      • 금융환경 서비스 수준에 따른 고객만족도에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 은행서비스 품질과 고객만족경영에 관한 이론적 고찰을 통해 설문지를 작성하여 은행서비스의 수준에 따른 고객 만족도에 관한 연구를 하였다. 먼저 교차분석과 빈도분석을 통하여 고객의 세부 만족도에 관해 조사하였다. 특히 요즘 문제시되고 있는 은행의 안정성에 대한 분석도 하였다. 그리고 요인분석을 이용하여 고객만족의 결정요인을 추출하고 이를 토대로 회귀분석을 함으로써 은행고객의 전반적인 만족도에 영향을 미치고 유의한 결정요인들이 무엇인가에 대해 알아보았다. 요인 분석 결과, 대출요인, 내부환경 및 편의 시설요인, 서비스 요인, 창구업무 및 업무처리 요인, 외부 환경 요인, 이미지 요인, 금융상품 요인 등으로 분류되었다. 7가지 요인들을 이용하여 회귀 분석한 결과로는 대출요인이 고객의 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미친 것으로 나왔다. 은행고객의 측면에서 보면 대출이 용이한 은행이 가장 선호되는 것으로 판단된다. This study is based on customer satisfaction depended on service quality of the bank. From investigation on the published researches for service quality of the bank and customer satisfaction, we make a questionnaire considering the related information. We observe the minute satisfaction of bank customers by crosstab and frequence analysis. And we determine seven factors among several queries related to customers satisfaction by factor analysis. This study presents significant factors of determination influencing on the whole satisfaction of customers by regression analysis using this seven factors.

      • 배드민턴경기시 심박수 변화에 의한 운동 강도와 에너지 소모

        The purpose of this study is to measure the amount of energy consumption and the degree of exercise strength in badmintion singles. The subjects of this study were 6 badminton players of "D" Chemistry in Incheon. We measured, calculated and reported the degree of exercise strength and the amount of the energy consumption in using the Nomogram of Astrands through the change of heart rate in badminton games and the work ability and VO2 with the change of Heart rate during exercise. The results are as follows: 1. In singles, the degree of absolute exercise strength was 5 minutes and 17 seconds (24.8%) over 171 beats/min., 6 minutes and 1 second (32 %) in 167-170 beats/min., 4 minutes and 25 seconds (20.4%) in 151-160 beats/min., 3 minutes and 20 seconds (15.3%) in 141-150 beats/min., 1 minute and 20 seconds (3.1%) in 131-140 beats/min., 35 seconds (0.9%) in 121-130 beats/min., 28 seconds (1.7%) in 111-120 beats/min., 28 seconds (1.7%) in 101-110 beats/min., and 40 seconds (2.7%) below 100 beats/min.. The average was 131(± 7.4) beats/min.. 2. In singles, the degree of relative exercise strengh was 8 minutes and 38 seconds (45.7%) in 81-90%HRmax., 5 minutes and 5 seconds (27%) in 71-80%HRmax., 3 minutes and 42 seconds (18.3%) in 61-70% HRmax., 1 minute and 30 seconds (5.5%) in 41-50%HRmax.. The average was 76.1 (±5.1%)HRmax.. 3. in singles, the amount of energy consumption of players was 292.8 Kcal. (game time : 18 minutes) 4. Regression on relative exercise intensity between Total Time and Average HR showed Y=150.42+6.707317×10-3 Time (R2 = 0.05, t = 0.48, SEE = 7.55). Regression on relative exercise intensity between Total Time and % Average HR showed Y=71.17+4.593496×10-3 Time (R2 = 0.04, t = 0.40, SEE = 6.16). 5. Regression on VO2 max and Total energy consumption showed Y=10239.63022+598.25266·TEC (R2 = 0.10344, t = 0.76, SEE = 1051.10241). 6. Regression on VO2 max and PWC170 showed Y=23.86302+59.825027·PWC (R2 = 0.10344, t = 0.760, SEE = 105.11024).

      • 유전 알고리즘을 이용한 차량배정 및 이동거리 최적화에 관한 연구

        Ex-developed methods of minimizing the traveling distance improve both the numbers and the traveling distance of vehicles that are used by way of exchanging the customers if total traveling distance of the customers in the neighboring allocated districts diminishes. In this paper, we codify the objective function that should be optimized by Genetic Algorithm instead of Heuristic method to solve these problems. So, each bit that constitutes one structure can signify each commodity. Therefore, we can exchange customers without restriction if the traveling distance diminishes among the districts.

      • 공학적 경제성분석을 위한 소프트웨어의 개발

        This thesis is focused on the development of a new program for engineering economic analysis. We develop a new program that students and practicing engineers can analyze simply more efficiently some alternatives on economic analysis problems. The developed program is based on Excel Macro, which is called EAEM(Economic Analysis using Excel Macro). Until now, after-cash flow analysis has been handled under U.S.A. tax structure. Therefore we develop EAEM in order that users use Korean tax law modified in 1995 to calculate depreciation and ATCF(after tax cash flow). Despite the advantages of other analysis package, EAEM is more effective for many engineering problems. EAEM is almost entirely menu-driven, so little or no preparation or practice will be required for users to explore the program. It also has a superior graphical environment including visualization of cash flow diagrams.

      • 통계적 공정 관리를 위한 프로그램 개발

        We develop a soft ware easy to handle for traditional techniques of statistical process control using the Microsoft Excel Macro. This research includes four variables control charts and four attributes control charts. For each control charts the developed software presents an OC, computes the grade of a process capability, and tests run. This software deals with rather practical business than theories. It is useful of students interested in quality management and practisers in charge of the business. The basic input/output windows are made with Microsoft Excel, and the control to analyze is embodied with VBA(Visual Basic Application).

      • Ocular MALT Lymphoma : Report of Two Cases

        Lymphoma arising in mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT) is extranodal marginal zone lymphoma displaying a proliferation of follicle marginal zone-type cells(centrocyte-like cells or monocytoid B-cells), often with surrounding reactive germinal centers and lympoepithelial lesions. This typically expresses pan-B-cell markers and monotypic immunoglobulin but not CD5 or CD10. Ocular MALT consists of the lacrimal gland, lcular soft tissue, orbit, conjunctiva and cornea. Lymphoma arising in thses sites is of very rare occurrence in up to 1.5% of all patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Herein we report two cases of ocular MALT lymphoma which was very rare in the dermatologic field. Case 1, 73-year-old man, developed the right upper conjunctival swelling measuring about 2.0×2.5cm for about 1 year. Histologically, the excised lesion showed follicular centers and infiltration of centrocyte-like cells of B-cell lineage in the stroma but no lymphoepithelial lesions, consistent with low-grade B-cell lymphoma. Case 2, a 66-year-old female, had a rapid course of about 1.2×1.0cm-sized, soft, wellow mass arising from lacrimal gland of the right upper eyelid for about 1 month. Hostologically, the lesion showed diffuse patterend features admixed with centrocyte-like cells and large cells such as centroblast, compatible with high-grade lymphoma. Case 2 received combined chemotherapy of m-BACOD, with a somewhat improvement.

        위험평가(Risk Assessment)에 의한 업종별 위험(Risk)의 구분

        A total of 514 workplaces in 17 industries were inbestigated through walk-through survey. These industries were all small companies with less than five workers and didn't have work environmental measurement data. These industries were ranked by risk that was evaluated by combination of toxicity and possibility of exposure to chemical hazardous agents produced at operations of industry. Risk Index(RI) was qualitatively combined by the combination between hazard and potential of exposure to chemical hazardous agents. Industries that were regarded as having the highest risk were wood and products of wood, chemicals and chemical products, basic metals, other vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers, and fumiture manufacturing. These industries were found to have operations with higher risk than other industries. This study found that more attentions should be paid to these industries with that more attentions should be paid to these industries with high risk.

      • 고려인삼(Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer)중의 α-amylase에 관한 연구(I) : Separation of crude ginseng α-amylase and its some properties 조(粗)효소의 분리와 그 성질

        In order to study α-amylase from Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer), the crude ginseng α-amylase preparation was separated by fractionation of ginseng extracts with ammonium sulfate, and its properties were examined. The results were as follow: (1) Ginseng extracts contained α-amylase, β-amylase and invertase, but not lipase, protease and catalase. (2) α-amylase of ginseng was extracted most effectively with water. (3) α-amylase of ginseng was fractionated with ammonium sulfate between 0.4 and 0.8 saturation. (4) Crude α-amylase of ginseng was stable at pH ranges between 5 and 10, and at temperature below 50℃. (5) Crude α-amylase of ginseng showed optimum pH between 5 and 6, and optimum temperature between 35 and 40℃. (6) The activities of ginseng α-amylase had proportional relations with enzyme concentrations below OD 2.5 at 500nm and substate concentrations below 12㎎%. (7) Crude α-amylase of ginseng was inhibited by some metal ions such as Hg?? and Cu??.
