      • Styrene과 2-Hydroxypropylacrylate(2-HPA) 공중합 특성

        Solution copolymerization of Styrene(St.) with 2-Hydroxypropylacrylate(2-HPA) was carried out with Benzoylperoxide(BPO) as an initiator in toluene at 80℃ in a batch reactor. Reaction volume and reaction time were 0.3 liters, 7hours respectively. The time to reach steady state was about the six time. The monomer reactivity ratios, r1(St.) and r2(2HPS) were determined by both the Kelen-Tudos method and the Fineman-Ross method : r1(St.)=0.376(0.330), r2(2-HPA)=0.408(0.778). The activation energy of thermal decomposition was in range of 33∼55 kcal/mol.

        The purpose of this study was to create plan of Green Sport for all in Pusan toward 21st century. The plan of Green Sport for all in Pusan toward 21st century was conducted by theoretical analysis based upon an advanced countries' sport for all state and Pusan's sport for all state. The result of this study are as follows; 1. To set plan for sport for all in Pusan, it should consider the environment of sport for all for citizen's social welfare. It is more important to use the present facilities effectively with the good management than expand sport for all facilities. To set budget for all facilities to expand it is expected from 2002 Pusan Asian Games's profit. 2. The public sport facilities and sport for all facilities should be open for citizen after build sport for all facilities at the near river and sea side. It should give permission to build green sport for all facilities in the zone of protect development. The regulation of entrance fees at the public sport center such as basketball gymnasium, soccer stadium, and baseball stadium. To enter public sport center, it is recommended free for athletes to do competition or exercise and for citizen the lowest fee is recommended during whole year. The officials should be consider very good quality of service for citizen. Also, school's sport facilities are recommended to open for citizen after school off. 3. It is recommended to build one sport center at every district(gu) in Pusan like Sport for all Pusan association (The memorial olympic hall). The olympic park should protect forever, it should not be allowed for other purpose whenever. 4. The government should set budget for labor's sport clubs. Also, the government try to encourage to expand labors' sport facilities in the company as the law promotion for labors' sport. 5. The government and the government of Pusan city should lead every company to keep the law of promotion for labors' sport. Also, the government leads company to promote sport for labors at each company by the reduction of taxation for company such as th incorporation tax and a real estate acquisition tax. For example, the government let them reduce company's tax for company's private sport facilities(center) so give them chance to invest for sport facilities. 6. KOC should keep remain neutral to promote territory's sport, university team in Seoul should get away from the victory oriented idea then they might participate as amateur at the national tournament. 7. To reduce traffic at the center of the Metropolis, the energy saving purpose, the effective using of the center of the Metropolis, and to increase sport for all people, the green sport for all underground facilities are recommended at the foot of Youngdo park and the public elementary, junior, high school's ground without the nature damage. And then it will be help a lot to citizen to stress out and to use effective leisure time for themselves. 8. It was suggested that the green sport for all facilities might build in the sea near the yacht race center at Soo young, Haeundae bathing resort and Kwangan ni bathing resort, with minimizing nature damage. The green cultural resport and ocean sport facilities were recommended at the sea side to play yacht, wind surfing, water ski, and water bicycle for touring and sport for all purpose. 9. The green winter sport resort and sport resort were recommended at Seungji park and Daeshin park for citizen. After build these facilities, it should be open for citizen every day.

        초음파 비선형 음향 효과 및 X-선 회절법을 이용한 2.25Cr-1Mo 강의 열화 손상 평가

        It was attempted to evaluate the degree of degradation of thermally aged 2.25-1Mo steel by ultrasonic nonlinear parameter(UNP) measurement and X-ray diffraction analysis of extracted carbide. Artificial aging was performed to simulate the microstructural degradation in 2.25Cr-1Mo steel arising from long time exposure at 540℃. Microstructural analysis (number of carbides per unit area) and measurements of mechanical properties(Vickers hardness, DBTT) and degradation evaluation parameters(UNP and intensity ratio of X-ray diffraction peak of electrolytically extracted carbied) were performed. Both of UNP and intensity ratio of X-ray diffraction peak for M6C carbied to that of M23C6 carbied(IR) increased abruptly in the initial 100 hour of aging and then changed little. UNP and IR were proposed as potential parameters to evaluate the degree of aging degradation of 2.25Cr-1Mo steel.

        Next results earned by both comparative evaluation of physicochemical constants and component composition of corn germ oil from produced in domestic and America, and screening of the point at issues and characteristics in process of which now used by domestic corn germ oil producing company. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Many processing point at issue was found in the quality of corn germ used as rawmaterial. One of such question is that domestically produced crude corn germ oil contain twice free fatty acid content as much as that of produced in America. 2. More throughgoing process of degumming, winterization and hydrogenation in produce of domestic corn germ oil is expected. 3. The crude corn germ meal contain about 15 - 20 percentage (W/W) of oil, and solvent extracted defatted corn germ meal contain about 1.5-2.0 percentage (W/W) oil. 4. Desirable treating amount of diatomaceous earth to precipitation process of crude corn germ oil is about 2 percentage(W/W). 5. Alkali treating amount in refining process is fluctuate at condition of crude corn germ oil. The adequate amount of it is 1.2 (W/W) as much as that of free fatty acid content in crude corn germ oil. 6. Desirable treating amount of activated clay in clay bleaching process is about 2 percentage (W/W). 7. In deodorization process, it is hard to stipulate inner temperature because of it's dependence of vacuum state, about 267-270℃ is optimal temperature.

      • 고령토로부터 알루미나 추출 잔분 활용에 관한 연구

        Autoclaved hydrate of CaO-SiO₂-H₂O system was investigated according to CaO/SiO₂ mole ratio and the condition of hydrothermal treatment. Residual product for extraction of alumina from hydrochloric acid treated domestic kaolin and Ca(OH)₂ were used as the source of SiO₂ and CaO, respectively. The main crystalline phases were C-S-H(I), tobermorite, xonotlite and transformed in order of C-S-H(I) → tobermorite → xonotlite as hydrothermal temperature, time, CaO/SiO₂ mole ratio increase. The porosity and absorption were increased with increasing CaO/SiO₂mole ratio and hydrothermal treatment time. The bending strength was dependent on the balanced bond between the residual and hydrothermal products, and tended to be maximum at CaO/SiO₂ of 0.6, and hydrothermal temperature of 140℃.

        하악 구치 3급 이개부 병변 치료 방법으로서 터널링 : 문헌고찰 및 증례보고

        The treatment, management and long-term retention of mandibular molar teeth exhibiting furcation invasions always have been a challenge to the discerning general dentist or dental specialist. This is especially true when the furcation involvements has progressed to a class Ⅲ furcation. This study presents and describe various therapeutic plans available for class Ⅲ furcation invasions in mandibular molars, discussing the advantages and disadvantages of each approach. This study focus particularly on a surgical technique called "tunneling'', which is performed to describe the remaining soft and hard tissues in the furcal area ; this, in turn, allows access for effective oral hygiene and maintenance. The objective of this study and subsequent case report is to discuss and illustrate the tunneling procedure as a treatment alternative for mandibular class Ⅲ furcation invasions.

      • 한국산 소맥배아유의 지방질, Triglyceride 및 Tocopherol 조정

        한국산 소맥배아유(CWGO)의 조성은 triglyceride(TG) 59.8%, 유리지방산 17.1%였으며, 복합지질은 총 4.7%였다. 정제소맥배아유(RWGO)의 주요 지방산은 palmitic 13.6%, oleic 18.2%, linoleic 56.7% 및 linolenic acid 7.1%로 불포화도는 82%에 이르렀다. HPLC에 의한 TG 조성 및 함량 측정 결과 S_(3)형은 전혀 검출되지 않앗으며, U_(3)형이 64.2%로 주성분이엇다. 한편, RWGO내 토코페롤 함량은 277.8mg/100g으로 CWGO의 86.95%가 잔류하여 정제손실은 13.05%였으며, RWGO에 잔류한 총 토코페롤 함량은 소맥배아(WG) 함유량의 78.54%였다. 이외 조성은 WG, CWGO 및 RWGO 모두에서 α, β, γ, δ-토코페롤과 α, β-T-3(tocotrienol)가 검출 되었으며, Rwgo에서 α-토코페롤은 전체의 53.74%로 주종을 형성하였다. Component composition of crude wheat germ oil(CWGO) from Korea was composed of triglyceride(TG) 59.8%, free fatty acids 17.1% and total compound lipid 4.7%, respectively. Major fatty acids in refined wheat germ oil(RWGO) were palmitic 13.6%, oleic 18.2%, linoleic 56.7% and linolenic acid 7.1%, its had high unsaturation degree(82.0%). In TG composition and content used for HPLC, U_(3) type was the major component(64.2%) as well as S_(3) type was not detected. In the other hand, tocopherol content in RWGO was 277.8mg/100g, which was refining loss 13.05% compared with CWGO. Total tocopherol content in RWGO was 78.54% of wheat germ(WG). At this composition represented in all sample(WG, CWGO and RWGO), which was detected α, β, γ, δ-tocopherol and α, β-T-3(tocotrienol). But α-tocopherol(53.74%) in RWGO was composed of major component.

        심낭삼출을 동반한 CREST증후군 1례

        CREST syndrome is variant of scleroderma characterized by calcinosis, Raynaud's phenomena, esophageal dysmotility, sclerodactyly & telangiectasia. In the past, it was believed that CREST patients live longer than scleroderma because rare involvement of internal organ, but recently noted that CREST patients may die early by involvement of internal organ. Recently, authors experience one case of CREST syndrome associated with pericardial effusion, herein presenting our experience and literature and reviewed.

      • 마우스에 있어서 Diethylstilbestrol의 免疫毒性에 미치는 紅蔘 Ethanol 抽出物의 影響

        The effect of red ginseng ethanol extract on the immunotoxicity of diethylstilbestrol (DES) was studied in ICR mice. ICR male mice were divided into 5 groups (10 mice/group), and red ginseng ethanol extract (50, 100 and 200 mg/kg body wt., respectively) and DES (1 mg/kg body wt.) were injected intraperitoneally (i.p.) to ICR mice once a day for 2 weeks. Mice were sensitized and challenged with sheep red blood cells (S-RBC). Immune response were evaluated by humoral immunity, cell-mediated immunity, non-specific immunity, and circulating leukocyte counts. The results of this study were summarized as followings: 1. The DES-treated control group as compared with normal group showed the tendency to decrease body weight rate and relative liver weight, decreased both humoral and cellular immune responses, phagocyte activity, and circulating leukocyte counts, but increased the natural killer (NK) cell activity. 2. Compared with the DES-treated control group, DES plus red ginseng ethanol extract-treated groups significantly decreased the body weight rate (P<0.01). Relative liver weight was significantly decreased in DES plus red ginseng ethanol extract (50 mg/kg)-treated group (P<0.01), but significantly increased in DES plus red ginseng ethanol extract (100 mg/kg)-treated group (P<0.01). Relative spleen and thymus weights were significantly enhanced in DES plus red ginseng ethanol extract (100 mg/ kg)-treated group (P<0.01), but significantly decreased in DES plus red ginseng ethanol extract (200 mg/kg)-treated group (P<0.01). 3. Both humoral and cellular immune responses were significantly decreased in DES plus red ginseng ethanol extract-treated groups rather than in the DES-treated control group (11<0.01). Especially, it weakened the decrease in DES plus red ginseng ethanol extract (100 mg/kg)-treated group. 4. Phagocyte activity and circulating leukocyte counts were significantly decreased in DES plus red ginseng ethanol extract-treated groups rather than in the DES-treated control group (P<0.01). Especially, it weakened the decrease in DES plus red ginseng ethanol extract (100 mg/kg)-treated group. NK cell activity was significantly enhanced in DES plus red ginseng ethanol extract (100 mg/kg)-treated group (P<0.01), but significantly decreased in DES plus red ginseng ethanol extract (50 and 200 mg/kg)-treated groups (P<0.01).
