        This paper presents the implementation of the 2-D DCT on the MPAP which is a fine-grained and mesh - connected array processor. The implementation exploits the massive parallelism of the MGAP and uses the minimum number of multiplication. As a result, the 2-D DCT of size 8×8 for 256×256 pixel images can be executed in real time.

        Recently, PC monitor users have been replacing cathode ray tubes (CRT) with liquid crystal displays (LCD). But the chromaticity of the primaries are dependent on RGB input signals. And the colorimetry of LCD changes with gray scale and has a poor performance in color reproduction. In this paper we propose the enhanced algorithm of color reproduction considering color leakage error and black subpixel error in LCD. In order to test performance of this algorithm we use the colors of Macbeth colorcheck. As a result of experiments, it was confirmed that the color difference of the LCD using the proposed algorithm was considerably reduced.

      • GPS 항법을 위한 미지정수 추정 및 반송파 위상을 이용한 위치 결정기법

        동체의 항법을 수행하기 위한 정확한 위치를 계산하기 위해 우리는 일반적으로 반송파 위상(carrier phase)을 사용한다. 하지만 하나의 수신기로부터 얻은 반송파 위상 측정치는많은 오차에 의해 영향을 받는다. 그러므로 일반적으로 차분된 반송파 위상 측정기를 사용하게 된다. 하지만 차분 방법으로도 초기 미지정수는 제거되지 않으므로 미지정수 결정을위한 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 칼만 필터(Kalman filter)와 LSAST(Least Squares Ambiguity Search Technique)와 ARCE(Ambiguity Resolution with Constraint Equation)와 같은 검색 기법을결합한 미지정수 추정기법과 이를 이용한 위치 결정기법에 대해 설명하였다. 제안된 알고리즘을 검증하기 위해 정적, 동적 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. In order to calculate the precise position of vehicles for navigation, we usually use carrier phase measurements. Carrier phase measured form only one GPS receiver is affected by various errors. Therefore, we usually use double-difference carrier phase measurements. But integer ambiguity is not eliminated, therefor we need integer ambiguity determination method. In this paper, we formulate ambiguity algorithm using Kalman filter and several search methods such as LSAST(Least Squares Ambiguity Search Technique) and ARCE(Ambiguity Resolution with Constraint Equation). To analyze the proposed algorithm, static and kinematic simulations were performed.

        골결손부 치유과정에서 cone beam형 전산화단층영상의 정확도

        Purpose : To evaluate the accuracy of the imaging reformation of cone beam computed tomography for the assessment of bone defect healing in rat model. Materials and Methods : Sprague-Dawley strain rats weighing about 350 gms were selected. Then critical size bone defects were done at parietal bone with implantation of collagen sponge. The rats were divided into seven groups of 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, and 8 weeks. The healing of surgical defect was assessed by multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) images and three-dimensional (3-D) images of cone beam computed tomography, compared with soft X-ray radiograph and histopathologic examination. Results : MPR images and 3-D images showed similar reformation of the healing amount at 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, and 8 weeks, however, lower reformation at 3 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks. According to imaging-based methodologies, MPR image revealed similar reformation of the healing amount than 3-D images compare with soft X-ray image. Among the four threshold values for 3-D images, 400-500 HU revealed similar reformation of the healing amount. Histopathologic examination confirmed the newly formed trabeculation correspond with imagingbased methologies. Conclusion : MPR images revealed higher accuracy of the imaging reformation of cone beam computed tomography and cone beam computed tomography is a clinically useful diagnostic tool for the assessment of bone defect healing.

        In this paper, the static and dynamic characteristics of clow-poled PM step motor is analyzed by Finite Element Method. Step by step technique coupled with circuit and mechanical equation are performed. And moving line technique is applied to reduce the computing time when unit step response and dynamic characteristics are analyzed. Driving circuit for experiment is made and to conform the validity of this study and analysis results are compared with experimental ones.

This used a method electrocardiogram which have several problems of analysis method for analog system. This paper presents the digital filter design method for digital biomedical system, which is based on the Prony's method.

      • 블리딩저감용 AE감수제의 개발 및 실용성 검토

        This study is intended to develop AE water reducing agent for reduction of bleeding and investigate its practical use. According to the results, fluidity and air content increases with an increase of superplasticizer and MC viscosity agent, AE water reducing agent for reduction of bleeding is developed after determining the ratio of superplasticizer and MC viscosity agent as 3:1 to satisfy the same fluidity and air content to conventional concrete and reduce bleeding amount. As the adding ratio of developed AE water reducing agent for reduction of bleeding increases, fluidity also increases, air content satisfies the aimed range, bleeding and sinking amount of concrete are reduced, and compressive strength is almost not different from plain concrete. Therefore, developed AE water reducing agent for reduction of bleeding satisfies the aimed air content in the range of slump 12~21cm, and can also reduce bleeding amount effectively without quality deterioration of compressive strength.

        紅景天(Rhodiola sachlinensis)에서 항균성 물질의 분리 및 동정

        홍경천의 천연 보존료로서의이용성을 검토하기 위하여 각종 용매로 홍경천 추출물을 제조하고 극성에 따라 순차분획, silica-gel chromatography, thin-layer chromatography, high perfomance liquid chromatography의 분리과정을 거쳐 순수 분리된 각 물질을 GC/MS(EI) spectrum, ¹H-NMR spectrum, ¹³C-NMR spectrum을 이용하여 항균물질을 동정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 홍경천에 대해 acetone, ethyl acetate, ethanol, methanol, chloroform, water의 각 용매로 추출한 결과 항균성분의 추출 용매로는 methanol이 가장 우수하였다. 홍경천 methanol 추출물을 n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl ether, ethyl acetate, n-butyl alcohol로 분획한 결과 ethyl acetate와 n-butyl alcohol 분획에서 우수한 항균력을 나타내었다. 홍경천 methanol 추출물은 그람양성 4균주와 그람음성 4균주에 대해 고체 배지의 경우 대체로 500 μg/mL에서 최소저해를 나타냈으며, 액체배지의 경우 100 μg/mL 내외에서 최소저해를 나타내었다.] Silica gel column chromatography에서 용매의 배율을 높여가며 용출한 결과 chloroform : methanol(8:2, v/v)의 비율에서 항균력이 가장 높게 나타났다. 분리된 항균성분을 silica-gel TLC plate에 용매의 비율을 높여가며 전개시켜 chloroform : methanol(9:1, v/v)에서 9개의 물질군을 얻을 수 있었으며, 그 중 항균력이 확인된 3개의 물질군을 HPLC와 NMR spectrum을 분석한 결과 gallic acid, (-)-epicatechin 및 kaempferol로 동정되었다. gallic acid, (-)-epicatechin 및 kaempferol의 항균물질 각각의 최소저해농도는 Staphylococcus aureus와 Listeria monocytogenes에 대해 gallic acid와 kaempferol 이 500 μg/mL, (-)-epicatechin이 100 μg/mL에서 저해를 나타내었다. The antimicrobial substances from Rhodiola sachalinensis were extracted, isolated and identified. The highest level of antimicrobial activity and its yield were obtained in methanol extract. The minimum inhibition concentrations of the methanol extract were 500 μg/mL on agar plate and 100 μg/mL in broth media for four gram positive and four gram negative microbials. The methanol extract was fractionated by n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl ether, ethyl acetate, and butanol, orderly. The separate was developed on the TLC plate with different solvent system ratio of chloroform and methanol. Nine substances were isolated from chloroform and methanol mixture(9:1, v/v). Among them, three isolates showed antimicrobial activity. Three substances separated by HPLC were identified by GC/MS(EI) spectrum and ^(1)H, ^(13)C-NMR spcetrum. They were gallic acid, (-)-epicatechin and kaempferol. The antimicrobial activites of each substances were shown gallic acid, (-)-epicatechin, kaempferol, orderly.

      • 웨이브렛 변환을 이용한 필터뱅크 설계에 관한 연구

        An digital filter bank was designed by using wavelet digital filter which is based on wavelet transform. In this paper, a new digital filter bank designing method is proposed which utilizes the wavelet digital LPF and HPF. The wavelet transform can be available to recognition of speech, image compression and so on. The 3-level tree structured filter bank system based on wavelet transform was designed in this paper.
