Purpose - The debate over comprehensive measures to regulate unfair practices of large retailers is heating up in Korea, especially with regard to the frequent violations of the Teukyakmaip system by large retailers and its adverse effects on retail industry. The aim of this article is to explore and examine both benefits and consequences of the ‘Teukyakmaip’ system, to provide comprehensive and accurate information to decision makers, and to benefit the distribution industry. Research design – This research is designed to explore and assess the specific policy. As such, comprehensive analyses of the background and current status of the policy based on secondary data are employed. Telephone and personal interviews were conducted with employees of department stores and suppliers. Results – The research findings suggest that there are benefits and consequences of the system for both large retailers and suppliers. Conclusions – Promoting economic efficiency, eradicating monopoly and oligopolistic business structures, and combating unfair trade and business practices are the key and necessary variables in determining the success of this public policy debate and enactment.

The purpose of study is to identify influences of attribution of university headquarters, executive direction and management, student three groups - establishment・ establishment, management, entrance - to the performance evaluation index. This study offers development plan of the public sector honors college by analysing difference in group consciousness to the comparative significance of performance evaluation index for co-creation. The study attempt to investigate attribution theory and difference in group consciousness based on the 1st actions of 3 group results(establishment・ establishment, management, entrance) affect the performance evaluation indexes. For that, this study has developed 19 indicators, 5 Items for performance evaluation using program logic model and AHP method focusing on the seokdang honors college of Dong-A University. Analysis was pronounced differences between groups consciousness. University headquarters perceived the number of people passing exams, employment rates than other groups as important factors because university provides various benefits to attract talented student. On the other hand, executive direction and management perceived performance index of consultation program, training, attendance, the number of host because student motivation recognized as important. Student who demand for education services are recognized scholarship benefits(budget), the number of people passing exams of imput・initiative outcome item as major factors by opportunity costs for entrance to university located in Seoul. The study results suggest need for student・parents satisfaction as key performance indicator, good communication within the 3 groups of public sector honors college in order to improve the quality of operation since awareness about 17 of 19 performance indicators was a big gap. The study shows need for maintaining consistency・durability in government s policy to foster motivated talent in the community and joint venture creation.

This experiment was conduoted to determine the effect of cooking methods on the cooking loss, hardnss and chemical compositions of broilers. The cooking methods compared in this experiment was boiling with water(T_1), baking with oil(T_2) and electric baking(T_3). The Weight loss of broiler was checked after 20 and 40 minuts cooking and the meat hardness and chenical composition was tested after 40 minuts Cooking treatment. The results obtained are summarize as follows : 1. The average cooking loss of broiler after 20 minuts cooking was founds 2% in T_1, 6% in T_2, and 11% in T_3. 2. The average cooking loss of broiler after 40 miunuts cooking was founds 10% in T_1, 20% in T_2, and 30% in T_3. 3. The longer cooking period generaly was founds result in the more loss of broiler weight, 4. The average hardness of cooking broier near after 40 minuts cooking Treatment was 15.8g in T_1, 19.6g in T_2 and 20.6g T_3, whereas Control lot was 12.2 grams. 5. The average chemical composition of the whole mixed broiler meats which were from the same one bird : 1) Control lot was Moisture 72.58%, crude protein 19.57%, crude Fat 6.14% and crude Ash 1.20%. 2) T_1 lot was Moisture 68.09%, crude protein 19.57% crude Fat 3.54% and crude Ash 0.65%. 3) T_1 lot was Moisture 56.84%, crude protein 30.14% crude Fat 11.63% and crude Ash 0.70%. 4) T_3 lot was Moisture 66.50%, crude protein 26.12% crude Fat 5.65% and crude Ash 0.84%.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of storage period on the PH, tenderness and water holding capacity in chicken meat at Department of Animal Science Jinju Agricultural & Forestry Junior Technical College from April 15, 1982 to May 10, the same year. The results obtained are as follows: 1. PH was superior in the order of C(6.85), 2-hours(6.72) 4-hours(6.52), 6-hours(6.22), 8-hours(5.87), 10-hours(5.73) and 12-hours(5.51). The more storage passed, the lower PH was generally. 2. The tenderness was significant(P<.05) among the storage periods. 3. The water holding capacity was significant(P<.05) among the storage periods.

GIS 및 QUAL2E 모델을 이용한 안양천 유역의 수질관리

Anyang stream is a representative urban stream to be located in the middle of Korea. The water quality of this stream is improving, but the water quality standard in this drainage area can not be achieved by the several factors. The QUAL2E running for water quality control and management using GIS was conducted in this study. Sensitivity analysis was done to find the impact of parameters on each water quality constituent. The running results of BOD and DO were revealed that Kl was the most sensitive to these items and p and u were the most sensitive to Chl-a. Org-P and Dis-P were influenced by β₄ and σ_(5). The model parameter was calibrated with the water quality and flow measuring data of September 2002 by the optimization model incorporated with the influence factor, which is fast and objective approach.

The objective of this study was to present regression equations between reservoir water quality and land use types of the watersheds. In order to derive regression equations, a multiple linear regression analysis was used using observed data from 88 reservoirs in the Kyungpook Provcince. The measured values of BOD, COD, T-N, and T-P were correlated with the areas of land use types. 23 regression equations were obtained for all the water quality items and watershed sizes. The results showed that 2 regression equations have the multiple correlation coefficient(MCC) above 0.90, 10 regression equations have the MCC values from 0.70 to 0.90, 9 equations have the MCC from 0.40 to 0.70, and 2 equations have the MCC from 0.20 to 0.40. The results of this study can be used to estimate reservoir water quality simply and quickly in the planning phase.
