1.Water holding capacity was showed the higher stability in glazed meat(T3) and cured meat(T4) as comparision with those of controlled meat(T1) or packaged meat(T2). 2.The maximum percentage of free drip from samples was resulted in T1 group(9.5%), while the minimum was noted in T4 group(3.6%). 3.It was revealed that the expressible drip from samples were increased from 1.8%(T4 group) to 4.3% (T1 group). 4.It can be observed that the highest tenderness expressed as penetration value was showed in T4 group(151). The tenderness of T2 and T3 group were raised significantly for the cold storaging periods between 30 days and 60 days. But in case of T1 and T4 group, the same tendency was observed from 60 days to 90 days.

        The results from study on the corrosion rate of steel pipe by adding the inhibitors of CaCl2 brine were summarized as follows. 1.Sodium dichromate used as anti-corrosive in CaCl2 brine reached maxima effect. The effect of sodium hydrogen phosphate and thiocarbamide were in order. 2.The effect of ethylene glycol used as anti- corrosive and the declining of pH showed least value.

      • 凍決鷄肉의 品質變化에 關한 硏究 : Ⅰ. 解凍時의 保水性, pH 및 Drip量의 變化에 關하여

        In order to study the variation of quality with the method of freezing pretreatment of chickens, they were treated with untreated group (T1), packaging group (T2), glazing group (T3), and curing group (T4) each. The variation of their W. H. C., pH, and that of drip weight were investigated by thawing the frozen ones at -25℃ for 1 day,15 days, and 30 days each. The results are follows. 1.The average value of water-holding capacity showed 62.24%, 62.36%, 62.62%, and 63.3% at the group of T1, T2, T3, and T4, and high significance of 1% level was recognized according to the result of analysis of variance.(P〈0.01) 2.The average value of pH showed 5.83, 5.73, 5.9, and 5.96 at the group of T1, T2, T3, and T4, and among them significance was not recognized.(P〉0.05) 3.The average percentage of free drip showed 5.12%, 4.25%, 2.29%, and 1.72%, at the group of T1 T2, T3, and T4, and among them high significance was recognized.(P〈0.01) 4.The average percentage of expressible drip showed 2.4%, 2.19%, 1.19%, and 0.89% at the group of T1, T2, T3, and T4, and high significance was recognized among them.(P〈0.01)
