산업디자인의 역사가 짧은 국내 디자인 활동은 이제 모방디자인에 의한 기법과 테크닉을 중시해온 암기식 디자인을 탈피하고, 보다 창조적인 디자인으로의 접근 방법을 모색하기 위하여 조형의 존재성을 규정하는 상황이라는 디자인 문제의 본질에 초점을 두어야 한다. 디자인을 한다는 것은 문제의 상황을 분명히 인식하는 것이다. 따라서 디자인 프로세스는 문제에 대한 이해로부터 시작된다. 문제를 이해한다는 것은 디자이너로 하여금 그가 디자인하여야 할 문제가 무엇인지를 정확히 알게 되어 해결안에 이르는 골격을 형성하게 한다. 본 논문은 문제를 이해하는 단계에서 발생하는 문제에 대한 수용, 분석 및 정의단계에 필요한 방법들에 대한 연구이다. 디자인을 수행하기 위하여 자신의 에너지를 어떤 목표 혹은 목적에 전념하여 문제가 내포하고 있는 본질적인 의미를 정확히 파악함으로서 문제의 핵심에 도달하는 것은 바로 창조적사고에 다다를 수 있는 지름길이라고 할 수 있다. 디자인 행위를 광범위한 확산과 보편화를 위한 하나의 평범한 진리로 인식하여 디자인을 보다 창조적으로 수행할 수 있는 방법들을 제시해 보고자 하였다.

This study is aimed at establishing a theoretical foundation of child welfare. I put emphasis on the understanding of human being, the buliding of philosophy of child welfare, sane view point about child. In order to understand human being I adopted biological, sociological, psychological understanding. By biological understanding we can find characteristics which shared by every man. By sociological understanding we can distinguish social traits of a group from others. By psychological understanding we can see unique charatristics of every individual. Child welfare is a field of social welfare, likewise the basis of the philosophy of child welfare is that of social welfare. The philosophy of social welfare are worth and dignity of humanity, right of self-determination, equal opportunity and social responsibililies. In order to estabilish a sane view point about child, 1 criticized traditional view point about child and enumerated righto of child and characteristics of child. On the basis of it I described a desirable view point about child. We shoud remember that it has also human right, it is unique being, it has potentiality and it has torce of growth. Estabilishing a sane view point about child are alpha and ornega of chid welfare.

The low power devices are used for the wireless communication in the small area with low power which does not interfere to the other applications. According to the increasing need for the LPDs rapidly, the recommendation for each applications are necessary. The universal european standard is recommended by CEPT, and the technical characteristics to each application is made by the ETSI. In this paper, the trend of the standard of the european low power devices are introduced. To meet the increasing requests for the low power devices, the effort for the standard will be needed among the government, company and university.

행정학 분야에서 행정윤리론은 아직도 미개척 분야에 해당된다. 행정윤리론의 중요성과 필요성에 대해서는 학문공동체의 합의가 이루어진 상태이지만, 그 동안 행정학 분야에 친숙하지 않았던 철학적 내용의 난해성자 방법론의 이질성으로 인해서 충분한 논의의 발전이 지연되고 있는 실정이다. 이 글은 행정윤리론의 정체성을 정립하고, 미국의 행정학계를 중심으로 논의되었던 문제들을 전체적으로 조망함으로써 행정윤리론의 가능성을 좀더 제고시켜보고자 한다. 행정윤리론은 기본적으로 '윤리적 행정의 가능성'을 모색하는데 목적을 둔다. 행정의 윤리성은 행정이 개인과 조직 및 사회를 조화시키고자 하는 노력과 밀접한 연관을 갖는다. 행정윤리와 관련된 행정학적 논의는 행정학이 시작된 때부터 지속적으로 논의되어 왔으나 자기의식적으로 행정윤리론을 학문의 한 분야로서 연구할 가치가 있다고 판단한 시점은 1960년대 말이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 이 글은 1960년대 말과 70년대 초를 행정윤리론이 정립된 시기로 설정한다. 이 글은 행정윤리론의 발전적 전개를 위해 과학주의적인 사고방식으로부터의 탈피, 복잡한 사회현상에 대한 분석능력의 제고, 철학적 논의의 대중화, 교육과정의 개발, 그리고 용역주의로부터의 탈피가 무엇보다도 시급한 과제임을 지적한다.

에러정정부호의 코드율 변경에 따른 통신시스템의 성능분석에 관한 연구

Automatic Repeat Ruqust (ARQ) 시스템은 여러정정부호(FEC :Forward Error Correction)기능과 함께 채널의 에러를 줄이기 위한 방법으로 사용되고 있다. type I hybrid ARQ 방식은 시스템 throughput을 최대로 맞추기 위하여 채널 BER에 따라 적절한 에러정정부호의 부호율이 결정되어야한다. 이러한 경우는 채널의 특성이 일정한 값으로 알려져 있는 경우에 적합하다. 만일 부호율과 채널 BER이 맞지 않는다면, throughput은 약화될 것이다. 그러므로 채널 에러율에 적절하게 따라갈 수 있는 시스템을 설계하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 고속 이동통신의 fading 조건 하에서 적용되는 이동통신 시스템에 대해 throughput을 향상 시킬 수 있는 방법으로 순수 ARQ 알고리즘과 에러정정부호를 혼합한 type I Hybrid ARQ를 적용하여 에러정정부호의 부호율을 변경하므로써, 이동통신 시스템의 throughput에 대한 영향을 알아보고, 이에따른 대선대책을 연구한다. Automatic Repeat Requst (ARQ) and FEC (Forward Error Correction)functions are used for the reduction of erreors in the communication systems. Type I bybrid ARQ is used for the maximum channel throughput in the case of the constant channel characteristics. In this paper. I Hybrid ARQ system is applied for the improvement of the mobile communication channel throughput by the control of the coding rate of FEC according to the BER under the fading conditions.

The evaluation was conducted on the basis lists. We found several typical errors which was often made in the process of data collection and statistical analysis.

지식 기반시스템은 지식을 기반으로 추론을 행한다. 그런데 지식의 일관성이 추론 결과의 신뢰도에 직결된다는 점에서 지식의 일관성을 유지할 수 있는 시스템이 필수적이다. 생성 규칙은 지식 기반 시스템의 지식표현 기법 중 가장 많이 사용되고 많은 장점을 갖고 있음에도 불구하고 지식의 일관성 유지가 어렵다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 새로 첨가될 지식이 기존 지식과일관성이 유지될 경우에만 지식을 첨가하는 기능과 지식베이스는 물론 데이터베이스 내의 선언적 지식과 절차적 지식을 호출할 수 있는 기능을 갖춘 지식관리에이전트 시스템을 제안·구축하였다. A knowledge-based system executes the inference based on the knowledge. By the way, since the reliability on the results of inference is determined by the consistency of knowledge, the maintenance of consistency is indispensable to the knowledge-based system. Production rule is mostly used for representation of knowledges and has many advantages, but it has a shortcoming that consistency is difficult to maintain. This paper is to propose and to implement a knowledge management agent system which adds a new knowledge only if it is consistent with the knowledge base, and can access the declarative knowledge and the procedural knowledge not only in the knowledge base but also in the database.

Nowaday, the semi-conductor technology and precision automation technology are become rapidly improving, so mechanical industries converting mechatronics industries which are combined mechanics, electrics and electronics. To manipulate these technology, the ability which can design precise machine and controller and the ability can program the operation software are needed In this study, rotary music player which can play the music, rotate the character and light the piano board according to the musical notes was developed. The concept design to arrange the piano board circularly was studied and the hardware technology with step motor control, photo sensing, serial port interface were used. And to generate the musical note, new conpact program for private use was developed. As a result, the rotary music player which is first in the worldwith for leisure was born.
