        역주《광군방보(廣羣芳譜)》의 내용분석 및 의의고찰

        In this study, the Mei Pu, Lan Pu, Ju Pu, and Zhu Pu of “Guang Qun Fang Pu” were translated and annotated. “Guang Qun Fang Pu”, known as the encyclopedia of ancient botany, includes the types of plants, ecological characteristics, cultivation methods, effects of grains, fruits and vegetables, flowers, and so on. Based on “Qun Fang Pu”, “Guang Qun Fang Pu” was revised by Hao Wang in the Qing Dynasty, which consists of Tian Shi Pu, Gu Pu, Sang Ma Pu, Shu Pu, Cha Pu, Zhu Pu, Hua Pu, Guo Pu, Mu Pu, Hui Pu, and Yao Pu. At that time, a total of 1667 species of domestic and foreign varieties were included. Each plant containing the name and the shape was analyzed in detail. Also, this book included cultivation methods of many kinds of plants and various ancient literary works related to plants. Recently, due to the domestic research segments, the systematically translating on Si Jun Zi Hua Pu has declined. This paper focuses on the Mei Pu, Lan Pu, Ju Pu, and Zhu Pu of “Guang Qun Fang Pu”; it is the first time to perform Korean translations on the related ancient events, classics, and biographies. Because of more comprehensive and accuracy than the original work of Xiangjin Wang, it provides important reference value for ancient plants study in the future.

        The mitogen-activated protein kinase phosphatase-1 (MKP-1) gene is a potential methylation biomarker for malignancy of breast cancer

        The mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) phosphatase-1 (MKP-1) belongs to the MAPK cascades which are central to cell proliferation and apoptosis. The carcinogenic role of MKP-1 has been reported in many types of cancer but it has rarely been investigated in breast cancer. The present study was designed to evaluate the MKP-1 mRNA expression and its possible regulation by methylation of MKP-1 promoter in the model of several breast cancer cell lines and tissues as well as controls. Our data demonstrate MKP-1mRNA expression significantly decreased in five breast cancer cell lines compared to breast controls (P <0.01). Using the methylation-specific PCR (MSP) analysis,the unmethylated reaction (U) is dominant in both normal cell lines and benign breast tumors (100% vs. 86.2%), whereas the methylated reaction (M) is dominant in both breast cancer cell lines and invasive breast tumors (100% vs. 57.2%). In terms of methylation ratio (M/M+U), methylation level in MKP-1 promoter is significantly higher in the invasive breast tumor tissues (n = 152) than in benign breast tumor tissues (n = 29)(P < 0.0001). Assessing the methylation ratio of the promoter of MKP-1 gene to diagnose the breast malignancy (invasive vs. benign), the area under the receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curve was 0.809(95% CI: 0.711-0.906, P < 0.001). The best performance for this prediction has a sensitivity of 76.32% and a specificity of 82.76% at the cutoff value of 0.38. Taken together, we firstly demonstrated that the promoter methylation of MKP-1 gene is a potential breast cancer biomarker for breast malignancy.


        Removal of Cs<sup>+</sup>, Sr<sup>2+</sup>, and Co<sup>2+</sup> Ions from the Mixture of Organics and Suspended Solids Aqueous Solutions by Zeolites

        Serving as an excellent adsorbent and inorganic ion exchanger in the water purification field, zeolite 4A has in this work presented a strong capability for purifying radioactive waste, such as $Sr^{2+}$, $Cs^+$, and $Co^{2+}$ in water. During the processes of decontamination and decommissioning of suspended solids and organics in low-level radioactive wastewater, the purification performance of zeolite 4A has been studied. Under ambient temperature and neutral condition, zeolite 4A absorbed simulated radionuclides such as $Sr^{2+}$, $Cs^+$, and $Co^{2+}$ with an absorption rate of almost 90%. Additionally, in alkaline condition, the adsorption percentage even approached 98.7%. After conducting research on suspended solids and organics of zeolite 4A for the treatment of radionuclides, it was found that the suspended clay was conducive to absorption, whereas the absorption of organics in solution was determined by the species of radionuclides and organics. Therefore, zeolite 4A has considerable potential in the treatment of radioactive wastewater.

      • Effects of FasL Expression in Oral Squamous Cell Cancer

        Purpose: To probe the role of FasL in cell apoptosis in oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCCs). Methods: The expression of Fas/FasL was assessed in 10 cases of normal oral epithelium, 38 cases of OSCC and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL), and 11 cases of metastatic lymph nodes by immunohistochemistry. Apoptosis of tumor cells and TIL was detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling assay (TUNEL). FasL-induction of T cell apoptosis was tested by co-culture assay in vitro with SCC-9 and Jurkat T cells. Results: The 10 cases of normal oral epithelium all demonstrated extensive expression of Fas, the positive rate being largely down-regulated in OSCC (21/38) (P<0.05) compared to the normal (10/10). At the same time, the positive rate of FasL significantly increased in OSCC (P<0.05) especially those with lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). The positive rates of Fas in well and middle differentiated OSCC were higher than those in poor differentiated OSCC (P<0.05). The AI of tumor cells in Fas-positive OSCC was remarkably higher than that in Fas-negative OSCC (P<0.01), with a positive correlation between Fas expression and cell differentiation as well as apoptosis (r=0.68, P<0.01). The AI of tumor cells in FasL positive OSCC was remarkably lower than that in control while the AI of TIL was higher than in FasL negative OSCC (P<0.05). The AI of tumor cells reversely correlated with that of TIL (r = -0. 72, P<0.05). It was found that SCC-9 cells expressing functional FasL could induce apoptosis of Jurkat cells as demonstrated by co-culture assays. As a conclusion, it is evident that OSCC cells expressing FasL can induce apoptosis in Fas-expressing T cells. Conclusions: In progression of OSCC, expression of the Fas/FasL changes significantly. The results suggest that FasL is a mediator of immune privilege in OSCC and may serve as an marker for predicting malignant change in oral tissues.

        중국 신선식품업계 O2O모델의 고객만족도에 대한 연구- “허마샌성” 사례를 중심으로 -

        본 논문은 허마샌성의 오프라인 체험점과 앱의 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 O2O모델 하의 신선식품업계의 고객만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 분석하였다. 설문조사 분석의 결과에 의하면 온라인 쇼핑몰 서비스품질 차원들 중에 정보품질, 신뢰성, 편의성, 효율성, 반응성은 모두 온라인 고객만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 재구매의도에는 효율성과 반응성만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 오프라인 체험점 이미지의 요인들 경우 오프라인 체험도(식사공간의 환경, 가공대기시간 및 맛)는 오프라인 고객만족도와 재구매의도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치고 고객서비스는 오프라인 고객만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않고 재구매의도에만 유의한 영향을 미친다. 시설은 오프라인 고객만족도와 재구매의도에 모두 유의하게 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 배송서비스는 오프라인 고객만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지만 온라인 고객만족도와 재구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 온라인 고객만족도와 오프라인 고객만족도는 모두 재구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This paper analyzed the variables affecting customer satisfaction in the fresh food industry under the O2O model through a survey of offline experience shop and app users in HeMaXianSheng. According to the results of the survey analysis, information quality, reliability, convenience, efficiency, and responsiveness among all the online shopping mall service quality dimensions had a significant effect on online customer satisfaction, and only responsiveness and efficiency had a significant effect on repurchase intention. In case of the factors of the offline experience store image, the offline experience level(environment, waiting time and taste) has a significant effect on both offline customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Customer service does not have a significant effect on offline customer satisfaction, but only on repurchase intention. The facility did not significantly affect both offline customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Delivery service had a significant effect on offline customer satisfaction, but not on online customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Both online customer satisfaction and offline customer satisfaction had a significant effect on repurchase intention.

        이핵 화합물, $Ag_2$[Phen]_2[S_2P(OPr)_2]_2$(Phen=1,10-phenanthroline; Pr=propyl)은 비스(디프로필디싸이오포스페이토) 은(|)화합물과 1,10 펜안트로린 리간드 반응에 의하여 합성되었고, 그 화합물 구조는 X-ray에 의하여 규명되었다. 두 디프로필디싸이오포스페이토 리간드는 두 개의 은 원자를 연결하여 팔각형 $Ag_2S_4P_2$ 고리를 형성하였고, 1,10-펜안트로린 리간드는 은 이온과 결합하여 사면체구조를 이루었다. Ag-S 결합거리는 2.471(1)와 2.567(1) ${\AA}$이었고, Ag-N 결합 거리는 2.3666(3)와 2.471(3) ${\AA}$이었다. The dinuclear $Ag_2[Phen]_2[S_2P(OPr)_2]_2$(phen=1,10-phenanthroline; Pr=propyl), was prepared by the reaction of bis(dipropyldithiophosphato) silver(I) complex with 1,10-phenanthroline ligand, and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography. The two dipropyldithiophosphato ligands each bridge two silver atoms to form an eight-membered $Ag_2S_4P_2$ ring, while the 1,10-phenanthroline molecule coordinates to a silver atom to complete the local tetrahedral geometry for the metal ion. The Ag-S bond distances are 2.559(1) and 2.567(1)${\AA}$, and the Ag-N bond distances are 2.366(3) and 2.471(3)${\AA}$.

        Effects of Different Medium Composition and Exogenous Hormones on Browning of Tree Peony (Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.) Callus in Tissue Cultu

        Browning is one of the key factors that influenced the callus subculture of tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.). Effects of medium composition and exogenous hormones: macro elements of Murashige and Skoog (MS salts) and iron salt (Fe2+), pH, agar and 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA), 1-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) and kinetin (KT) on the callus browning of P. suffruticosa ‘Shan Hu Tai' in vitro were studied in this paper. Results showed that the browning of P. suffruticosa callus were more sensitive to KT than 6-BA in different concentrations of 6-BA and KT separately with different concentrations of NAA, and reduced to the lowest (13.3%) under 0.5 mg·L-1 NAA plus 0.3 mg·L-1 KT. 1/4 × MS plus 1/4 × Fe2+ was the best basic medium in which the browning rate was only 18.2%. The browning rate of the callus was the lowest of 4.0% under pH 6.5 and the callus grew better in 7.0 g·L-1 agar than others. This study indicated that the best medium preventing P. suffruticosa callus in vitro from browning was: 1/4 × MS medium supplemented with 6.95 mg·L-1Fe2+, 0.3 mg·L-1 KT, 0.5 mg·L-1 NAA, 6.0 g·L-1 agar and 30 g·L-1 sucrose in pH 6.5.
