      • 夏節期中의 琴湖江 本流에 對한 水質現況調査

        In order to investigate the water quality of the Kumho river, 7 sampling stations were chosen as the sampling site along the main stream. The result of the experiment are as follow; 1. In spite of the increasing flow by the rainfall, the concentration of DO showed lower than that of saturated DO except for downstream of Yeungchun dam, and showed DO sag at Gangchang bridge, particularly. 2. The concentration of BOD at Gangchang bridge showed 13.3㎎/ℓ, which exceeded the fifth grade of environmental criteria(BOD 8㎎/ℓ), in spite of the increasing flow by the rainfall. 3. The concentration of NH₃-N, NO₃-N did not showed adversely, which was the highest at Gangchang bridge and Paldal bridge, respectively. Also, the concentration of PO₄-P The highest at Gangchang bridge. 4. The concentration of heavy metals contained river water at Gangchang bridge was higher than that of other sites as(expressed in ㎎/ℓ)Cu:0.27, Cd:0.034, Mn:0.081, Fe:1.742, Zn:0.684, Cr:1.018, respectively. 5. The total bacterial counts were enumerated the highest as 3.0× 10^(7)cfu/ml at Ayang bridge and decreased when the sampling sites are changed from upstream to downstream. MPN appeared the maximum(24,000) at downstream of Yeungchun dam and the minimum(4,500) at Gangchang bridge.

      • 한국의 동북아 물류중심지화를 위한 해운중개업의 현황과 발전방향

        최근 한국이 동북아 지역의 물류거점화 지역으로 도약하기 위하여 많은 정책과 지원의 논의가 다방면으로 거론 되어 왔다. 하지만 해운 물류 산업의 주요부분을 차지하고 있는 해운중개회사들은 선박회사와는 달리 어떠한 정부의 정책적인 지원도 없이 생존경쟁을 하고 있다. 한국해운중개업이 당면한 가장 주요한 문제는 업체의 영세성, 정보부족, 연구·조사기능의 부족이며 정부의 정책적인지원도 업체간의 자율적인 인수·합병 후 대형화, 연구·조사능력을 강화하는 방향으로 지원하여야 될 것이다. 업체간의 자율적인 인수·합병하여 회사규모를 대형화하는 해운중계회사에 대해서는 연구·조사기능의 강화를 위하여 일정기간동안 법인세를 면제해주는 방법 등도 고려할 수 있다. 그러나 해운중개업에 대한 정부의 정책적인 지원이 현실적으로 쉽지 않은 것만은 사실이나 해운법 제44조의 해운산업장기발전계획에 의거하여 가능한 한 모든 지원을 해야 될 것이다. Even though Shipbroking is one of the important areas Shipping Industry, It is difficult to find any kind of study on shipbroking in Korea. Since most of the contract have been conducted through shipbrokers therefore Shipbrokers' international competitiveness will be important in Shipping Industry. In this paper, we have studied general situation of Shipbroking business and it's development method in Korea. in Korea, there are more than 270 shipbroking company registered at Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries which is more than 4 times higher compared to about 60 registered ship owners. Due to serious competition and small-scale of each shipbroking company, Korean Shipbroking Company is difficulty situation to compete with other foreign mega shipbroking company. In order to survive from heavy competition, We have to merge small shipbroking company in korea and to enhance shipbrokers ability for development of new business in shipbrpking.

      • 사람태아 간적혈구형성에 따른 간세포의 변화

        The ultrastructural development of fetal liver cells according to the activity of hepatic erythropoiesis was studied with 15 human fetal livers from 7 to 34 weeks of gestation. 1) The 1st state(7-8 weeks of gestation) : The nucleus of hepatocyte was oval with granular euchromatin evenly dispersed throughout the interior and prominent nucleoli. The hepatocytes often exhibited many mitochondria and short dilated rERs but no sERs and glycogen deposit. Two types of reticulum cells with intracellular organells developed with close relation with erythropoietic cells. The nucleus of the 1st type was similar with that of hepatocyte and the cytoplasm was full of well-developed multiayered rERs and numerous mitochondria. The nucleus of the 2nd type was irregular and has high electron-dense nucleoplasm. and the cytoplasm was packed with more developed multiayered rERs and oval mitochondria. 2) The 2nd state(9-22 weeks of gestation) : Most of hepatocytes differentiated well and exhibited numerous mitochondria and free ribosome, 5 to 6 layered rER, glycogen deposit, and there were sppearance of sER and hemosiderin in the cytoplasm. With age, the 2nd type reticulum cell became the majority and had more glycogen deposit and less rER. The space of Disse was well-developed but the sinusoidal wall still immature. 3) The 3rd state(23-34 weeks of gestation) : The majority of hepatocytes were mature cells. Reticulum cells, greatly decreasing with age, exhibited increasing lipid storage and decrease of mitochondria and rER. In summary, the maturation of hepatocyte and activity of reticulum cell may influence the hepatic erythropoiesis.

      • 放射線 檢出機의 國産化開發硏究 : Gas-flow型 比例計數管 Gas-flow type Proportional Countre

        In proportional counters the amount of ionization per discharge is a function of the primary ionization as well as of the tube characteristics and operating conditions. This paper described a construction for gas-flow proportional counter and pre-amp with use of domestic propane gas. Using propane gas in this gas-flow counter, the slope of plateau was 2.2%/100V, plateau regions were 4100∼4500V, operating voltage was 4300V and counting efficiency was 11.2%. We found that the possibility of constructing an efficient transisterlized gas-flow type proportional counter using inexpensive domestic propane gas.

      • 原料乳의 貯藏中 滴定酸度 및 總生菌數의 變化에 關한 硏究 : Ⅰ. 貯藏時間 및 溫度差에 의한 變化 Ⅰ. Studies on the Time of Storage and Difference Temperature

        機械搾乳한 原料乳를 5℃,15℃ 및 30℃에서 保存하여 5時間 간격을 두고 經視的으로 酸度測定, 總生菌數檢査 및 大腸菌群檢査를 한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 搾乳卽時의 滴定酸度는 0.1455%였다. 2. 搾乳卽時의 總生菌數는 4.5×10exp(4)/㎖이었다. 3. 滴定酸度는 5℃에서는 25時間이상 20℃에서는 5∼10時間 사이에 30℃에서는 5時間에서 기준치 이하였다. 4. 총생균수는 5℃에서는 20시간 이상 20℃에서는 10시간 30℃에서는 5시간 保存까지 基準(2×10exp(6)/㎖)이하로 나타났다. 5. 搾乳卽時 大腸菌群은 4.0×10exp(2)/㎖이었으나 15時間까지는 增加하였고 그 率은 점차 감소되었다. This study was conducted to fine out the titratable acidity and microbiological change during storage raw maik. It were taken from the mixed milk by Holstein cows in Jinju Agriculture & Forestry Junier Technical College under temperature of 30℃, 20℃ and 5℃ each for 25 hours in the laboratory. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The titratable acidity was 0.1455% in right after the milking. 2. The total bacterial counts of right after the milking was 4.5×10exp(4)/㎖. 3. The titratable acidity did not increase up to the inedible level of goverment standard until more than 25, between 5 and 10. and before 5 hours at 5, 20 and 30℃ conditions, respectively. 4. The total bacterial counts of raw milk did not increase up to inedible level of goverment standard until more than 20, 10 and 5 hours at 5, 20, and 30℃ conditions, respectively. 5. The colforms count of raw milk of right after the milking was 4.0×10exp(2)㎖ and there after it were incressed a space of 15 hours. But as the time passed it were decreased every temperature conditions.

      • 原料乳의 貯藏中 滴定酸度 및 總生菌數의 變化에 關한 硏究 : Ⅱ. 溫度差에 따른 自己殺菌 效果에 關한 硏究 Ⅱ. Influence of the germicidal action of milk chang on storage temperature

        This experiment was conducted to determine the germicidal action of milk change during storage raw milk. The sample were taken frome the mixed milk by Holstein Cows in Jinju Agriculture & Forestry Junier Technical College. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The titratable acidity did not increase up to the inedible level of goverment standard untile more than 12 hours at 5℃, and 20℃ condition and 8 hours at 30℃ condition. 2. The germicidal action of raw milk at 5℃ condition, 10 hours at 20℃ conditions were disapeared after 1.5 and before and after 2 hours, there after it were disapeared 10 hours ago and 8 hour ago, where as it were disapeared 1.5 hours ago at 30℃ condition. 3. The colforms count of milk at were 4.0×10exp(2)/㎖ and 15 hours after storage were 7.9×10exp(2)/㎖, 8×10exp(2)/㎖ and 6.2×10exp(2)/㎖ at 30℃ 20℃ and 5℃ conditions.

      • 固體飛跡檢出器에 관한 硏究

        Dielectric materials can record charged particle tracks. After the discovery of track etching method, these dielectric materials, known as Solid State Nuclear Track Detectors (SSNTDs), are widely used and investigated for detection of charged particles. In this work, we studied electrochemical etching (ECE) of CR-39 plastic and antomatic spark counting method of alpha tracks in cellulose nitrate (CN), and determined neutron flux of TRIGA MARK Ⅲ Reactor of Korea advanced Energy Research Institute (KAERI). The formation of track pit and tree in ECE can be explained by ECE process model proposed by Tommasino et al., and this treeing phenomena in ECE process may be considered combined effect of applied AC field and reaction of chemical etchant. With the ECE vessel designed by Somogyi and high voltage function generator, alpha tracks in 1.64㎜ thick plate of CR-39 plastics were electrochemically etched. Etched tracks enlarged by treeing phenomena could be observed by naked eyes. By increasing the ECE time, track density and diameter increased. And linear dependence of track diameter on applied voltage was seen. The obtained optimum ECE conditions for alpha tracks in CR-39 are following; 60℃ 30% KOH etchant, 7KV 45.5 KHz applied field, 3 hrs etching time. Electric discharge may occur through track perforations. Using the thin foil of alminized mylor, it was possible to obtain the one time discharge for one track perforation. After the irradiation of alpha particles, CN detectors were chemically etched in 60℃, 10% NaOH, for 120 min. Then, alpha tracks in 12 ㎛ CN were counted automatically by designed spark counter. Our spark counter have counting area of 2.40 ㎠. Threshold and operating voltage for 12 ㎛ CN were 190 V and 300 V, respectively. The determination of neutron flux of TRIGA MARK Ⅲ Reactor was performed by NBS standard Glass, SRM 961 and SRM 964. The measured neutron flux of TRIGA MARK Ⅲ was 3.6×10 exp(11) n/㎠·sec at 1.5 ㎿ reactor power. And uranium solution-mica pari made in our laboratory was also used for neutron flux determination. The measures neutron flux was 2.97×10 exp(11) n/㎠·sec and this was somewhat lower than the measured value by standard glass. This difference may be caused by non-uniformity of uranium atoms deposited on the acryl substrate.
