개인주의와 전달의 위기는 신앙 선포와 신앙 전달에서 교회적 매개의 중요성을 망각하게 하면서 교리교육과 교회의 내적인 결합의 관계를 생각하는 데 방해를 주고 있다. 이 논문은 이 관계를 재발견할 것을 세 단계를 통해 제안한다. 첫 번째 단계는 신앙의 교회적 차원을 요셉 라칭거의 작업을 통해서 보여준다. 이로부터 교회는 신앙 전달을 해도 되고 안 해도 되는 임의적인 것이 아님을 발견한다. 교회 없이 선포되고 전달되며 받아들여진 신앙은 없다. 신앙의 구조 자체가 대화적이기 때문이다. 두 번째 단계는 교회를 계시 사건과 신앙 행위 내부로부터 고려할 것을 제안한다. 20세기에 들어와 교회는 ‘공동체’라는 용어를 통해서 교리교육의 사명이 모든 하느님 백성의 책임임을 자각한다. 이로부터 공동체는 하느님 말씀과 성사 그리고 이웃 사랑의 공동체로서, 교리교육의 주체일 뿐만 아니라 교리교육의 내용에 속한다는 것이 드러난다. 세 번째 단계는 어떻게 교리교육이 교회를 형성하고 만드는 지를 보여주면서 교회와 교리교육의 관계가 상호적 관계임을 밝힌다. 이 상호 관계는 교리교육을 새로운 복음화의 중심으로, 곧 선교적 공동체를 만들고 쇄신하는 교회적 행위로 여기도록 이끈다. L’individualisme et la crise de la transmission empêchent souvent de penser le lien qui unit catéchèse et Eglise, au risque de faire oublier l’importance des médiations ecclésiales dans l’annonce et la transmission de la foi. L’article propose de redécouvrir ce lien en trois étapes. La première partie montre la dimension ecclésiale de la foi à partir des travaux de Joseph Ratzinger. On y découvre que l’Eglise n’est pas facultative dans le domaine de la transmission de la foi : il n’y a pas de foi annoncée, transmise et reçue sans Eglise car la structure même de la foi est dialogale. La deuxième propose de penser l’Eglise à l’intérieur de l’événement de révélation et à l’intérieur de l’acte de foi. Par la notion de communauté, l’Eglise au XXe s. a pu affirmer que la mission catéchétique est de la responsabilité de tous les membres du peuple de Dieu. Ce faisant, il apparaît que la communauté n’est pas seulement le sujet de la catéchèse mais appartient au contenu de la catéchèse en tant que communauté de la Parole, du Sacrement et de l’amour du prochain. La troisième partie propose de considérer comment la catéchèse construit et façonne l’Eglise, montrant ainsi que le lien entre Eglise et catéchèse est réciproque. Ce rapport réciproque permet de penser la catéchèse au cœur de la nouvelle évangélisation comme une action qui constitue et renouvelle le tissu ecclésial pour former des communautés missionnaires.
Clustering and Communications Scheduling in WSNs using Mixed Integer Linear Programming

We consider the problem of scheduling communicationsin wireless sensor networks (WSNs) to ensure battery preservationthrough the use of the sleeping mode of sensors.We propose a communicationprotocol for 1-hop WSNs and extend it to multi-hopWSNs through the use of a 1-hop clustering algorithm.We proposeto schedule communications in each cluster in a virtual communicationring so as to avoid collisions. Since clusters are cliques, onlyone sensor can speak or listen in a cluster at a time, and all sensorsneed to speak in each of their clusters at least once to realize thecommunication protocol. We model this situation as a mathematicalprogram.

From 1960 creates and perpetuates a new field of knowledge: educational. This science, which studies particular teaching methods, fits into a context where the school system enters an area of great difficulty extending to the current period. Therefore, the role of social sciences taught in school, college and high school takes a special importance on educational policy and plans. Thus the analysis of textbooks and teaching methods of geography, history and citizenship education over forty years deserves careful study. A partir de 1960 se crée et se perpétue un nouveau champ de la connaissance: la didactique. Cette science, qui étudie plus particulièrement les méthodes d’enseignement, s’insère dans un contexte où le système scolaire entre dans une zone de grandes difficultés qui s’étendent jusqu’à la période actuelle. Dès lors, la place des sciences sociales enseignées à l’école, au collège et au lycée prend une importance extraordinaire sur les plans pédagogique et politique. C’est ainsi que l’analyse des manuels scolaires et des méthodes d’enseignement de la géographie, de l’histoire et de l’éducation à la citoyenneté sur plus de quarante ans mérite une étude attentive.
3D Casing-Distributor Analysis for Hydraulic Design Application

Nowadays, computational fluid dynamics is commonly used by design engineers to evaluate and compare losses in hydraulic components as it is less expensive and less time consuming than model tests. For that purpose, an automatic tool for casing and distributor analysis will be presented in this paper. An in-house mesh generator and a Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes equation solver using the standard k-ω shear stress transport (SST) turbulence model will be used to perform all computations. Two solvers based on the C++ OpenFOAM library will be used and compared to a commercial solver. The performance of the new fully coupled block solver developed by the University of Lucerne and Andritz will be compared to the standard 1.6ext segregated simpleFoam solver and to a commercial solver. In this study, relative comparisons of different geometries of casing and distributor will be performed. The present study is thus aimed at validating the block solver and the tool chain and providing design engineers with a faster and more reliable analysis tool that can be integrated into their design process.

This paper presents a CFD-based methodology for the prediction of guide vane torque in hydraulic turbine distributor for aligned and misaligned configurations. A misaligned or desynchronized configuration occurs when the opening angle of one guide vane differs from the opening angle of all other guide vanes, which may lead to a torque increase on neighbouring guide vanes. A fully automated numerical procedure is presented, that automates computations for a complete range of operation of a 2D or 3D distributor. Results are validated against laboratory measurements.
