사회복지실천의 생태체계 패러다임과 연구방법론에 대한 고찰(Ⅰ)

사회복지는 개인과 환경이라는 이중적 과업과 그 실천범위의 거대하고 다양한 특성으로 인해 전문직으로서의 통합적인 정체성 확립과 과학적 지식기반을 찾기 위한 많은 노력을 해왔다. 또한 사회복지실천의 효과성과 효율성에 대한 사회적 관심과 책임이 증대되면서, 사회복지의 과학적 연구방법에 대한 중요성이 커졌으며, 이에 사회복지는 이론적 발달과 함께 과학적 연구방법에 있어서 큰 발전을 이뤄왔다. 개인과 환경을 하나의 총체로서 간주하면서, 분석의 단위로서 개인과 환경의 상호작용을 지지하는 생태체계 패러다임은 사회복지실천의 상위모델로서 인과론적 단선개념보다는 상호교류의 순환적 개념을 강조하며, 기존의 개인심리문제중심의 병리적 관점에서 강점관점으로의 패러다임 전환을 가져왔다고 할 수 있겠다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 사회복지의 생태체계패러다임과 사회과학의 연구방법론에 대해 이론과 철학에 대해 검토하고, 논리실증주의의 양적연구에 대한 비판적 검토와 더불어 사회복지실천 연구에서 가족, 조직, 지역사회와 같은 인간생태체계에 대한 역동적 과정의 연구에 대한 적절한 연구전략으로서 질적연구 및 혼합연구방법의 유용성과 적합성을 살펴보고자 한다. 결론적으로 사회복지연구는 논리실증주의의 양적연구경향의 편향성과 한계를 극복하고 연구방법에 대한 좀더 관용적인 태도와 폭넓은 연구풍토가 조성되어야 하며, 각각의 연구주제에 알맞은 연구방법론의 활용과 개발이 적극적으로 이루어져야 한다고 본다. This study aims to review theories and philosophy on the Eco-systems paradigm and the methodology in social work practice, to appraise critically quantitative methods of Positivism and to figure out whether it is effective and appropriate to turn to qualitative and integrated methods as a way to research dynamic process in the Human Eco-system like families, organizations and communities. The Eco-systems paradigm, a higher model in social work practice, has regarded person and environment as an integrated part, bringing about a paradigm shift to the strength perspective from the previous pathological one that is centered on dealing with an individual's psychological problems. In conclusion, in order to better understand dynamic and multidimensional client living in the Human Eco-system, social work research calls for the need to move beyond the limitations on quantitative methods and to create an environment where a variety of methodologies in this field are accepted and active efforts to develop and make good use of them are made.

This study investigated the effect of the tempering before aging on the precipitation of Laves phase and mechanical properties of 10Cr-6W and 10Cr-6W-3Co ferritic heat-resistant steels. Laves phase was precipitated by aging, which increase tensile strength but decreased elongation and impact value. Toughness was rapidly decreased by the presence of the very fine disk-like Laves phase precipitated at early aging stage. Strength and impact value were decreased by tempering treatment and that is due to the increase of the particle number per unite area and to larger particle size of Laves phase. Laves phase increased by adding Co, and consequently strength was increased and elongation and toughness were decreased. (Received February 26, 2004)

It is easy to find data, such as patents and papers, related to wastewater generation using drainage pipes. However, most of them could be typically developed through the mechanical structure or layout. This study was mainly aimed at confirming the quantitative value by the development using the water drop and how it can be stored. By using the obtained power data, it is possible to deduce data outside the experimental range with the plotted characteristic curve. Because micro-hydroelectric generators are vertically installed in the same lake, the total obtainable power can be predicted when water is discharged from a specific location through a water discharge pipe. In addition, it is expected that a more efficient power can be generated using a single package composed of a micro hydropower generator, a peripheral circuit for power conversion, and a battery. However, as these systems are unavailable, the marketability will be sufficient if related research is actively carried out. I am confident that this paper can be used as a reference material in the planning of products or the research on power generation systems using the water drop of building sewer pipes.

Electrical properties and microstructure were investigated on the effects of ZnO and The lead-free NKN-LST with the addition of ZnO were fabricated by a conventional mixed oxide method. A gradual change in the crystal and microstructure was observed with the increase of ZnO addition. For the NKN-LST-ZnO sintered at 1050℃, bulk density increased with the addition of ZnO and showed maximum value at addition 2.0mol% of ZnO. Curie temperature of the NKN-LST-ZnO ceramics slightly decreased with adding ZnO. The dielectric constant, piezoelectric constant (d₃₃) and electromechanical coupling factor (k<SUB>p</SUB>) increased at the small amount of ZnO addition, which might be due to the increase in density. The high piezoelectric properties = 153 pC/N, electromechanical coupling factor = 0.484 and dielectric constant = 2883 were obtained for the NKN-LST+0.5ZnO sintered at 1050℃ for 2h.

This paper presents an assessment system of safety level of 22.9kV grade high voltage electrical facilities considering environmental factors. The assessment system was developed based on the following procedure. Firstly, assessment structure was determined by consulting standards regarding inspection and diagnosis of electrical facilities. Secondly, contents of items and sub items of assessment system were developed. Thirdly, in order to quantify the importance of the assessment system, the weight was calculated using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Lastly, assessment table of safety level was developed including environmental factors such as period of use and load factor. The developed system can evaluate the safety level of high voltage facilities in an objective way. Therefore it can be applicable to electrical safety management system based on Internet of Things(IoT).
A Performance of Analog PID Controlled Magnetic Bearing of a Rotor System

An analog PID controlled magnetic bearing was designed, tested and analyzed. We developed theoretical models which more precisely represent the dynamics of rotor systems supported by magnetic bearings. By considering the experimental offset adjustment procedures in the derivation of transfer functions, we could develope the theoretical model of the controller which acts quite similar to the real controller. This is examined by open loop frequency response. A simple spring-three mass model for the rotating shaft is used to examine the performances of magnetic bearing-journal system. The eccentricity of mid span disk determines the amplitude at critical speed while the eccentricities of two bearing journals determine the amplitude characteristics at the overcritical speeds. And the misalignment of magnetic bearings determine the vibration characteristics at the undercritical speeds.

This paper presents measurement error reduction technique of touch and step voltage of grounding system based on numerical analysis. When measuring touch and step voltage of grounding system, auxiliary current probes should be located at suitable places. However, the auxiliary probes can not be located at suitable places in such cases as there are buildings and pavements. Therefore, in this paper, we provided measurement error reduction technique of touch and step voltage of grounding system according to the positions of auxiliary probes and angle between auxiliary probes. Also, measurement error analyses of touch and step voltage of grounding system have been conducted using more than one current probe. Based on these analyses, recommended positions of auxiliary probes within allowable measurement errors were presented.
