        한국인의 방언 태도에 대한 추이 연구

        According to the Framework Act on the National Language(2005)’s Article 9 languages Survey Section, the government shall conduct research of the korean’s language ability and language consciousness, language use environment. Accordingly, they are investigating the consciousness language of the people every five years. This study was attempted to investigate the change of attitude towards the dialect awareness among citizens of Korean consciousness. Especially since 2005, five years is a cycle consisting of language attitude survey is scheduled to be the third survey in the next year, I will predict the result before proceeding encounter while browsing the dialect attitude research part in the preliminary pilot study and had to find a complements. Also tried to use the Google Docs Form, an online survey method, while conducting a survey exploring new ways of surveys. Overall analysis that will be gradually increased affinity for the dialect. Also good and bad for the standard language and other dialects could find the attitude that becomes clear. There are also aware of the cultural heritage of the region dialect gradually increasing, we believe the public environment in the generous attitude toward acting and dialects used. Finally, this pilot study could think through the preliminary search study are as follows. First, I propose to put in the questionnaire survey to teenager participants to investigate the dialect poetry attitude. Second, in the case of dialect attitude image for their tongues and other tongues, and you have an in-depth investigation and research on the perception of dialects allow. Finally, I hope this research after 2015 this online survey conducted five years of planning and the language of the people in the interregnum period between consciousness and language policy by identifying the winds of change that can meet people’s attitude is making.

      • Involvement of Nrf2-Mediated Upregulation of Heme Oxygenase-1 in Mollugin-Induced Growth Inhibition and Apoptosis in Human Oral Cancer Cells

        <P>Although previous studies have shown that mollugin, a bioactive phytochemical isolated from <I>Rubia cordifolia</I> L. (Rubiaceae), exhibits antitumor effects, its biological activity in oral cancer has not been reported. We thus investigated the effects and putative mechanism of apoptosis induced by mollugin in human oral squamous cell carcinoma cells (OSCCs). Results show that mollugin induces cell death in a dose-dependent manner in primary and metastatic OSCCs. Mollugin-induced cell death involved apoptosis, characterized by the appearance of nuclear shrinkage, flow cytometric analysis of sub-G<SUB>1</SUB> phase arrest, and annexin V-FITC and propidium iodide staining. Western blot analysis and RT-PCR revealed that mollugin suppressed activation of NF-<I><I>κ</I></I>B and NF-<I><I>κ</I></I>B-dependent gene products involved in antiapoptosis (Bcl-2 and Bcl-xl), invasion (MMP-9 and ICAM-1), and angiogenesis (FGF-2 and VEGF). Furthermore, mollugin induced the activation of p38, ERK, and JNK and the expression of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and nuclear factor E2–related factor 2 (Nrf2). Mollugin-induced growth inhibition and apoptosis of HO-1 were reversed by an HO-1 inhibitor and Nrf2 siRNA. Collectively, this is the first report to demonstrate the effectiveness of mollugin as a candidate for a chemotherapeutic agent in OSCCs via the upregulation of the HO-1 and Nrf2 pathways and the downregulation of NF-<I><I>κ</I></I>B.</P>

        Mao Tse-tung grasped the contents and direction of a new tide of thought under the teaching of Li Tai-cho and was intoxicated by the teachings when he was engaged in the library of Peking University before and after 1920. He came to feel strongly about necessity of reforming China. He fixed his eyes upon peasants of the political bequest, for he had the most deepest interest in the peasants movement. Because of the failures in the collaboration between the Kuomintang and the Communists as well as in the Human harvest riot of 1927 made his utmost exertions in the development of a new revolutionary strategy getting out of the guidance route of Comintern. His strategy of revolution started from his recognition of the revolutionary potentiality of peasants. His struggles were mostly executed in farm-countries. In the process of the Long March in 1935. Mao's method of revolutionary strategy was, in the end, formally taken as the party policy. Later, as Mao's power of conducting the party was admitted in the Convention of Chun-ui 1935. the CCP would have the particular direction of revolution since the formation of the party. Mao's revolutionary method had no concerns with the Soviet-style revolution and the order of Comintern, and his strategy and tactics were based upon his originality. Finally, it turned out to be the most peerless and autonomous method in the settlement of Communist political power through a lapse of long years war between the Kuomintang and the Communist. Mao's assuming the rein of the government and his trial for development of strategy and tactics meant independence from the direction and interference of Comintern or Soviet Russia, and proved to be the example for the success of the peasants' revolution as one of the Chinese traditional and historical bequests. Mao's deep consideration of peasants and their roles resulted in the success in the revolution by the support of their potential power after training them. From the viewpoint of international relations, the Western imperialist reaction against the weak Eastern after all justified the continuity of revolutions in china. Therefore, because the anti-imperialist and anti-colonistic struggles offered the first purpose of restoring Chinese interests was legitimate, the background of the Communist revolution and of the party formation should be examined from the traditional political legacy and the functional relations with foreign powers. So, the birth and growth of the CCP came from the alien impacts, and its thought and ideology were rationalized by the alien thought. The CCP's peculiar development of revolutionary strategy was based upon the traditional elements including Chinese nationalism and Sinocentrism and at the same time, Mao's coming into power can be explained by the restoration of Chinese autonomy in new China construction.

        ‘바람’의 개념에 대한 초등학생들의 인식도와 오개념 유형 분석

        This study is aimed at investigating the patterns of the misconception of 'wind' taught in the science subjects of elementary curriculum and its formation process, correcting them anddeveloping them into right conception. In order to conduct this research, 107 students in urban and 100 students in rural are chosen among 6th grade elementary school students in Jeju province. The earth unit about 'wind' in the elementary science textbook are analyzed, and questions about scientific conception and their misconception are chosen. The followings are the analyzed results through survey. According to the results from students' misconception about the concept of 'wind' throughthe survey, more than 30% of students seem to show the misconception in the 7 questions outof 18 questions. The reasons of the misconceptions were classified into an immature cognitive development, difference in experience of individual, generalization by hasty decision and deduction, difficulty of question, textbook and so on. When urban students and rural students are compared, the urban students have a higherrate of misconception. The reason why students have such a high rate of misconception is that the rural students usually get knowledge through 'their own experience', and the urbanstudents normally get knowledge through 'private academic school, some books and so on.' Itmeans their surroundings have a great impact on their concept formation. When the differences of misconception between both gender about 'wind' are analyzed,female students have a higher rate of misconception. Male students are likely to have moreinterest in science than female students, so they have more chances to do kinds of outdooractivities than them. 본 연구는 초등과학 지구영역의 ‘바람’에 대한 개념 정도와 오개념 유형을 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 제주도내 시지역과 농촌지역 초등학생 207명(남학생 103명, 여학생 104명)을 연구대상으로선정하였다. 검사도구를 개발하기 위하여 초등과학의 ‘바람’과 관련된 단원을 분석하여 과학적 문항과 오개념 문항들을 추출한 다음, 설문 조사를 통하여 그 자료를 통계 분석하였다. 주요 결과를보면, 전체학생에서 50% 이상의 오답율을 갖고 있는 문항은 5개로 나타났으며, 지식출처는 ‘과학시간 때 선생님에게 배워서’가 가장 높게 나타나 학교 교육 환경이 주로 영향을 미치고 있음을 알수 있었다. 또한 남학생 그룹과 여학생 그룹간의 비교에서는 총 18개의 문항 중 3개의 문항에서남학생과 여학생 간에 개념 정도에 있어서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 남학생은 여학생보다 자연환경에 접할 기회가 많고 활동이 많아 ‘바람’에 대한 과학적 개념이 높다고 판단된다. 그리고 도시학생과 농촌학생 간의 비교에서는 도시학생들이 농촌학생들보다 비교적 오답이 더 높게 나타났다. 문항별로 분석해 보면 지식위주의 문항에서는 도시학생이, 자연에서의 경험을 바탕으로 하는 문항에서는 농촌학생들이 높은 과학적 개념을 가졌다. 본 연구에서 ‘바람’에 관한 개념의 대부분이 자연현상에 관한 내용이므로 가시적으로 느끼기에는 어려움이 많고 정의적 속성도 인지될 수 없는 추상적인 것으로 인하여 오답이 높게 나타났다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 일선에서 지도하고 있는 교사들은초등학생들이 갖고 있는 ‘바람’에 관한 오개념의 유형을 잘 파악하여 이를 교정하려는 연구가 필요하다고 생각된다. 이를 위해서 교사는 가급적 가시적인 탐구활동이나 여러 가지 예를 통한 이해,모둠별 학습을 통한 토의, 개념변화를 위한 적절한 갈등 유발 등의 학습을 진행하여 해소시켜 나가야 할 것이다.

      • 감마선과 Methyl Bromide 처리가 사과의 생리화학적 품질에 미치는 영향

        감마선(0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3 kGy) 조사와 methyl bromide(MeBr, 26 g/㎏, 4hr) 훈증 및 이들의 처리시기가 사과의 생리화학적 품질특성에 영향을 비교하여, 검역처리를 위한 ◁그림 삽입▷ (원문을 참조하세요) 감마선 조사의 응용성을 검토하였다. 감마선과 MeBr 처리에 따른 사과의 생리화학적 품질평가에서 2kGy 이상의 감마선 조사와 MeBr 훈증은 사과의 일부 생리화학적 품질특성의 변화를 촉진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 감마선과 MeBr의 처리시기별로는 수확 직후보다는 저온(0℃)에서 40일 정도 보관 후 처리한 대체적으로 품질손상이 적은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 1kGy 이하의 감마선 조사와 지연조사는 사과 과실의 품질을 비교적 양호한 상태로 유지할 수 있어 검역처리 기술로 활용성이 있는 것으로 생각된다. 'Fuji' apples were treated by gamma irradiation (0∼3 kGy) or methyl bromide fumigation at commercial conditions (MeBr, 25 g/㎏, 4 hr) for quarantine purpose at two different treatment timing after harvest and stored under air a 0℃ for 4 months. Associated with the treatment timing of irradiation or fumigation, after 40 days of storage at 0℃ following harvest was more adequate than immediately after harvest in keeping qualities of stored apples. However, more than 2 kGy irradiation and MeBr fumigation were detrimental to physiological and chemical qualities of the fruits. These results show that less than 1 kGy irradiation at the delayed timing has a possibility to be applied as a quarantine procedure without significant changes in the quality of apples.

        In this study, SPCC cross-tension type specimens produced under various welding conditions were tensile and fatigue tested. Decrease of 2 kA in normal current condition of 10 kA caused a large amount of reduction in both static joining strength and fatigue life. And 2 kA increase resulted in increase of static joining strength and an increase in low cycle regime but a decrease in high cycle regime, revealing the fact that fatigue strength rather than static joining strength would be a major factor during design process in view of the body endurance. As a results of estimating the fatigue lifetimes of various types of specimens, equivalent stress intensity factor is the proper parameter for predicting the lifetimes of various types of specimens, which can be expressed as ΔK_(eq) (N/mm^(1.5)) = 11550N_(f)^(-0.36)

        Fuzzy 측도공간에서의 함수에 대하여 논리합과 논리곱에 대한 Riemann 합을 만들어 그 극한을 적분으로 정의할 때 함수가 가측이고 유계이면 적분가능하고 이 적분값은 Fuzzy 적분과 일치한다는 것을 증명하였다. In this note we introduce a new type of integration of functions with respect to a fuzzy measure. In the definition of the new integral, we use the Riemann type sum. We investigate the relation between the new integral and the classical fuzzy integral.

        수학수업의 흥미유발을 위한 수학사 및 예화자료 연구 : 수학Ⅰ을 중심으로

        This study has been done to help teach mathematics on the spot of education by providing the history of mathematics and illustrations concerning mathematics, which were rearranged for the level of the second grade students in highschool and intented to interest students in mathematics classes. The contents of teaching, according to each unit (Matrix, Sequence, Limit, Differentiation, Integration, Probability, Statistics) include the life of the representative mathematician, the historical background centered on episodes, questions linked with reality, questions making sensations in history and something for maxim in mathematics. If such contents are properly used, they are expected to be able to stimulate students' curiosity, and to be effective in improving students' learning ability in mathematics by causing them to show their active attitudes toward learning mathematics.

      • 변수에 의한 함수 지도가 함수개념의 형성에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to develop learning materials for functional concept on variable and to verify the effect of how well students could learn functional concept after they studied with those materials. To accomplish the purpose of this study, I developed learning materials and after teaching students with them. I have concluded the followings : First, there was little effect in teaching functional concept on variable between two experimental groups, whereas teaching functional concept had greater effect on forming functional concept in high level groups in those two experimental groups. Second, teaching functional concept on variable had little effect on students' understanding of functional concept and perfecting tables in Black box, graph, and mathematical problems, whereas there was much effect in students' understanding functional concept and solving relation formula, in age, and range problems related to everyday life or general things. On the basis of the problems which appeared in the process of this study, the following can be suggested : First, we should develop learning materials fit for low level students so that they could understand functional concept. Second, we should continue to teach the basic problems like solving relation formula, image, and range, and understanding functional concept in graph until students are able to understand them exactly. Third, since the goals of Unit Function in a middle school textbook is to solve problems related to everyday life through functional thinking, there should be change in constructing systematic contents of Unit Function in a middle school textbook.
