This study was conducted to find out the factors affecting information exchange of Paprika farms to apply SCM(Supply chain management) and to define the effect of information exchange by performance a paprika supply chain. In conclusion, farmers or managers recognize the necessity of information exchange with SC partner to enhance paprika supply chain performance in deed. But the cost and risk made them reluctant to information exchange. They don’t want information exchange in short term but they desire a strategic information exchange in the future. So it is required that agricultural information exchange should be supported by government and organization with the change of cognition about agricultural information exchange.

In this paper, we suggest reliability as a metric to evaluate the robustness of a design for the optimal design of electromagnetic devices, with respect to constraints under the uncertainties in design variables. For fast numerical efficiency, we applied the sensitivity-assisted Monte Carlo simulation (S-MCS) method to perform reliability calculation. Furthermore, we incorporated the S-MCS with single-objective and multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithms to achieve reliability-based optimal designs, undertaking probabilistic constraint and multi-objective optimization approaches, respectively. We validated the performance of the developed optimization algorithms through application to the optimal design of a superconducting magnetic energy storage system.

정보기술의 발달은 유형의 ‘책’에서 무형의 ‘전자책’으로의 인식 전환을 불러 왔고, 전체 도서출판 시장에서 전자책 시장의 증가세는 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 하지만, 무형의 콘텐츠와 독자를 연결시켜주는 접점(인터페이스)의 역할을 하는 전차책 뷰어에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 단말기나 PC 등에 설치하는 전자책 뷰어의 사용만족에 영향을 주는 요인을 규명하고, 이러한 관계가 콘텐츠 유형별로 어떻게 다른지를 살펴보았다. 전자책 뷰어의 품질을 시스템 품질과 인터페이스 품질로 구분하여, 용이성, 기능다양성, 상호작용성, 디자인 편리성, 직관적 디자인, 감성적 디자인을 독립변수로 설정하였다. 또한 이러한 품질 속성이 종속변수인 사용만족에 미치는 영향이 대표적인 전자책 콘텐츠 유형인 만화, 소설, 학습 콘텐츠에 따라 어떤 차이가 있는지 살펴보았다. 가설 검증 결과에 따르면, 전체 그룹에 있어서는 상호작용성을 제외한 모든 독립변수가 사용만족에 유의한 영향을 주는 것이 밝혀졌다. 콘텐츠 유형별로는 만화를 볼 때 전자책 뷰어의 용이성, 디자인 편리성, 감성적 디자인의 품질이 높을수록 사용만족이 높았으며, 소설을 볼 때에는 전자책 뷰어의 직관적 디자인, 감성적 디자인의 품질이 높을수록 사용만족이 높았고, 학습 콘텐츠에서는 전자책 뷰어의 기능 다양성과 상호작용성이 높을수록 사용만족이 높았다. 본 연구의 결과가 향후 전자책 뷰어의 설계 및 기획, 전략과 구축에 유용한 가이드라인이 되길 희망해 본다. Nowadays, ‘books’ are not limited to tangible items no longer, but can be intangible digital contents, along with advancement in e-Book technology and the growth of the markets. However, the role of e-Book viewers that links digital contents and readers has been rarely studied. In this study, therefore, we examined the effects of e-Book viewer’s system quality (ease-of-use, functional diversity, interactivity) and design quality (convenient design, intuitive design, emotional design) on user satisfaction, and also tested if these relations are different by the content types (cartoon, novel, and learning contents). Research findings show that all the independent variables, except for interactivity, affect user satisfaction in overall groups. In viewing cartoon content, ease-of-use, convenient design, and emotional design were significant antecedents, and intuitive design and emotional design were found important factors in novel content, while functional diversity and interactivity affect user satisfaction in learning content. We expect these findings can provide useful insights to the providers of e-Book viewers.
골 결손 내에 이식한 자가 이개연골 및 연골막에 대한 연구

Autogenous bone graft has been the method of choice in bone defect reconstruction. Yet it has the disadvantages of a significant operation time and added morbidity to the patient from the harvesting of bone. Auricular cartilage can be obtained easily under local anesthesia, and a significant portion of th concha can be removed without deforming the coner area. The fate of layered autogenous cartilage-perichondrial grafts into the bone gap was observed in a dog model. Twelve Korean adult dogs underwent surgically induced segmental ostectomies of the body of the mandible. Teeth in the area of the defect were extracted six to eight weeks prior to creation of the defect. The cartilage attached to the perichondrium was obtained from ears, and sectioned into 10 x 10mm slices, and layered with wire fixation. The layered cartilage-perichondrium was grafted into 25mm bone gap that was kept separated with a miniplate and screws. A specimen of 35mm long including host bone was obtained as an en and 24weeks, postoperativly. The specimen was investigated by radiology and sectioned sagittally for hematoxylin-eosin staining. Radiologically, the bone formation ratio to the graft was about 81% and osseous bridge was almost completed at 24 weeks postoperatively. All grafts demonstrated degeneration of cartiage and neocartilage formation between the cartilage and perichondrium. Subsequently, the neocartilage was replaced by the woven bone which in turn was remodelled into lamellar bone. This was substantiated by radiologic examination of the specimen. The potential of cartilage and bone formation of layered autogenous cartilage-perichondrial graft in bony gap was investigated in this experiment so it may provide an alternative to bone graft.
