원발성 위암조직에서 fragile histidine triad 유전자의 이상 발현에 대한 연구

Background : The fragile histidine triad(FHIT) gene, located at human chromosome 3p14.2, has been shown to produce aberrant transcripts in a number of human cancers. Also, FHIT protein is supposed to have tumor suppressor function. Methods : To determine the role of the FHIT gene in gastric carcinoma, FHIT mRNA transcripts were examined in 16 primary adenocarcinomas by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). Expression of FHIT protein was measured by immunohistochemistry. Results : In this study, we found normal and abnormal RT-PCR products in 7 cases, and no transcript in one case. Positive immunostaining was observed in normal gastic gland, whereas FHIT immunoreactivity was significantly decreased or absent in most cases tested. Gastric cancer is thought to be develop from carcinogenic exposure, possibly accompanying with the high frequency of the FHIT gene abnormalities. Conclusion : The above results suggest that the FHIT gene can be a preferential target of environmental carcinogens, and the FHIT inactivation may play a role in the gastric carcinogenicity.
한국어교육을 위한 옛이야기 ‘다시쓰기’ -구술성을 중심으로-

"Retelling" old Korean tales implemented in Korean language education refers to the work of trimming and abridging the story. This study discusses the key retelling methodologies. Firstly, tales that are most representative of the common Korean traditional cultures should be made into a standardized text including the basic elements of old Korean tales. It is crucial to avoid indiscriminative use of stories written for children, and to amend parts that have been distorted during the Japanese colonial period. The most important consideration when retelling is to reflect the ‘orality’ style which is the core characteristic of oral literature. The narrative structure of the tales also implements the typical patterns of oral texts. This allows the difficulty of the texts to be modified to suit the foreign learner’s ability understand Korean language. Additionally, the specific descriptions in rewritten traditional tales’ narrative voice should adequately use “telling” and “showing” methods. Both methods of narration allow not only the delivery of the story but also allows implementation of rhetorical interventions for Korean language education. Finally, repetitive and conventional idiomatic expressions were used frequently throughout the oral literature. This relates closely to remembering these stories hence this can be reflected in retelling old Korean tales to increase effectiveness. (Sookmyung Women’s University)

In this study, we analyze the practice of the central practices of South Korea Dance Education Dance Education College of Liberal Arts verify the effectiveness of training and to derive implications puts the purpose of the study. Results were analyzed 4 gaji characteristic elements of the four element effective, concrete results are as follows. First, a characteristic element of the action useless liberal arts college in central South Korea dance training was to analyze the topic of teacher, educational content, teaching methods, educational environment four. Second, the analysis was to understand the positive psychological experience, the four themes of social development for new and meaningful experiences, to practice cultural center of South Korea South Korea effective elements of dance education in the liberal arts college dance.
실천중심 대학 교양 무용 프로그램의 수업 운영 방식별 교육 효과 차이

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of liberal dance courses in a university, which is focused on the hands-on learning, on the active participation of the students in dance and their role for training the students into sophisticated individuals. In this study, questionnaire was utilized for quantitative study. For the limitation in the reliability of the quantitative result related to the statistical test in this study, the experience report and open poll were done for the qualitative study, which makes this research a case-centered integrative study. The specific details of this study are as follows. It is about the effect of different teaching styles of the liberal dance courses in the university that is focused on hands-on learning. As the result, the course with creative learning style was analyzed to be more effective, compared to the course based on performances. On the other hand, the course for performing dance was shown to be more effective on the development of sociality and emotionality, compared to the creative dance course.
PARCOR방식을 이용한 한국어의 분석과 합성에 관한 연구

Recently, the study on the analysis and the synthesis of speech signal using the Linear Predictfive Coding method or Partial au to-Correlation method has been developed. In this study, we used Partial auto-Correlation method to analyze vowels and syllables of Korean speech. Parameter of speech which was analyzed quantized to the speciality of speech of each parameter and encoded to the low bit rate. And it decoded again parameter of speech which was encoded to synthesize a speech signal and evaluated the quality of sound with the speech synthesis. The result of this experiment was as follow-When speech parameter was encoded to 5.2Kbit/sec in Korean speech, in vowels the quality of speech synthesis exposed understanding property of 90 percent in a minimum and in syllables 70 percent. Therefore, I found out the Partial auto-Correlation method to encode the speech signal of the Korean could decrease information to a tenth of PCM method.
