        임동옥 호남대학교 산업기술연구소 2013 녹색산업연구 Vol.19 No.1

        함평천 일대의 수변식물은 91과 265속 386종 49변종 및 2품종으로 총 437분류군이 확인되었다. 수생식물 중 정수식물은 12분류군, 부엽식물은 8분류군, 침수식물은 4분류군, 부유식물은 3분류군 그리고 습생식물은 14분류군으로 총 41분류군이었다. 희귀종은 가시연꽃, 창포 및 꽃창포로 3분류군이었다. 귀화식물은 7과 14속 17종 1변종 총 18분류군이 확인되었고 귀화율은 13.43%였다. 환경부 생태계교란종은 애기수영 1분류군이었다. The investigated waterside plants in Hampyungchon streams consist of total 134 taxa: 1 forms, 18 varieties, 115 species, 103 genera, 46 families. Among 41 taxa of hydrophytes, emerged plants were 12 taxa, floating-leaved plants were 8taxa, submerged plants were 4 taxa, and free-floating plants were 3 taxa and swamp plants were 14 taxa. Based on the list of Rare and Endangered plants, 3 taxa were recorded such as Euryale Ferox, Acorus calamus var. angustatus and Iris ensata var. spontanea. Naturalized plant were listed as 18 taxa: 7 families, 14 genera, 17 species, 1varieties, and naturalization index was 13.43%. The ecosystem disturbance plants assigned by the Ministry of Environment, 1 taxa were recorded as Rumex acetocella.

      • SM45C의 Laser 표면개질 조건에 따른 마멸특성에 관한 연구

        Surface modification of plain carbon steel (SM45C) by Laser are usually much finer and stronger than the base metals. Nd-YAG laser source changes and refines the microstructure of the near surface layer, leading to enhanced hardness and wear resistance. The present study was undertaken to investigate the wear behavior and a processing parameters such as, power density, pulse width, defocusing distance, and molten depth for surface modification. The wear test was carried out under different experimental condition using the wear test device and the annular surfaces of wear test specimens as well as mating specimen of alumina ceramics(Al_2O_3) was rubbed in dry sliding condition. The results show that molten depth and width depend on defocusing distance. The wear loss was much in lower speed range below 0.2m/sec and in higher speed range above 0.7m/sec, but It was little in intermediate speed range. It depends on oxidation and wear speed.

      • 전라북도의 특정식물과 귀화식물

        Vascular plant of Chollabuk-do was confirmed total 1,533 taxon, such as 141 family, 761 genus 1,320 species, 7 subspecies, 176 variants and 309 forma. Endangered Species help protect from the Ministry of Environment appear 9 species such as Cypripedium japonicum Thunb., Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr. & Maxim.) Harms, Paeonia obovata Maxim. etc.. In these Endangered Species, Muju-gun region appear much 4 species as Cypripedium japonicum Thunb., Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr. & Maxim.) Harms, Paeonia obovata Maxim., Cypripedium macranthum Sw. etc., and the following Namwon city and Gochang-gun are 2 species and Imsil-gun, Jeongeup city and Buan-gun show by each 1 species. Species of a close ecological examination in the floristic special plants were recorded to a total of 211 taxa; that is, class Ⅲ species were containing 152 taxa, class Ⅳ species were 27 taxa and class Ⅴ species were 32 taxa. Especially, these Species of a close ecological examination appeared extremely much as total 28 taxa in Wanju-gun region; such as class Ⅲ species are 23 taxa, class Ⅳ species are 2 taxa and class Ⅴ species were 3 taxa. Endemic species of korea were identified 53 taxa; such as Pteridophytes was 3 species, Gymnosperm was 1 species and in Angiosperms, Dicots and Monocots were 42 species and 7 species especially. Specify the rare and endangered plants, the Forest Service check out total 30 taxa; such as Crypsinus hastatus (Thunb.)C1pel., Japannese Eurya, Carpinus tsh1n1skii Maxim., Is1pyrum manshuricum (K1m.) K1m etc.. The naturalized plants were identified 108 taxa; that is Fallopia dentatoalata (F.Schmidt) Holub, Rumex acetosella L. and Phytolacca americana L. etc.. Among them the ecosystem disturbance wild plants were 9 species, as Rumex acetosella L., Sicyos angulatus L., Solanum carolinense L., Ambrosia artemisiifolia L., Ambrosia trifida L., Aster pilosus Willd., Hypochaeris radicata L., Lactuca scariola L. and Paspalum distichum var. indutum Shinners. 전라북도의 관속식물상은 141과 761속 1,320종 7아종 176변종 309품종 총 1,533분류군이 확인되었다. 멸종위기종은 광릉요강꽃, 가시오갈피, 산작약, 복주머니난 등 9종이 나타났다. 무주군에 광릉요강꽃, 가시오갈피, 산작약, 복주머니난으로 4종으로 가장 많았고 다음은 남원시와 고창군은 2종 그리고 다른 임실군, 정읍시 및 부안군은 각 1종씩 확인되었다. 식물구계학적 특정식물 가운데 정밀 생태조사 종에 해당하는 Ⅲ등급종은 152분류군, Ⅳ등급종 27분류군 및 Ⅴ등급종 32분류군으로 총 211분류군이 확인되었다. 특히 각 시군 가운데 완주군은 Ⅲ등급종 23분류군, Ⅳ등급종 2분류군 및 Ⅴ등급종 3분류군으로 총 28분류군이 확인되어 가장 많이 확인되었다. 한국고유종은 총 53분류군으로 양치류 3종, 나자식물은 구상나무로 1종, 피자식물로는 쌍자엽식물은 42종과 단자엽식물 7종으로 나타났다. 산림청 희귀종으로는 고란초, 사스레피나무, 개서어나무, 만주바람꽃, 쥐방울덩굴, 백작약 등으로 30분류군이 확인되었다. 귀화식물은 큰닭의덩굴, 애기수영, 소리쟁이 및 미국자리공 등 108분류군으로 확인되었다. 이들 가운데 생태교란 야생식물은 애기수영, 가시박, 도깨비가지, 돼지풀, 단풍잎돼지풀, 미국쑥부쟁이, 서양금혼초, 가시상추, 털물참새피 등 9종이 확인되었다.

      • S-상 심실중격의 임상적 고찰

        Background: The sigmoid septum described an anatomical variation in the contour of the left ventricular outlet. It is related to degenerative change with aging. We observed clinical significance of sigmoid septum in Korean. Methods: Echocardiographic examination was performed in 434 patients. Sigmoid septum is defined as discrete bulging of the proximal interventricular septum with that thickness is greater than 1.3cm or the thickness is grater 1.5 times than adjacent mid interventricular septum in apical 3 chamber view. Result: The incidence of patient with sigmoid septum(septum patient) is 24.8% (male 8.4%, female 16.3%) . The incidence increases with age and is more common in women. The patients with sigmoid septum were compared with targeted groups, there was no significant difference in blood pressure between them, but in height and weight, the former were lower. (p<001, p<03). In the patients with sigmoid septum, weight and the surface area of a body have an opposite correlation with increase of age (p<03, r=-0.34) (p<04, r=-0.31) , but no decrease of height was found according to age increase (p=0.47, r=-0.11) The main reason patients with sigmoid septum ask echocardiolography and its clinical symptoms were abnormal results of previous electrocardiography and/or usual chest pain. Compared with control group, interventricular septal thickness is larger in septum patients (p<001). The thickness of interventricular septum located in subaortic left ventricular outflow tract is 1.6±0.3cm. There is another web like structure that continued from interventricualr septum to anterior free wall of left ventricle and the width is 1.6±0.4cm. A sign of insignificant obstruction due to left ventricular outflow was observed from three sigmoid septum patients. Conculusion: Septum patient is largely found in older age group and the body weight and body surface area are lower than control group. The body weight and body surface area are opposite correlation with age. So sigmoid septum is considered as structural change by weight reduction with aging. It is assumed that septum patients are related with asymptomatic ischemia because they have more abnormal ECG finding such as T wave inversion on precordial leads or standard leads, nonspecific ST-T change, LBBB etc. Sigmoid septum is not only proximal interventricular septal bludging but also another web like structure continuing to anterior wall of left ventricle.

        Based on Experimental analysis, the characteristics of back pressure in automotive exhaust system is tested for 4-stroke gasoline engine. The back pressure in automotive exhaust system is generated by resistance working of exhaust system, i.e. exhaust manifold, pipe length, pipe banding, difference system pressure with atmospheric pressure. This paper contains experimental results which are tested for the change of exhaust pipe length and torque change are tested under experimental conditions.

      • Glow放電法에 의한 α-Si蒸着裝置의 製作과 그 試料의 特性

        Glow방전법에 의해서 SiH_4를 분해하여 α-Si 박막을 얻을수 있는 장치를 제작하였다. 이 SiH_4기체는 수소기체속에서 10%로 희석되였으며, 진공방전함속에서 rf 전압에 의하여 분해된 Si는 유리기판위에 증착된다. α-Si박막은 1~1.6 A˚/sec의 증착율로 약 7000 A˚의 두께까지 증착되였다. α-Si 박막의 흡수계수는, 2.3 eV의 photon energy 영역에서 약 10^4 cm^-1이고, 그 optical gap은 약 2.1 eV였다. 이 박막의 증착율은 전극간격에 따라 변하고 있으나, 최적전극간격과 기체유입량은 각각 2.6cm와 1~2cc/min였다. Apparatus capable of producing α-Si film by the glow discharge method was designed and constructed in this study. The monosilane gas which is diluted in H_2 gas to 10% is decomposed in the reaction chamber by rf oscillation. The apparatus is composed of a reaction chamber, a rf generator, a cooling system, etc. The α-Si thin film is produced at a deposition rate of 1~1.6 A˚/sec to a thickness of about 7000 A˚. Its absorption coefficient is about 10^4 cm^-1 in the photon energy region of ~2.3 eV, and its optical gap is about 2.1 eV. The deposition rate for the film is controlled by varying the distance between electrode and substrate. The optimum distance and gas flow is about 2.6 cm and 1~2 cc/min, respectively.

        참쑥 정유의 항세균 및 항진균 효과

        참쑥의 정유성분을 추출하여 수종의 병원성 세균과 곰팡이를 대상으로 항세균 및 항진균 효과를 실험하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다 그람 양성균인 S.epidermidis와 S. aureus는 200ppm의 농도에서, S. mutans는 1,000ppm의 농도에서 세균성장 억제효과가 나타났으며, 통계학적으로 유의성이 인정되었다.(P<0.05). 그람 음성균인 Z.mobilis와 En. faecalis는 200ppm의 농도에서. Ps. putida는 400ppm 농도에서 세포성장 억제효과가 나타났다(P<0.05) V. parahaemolyticus는 800ppm의 농도에서 Ps. aeruginosa는 1,000ppm의 농도에서 세포성장 억제효과가 나타났다. (P<0.05) 효모형 곰팡이인 C. albicans와 Cr. neoformans는 200ppm의 농도에서 세포성장 억제효과가 나타났다(P<0.05) 사상형 곰팡이인 Al. mali는 600ppm의 농도에서,A. nidulans는 400ppm의 농도에서, F. oxysporum은 100ppm의 농도에서 세포성장 억제 효과가 관찰되었으며. 이들 중 A nidulans에 대한 효과가 가장 높게 나타났다. Essential oil of Artemis a lavandulaefolia, the chrysanthemum family plant used in the chinese medicine. was extracted and antibacterial and antifungal activity with many kinds of the pathogenic bacterium and fungi was experimented by it. Staphylococcus epidermidis, and Streptococcus aureus, gram positive bacterium, at the concentration of 200ppm and Streptococcus mutans at the concentration of 1,000ppm showed the growth inhibition effect of the cell. These showed statistically significant difference(p<0.05). Zymomonas mobilis, Entrecoccus faecalis, gram negative bacterium, at the concentration of 200ppm and Pseudomonas putida at the concentration of 400ppm showed the growth inhibition effect of the cell (p<0,05), V. parahaemolyticus at the concentration of 800ppm and Pseudomonas aeruginosa at the concentration of 1,000ppm showed the growth inhibition effect of the cell(p<0,05). Candida albicans and Cryptococcus neoformans, yeast-type fungi, showed the gorwth inhibition effect of the cell at the concentration of 200ppm(p < 0.05). Altenaria mall, Aspergillus nidulans and Fusarium oxysporum, filamentous fungi, took the growth inhibition effect of the cell at the concentration of 600ppm, 400ppm and 100ppm respectively.

        기업정보화 과정에서의 업무특성과 인간관계 : 성별차이를 중심으로

        본 연구는 점차 진전되어가는 기업조직의 정보화과정에서 조직구성원의 노동생활이 질적으로 향상되고 있는가를 살펴보기 위하여 진행되었다. 이 때 노동생활의 질은 업무와 인간관계의 내용을 포함한 것이었다. 특히 기업 정보화가 성별로 상이하게 평가될 것이라는 가정 하에, 성별 업무 및 인간관계의 특성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 기업 정보화와 노동생활의 질을 엄밀한 인과관계적 측면에서 다루기보다는 기술적 정보화 수준이 유사한 것으로 판단된 3개의 기업들을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 기업정보화 과정에서 조직구성원, 특히 여성의 업무와 인간관계가 보다 윤택해지는 현상이 나타나지는 않는다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 우리사회의 기업 조직이 갖고 있는 권위적, 위계적, 관료적인 남성 위주의 분위기는 여성에 대한 차별적 인식과 함께 여성을 조직 내에서 낮은 지위에 머무르게 하고 남성과의 임금 및 승진 격차를 온존시키며 여성들의 업무를 부차적이고 단순 반복적인 것으로 만들고 있다. 또한 여성들의 인간관계의 폭을 좁히고 제한하여 여성들이 광범한 인간관계망을 통하여 자신의 업무와 생활에 도움이 되도록 할 수 있는 가능성을 차단시킨다. 이러한 경향은 여성 스스로에 의해서도 강화될 수 있으나 그것은 그동안 부여되어 온 여성에 대한 사회의 요구 때문인 것으로 평가할 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 이러한 부정적인 결과에도 불구하고 고무적인 사실은, 기업 정보화 정도의 진전이 업무효율성과 업무의 질적 향상에 긍정적 영향을 줄 수 있다는 점, 그리고 업무의 질적 향상과 인간관계의 질적 향상은 상호 연관되어 있다는 점이다. 따라서 업무의 질과 인간관계의 향상은 하나의 과정에서 동시에 이루어질 수도 있는 것이다. 또한 그러한 과정이 여성에게도 긍정적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있도록 여러 가지 제도적 장치, 특히 여성의 승진이나 여성에 대한 인식의 변화 등이 유도되어야 함은 물론이다. This study focuses on the quality of working life of women in the process of organizational informatization. In this study, the concept ’quality of working life’ includes creativity and autonomy on the job and diversification and intensification in interpersonal relations. Many people recognized that informatization enhances the democratic atmosphere in the organization and makes the organization small-sized, de-centralized and flexible. Furthermore, the autonomy of employees is expected to be extended to them. Then employees can conduct professional and creative work. At the same time, the width or the depth of interpersonal relations which employees have is expected to be enlarged and deepened. However, this study is based on the assumption that informatization doesn’t always bring positive results as above. The impact of technology is defined within social and organizational practice and culture. Technology is socially constructed, so the same technology may bring the different effects. This study does not try to find the rigid causal relationship between informatization and quality of working life. Rather, this study chooses 3 companies which are on a similar level of informatization. This study raises several questions: Is it true that the status of women is enhanced in the process of informatization? Can women’s work become creative and autonomous? How affluent are the interpersonal relations that women construct and use in their work? And do they think that informatization can enlarge and deepen their interpersonal relations? The results of this study are: First, although the structure of organization changed to small-sized and team-organized, substantial flexibility did not happen. Many issues and problems of each organization are managed according to the traditional practices. Second, each organization has a hierarchical atmosphere and gender discrimination also remains. The power of women is weak, and male-centered ideology remains too. Third, therefore, women’s work is characterized by simplicity, easiness and secondary. The degree of job quality was judged to be lower among women than men. As a result, informatization doesn’t result in the higher quality of working life for women. Fourth, however, free and democratic atmosphere of organization was proved to enhance job creativity and job commitment. So, if the practice and the atmosphere of organization can be changed to democratization, the quality of working life may be extended to women. Finally, the width or the depth of interpersonal relations that women have is not rich. Futhermore, informatization cannot enrich women’s interpersonal relations. As a result, it is clear that informatization in itself cannot bring the higher quality of working life to the organization. This phenomenon is more definite in the case of women. To achieve a higher quality of working life and enriched interpersonal relations, it is more important for organizations to make their practices and atmosphere free, rational and equal.

      • 成分檢出에 의한 오수유의 確認

        Evodiamine and evocarpine are basic components to contain in Evodiae Fructus. After Evodiamine and evocarpine heve been isolated from the Evodiae fructus as the precipitate, they could be identifified and separated by coloured test, UV/Vis. absorption wavelength or TLC The presence of evodiamine and evocarpine are confirmed by its reaction with the TCR ion, [Co(SCN)_4]^2-, to produce the blue or yellowish blue precipitate, It is based on the formation of complex compounds by evodiamine and evocarpine with TCR reagent. The method has been found to be simple, convenient and suitable for routine identification of evodiamine and evocarpine, related basic constituents, the crude drug "Evodiae fructus" prepared from the Evodia officinalis Dode or Evodia rutaecarpa Bentham(Rutaceae).
