        주정중독에서의 근전도 바이오피드백의 치료적 적용에 관한 연구

        For the purpose of the therapeutic application of EMG biofeedback in the alcoholism, the authors investigated the tension-reduction hypothesis and the capability of reducing tension in alcoholics by EMG biofeedback. 21 alcoholics who were admitted to seoul National Mental Hospital from Jan. 1986 to Jun. 1986 and 21 control subjects entered for the experiment. A comparison between alcoholics and control subjects regarding frontalis muscle tension during 5 minutes of baseline recording on the first session was performed to examine the tension-reduction hypothesis indirectly. The data of muscle tension during 5 sessions of biofeedback training in both groups were analyzed to investigate the relative abilities of alcoholic subjects for neuromuscular learning, hypothesizing that alcoholics are less capable of reducing tension by nonalcoholic means than most people. The results were as follows; 1) Alcoholics(2.64±1.41μ) displayed a higher mean baseline level of frontalis muscle tension than did nonalcoholics (1.40±0.44μ) demonstrated by statistically significant difference. 2) Comparing the results of ANOVA by training condition at each session, a significant difference was found from the 3rd session in alcoholics and from the 4th session in nonalcoholics. 3) Comparing the results of t-test of mean muscle tension between types of three training conditions during each of the 5 sessions, BF(Biofeedback) group had a statistically significant difference in comparison with NF(No feedback) group or FF(False feedback) group in alcoholics and nonalcoholics. 4) The above-mentioned 2nd and 3rd results made in apparent that alcoholics can learn to reduce frontalis muscle tension by EMG biofeedback. 5) Comparison between below 2.0 μV and above 3.0 μV of baseline subgroup in alcoholics was performed, and there was a significant difference in age and duration of enforced abstinence.

        This paper presents the numerical analysis and experimental verification to know the metal cutting burr formation mechanism in face milling operation. inite element method are applied to predict the 2-D burr formation process prediction. Face milling process are adjusted to analyze the characteristics of burr shapes according to various cutting conditions. The cutting parameters were investigated with cutting speed, feed rate, depth of cut. Through the experiments various burr types are classified according to its shape and properties.

        This paper deals on the Hardware development of 3-D scanning type electronic probe for 3-D measuring machine. 3-D measuring machine usually used in products management, high cost needs for decision measurement. This decision measurement needs more and more caused by local factory becomes automation. This research used LVDT scanning type sensor which this sensor can be accurate in short length and also used in compact space, there of LVDT measuring range ±1.25[mm]and resolution 0.1[㎛]have been complished. In the future more develop the electronic control parts and software, this probe will be used in the world widely with power.

      • 대퇴골 전자간 골절을 동반한 고령의 환자에서 시행한 슬관절 전치환술

        Purpose: To analyze the clinical results of total knee arthroplasty In elderly patients who had arthritic knees and intertrochanteric fractures. Materials and Methods: From fan 1992 to March 1999, 27 cases of the patients with arthritic knees and associated intertrochanteric fractures were treated by total knee arthroplasties and we evaluated the patients by Knee Score of American Knee Society. Results: Flexion contracture was improved from 10.3 degree to 5.2 degree, KSS score was improved from 57.4 points to 78.6 points, authors' evaluation system score was improved from 50.3 points to 73.2 points. Conclusion: In elderly patients with arthritic knees and associated intertrochanteric fractures, total knee arthroplasty seemed to decrease the rehabilitation time and allow earl weight bearing, so provide an improvement in quality of life.

      • IMT-2000의 다층셀 구조를 위한 시뮬레이션 모델에 관한 기초연구

        본 연구에서는 'IMT-2000 무선망 시뮬레이터'구성을 위한 제반 파라미터, 핵심기술의 추출 및 성능평가를 위한 자료를 제시하여 IMT-2000구현을 위한 기반자료를 창출한고저 한다. 더욱이 IMT-2000의 무선망에서 구축되는 다층 셀구성의 효과적인 배치를 위하여, 기존의 채널할당 알고리즘과 핸드오버 알고리즘을 비교분석하여 IMT-2000시스템 실현을 위한 기초연구를 수행하였다. In this study, it is retrieved that the core contents and parameters to build a radio-simulator of IMT-2000. In addition, fundamental data to evaluate the performance of the simulator are generated. In order to obtain the effective placement of Multi-layer Cell, this paper also compared the characteristics of algorithms for distributed dynamic channel assignment strategies. The results from this process must be important background for the sake of realization of IMT-2000 in the near future.

        과학적 창의성 신장을 위한 교사발문의 개발 및 적용 : 고등학교 지구과학 교과 중심으로

        This study aimed at designing an effective earth science instruction which would help to improve students' scientific creativity using the questioning strategies. The developed questioning strategies were applied to 153 students of 10^(th)~11^(th) grades from March, 2004 to February, 2006. The Reaction Evaluation of Educational Program was used for students' reponses on these questioning strategies. And the Creativity Test developed by the Korea Institute for Aptitude Test was used for the changes of students' scientific creativity. The students responded that these questioning strategies improved students' scientific creativity, and those did not promoted interaction between the teacher and the students. After implementing these questioning strategies, students' analogical ability of language was evaluated the largest score among the 6 categories of scientific creativity. The survey about students' scientific creativity showed that there are meaningful differences between before and after implementing these questioning strategies : analogical ability of figure, analogical ability of language, reading comprehension ability. 본 연구는 고등학교 지구과학 수업을 중심으로 발문 전략을 수립하고 이를 적용함으로써 학생들의 과학적 창의성을 신장시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 2004년 3월에서 2006년 2월 기간까지 고등학교 학생 153명을 대상으로 하였다. 프로그램 반응 평가지를 통하여 발문전략에 관한 학생들의 반응을 살펴보았다. 또 한국적성검사연구소에서 제작한 창의성 검사를 통하여 학생들의 과학적 창의성 신장 여부를 분석하였다. 학생들은 발문전략을 적용한 교수학습 방법이 과학적 창의성을 신장에 도움이 되었다고 반응하였지만, 교사와 학생 사이의 상호작용 증진에는 효과가 없었다고 반응하였다. 발문 전략을 적용한 교수학습의 결과 언어유추능력 항목에서 가장 많은 향상을 보인 반면, 계획적 분석능력 항목에서 가장 작은 향상을 보였다. 대응표본 t검정 결과 도형유추능력, 언어유추능력, 문장이해력 항목에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다.

        Until now, most of the studies on the housing problems have been dealed with their quantities. But radical growth of urban living level owing to economic, social and technical developments makes changes in the basic concepts of living .So the studies on the qualities of housing have come to be required. The aim of this study is to establish the standards for dwelling unit area according to family types, and further to help future planning of housing. In the process of the study, the authors divided families into 5 types, and established the standards of dwelling unit area by measuring the sizes of each rooms in existing dwelling units and by designing normal sizes of each rooms with the modularc oordination system on the basis of arrange-ment of furnitures, and compared the results with foreign standards.(Japan',FHA,IFHA, England).

      • 염화 Cadmium 이 흰쥐 간장에 미치는 영향에 관한 전자현미경적 연구

        실험동물은 본 실험실에서 순종교배에 의해 육성시킨 Wistar계 흰쥐를 사용하였으며, 순종교배에 의해 출생 제 7일의 신생 흰쥐 (체중 10g내외) 출생 제 40일된 흰쥐 (체중 120g내외)를 사용하였다. 신생 흰쥐와 성숙 흰쥐에 각각 cadmium chloride를 체중Kg당 3.75mg되게 생리적 식염수에 용해하여 0.2ml을 복강내에 투여한 후 3시간, 6시간, 12시간, 24시간 및 36시간 후에 각각 희생하고 개복하여 간장을 절취하였다. 간세포의 미세구조를 관찰하기 위해 조직은 4% glutaraldehyde에 전고정하였으며 10% osmium tetroxide로 후고정 후 초박절편을 제작하여 uranyl acetate 와 lead citrate로 이중 염색을 시행하였으며 전자현미경으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. cadmium chloride 투여 신생 흰쥐의 간실질세포에서 골지체는 3시간군, 6시간군및 36시간군에서 소조가 위축되었다. 사립체는 3시간군에서 팽대되었고, 24시간군에서는 사립체롱이 소실되었으며 심한 팽대가 관찰되었고, 36시간군에서는 불규칙한 형태를 보이나 사립체롱은 정상적으로 관찰되었다. 조면내형질세망은 3시간 군에서 소조의 팽대와 일부 낭상화가 관찰되었으며 6시간군에서는 낭상화와 막부착 ribosome 과립의 탈락을 볼 수 있었고 24시간군과 36시간군에서는 대부분의 소조가 낭상화되었다. 2. cadmium chloride 투여 성숙 흰쥐의 간실세포에서 골지체는 3시간군에서 소조가 다소 팽대되었고 24시간군에서는 소조의 수가 감소되었다. 사립체는 6시간군에서 팽대되었고, 12시간군에서 불규칙한 형태를 보였으나 36시간군에는 대조군과 유사한 구조로 관찰되었다. 조면내형질세망은 6시간군, 12시간군 및 24시간군에서 소조의 팽대, 낭상화 및 막부착 ribosome과립이 탈락을 관찰할 수 있었고 36시간군에서는 대조군과 유사한 구조로 관찰되었다. Phagosome이 3시간군과 6시간군에서 다수 관찰되었고 12시간군, 24시간군 및 36시간군에서는 자가용해소체와 잔여소체를 볼 수 있었으며 특히 36시간군에서 증가되었다. 이상과 같은 결과로 미루어 cadmium chloride를 신생 흰쥐와 성숙 흰쥐에 투여하였을 때 미세구조상 신생 흰쥐 간세포의 미세구조는 투여후 시간이 지남에 따라 정상구조와 유사한 상태로 회복되는 것으로 사료된다. It is known that cadmium exposure to human results in very harmful adn potenteally toxic to liver and kideny. Therefore, the authors were undertaken to pursue the acute effects of cadmium chloride on the ultrastructures of rat hepatocytes, The 7 days old newborn and adult Wistar rats(40 days old) were used as experimental animals. Both new born and adult rats were injected intraperitoneally with 3.75 mg/kg cadmium chloride, 0.2ml(diluted with 0.9% NaCl solution). The sections of the experimethtal animals were made and observed by electron microscope. The results obtained were as follows. 1. In the hepatocytes of cadmium chloride treated newborn rats, cisternae of Golgi complexes are atrophied in the 3hr, 6hr. and 36hr. groups. The mitochondria are hypertrophied in 3hr. group. Cristae of mitochondria are reduced and swollen in 6hr. group. The cisternae of rough endoplasmic reticulum are dilatated and partly sacculated in 3hr. group and the associated ribosome granules are datached. In the 24hr. and 36hr. group, the most cisternae are sacculated. 2. In the hepatocyte of cadmium chloride treated adult rats, the cisternae of Golgi complexes are slightly dilatated and reduced in 24hr. group. Mitochondria are hypertrophied in 6hr. group and seen irregular shapes in 12hr. group but in 36hr. group, most mitochondria are intact as well as that of control rat groups. Rough endoplasmic reticulum showes dilatation, sacculation and detachment of associated ribosome granules from cisternase in 6hr. 12hr. and 24hr. group. But in 36hr. group. the fine structures of rough endoplasnmic reticulum are intact. The secondary lysosomes, phagosomes, are observed in 3hr. and 6hr. groups and numerous autophagic vacuoles and lipofucin granules are seen in 12hr. and 24hr. gruop. The large lipofucin granules are increased in 36hr. group. Consequently it is suggested that cadmium chloried made several toxic effects to hepatocytes of newborn and adult rat, the damage of hepatocyte increased in adult rats and newborn rat.

      • 수상관의 밝기 및 해상도를 고려한 기준 백색 설정

        Reference white in color television receiver can be achieved by adjusting the RGB gun current ratio and it is necessary to provide additional gain ratio adjustment for the RGB video signal. Generally, the gun current density profile has a Gaussian distribution and the gain-bandwith product of RGB channel amplifier is constant. Therefore brightness and spatial resolution are changed with variations in reference white of receiver. In this paper, the effect of RGB gun current and channel gain ratios on brightness and resolution of CPT is analyzed. Brightness is increased with the color temperature of reference white because of Holmholtz-Kohlrausch effect. The change in light output is more abrupt and spatial resolution is improved with unity current ratio. For more bright and improved resolution we also present the range of color temperature of reference white for P22 phosphors.
