      • 벼와 피에서 제초제 alachlor의 선택적 작용

        벼와 피에서 α-chloroacetamide계 제초제의 선택적 작용, 특히 포장에 이앙하는 어린모의 벼(약 40일묘)와 발아중인 피에서 alachlor의 선택적 작용이 발현되는 근거를 찾고자, 벼와 피에서 몇가지 생화학적 차이를 조사하였다. 제초제 alachlor에 의한 약해는 생장일수가 동일한 유묘기의 벼와 피에서는 비슷하였으나, 생장일수가 서로 다른 40일묘의 벼와 7일묘의 피에서는 현격한 차이가 있었다. Alachlor에 대하여 약해정도가 현격히 다른 40일묘의 벼와 7일묘의 피체내의 GSH 함량과 GST 활성은 서로 비슷하였으며, alachlor 처리에 의한 GSH 함량과 GST 활성의 증가도 모두 미미하였다. 40일묘의 벼와 7일묘의 피에서 alachlor 처리에 의해 저해되는 α-amylase의 활성은 무처리에 비해 각각 93.5%와 70%로 현격한 차이를 나타내었으며, 이는 약해정도와 부합하였다. 따라서, 40일묘의 벼와 7일묘의 피에서 발현되는 alachlor의 선택성 또는 벼를 이앙한 포장에서 발아중인 피를 방제하는 α-chloroacetamide계 제초제의 선택성은, 벼와 피체내의 방어계인 glutathione conjugation 반응에 기인하는 것이라기 보다는, 종실내의 주된 저장영양분인 탄수화물의 이용에 관련된 효소인 α-amylase가 저해되는 정도에 기인하는 것으로 판단되었다. Several biochemical differences between rice and barnyardgrass which were related to glutathione conjugation and utilization of starch reserves in seeds were examined to investigate the selectivity of α-chloroacetamide herbicides in rice and barnyardgrass, especially in transplanting staged rice (about 40-day-old) and germinating barnyardgrass. Phytotoxicities of alachlor to rice seedlings and barnyardgrass seedlings were all severe at stronger concentration that 1.0×10-6 and were similiar to each other at various concentrations. However, 40-day-old rice which was independent on the seed reserves was tolerant to alachlor. Glutathione(GSH) content and activity of glutathione S-transferases(GST) in roots of rice seedlings and barnyardgrass seedlings were similiar to each other, and those of 40-day-old rice and barnyardgrass seedlings which were observed to show different responses to alachlor were so. Moreover, the inductions of GSH and GST in 40-day-old rice and 7-day-old barnyardgrass following treatments with 1.0×10-5 solution of alachlor were insignificant. On the other hand, activities of α-amylase in seeds of 40-day-old rice and 7-day-old barnyardgrass following treatments with 1.0×10-5 solution of alachlor decreased to 93.5% and 70.0% of the control respectively. These results were consistent in phytotoxicities above stated. It was therefore stated that the selectivity of alachlor, α-chloroacetamide herbicide in 40-day-old rice and germinating barnyardgrass was due to inhibition degree of α-amylase needed for starch utilization as energy sources in grass germlings, rather than due to the rate of glutathione conjugation generally considered as main factor contibuting to α-chloroacetamide herbicide detoxification and selectivity.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the BMD and BMM for L spin AP, Femoral-neck and seurm Ca, seurm P after 12 weeks snowboard exercise. The total sample was 7 students of university male, consisted of 7 students for inexperienced snowboard group. The results were as follows : 1. Each time BMD for L spine AP was’t shown to significantly but decrease after 6 weeks exercise more then pre-exercise and after 12 weeks exercise more then 6 weeks 2. Each time BMB for Femoral-neck was’t shown to significantly but decrease after 6 weeks exercise more then pre-exercise, some increase after 12 weeks exercise more then 6 weeks exercise. 3. Each time BMD for seurm Ca was’t shown to significantly but decrease after 6 weeks exercise more then pre-exercise, some increase after 12 weeks exercise more then 6 weeks exercise. 4. Each time BMD for seurm P was’t shown to significantly but decrease after 6 weeks exercise more then pre-exercise, some increase after 12 weeks exercise more then 6 weeks exercise. From this study, 12 weeks snowboard exercise was shown to effect about BMD and BMM for L spine AP, Femoral-neck and seum Ca, seurm P in 7 students of university male for inexperienced snowboard but was’t shown to significantly

        近代의 摸索과 實學思想 : 연구사와 관제

        The present is carried out to organize the past studies on Silhak of the late Chosoˇn dynasty and to suggest new topics to be studied for further progress in the field. The paper first examines the social situations when Silhak began to emerge and the functions of the study. Then the emerging and advancing process of Silhak is divided into three main stages, and the major schools and concepts of Silhak is also dealt with. New topics for further study are suggested at the end of the paper. Both domestic and foreign conditions must be considered in studying the emergence of Silhak and realists, and as with the functions of Silhak, it must be noted that it had a certain amount of influence on the reform of the bureaucracy of the time although it did not have much direct influence on the society. In other words, one must reject a sin91e-minded view in evaluating the impact Silhak had on the following ages and the Present. As with the division of stages and schools, the study adopts the idea Jeong In -to first introduced in the 1930s, which divides the different schools of Silhak according to their political color(the Namin(南人) school of the Kyung - gi(京畿) region, the Soron(少論) school and the Noron school), and divides the growth stages of Silhak into the beginning stage(the latter half of the 17th century), the middle stage(from the beginning to the middle of the 18th century) and the latter period(from the end of the 18th century to the beginning of the 19th century). The mid Chosoˇn period(from the mid 16th century to the mid 17th century) is marked as the preliminary stage. The denotation of Silhak is restricted to the three schools defined by Jeong In - bo. The idea implied not only modernity but something far ahead of the time. The last part of the study suggests future studies and tasks to be carried out in the field. They include :comparing Silhak with Chinese and Japanese ideologies and the enlightenment movement of the western culture, developing a new theory comprehending both East Asian and global systems and studying Silhak based on this theory, studying relations with other ideologies of the time including the ideology of the people, thinking over the practical meanings in the present age, carrying out international research, organizing literal materials and recording the history of Silhak and lastly, studying the subject in connection with social history and regional history.

      • 라켓경기종목 선수의 형태학적 특성

        This study was attempted to describe the morphological characteristics of racket sports player (Tennis, Badminton, Table tennis) and to analyze the similar anthropometic variables and different anthropometic variables among tennis, badminton and table tennis players. In study 150 female and male tennis, badminton and table tennis player completed the measurement of 39 anthropometric variables. These variables analyzed by ANOVA and Overlap Zone (OZ). The results of this study was follows. 1. In male players, tennis and badminton players were similar anthropometic characteristics and tennis and table tennis players was different anthropometic characteristics. Length variables of badminton and table tennis players were relatively similar but breadth variables were different. 2. In female players, tennis and badminton players were different anthropometic characteristics and similar and different anthropometic characteristics among table tennis, tennis and badminton players was not appeared.

      • 버들치(Rhynchocypris oxycephalus)의 vitellogenin 생성량 측정을 이용한 수중 estrogen휴 화합물의 정량분석법에 관한 연구

        Vitellogenin(Vtg), a phospholipoglycoprotein precursor of egg yolk, is synthesized and secreted from the liver in response to estrogens in female fish. Vtg is normally undetectable in the blood of male fish, but can be induced by exposure to chemicals possessing estrogenic activity. Thus, the presence of Vtg in blood of male fish can serve as a useful biomarker for assessing previous exposure to estrogenic compounds. In the present study, Vtg was abnormally expressed in Rhynchocypris oxycephalus treatment of Estradiol Benzoate (E_(2)). As the result, it was found that the level of Vtg in blood from R. oxycephalus was increased by treated quantity of E_(2) with dose-effect manner.

      • 市販 Sausage의 아미노산 조성에 關한 硏究

        For nutritional and quality evaluation of commercial sausages, 17 kinds of sausage were selected by kinds and manufacturers. The protein content and amino acid composition were analyzed from the sausages and calculated chemical score and protein score of the protein. The results obtained from this study were as follows. 1) The crude protein content contained in Hotdog, Hamberger, Frank, Beef and Pork sausage was 13.00%, 11.17%, 12.02%, 11.67%, 11.61%, respectively. 2) The gram of total essential amino acid per gram of total nitrogen (E/T ratio) of Hotdog, Hamberger, Frank, Beef and Pork sausage was 2,02, 2.11, 2.16, 2.18, 2.15, respectively. 3) The chemical score of proteins (A/E) was 87.7 in Hotdog. 91.9 in Hamberger, 95.4 in Frank, 93.8 in Beef and 90.6 in Pork sausage. The first limiting amino acid was on the whole lsoleucine. 4) The protein score was 87.7 in Hotdog, 90.1 in Hamberger. 98.5 in Frank, 97.5 in Beef. and 90.2 in pork sausage. The first limiting amino acid was isoleucine.

      • 市販 Sausage의 脂防酸 조성에 關한 硏究

        For nutritional and quality evaluation of commerical sausage, 17 kinds were selected by kinds, and manufactures. Total lipid contents were measured and then analyzed the fatty acid composition of those sausages by gas chromatography. The results obtained from this study were as follows. 1) Average total fat contents of Hotdog, Hamberger, Frank, Beef and Pork sausage were 2.98%, 8.85%, 22.71%, 7.70%, 5.27%, respectively. Most of the sausages did not contain much lipid except for Frank sausage. 2) In the case of fatty acid composition it was similer in patterns but different in contents one another. Oleic acid, the chief ingredient of fatty acid, was 34.55%-45.13%, Palmitic acid was 21.39%-33.35%, Stearic acid was 10.41%∼20.54, Linoleic acid and linolenic acid which are essential fatty acid, were, 2.67%. 15.54%, 0.16%, 3.56%, respectively. 3) U/S ratio ranged from 0.75, 1.78. Most of the sausages was over 1.0 in the ratio and P/S ratio, which showed relatively low ratio, ranged from 0.08 to 0.49.
