This study firstly aims to review the discussions among major nations and international organizations on removal of tariff wall in EC. Secondly, it is analyzed how the trend of tariff reduction of removal will affect an individual economy in a partial balance analysis model on an assumed small-size economy. In closing, political implication for removal of tariffs in EC will be presented. The study concluded that tariff removal on Internet EC has both positive and negative effects on the importing economy. It can improve the efficiency in utilization of economic resources by the importing economy in the long term while cut the financial revenue and aggravate the trade balance of importing country. It is inferred from such a conclusion that tariff removal can lead to trade imbalance between the Information haves and the have-nots.

Previously, general theme on the subject, meaning and substance of change of products design and production method as such products which could be easily assembled or disassembled are generally described. At the same time, reasonable main current to the 'assembled' has been spot-lighted and refuasl against that of present production method is expressed. Though such a series of works, some formative work in order to proclaim 'Dseign New Frontier' have been commented and it has been testified that DFMA is a very sustantioal and appropriate products development program, however it was found that DFMA is not learning that easily allows 'design-like' approaching. The most of them are prejudiced to the technological explanation to the main current and application in the institutes of technology, and that it was little difficult to understand due to unfamiliar pharaselogy, unacquainted concept and insufficient description. It has been considered that concept structure of the chang of qualitative sense according to weight and temperature should be at least learnt for associating with engineers, an then confliction with a case like a sensitive technology that occupies important position as a kernel subject of design.

韓國産 다람쥐를 利用한 結核症 診斷에 關한 硏究

In order to investigate the possibility of the use of Korean chipmunks for the diagnosis of tuberculosis, specimens collected from suspected tuberculous patients were tested, and the following results were obtained. 1) The Korean chipmunks were more susceptible to tubercle bacilli than mice. 2) Out of the 79 suspected tuberculous patients, 40 cases were confirmed by microscopic examination. 3) Out of the 39 microscopically negative cases, 6 cases were confirmed by culture and 21 cases by animal inoculation. 4) Compered with culture and mice inoculation, the inoculation into chipmunks resulted in the early diagnosis, by few weeks. 5) Identification of tubercle bacilli by Korean chipmunks inoculation was considered more rapid and susceptible than by culture and mouse inoculation. It was considered an appropriate experimental animal for the diagnosis of tuberculosis.

The main purpose of this thesis is to examine the similarities and difference on blak images in Benito Cereno and Uncle Tom's Cabin and to grasp the more trustful meaning of two works. In Benito Cereno Melville presented symbolically the problem of slavery in the middle of the 19th century America through the slave revolt. He showed that the negroes, far from being contented and docile under slavery through Babo, the leader of the slave revolt in Benito Cereno. In Uncle Tom's Cabin Harriet Beecher Stowe Played plenty of stirring and defiant attacks on the evils of slavery. Tom, the hero of Uncle Tom's Cabin, has an important effect on a sterotypical image of blacks, a loyal old slave. In conclusion, we can that Melville showed, opposite to all prevailing stereotypes of his day, uncle Tom, Negroes as multifaceted, complex individuals, capable of both good and evil.

지역개발디자인 및 지역 아이덴티티와 지역이미지 형성에 관한 연구

본격적인 지방자치제가 실시되어 각 자치단체에서는 지역의 잠재력을 활용한 지역개발에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 개발재원의 부족, 전문가의 부족과 개발 및 운영관리상의 노하우 부족으로 시작부터 난관에 부딪치고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 때 디자인분야 뿐만 아니라 제 학문분야에서 지역을 활성화하기 위한 다각적인 접근이 요구되고 있다. 지역개발디자인은 지역의 문화와 환경을 보전하고 지역의 매력을 창조해 나간다는 원칙하에 지역주민과 지역자본이 주체가 되고, 대규모 자본이 투자되는 시설보다는 지역의 매력적인 자원을 중심으로 개발하여야 한다. 이 과정에서 지역의 아이덴티티 확립은 지역의 이미지를 형성을 하고 이미지를 높이기 위한 기본 전제 조건인 것이며, 지역 활성화의 기본적 전제 조건이기도 하다. 따라서 지역의 아이덴티티 확립을 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요하게 되었다. 지역 아이덴티티란 지역의 자원 평가를 실시하여 얻어진 지역의 대표적 자원을 중심으로 이루어지므로 지역 아이덴티티 확립을 위해서는 지역의 정확한 자원평가가 선행되어야 한다. Consumer-satisfaction is the most important element in communication market to grasp world's a stream for dealing with active transfiguration in a day's changing. It causes to demand more study not only quality but also design because of consumer's fastidious to solve some approaching method. Of course with this, it can be assumed for self-realization of group mania's self-recognized after post-modernism, to guard against from a state economy to world economy. It supports a good interface in software and hard ware for consumer satisfaction of the side of sensitive and the side of rational; reasonable at the same time with an innovational technology to user variety function. In here, a good interface would be a reciprocal action naturally in condition without any suspicion from the users. The interface is to induce for a purpose with action from the user not the itself that is a great design. The interface now we are using is general form with every users to adapt inducing and exaction in a given environment. However, the user's demanding are very variety. And there is a class in user environment that not easy to coincide with general environment. It could not be a minority in all class, non-verbal communication method is not passing over part in development direction(not exaction but user's convenience) of hereafter interface design for satisfaction to everyone including handicapped person, child, special expert worker who has use this method more than general users.

Accordingly, in order to enlarge the more market share in the United State of America, Our enterprises should ; - make a close study for the life style, thinking way of Americans and the products of value that are seriously required by them. - concentrate their effort to develop the goods, the new value of which is able to be recognized by them. - do that best, by researching for constant market situation, and by comparing and analyzing of rival nation and rival commodities, to develop the goods which are distinguished from localities.
