새우(大蝦, Penaeusonientalis)冷藏中에 일어나는 品質變化에 對한 硏究

Shrimp (Penaeus orientalis) were frozen at-35℃ in a contact freezer, and kept in a cold storage at -20 -30℃ during eleven months. According to the results of oxamning the chages during cold storage, I obtained following results. 1.The shrimp were in markeatable conditions even after nine months storage. 2.The pH value shrimp was 7. 05 when fresh, was in creased slightly during storage, and showed pH 7.63 after 330 days storage. 3.As the frozen samples were thawed in water, no were occurred variation of moisture content in shrimp. 4.Ammoniacal and Amino Nitrogen showed a little increase during storage in shrimp.

The volumetric changes of refrigerant circulating in the capillary tubes of various sizes fluid state, were carried out for seven months from Febrary to August, 1976. The results are as follows: 1. The refrigerant volume in flowing capillary tubes was variable to the state of the fluid. The following equations were obtained at each states in the whole capillary tubes. Wg = 0.40 d2.5 P0.8 ℓ-0.5 -(1) for gas state. W = 6.0 d2.5 P0.6 ℓ-0.55 -(2) for liquid state. Wm = 1.5 d2.5 P1.0 ℓ-0.5 -(3) for the fluid mixed. 2. The results are in agreement with those of Kiff.(2)

During the period of 6 months from March to August in 1977, As regard What influence affects to the fluid and the refrigerating capacity of refrigerant flowing in the capillary tube. When the size of the capillary tube get out of the proper value. I got the following results. 1. When length is 17m and length is 3.7m respectively, standardizing the proper size of the capillary tube to be length 13m, the fruid of refrigerant(R-12) flowing in the capillary tube was almost not changed. 2. And when the same method as the above was adapted for the refrigerating capacity, it was almost not changed, either.

We measure and analysis the records on a middle race among 357 males from 1980 to 1987 (for 8 years) and 35 females from 1984 to 1987(for 4 years). The result are as follows: (1) As a result of the result of this study, we came to know the standard ability such as the students average value, department of physical education, Kyung-Pook Natianal university, and distribution chart of the record. (2) We gained a new stanclard value of evaluation like 〈figure-10〉. (3) As a result of the Comparison between old and new standard values, We come to fine out as follows: a) In case of male, on the score of 70∼90, the record is high. b) In case of female, as a rule, the record is low, so the score decreases.

Using the Huckel method, we obtain the analytical expressions for eigenvalues and eigenvectors of s.c., f.c.c. and b.c.c. clusters of rectangular parallelepiped shape, and of an arbitrary size. Our formula converage to those derived from the Bloch sum, in the limit of infinite extension. DOS and LDOS reveal that the major contribution of the states near Fermi level originates from the surface atoms, also symmetry of DOS curves disappears by the introduction of 2nd nearest neighbor interactions, in all the cubic lattices. An accumulation of the negative charges on surface of cluster is observed.
The Approximate Electronic Solutions in a Closed Form, for f.c.c., b.c.c. and h.c.p. Clusters

A cluster made of $N_A,\;N_B\;and\;N_C$ atoms in the x, y and z directions respectively, is treated with Huckel method. We obtain the approximate expressions for the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of f.c.c., b.c.c. and h.c.p. clusters in closed forms. The maximum and minimum values of the band so obtained converge to those derived from the Bloch sum in the limit of infinite extension. For a small cluster (of $9{\times}9{\times}5$ atoms, for instance), LDOS from the analytical (approximate) solution manifests better agreement at the surface, than inside the bulk.

By deriving the quantitative relationship between activity and geometrical structure of drug, a methodology for finding the bound conformation of a natural substrate in the active site of receptor is presented. The quantitative relationship draws an inference from the fact that natural substrates are good templates to active sites of receptors. Using this relationship, the bound conformation of angiotensin Ⅱ which binds to the active site of the AT_(1) angiotensin Ⅱ receptor subtype, is obtained by iteration of the least square refinement.
