        -고 하'와 결합하는 연결어미의 부분문법

        Ce travail a pour but d'analyser de manière morpho-syntaxique des constructions complexes mettant en jeu la séquence '-ko ha' en coréen. Il s'agit des constructions du verbe 'hata(faire)' se combinant avec les complétives intrduites par l'élément '-ko'. Parmi les différents types de constructions en '-ko ha', notre intérêt s'est focalisé, surtout, à des constructions complexes entrant dans la subordination dont le suffixe verbal conjonctif(SVC) se combine avec la séquence '-ko ha'. Dans ce cas, on observe du point de vue sémantique l'ambiguïté du verbe 'hata(faire)', c'est-à dire qu'il peut y avoir deux inter prétations, l'une comme le synonyme du verbe 'malhata(dire)' et l'autre comme un constituant grammatical de la locution conjonctive. Nous avons essayé d'analyser les différentes propriétés morpho-syntaxiques que présentent les deux emplois du verbe 'ha' en vue de lever l'ambiguïté : en tant que constituant grammatical, le verbe 'hata' ne se réalise qu'au présent et autorise uniquement le suffixe verbal terminal du type déclaratif '-ta' dans la séquence verbale de la complétive en '-ko'. En plus, il ne subit pas la négation. Par contre, le verbe 'hata', synonyme de 'malhata(dire)', peut se combiner avec les suffixes temporels du passé et autorise tous les types de suffixes verbaux terminaux, ainsi que la négation. Le verbe 'hata' en tant que constituant grammatical fait partie d'une séquence figée '-tako ha' et combinée avec le SVC '-1 jilato', par exemple, elle forme une locution conjonctive '-tako hal jilato'. Nous avons donc proposé un classement des SVC en fonction de la possibilité de l'ambiguïté de ce type, de telle sorte que l'on peut prévenir l'erreur d'interpéter 'hata' uniquement comme 'malhata(dire)'. Nous avons aussi représenté les propriétés morpho-syntaxiques qui diffèrent les deux emplois du verbe 'hata' sous forme de graphes d'automates finis, soit Grammaires locales. Ce dernier est un formalisme de description linguistique qui permet de représenter les contraintes graphique, morphémique et lexico-syntaxique, de manière simple et compacte, des éléments liguistiques. Les Grammaires locales sont utilisées avec les dictionnaires électroniques dans le logiciel UNITEX pour être appliqués à l'analyse automatique des textes. Nos graghes proposés dans ce travail permettront d'améliorer et raffiner les grammaires locales coréennes déjà implantées dans l'UNITEX.

        Performance Improvement of Model Predictive Control Using Control Error Compensation for Power Electronic Converters Based on the Lyapunov Function

        This paper proposes a model predictive control based on the discrete Lyapunov function to improve the performance of power electronic converters. The proposed control technique, based on the finite control set model predictive control (FCS-MPC), defines a cost function for the control law which is determined under the Lyapunov stability theorem with a control error compensation. The steady state and dynamic performance of the proposed control strategy has been tested under a single phase AC/DC voltage source rectifier (S-VSR). Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed control strategy not only offers global stability and good robustness but also leads to a high quality sinusoidal current with a reasonably low total harmonic distortion (THD) and a fast dynamic response under linear loads.

        The Effect of Leverage on Labor Cost Management

        [연구목적] 본 연구는 레버리지와 고용 결정 간의 관계에 초점을 맞추어 기업 관리자의 노동비용 관리에 대한 자본 구조의 효과를 조사한다. [연구방법] 본 연구는 1976년부터 2014년까지 Compustat 데이터베이스에서 이 연구의 표본선정 기준을 충족하는 회사에 대해 수행되었다. 가설검증에는 Chemmanur, Cheng, and Zhang (2013)의 임금모형이 사용되었다. 분석결과는 다음과 같이 요약 할 수 있다. [연구결과] 첫째, 레버리지가 높은 회사는 더 적은 직원을 고용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 회사의 고용 결정에 부채의 징계효과가 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 레버리지는 기업의 근로자 수와 평균 임금의 곱인 총 노동 비용에 음(-) 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 레버리지와 기업 총 인건비의 음의 관계는 기관투자자의 비율이 높고 파산위험이 큰 회사들에게 두드러짐을 확인하였다. [연구의 시사점] 기업의 고용에 대한 부채의 징계 효과와 이전 연구에서 밝혀진 임금 보상에 대한 부채의 영향이 동시에 존재하지만, 이들 효과는 서로 다른 채널을 통해 기업의 인적 자본투자 결정에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 부채는 회사의 총 노동 비용을 최소화 하도록 영향을 미치는데, 이는 기업의 총 노동 비용에 있어서 선행 연구에서 밝힌 임금 보상에 대한 부채의 영향보다 부채의 징계 효과가 더욱 중요함을 의미한다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of capital structure on managers' labor cost management by focusing on the relations between leverage and hiring decisions. [Methodology] The research was conducted on firms that satisfy the sample selection criteria of this study in the Compustat database from 1976 to 2014. The wage model in Chemmanur, Cheng, and Zhang (2013) is used to test the hypotheses. [Findings] First, I find that firms with higher leverage hire fewer employees, consistent with the disciplining effect of debt. Second, I also find that leverage is negatively associated with total labor cost, which is the product of the number of employees and average employee wage. Finally, this effect is greater for firms with higher institutional shareholdings and higher bankruptcy risk. [Implications] My findings suggest that the effect of debt discipline and compensating wages simultaneously exist, but they affect firms' human capital investment decisions through different channels. I show that debt disciplines manager to minimize overall labor costs, implying that the disciplining effect of debt on employee hiring outweighs the effect of debt on compensating wage documented in prior studies. The results also imply that labor cost management is crucial for firms facing greater bankruptcy risk.

      • Study on Drivers to Finalcial Value of Vision-typed Loss Companies in China

        The research on assessing the value of loss listed companies at home and abroad is still at a preliminary stage. The scope of the study was too narrow and only takes into account the impact of the impact of the loss of the value of the company"s own company, and most of them confined to the financial characteristics of factors. From the point of view on investor's expectation, the article focused in the analysis of vision-typed loss-listed companies in the reorganization of the executive changes, related-party transactions, the major shareholder of the rescue, dividend distribution of surface materials, such as the value of the drivers. The article first theoretically analyzed financial value drivers for vision-based loss companies, and them selected vision-based loss listed companies meeting the conditions “ESP〈0, BVPS≥0, EPCE≥0” from 2003 to 2007 occurred loss as samples, empirically analyzed how earnings per share, per share net asset, per share of net operating cash flow, the reconstruction of events anticipated, expected related-party transactions, expected executives change and major sharesholders expected to rescue affect the value of vision based loss listed companies. The study found that earnings per share had significant negative drive to financial value of a vision based loss listed company, per share of net operating cash flow, the reconstruction of the events anticipated, the dividend payment, shareholders are expected to rescue have significantly positive effects-driven to the financial value vision-based loss listed companies.

        Liquid Metal Embrittlement of Resistance Spot Welded 1180 TRIP Steel: Effect of Electrode Force on Cracking Behavior

        Liquid metal embrittlement (LME) caused cracking of Galvanized transformation induced plasticity steels was investigatedduring resistance spot welding (RSW). Effect of electrode force (3–5 kN) for a weld time of 400, and 800 ms on crack resistanceof TRIP steel was examined in relation to LME phenomenon. The microstructural characteristics of spot weld jointsand LME cracking tendency were investigated using dye penetration tests, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopytogether with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. It was found that as the electrode force increases, the crack size decreasesdue to a fast increase in crack tip temperature which rises further with more holding time up to 800 ms in high temperaturezone. Least amount of crack size was observed at 5 kN electrode force and 400 ms of welding time. Finally, the experimentalresults have also been simulated by finite element modeling (FEM) to find suitable mechanism of crack formation, and acombination of 4 kN and 400 ms was suggested for the crack free and less thermal deformation in the spot welded TRIP steel.

      • Associations of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms in miR-146a, miR-196a, miR-149 and miR-499 with Colorectal Cancer Susceptibility

        Background: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are an abundant class of endogenous small non-coding RNAs of 20-25 nucleotides in length that function as negative gene regulators. MiRNAs play roles in most biological processes, as well as diverse human diseases including cancer. Recently, many studies investigated the association between SNPs in miR-146a rs2910164, miR-196a2 rs11614913, miR-149 rs229283, miR-499 rs3746444 and colorectal cancer (CRC), which results have been inconclusive. Methodology/Principal Findings: PubMed, EMBASE, CNKI databases were searched with the last search updated on November 5, 2013. For miR-196a2 rs11614913, a significantly decreased risk of CRC development was observed under three genetic models (dominant model: OR = 0.848, 95%CI: 0.735-0.979, P = 0.025; recessive model: OR = 0.838, 95%CI: 0.721-0.974, P = 0.021; homozygous model: OR = 0.754, 95%CI: 0.627-0.907, P = 0.003). In the subgroup analyses, miR-$196a2^*T$ variant was associated with a significantly decreased susceptibility of CRC (allele model: OR = 0.839, 95%CI: 0.749-0.940, P = 0.000; dominant model: OR = 0.770, 95%CI: 0.653-0.980, P = 0.002; recessive model: OR = 0.802, 95%CI: 0.685-0.939, P = 0.006; homozygous model: OR = 0.695, 95%CI: 0.570-0.847, P = 0.000). As for miR-149 rs2292832, the two genetic models (recessive model: OR = 1.199, 95% CI 1.028-1.398, P = 0.021; heterozygous model: OR = 1.226, 95% CI 1.039-1.447, P = 0.013) demonstrated increased susceptibility to CRC. On subgroup analysis, significantly increased susceptibility of CRC was found in the genetic models (recessive model: OR = 1.180, 95% CI 1.008-1.382, P = 0.040; heterozygous model: OR = 1.202, 95% CI 1.013-1.425, P = 0.013) in the Asian group. Conclusions: These findings supported that the miR-196a2 rs11614913 and miR-149 rs2292832 polymorphisms may contribute to susceptibility to CRC.
