        동씨침을 시술한 안면경련의 치험 3례

        Objective : Hemifacial spasm is painless uncommon disorder characterized by involuntary paroxysmal movement of one side of face, In this study, the effect of Dong-Si acupuncture therapy for three patients with hemifacial spasm were evaluated. Methods : We have treated them with acupuncture treatment of Dong-Si acupuncture points(Cheuk-Samni and Cheuk-ha-Samni) and evaluated the effect by Scott's scale, For the first two weeks, it was dine once a day, and after two weeks, the other day. Results : Before therapy, the grades of spasm intensity classified by Scott's description in three cases were 3. And after Dong-Si acupuncture therapy, the grade of one case was 0, and two cases were 1. Conclusion : The Dong-Si acupuncture therapy for hemifacial spasm was effective and will be attempted to the patients with it.

        족과관절염좌 환자에 대한 동씨침법과 일반침법의 효과에 대한 비교 연구

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of Dong-si acupuncture therapy and General acupuncture therapy for the patients with acute ankle sprain. Methods : This study has been carried out for 60 cases of ankle sprain patients who have visited Dong-Seo Oriental medical Hospital from May 1, 2002 to September 30, 2002. We have treated 30 cases of them by Dong-si acupuncture therapy and the other 30 cases by General acupuncture therapy. And we have compared those two group. Results : 1. There was no significant difference at the treatment period and the number of treatment times in comparing two groups. 2. The number of treatment times for good effect is that : Dong-si took $1.57{\pm}0.85$ times and General acupuncture therapy took $2.15{\pm}0.96$ times. And we have found that the effect of Dong-si acupuncture therapy is faster than the other.

        In augmenting the Oriental noses with silicon implants Dong's guider innovated and has been applied to faciliation of the surgery among the population of the cosmetic cases of more than 70,000 in the Peiple's Republic of China. Using Dong's guider takes the operation time only three to five minutes and attains to high efficancy. This new technique is merely simple and lessens the patient's distress.

      • Dynamic Myofascial Release on Postural balance in Patients With Chronic Low Back Pain

        Purpose: Dynamic Myofascial Release(DMFR) was conducted as it was expected to be effective improving body movements and Chronic Low Back Pain when the MFR and joint mobility were mobilized in a direct or indirect manner to approach the problematic area. Methods: 30 patients with non-specific low back pain were selected and randomly divided into DMFR group (N = 15) and control group (N = 15). The control group was received treatment with limited of trunk's ROM and DMFR group was received DMFR. Dynamic Myofascial Release is a separate therapeutic area from joint mobilization. Because Dynamic Myofascial Release is a therapeutic method for myofascial that is the connective tissue that connects the whole human body. And because the patient and the therapist are involved in the treatment at the same time, and the patient's active posture or participation includes low intensity movements that can be released only by breathing. The other is that the therapeutic action that causes movement around the fixed axis is extremely restrained as if it reminds of slow video and static energy therapy Results: The results showed that the mobility and standing balance of the trunk increased significantly compared to the control group (Lee Dong-woo et al, 2019). Dynamic Myofascial Release is expected to help improve trunk movement and non-specific low back pain, and should be used properly with Myofascial Release (P<.05) Conclusions: Dynamic Myofascial Release(DMFR) was effective. These of direct or indirect methods to access problematic areas, including MFR and joint mobility, was effective in improving body movements and lumbar pain.

      • 용운동일디(대전시 동구)의 식물상에 관한 연구

        대전대학교 일대 용운동지역은 해발 130m-317m로서 지리적으로는 북위 36° 19′ 30″-36° 21′ 30″, 동경 127° 27′ 30″-127° 28′ 30″에 위치하며, 남쪽으로는 식장산, 북쪽으로는 계족산이 위치한다. 1998년 4월부터 2001년 5월까지 본 지역의 관속식물을 채집 ? 조사한 결과 조사지역내에 분포하는 관속식물은 1문, 2아문, 4강, 35목, 94과, 291속, 431종, 1아종, 73변종, 10품종, 2잡종 등 총 517분류군으로 나타났다. 조사지역내 우리나라 특산식물은 4과, 6속 등 총 6분류군으로 조사지역내 분포하는 517분류군중 약 1.16%에 이르며, Polygonatum lasianthum var, coreanum Nakai, Forsythia koeana Nakai, Syringa dilatata Nakai, Paulownia coreana Uyeki, Sambucus latipinna Nakai, Weigela subsessilis L.H Bailey이다 . 또한 귀화식물은 17과, 38속, 44종, 2변종 등 총 46분류군으로 조사지역내 전체 출현종 517분류군의 8.9%에 달하며, 우리나라 전체 귀화식물종 177분류군의 26%이다. The investigated area including Daejeon Universi쇼 is 130 - 317 meter above the sea level and located at 3” 19’ 30” - 36“21‘ 30” N in latitude, at 127‘ 27’ 30” - 127' 28' 30" E in longitude, and on the northern border of Mt. Shikjangsan and on the southbound of Mt. Gyejoksan, Daejeon. The results of vascular plant collection and their investigation from April in 1998 to May in 2001 are as follows: The vascular plants collected and investigated consist of total 517 taxa; 2 hybrids, 10 forms, 73 varieties, 1 subspecies. 431 species, 291 genera, 94 families, 35 orders, 4 classes, 2 subphyla. In this area the Korean endemic plants are 6 taxa (1.16% among total 517 taxa): Polygonaturn Iasianthum var. coreanum Nakai, Forsythia koreana Nakai, Syringa dilatata Nakai, Paulownia coreana Uyeki, Sambucus latipinna Nakai and Weigela subsessilis L.H. Bailey. Also. the naturalized plants are 46 taxa (8.9% among total 521 taxa and 26% among the total naturalized plants in Korea).

        In this study, gas chromatographic profiles of total 15 lavender or lavandin essential oils were evaluated and compared. Linalyl acetate and linalool were major components, ocimene, terpinene-4-ol and lavandulyl acetate were minor, and octanone, limonene, phellandrene, cineol, camphor, lavandulol and terpineol were also detected. Lavandin essential oils showed significantly higher levels of linalyl acetate, linalool and camphor than lavender essential oils. Some essential oils showed poor quality. Key words:lavender, lavandin, gas chromatographic profiles, essential oils, aroma.

      • Staphylococcus aureus에 대한 벌꿀의 항균 활성

        본 실험은 벌꿀이 항균활성에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 국내산 벌꿀인 밤꿀, 잡화, 아카시아, 재래종 벌꿀과 외국산 벌꿀인 마누카, 클로버, 캐놀라 벌꿀 그리고 인공벌꿀을 각각 12.5%, 25.0%, 50% 의 희석액으로 조제하여 catalase 무첨가 또는 첨가한 경우에 있어서 벌꿀의 Staphylococcus aureus에 대한 항균활성을 agar well diffusion assay로 비교한 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. Catalase 무첨가의 경우 12.5% 희석한 벌꿀은 마누카꿀> 밤꿀이, 25.0%로 희석한 벌꿀은 마누카 꿀> 밤꿀 > 잡화꿀 > 재래종꿀 > 클로버 꿀 > 아카시아꿀이 , 50.0%로 희석한 벌꿀은 마누카꿀 > 밤꿀 > 캐롤라꿀 > 재래종 꿀 > 잡화꿀 > 클로버꿀 > 아카시아 꿀 순으로 항균활성이 인정되었다 (p >0.01). Catalase 무첨가의 경우 12.5%, 25.0%, 50.0%로 희석한 벌꿀의 생육억제환은 각각 5.85 ~ 6.60 mm, 4.26 ~ 8.27 mm, 5.24 ~ 11.49 mm 범위였다. Catalase 첨가의 경우 12.5%로 희석한 벌꿀은 마누카꿀에서만 항균활성을 나타냈다. 25.0% 로 희석한 벌꿀은 마누카꿀이 밤꿀보다 항균활성이 더 높게 나타냈다 (p > 0.01). 50.0% 로 희석한 벌꿀은 마누카꿀 > 밤꿀 > 클로버꿀 > 캐로라꿀 > 재래종꿀 순으로 항균활성이 높았으며 마누카꿀, 밤꿀, 클로버꿀, 캐롤라꿀, 재래종 꿀 사이에서 유의성이 인정되었다 (p > 0.01). Catalase 첨가의 경우 12.5 %, 25.0 %, 50.0 %로 희석한 벌꿀의 생육억제환은 각각 5.89 mm, 5.01 ~ 6.84 mm, 3.10 ~ 8.28 mm 범위였다. This study examined for the investigation the effect of honey on antibacterial activity. The experimental honey were used the domestics, or chestnut honey, multiflower honey, acassia honey, native honey and the foreign, or manuka honey, clover honey, canola honey, and the artificial honey, made with the diluted solution of each 12.5%, 25.0%, 50.0%. The result of compared the occasion of added-catalase with not added-catalase about the honey's antibacterial activity on Staphylococcus aureus by agar well diffusion assay were as follows. When catalase was not added, manuka honey antibacterial activity was superior to chestnut honey's in the diluted honey of 12.5% and on the occasion of the diluted honey of 25.0%, it was approved in the order of manuka honey > chestnut honey > multiflower honey > native honey > clover honey > acassia honey and the occasion of the diluted honey > multiflower honey > native honey > clover honey > acassia honey and the occasion of the diluted honey of 50.0j% , it was approved in the order of manuka honey > chestnut honey > canola honey > native honey > multiflower honey > clover honey > acassia honey (p > 0.01). The clear zone representing inhibition of growth in diluted honey of 12.5, 25.0, 50.0 % with non-treat catalase ranged from 5.85 to 6.60, 4.26 to 8.27, 5.24 to 11.49 mm, respectively. When the catalase was added, antibacterial activity only showed in the manuka homey of 12.5% and on the occasion of the diluted honey of 25.0% manuka honey's antibacterial activity was superior to chestnut honey (Pp > 0.01). On the occasion of the diluted honey of 50.0 %, antibacterial activity was high in the order of manuka honey > chestnut honey > clover honey > canola honey > native honey (p > 0.01). The correlation was approved significantly among the manuka honey, chestnut honey, clover honey, canola honey and native honey. The clear zone representing inhibition of growth in diluted honey of 12.5, 25.0, 50.0 % with treat catalase ranged from 5.89, 5.01 to 6.84, 3.10 to 8.18 mm, respectively.

      • 電壓源 인버터를 制御하기 위한 SHE PWM의 最適 스위칭 패턴

        本 硏究는 SHE(Selected Harmonic Elimination) PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)의 正確한 最適 스위칭패턴의 한 方式으로 CV(Constant Voltage)에서 HEB(Harmonic Elimination Band)를 定하여 이 HEB에 속하는 모든 解를 구한 다음, 이 解에 해당하는 GKF(Generalized Klirr Factor)를 計算하여 GKF가 最小가 되는 最適 스위칭패턴을 決定하였다. 이와같이 計算된 最適 스위칭패턴의 解를 NR(Newton―Raphson)法의 初期條件으로 하여 VV(Variable Voltage)의 스위칭패턴을 容易하게 決定할 수 있도록 하였다. 이러한 理論的 提案의 妥當性을 立證하기 위하여 PTR(Power Transistor)로 構成된 인버터를 設計하여 誘專電動機를 可變速 運轉시켜 보았으며 이 때 나타나는 結果들을 比較, 分析하여 提示하였다. This paper is proposed one method of the exat optimal switching patterm of Selected Harmonic Elimination (SHE) Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). It defined Harmonic Elimination Band (HEB) in Constant Voltage (CV) and sought all solutions which are included HEB. Then, it calculated Generalized Klirr Factor (GKF) belong to this solution and decided optimal switching pattern is minimized this GKF. This optimal switching solution is used as initial condition of Newton Raphson (NR) method to decided easily switching pattern at Variable Voltage (VV) To verify the validity of this theoretical proposition, It is designed inverter by power Transistor(PTR) and is implemented Variable Speed Drive (VSD) of Induction Motor (IM). This paper is proposed results which is comparison and analysis.

        스마트 능동 레이어 센서 개발 (Ⅰ) : 이론 및 개념 연구 Theory and Concept Study

        본 논문은 두 편으로 구성된 스마트 능동 레이어(smart active layer, SAL) 센서 개발에 관한 첫 번째 논문으로, 구조 내에 발생하는 균열 및 손상에 의한 탄성과 검출을 위한 SAL 센서의 이론 및 개념을 연구하였다. 본 SAL 센서의 개발을 위해, 첫째, 탄성파의 기본 이론을 고찰하였고, 둘째, 이론적 토대 위에 단일 압전 disc의 유한요소해석법(finite element analysis, FEA)을 이용하여 탄성파 검출 센서로서의 가능성을 검증하였고, 셋째, 몇 종류의 압전 disc 센서와 상용 음향방출(acoustic emission, AE) 센서를 연필심 파괴시험을 통해 상호 성능을 비교하여 실험적으로 그 가능성을 확인하였다. 또한 수개의 센서를 일정한 거리로 분포시켜서 구조물 결함의 효과적 검출 및 위치 표정이 가능한 스마트능동레이어 센서의 개념연구를 수행하였다. This paper is the first part of the study on the development of a smart active layer (SAL) sensor, which consists of two parts. In this first part, the theory and concept of the SAL sensor is investigated, which is designed for the detection of elastic waves caused by internal cracks and damages in structures. For the development SAL sensor, (ⅰ) the basic theory of elastic waves was studied, (ⅱ) the feasible study of the SAL as an elastic waves detection sensor using the finite element analysis (FEA) with respect to a piczoceramic disc was performed. (ⅲ) the comparison of performances between some piczoceramic sensors and a commercial acoustic emission (AE) sensor was accomplished to ensure the applicability by the experimental means, such as a pencil lead break test. Also, the conceptional study for the SAL sensor, which can be utilized for the effective detection and locating of defects by the arrangement of regularly distributed sensors, was discussed.
