MPEG-4 for an object base coding after extracting the region from image, the coding for a real-time requirements is quick and must be accurate. The object crisis algorithms of existing calculation quantity are many and with image transformation or video conferencing system to same real-time application they are not suitably. The object real-time tracking it tried to apply the CAM-Shift algorithm which is possible from the dissertation which it sees consequently. Tracking the object which it moves or wants the VO where (Video Object) tracking the user wants in bounding box form defines the object where is started. Tracking the object of after uses a CAM-Shift algorithm and are extracted and the VOP with the VO which it is composed. It defines one bounding box with the method which is proposed consequently about lower only one VOP there to be it will be able to compose, it becomes.

The purpose of this study was to delve into all sorts of literature concerned in a bid to suggest how the police and private security sector could join forces in preventing crimes and guaranteeing the safety of people. Also, both sides should get together on a regular basis and a joint patrol system should be introduced. The police should share information with private sector on how to prevent crimes. and deliberate on how to respond to different sorts of alarm. To serve as a qualified partner for the police, private security industry should strive to secure excellent manpower and provide education for workers to improve their qualifications. Specifically, they should put sustained efforts into diversifying the types of security business and creating a new market to extend their scope of business and become more competitive. Intensified collaboration between the police and private security sector is expected to create new synergy in addressing people's needs for safety and enhancing their quality of life.

The purpose of this study was to established the characteristic radiographic features in salivary gland diseases by means of sialography and scintigraphy. Sialograms and scintigrams with diseases of salivary gland were examined. In this group were 5 salivary stones, 14 sialadenitis, 17 Sjogren's syndromes and 8 benign tumors. The obtained results were as follows; 1. In the configuration of the shape of main duct, those revealed that modified curvilinear and curvilinear types were predominant in Sjogren's syndromes but reverse sigmoid and angular types were in sialolithiasis and sialadenitis combined with sialodochitis. 2. In the configuration of the course of main duct, those revealed that smooth types were predominant in sialadenitis and irregular types were predominant in Sjogren's syndromes and benign tumors and irregular types were seen in all salivary stones and sialadenitis combined with sialodochitis. 3. In the type of intraglandular pattern, those revealed that destructive changes of salivary duct system and parenchyma were severe in sialadenitis and salivary stones and predominantly severe in Sjogren's syndromes. 4. The function of salivary gland was decreased severely in Sjogren's syndrome, and also decrease in salivary stone and sialadenitis. In benign tumor, the uptake of radioisotope was not seen in lesion and the function of salivary gland decreased in its remaining normal parenchyma.(J Korean Oral Maxillofac Radiol 1999:29:175-189)
