        기독 탈북청소년의 한국사회 적응에 관한 내러티브 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 탈북청소년이 한국 사회에 정착하는 과정에 있어 기독교 신앙이 기여하는 바를 밝히는 것에 있다. 연구 방법은 내러티브를 활용했다. 연구참여자들은 입국하여 1년 이상이 된 17세에서 24세로 교회에 소속되어 있는 9명의 후기청소년이다. 연구문제는 네 가지이다. 첫째, 탈북청소년들은 탈북동기와 여정을 통해 과거를 어떻게 회고하는가? 둘째, 탈북청소년들은 현재 남한 사회에 적응해가는 과정에서 어떠한 어려움을 경험하고 극복하면서 정체감을 확립하는가? 셋째, 탈북청소년들은 통일세대 주역으로 미래를 재구성해나갈 수 있는가? 넷째, 탈북청소년들은 기독교신앙의 의미를 어떻게 해석하고 있으며 신앙은 한국사회 적응에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는가? 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 탈북청소년들의 탈북 동기와 과정에서 이들의 불안과 우울, 외상 후 스트레스가 정체성 혼란을 가져오며 한국 사회 적응에 방해 요인이 된다는 사실을 발견하게 되었다. 둘째, 탈북청소년들의 불안정한 정착에는 가족 갈등, 세대 갈등, 죄책감과 딜레마라는 미해결 감정과 학업 경쟁, 진로 고민, 취직의 부담감, 높은 사회적 장벽에 대한 인식이 있었다. 셋째, 한국 사회에서 태어난 청소년에 비해 탈북청소년들은 통일에 대한 인식이 높아 이들의 남한 사회 유입은 통일에 미치는 영향이 매우 크다고 할 수 있다. 넷째, 탈북청소년들은 가치 혼란을 초래할 수 있는 한국 사회에서 예배의 경험과 신앙과 문화와의 만남은 한국 사회 정착에 큰 도움을 주었다. 이러한 결과는 탈북청소년중 기독교 신앙인을 대상으로 그들이 남한 사회에서 정체감 형성과 적응과정에 기독교 신앙이 어떻게 기여하였는지 규명하고 북한 선교와 통일을 앞두고 미래세대를 위해 일하는 모든 기독교 사역자들에게 시사하는 바가 크다. The purpose of this study is to clarify the contribution of Christian faith in the process of establishing self-identity and stably settling in the process of North Korean youth settling in Korean society. The research method used narrative. Participants in the study were nine late youth who belonged to the church, aged 17 to 24 years old, who had been in Korea for more than one year. Through this study, themes were derived from four categories. First, a retrospective narrative of the North Korean defection motive was dealt with. Second, it deals with the psychological adaptation process and unsolved tasks. Third, I dealt with the thoughts of the family, the discourse and vision for unification, which they dream of in Korean society as Christian believers. Fourth, it is about the Christian faith, and it is said that the Christian faith gives North Korean refugee youth the power to reflect on their lives, and to see the essence of life through the values of interest in others, history, society, and the kingdom of God. These results are based on the encounters with church and alternative school leaders and various curriculums that North Korean refugee youth experience and talk about. In the sense that it seeks and suggests a new direction in the era of preparation for unification, this article can be said to be of great value for Christian education.

        비정형화된 문서간 추적성 분석 및 그 가시화 방안 제시

        We propose a methodology to automatically extract the requirements from the documents and check the traceability between them. The documents include not only the text file but also PDF or image files. We also suggest a method to visualize the result with maps, numbers, and graphs. By comparing the results with those of expert reviews, we show that it is necessary to use knowledge-based method in future instead of the word-based method for improving the reliability. The results give more values when they are applied in already existing documents than those of newly developed product.

        IPO 전후 혁신의 효율성 비교 연구: 의약산업 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 IPO시점을 전후하여 기업의 혁신 활동과 성과의 변화에 대한 분석을 목적으로 연구개발 투자 비중이 높은 의료 및 의약 분야의 코스닥 IPO 상장 기업을 대상으로 7개의 투입, 산출 모형에 대한 효율성 분석과 비교를 실시하였다. 의약분야 기업의 IPO 전후 3년간의 혁신활동 효율성을 측정하고 차이를 분석하기 위해 DEA모형을 적용하였다. 본 논문의 주요한 결과는 첫째, 의약분야의 IPO 기업의 창업에서 IPO까지 평균 12.86년이 소요되었고, 혁신활동은 평균적으로 IPO 이전보다 더욱 활발해져 연구개발 투자액이 증가되었다. 출원특허의 수는 IPO 이전 3년 동안 8.43개에서 IPO 이후 3년 동안에는 상장기업 평균 16.67로 급증하였으며 기업의 기술 영역도 전후 3년 동안 상장기업 평균 11개에서 22개 기술분야로 크게 확대되는 모습을 보였으나, 재무적 측면에서 성장 추이와 수익성은 IPO 이전보다 낮아졌다. 둘째, 연구개발 투자와 특허출원 활동에 대한 재무적인 성과는 IPO 이후 효율성이 모두 약화되었으며, 최종적인 성과에 이르기까지 투자와 활동을 분리하여 연구개발투자에 따른 특허 출원 성과, 특허 출원 활동에 따른 재무적인 성과에 대한 효율성 역시 IPO 이전보다 모두 낮아진 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 특허활동에 따른 재무성과에 대한 효율성은 연구개발 투자에 따른 특허 출원 성과, 연구개발투자와 특허활동에 따른 재무성과에 대한 효율성에 비해 낮았고, 특히, IPO 이후 특허활동에 따른 재무성과의 비효율성은 규모의 비효율성으로 인해 발생되었음이 분석되었다. 마지막으로, 본 연구에서 IPO 이후 전체적인 효율성 하락은 IPO를 퉁한 연구개발투자 확대가 시장의 재무적 성과로 이어지지 못하였고, IPO 이후 전체적인 비효율성은 연구개발투자를 통한 혁신의 결과 도출 단계보다는 혁신활동의 결과물이 시장의 성과를 이끌어 내는 데 나타나는 비효율성으로 인한 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study is to analyze changes of innovation activities and their performance in pre-IPO and post-IPO of KOSDAQ IPO listed companies in medical and pharmaceutical fields, which require high R&D investment, from 2000 to 2005 in Korea. The innovation efficiencies of the IPO companies were measured before and after three years based on the DEA model. The financial data and patent information of the listed company during total 6 years, which were 3 years before IPO and 3 years after IPO, were collected. The main results of this research are as follows. First, it took an average 12.86 years until IPO in the start-up of the IPO companies in the pharmaceutical sector, and innovation was on average more active than the IPO before. R&D investment was higher than the IPO before, and the number of the applied patent during 3 years after IPO was 16.67 which was increased from 8.43 during 3 years before IPO. In addition, the average scope of technology of the IPO companies was expanded from 11 to 22 technology fields during previous 3 year and after 3 year each, and financial growth after IPO was lower than the previous IPO. Second, the financial performance of R&D investment and the performance of patent activity were weakened in the efficiency after the IPO, and the integrated performance from the patenting activities and the R&D investment was decreased after the IPO. Finally, the efficiency of the financial performance of the patenting activity was lower than the efficiency of the financial performance of the patent and R&D investment and patent activities under the R&D investment. In particular, the inefficiency of the firms' patenting activities performance after the IPO was caused by the decreasing return to scale, according to the results of this study. This results implicate that the expansion of R&D investments through the IPO had not lead to the financial performance of the market, and that the overall inefficiency since the IPO is due to the inefficiencies at the stage for the outcome of innovation activity rather than the output obtained through the R&D investments that appear to lead the performance of the market.

        ≪설문해자(說文解字)≫ 심부(心部) 수록자의 의미 분류와 감정 표현 한자 연구

        The purpose of the paper is to classify the meanings of the 263 characters compiled under the radical xin 心 (Heart) of Shuowen Jiezi (說文解字; 大徐本) and extract from them the characters expressing “emotion” from the semantic categorial perspective. The analysis of the annotation (訓釋) for radical 心, the nine characters arranged in the very beginning, including the radical and character xin 心 (Heart), correspond to the conceptual terms related with “heart” based on Confucian ideology. The other characters included are semantically classified into four categories: emotion, personality, cognition, and virtue. The remaining five characters are not classifiable into any of these four. There are 125 characters, or 47%, that express ‘emotion’ in the radical xin 心 (Heart), Shuowen Jiezi (說文解字). These are classified semantically into: worry, sorrow, fear, anger, resentment, joy, love, peace, shame, surprise, and touching. The findings of the study may be summarized as follows: First, according to existing studies, the list of emotion words in contemporary English, Korean and Japanese number about 400 entries, while those in radical xin 心 (Heart) of Shuowen Jiezi (說文解字) number 125. Considering that Shuowen Jiezi (說文解字) contains high frequency Chinese characters in Pre-Qin Period, it seems that in ancient Chinese society the vocabulary for human emotions had a broader spectrum. Second, emotions are generally divided into positive and negative. The order of arrangement of words contained in each radical of Shuowen Jiezi (說文解字) follow the semantic categories, with positive words arranged in the beginning and negative words in the end. In radical xin 心 (Heart), the words for positive emotions (joy, peace and love) are arranged in the beginning, while those for negative emotions (sorrow, worry, fear, and resentment) are concentrated in the end, evidencing that the general rule of arranging characters of Shuowen Jiezi (說文解字) is applied. Third, the Eastern and Western classification of basic emotions are classified into six categories of emotion: joy, sorrow, surprise, fear, aversion and anger. Besides these six, radical xin 心 (Heart) of Shuowen Jiezi (說文解字) can classify five more: “peace, love, shame, worry, and touching.” This semantic classification is reflective of ancient Chinese emotions found in the literature from the Pre-Qin Period.

        진성리더십이 사회복지조직문화에 미치는 영향: 조직변화몰입과 조직변화저항의 매개효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 변화하는 환경에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 방법은 사회복지조직의 유연한 조직문화 형성이라 보고, 이에 영향을 미치는 리더의 진정성과 변화를 받아들이는 구성원들의 태도를 중심으로 조직 내부의 변화관리 요소를 살펴보았다. 진성리더십이 조직문화에 미치는 영향과 이 관계에서 구성원들의 조직변화몰입과 저항태도의 다중매개효과를 검증하기 위해 부산・경남 소재의 사회복지관, 장애인복지관, 노인복지관 종사자 239명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 SPSS 22.0과 Process macro 3.1을 사용하여 분석하였다. 다중매개효과 검증의 주요 결과는 첫째, 진성리더십 수준이 높을수록 유연성을 지향하는 집단・개발문화의 수준이 높아졌다. 둘째, 구성원들의 태도 매개효과는 조직변화몰입태도는 진성리더십과 집단문화 사이에 정적인 효과를, 조직변화저항태도는 진성리더십과 위계문화 사이에 부적인 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 사회복지조직이 변화를 위한 유연한 조직문화를 형성하기 위해서는 리더의 진성리더십 개발과 구성원의 변화에 대한 태도를 고려한 조직관리가 필요함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to provide practical implications for change management in the social welfare organization through organizational culture, authentic leadership, and attitude toward change. This study analyzed the effects of the chief manager’s authentic leadership on organizational culture and the multiple mediating effects of commitment and resistance to organizational change attitude in this relationship. For analysis, SPSS 22.0 and PROCESS macro v3.1 was used. The study was conducted on the social welfare centers in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do, the welfare centers for the disabled, and the elder. According to multiple mediation effect verification the main results are as follows. First, the higher the level of authentic leadership, the higher the level of group and development culture that is flexible. Second, the commitment to organizational change of the social worker have a static mediating effect between the authentic leadership and the group culture. And the social worker’s resistance to organizational change had a negative mediating effect between authentic leadership and hierarchical culture. This implies that authentic leadership increases commitment attitudes and decreases the resistance attitude for the organizational change of the social worker. Also, the relationship between two variables suggests that the level of group culture can be raised and the level of hierarchical culture can be lowered. This study suggests, based on these research results, organizational change management that takes into account the attitude of the leader’s authentic leadership and change of social workers.

        Odradek, described by Kafka in his short story 『The Cares of a Family Man』, is a being with a form close to humans, but is a mysterious existence whose origin and purpose are unknown. Jane Bennett calls Odradek's impersonal and inorganic human life was also seen as an example of 'thingpower'. Just as Deleuze and Guattari defined 'material vitalism' as the vitality of things inherent in matter-energy, ecological thinking requires recognition of the strength of impersonal affects. Just as Odradek is a multilateral being, human beings are also participants in the non-human world. If, as Guattari puts it, "the 'vitalist' ideas [of the machine] assimilate the machine to the living beings insofar as they are not assimilated into the machine“, then the operation of a machine resembling a living being could be uncharted territory. The 'abstract machine' that Guattari refers to is like an intangible planet that encompasses the social collective connected to the machine, the body, and the huge and complex unconscious world. Humans on this planet are bound to feel the confusion of identity, the vague boundaries between reality and virtuality, as in many Sci-Fi novels and movies. Also, the inner movements in which all the world of unprovable subjectivity resonates with the outer world can very rarely resonate with sublime or embarrassingly heterogeneous affects. Therefore, in order to meet the artistic subjectivity of films that we have not yet seen or arrived, this article is about how we can be freed from the habituated subjectivity transplanted from the outside to objectify subjectivity, and to be compatible with the mutant world of values. It contains concerns about whether it is possible to reinvent subjectivity.

        한글 워드프로세서 한자사전의 분석과 개선안 모색

        The purpose of this study is to present an analysis of the ‘Chinese character dictionary’ adopted in Hangul Word Processor (HWP) and to suggest ideas to improve the aspects of systematicity and efficacy. For this purpose, the present paper examines the Chinese characters with the radical 心 (Heart) and the radical 女 (Female) in HWP (Hancom Office 2020) and Microsoft Word (MS Office 365) in a comparative analysis with other Chinese character dictionaries on the form and content of entry words. Suggested points for improvement in HWP’s Chinese character dictionary cover four aspects: ‘correcting errors in written senses of meaning,’ ‘correcting errors in copied senses of meaning,’ ‘standardizing the way and form for arranging senses of meaning,’ and ‘supplementing and expanding information for entry makers and sub-entries.’ As ‘a book that gives explanations on writing and spelling, pronunciation, definition, word origin, and usage,’ a dictionary serves as the standard framework for a language and characters, for which coherence in its system and form and accuracy of content are of critical value. Hangul Word Processor has been consistently updated to newer versions; nevertheless, there remain room for improvement in regard to information and the system for sub-entries in these dictionaries. This paper has identified key factors for it as ‘obscure sources.’ In all ranges of Chinese character dictionaries, from print to digital versions, various researchers are engaged in supplementing and updating their content. To elevate the systematicity and efficacy of Hangul Word Processor, it is necessary to utilizes other Chinese character dictionaries that are in use, similar to dictionaries for other languages, or implement a search engine system for Chinese character dictionaries that enables correlation in a networked environment.

        초임유아교사를 위한 디지털 스토리텔링 기반 공감 지원이 교직적응에 미치는 변화 탐색 : 졸업생을 위한 「처음교사 모임」을 기초로

        본 연구는 졸업생 초임유아교사를 대상으로 디지털 스토리텔링 기반 공감 지원 「처음교사 모임」에 참여한 경험의 과정 및 변화 탐색을 통해 교직적응 지원방안을 모색하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 M전문대학을 졸업한 초임교사 5명을 대상으로, 교수자 2인이 3월부터 7월까지 비대면으로 디지털 스토리텔링 기반 공감 지원「처음교사 모임」을 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 다양한 디지털 스토리텔링 자료들과 초임교사 저널, 개별면담, 설문지 등을 포함하였고 적응의 과정 및 변화를 탐색하고자 수집된 자료를 질적 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 초임유아교사들은 학기 초 낯설음으로 인한 혼란, 문제행동 지도의 어려움, 수업 부담 및 체력적 지침 등을 보였으나 점차 편안함 및 자신감을 회복하고 교직에 적응하는 모습을 보였다. 둘째, 초임유아교사들은 ‘혼자에서 우리로’ 시선의 변화, ‘자책과 좌절에서 다시 해보자’ 와 같은 생각의 변화, ‘부정적 감정에서 긍정에너지로’ 감정의 변화, ‘처음교사에서 교사다움으로’ 작은 성장을 해나가는 변화를 보였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 교원양성기관 졸업 후 지속적인 교직적응 지원 추수프로그램 운영이 필요함을 제안하였다. This study was conducted to identify measures to support teaching adaptation by exploring the process and change revolving around the experience of participating in the digital storytelling-based empathy support “First-Time Teachers' Meeting” geared toward first-time teachers. To this end, two instructors implemented a contactless digital storytelling-based empathy support meeting from March to July 2021, targeting five first-time teachers who graduated from Seoul's College M. and questionnaires, which were then qualitatively analyzed to explore the process and changes in adaptation. The results reveal that first-time preschool teachers exhibited confusion due to unfamiliarity at the beginning of the semester, difficulties in managing problematic behaviors, class burden, and physical burnout. However, a sense of balance and confidence was gradually restored, and they finally adapted to teaching. Additionally, it was also noted that first-time preschool teachers showed changes in their views "from unfamiliar to us," changes in thoughts such as "let's do it again,” that is, from self-blame and frustration," changes in emotions from "negative to positive energy," and small growth from being a "novice teacher to a fully-fledged teacher." Based on the results, it was suggested that it is necessary to continuously run a follow-up program to support teacher adaptation even after graduation from teacher training schools.
