Background: Persistent infection of one or more of about 15 high-risk human papillomaviruses (HR-HPVs), most commonly HPV types 16/18, has a significant role in cervical cancer initiation and progression. There are limited data available from north-east India about HPV prevalence though this region has high incidence rates of cervical cancer. The aim of this study was to investigate the HPV genotypes prevalent in cervical cancer patients of north-east India. Materials and Methods: We analyzed 107 cervical cancer patient samples. Nested multiplex PCR assays were employed for detection of 13 high risk and 5 low risk HPV types. Results: HPV was confirmed in 105 samples. The presence of 6 'carcinogenic' HPV types, HPV-16 (88%), -18 (15%), -31(4%),-45 (3%), -59 (4%), -58(1%), and one non carcinogenic, HPV-6/11 (6%), was recorded. Among various demographic and clinical factors only tumour stage showed a statistically significant association with HPV type infection (P=0.019). Conclusions: We suggest that the most prevalent genotype is HPV-16 followed by HPV-18 in cervical carcinoma patients of the north-eastern region of India. Advanced tumour stage may be associated with increased possibility of harbouring multiple HPV genotypes.

Bioleaching of spent catalyst were carried out using Acidithiobacillus type of microorganisms. Various leaching parameters like contact time, Fe(II) concentration, particle size, pulp densities, pH and temperature were studied in details. All the four metal ions like Ni, V, Mo and Al followed dual kinetics,i.e., initial faster followed by slower rate. The leaching kinetics of Ni and V observed to be higher compared to that of Mo and Al. The thermodynamic parameters like DG, DH and DS for all metals were calculated. The leaching kinetics followed first order rate. Rates of dissolution of Al, V and Ni increased, and Mo decreased with increase of Fe(II) addition whereas that of all metals decreased with increase of pulp density and particle size. Leaching kinetics of Al, Mo, V increased with decrease of pH. Variation of initial pH of the leaching medium showed an inadequate effect on Ni dissolution. The rate determining step found to be pore diffusion controlled. The correlation between observed and theoretical values of leaching efficiency for different parameters was evaluated usingMulti-Linear Regression Analyses which showed the significance of the leaching. A total of 5 factors were evaluated by data reduction technique using Principal Component Analysis. 2010 The Korean Society of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry. Published by Elsevier B.V. Beta-almost Ricci solitons on almost CoKahler manifolds
Debabrata Kar,Pradip Majhi 강원경기수학회 2019 한국수학논문집 Vol.27 No.3
In the present paper is to classify Beta-almost ($\beta$-almost) Ricci solitons and $\beta$-almost gradient Ricci solitons on almost CoK\"ahler manifolds with $\xi$ belongs to $(k,\mu)$-nullity distribution. In this paper, we prove that such manifolds with $V$ is contact vector field and $Q\phi = \phi Q$ is $\eta$-Einstein and it is steady when the potential vector field is pointwise collinear to the reeb vectoer field. Moreover, we prove that a $(k,\mu)$-almost CoK\"ahler manifolds admitting $\beta$-almost gradient Ricci solitons is isometric to a sphere.

Bioleaching studies of metals from a spent catalyst were conducted using both adapted and unadapted bacterial cultures. The bacterium used in this experiment was Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans. A comparison of the kinetics of leaching was made between the two cultures by varying the leaching parameters, including the pulp density, particle size and temperature. Both cultures showed similar effects with respect to the above parameters, but the leaching rates of all metals were higher with the adapted compared to the unadapted bacterial cultures. The leaching reactions were continued for 240 h in the case of the unadapted bacterial culture, but only for 40 h in the case of the adapted bacterial culture. The leaching reactions followed first order kinetics. In addition, the kinetics of leaching was concluded to be a diffusion control model; therefore, the product layers were impervious.

Coronary chronic total occlusion (CTO) remains one of the most challenging subsets for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). The retrograde recanalization is one of the most significant amendments of the technique that remains critical to improved success of CTO PCI. Currently the reverse controlled antegrade and retrograde tracking (CART) is the most dominant retrograde technique. With emergence of new equipment and important iterations, this approach has become safer, faster and more successful. In this review, the author proposes the iteration and standardization of this technique which would further facilitates its adoption with more efficacy and safety.
Central Controller Framework for Mobile Cloud Computing
Debabrata Sarddar,Priyajit Sen,Manas Kumar Sanyal 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Grid and Distributed Comp Vol.9 No.4
Now-a-days Mobile-Cloud Computing is a global computing infrastructure. Mobile-Cloud computing is the combination of mobile computing and cloud computing. Today’s smart phones are facing problem of small size and low battery life. One of the solutions to the problem of size of the mobile devices is by using the mobile device via extra touchpad device either by wireless fidelity network or Bluetooth. Low battery can be replaced by a powerful battery. The problem in cloud network is the higher response time of nodes while performing data communication through co-operative caching. This problem can be overcome by placing a Central Controller device as a hub in star topology network. The Central Controller device keeps track of the status of all other devices during the communication by running passive scan over the devices.
Handover Management in LEO Satellite Network using Area and Angle Based Algorithm
Debabrata Sarddar,Priyajit Sen,Himadri Biswas 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Grid and Distributed Comp Vol.9 No.8
LEO satellites are nearer to the earth’s surface than that of the other satellite systems. LEO satellites revolve round the earth is in the range from 500-1500km from the surface of the earth. The satellite is placed closer to the surface of the earth. If the height of the satellite is increased by increasing the power of the equipment used in the satellite system, the beam of the satellite cover a wide area in the surface of the earth. The radius of the foot print will increase as the height will increase and as the radius will increase the area of coverage will also increase. Height (h) is directly proportional to the radius(r) and area (A) is directly proportional to the square of the radius. Thus, the number of satellite required to cover the whole earth will decrease. The handoff failure will be decreased.

Cloud Computing is a distributing computing technology which is used as pay per use basis. Now a day’s Cloud Computing is the most reputed topic due to its ability to offer guaranteed quality of service atmosphere, dynamic IT infrastructures, and conFigureurable software services. But many users could not satisfy on cloud services completely due to their uncovering security purpose for handling large numbers of data. Even the network becomes uncontrollable, when large numbers of user’s request to the server create network congestion and data losses vigorously. Content Delivery Network OR CDN is an eminent solution of this problem. Our objective is to create local and global server and connect the global server to system manager, which is worked over Content Delivery Network to deliver and direct the user request to the nearest global edge server except local server and establish the connection between them and transfer the respective content. For optimization of edge selection process and reduce the load over content delivery network we approach local server concept in this paper.
Andreev tunneling and Josephson current in light irradiated graphene
Debabrata Sinha,Satyaki Kar 한국물리학회 2018 Current Applied Physics Vol.18 No.9
We investigate the Andreev tunneling and Josephson current in graphene irradiated with high-frequency linearly polarized light. The corresponding stroboscopic dynamics can be solved using Floquet mechanism which results in an effective stationary theory to the problem exhibiting an anisotropic Dirac spectrum and modified pseudospin- momentum locking. When applied to an irradiated normal graphene - superconductor (NS) interface, such analysis reveal Andreev reflection (AR) to become an oscillatory function of the optical strength. Specifically we find that, by varying the polarization direction we can both suppress AR considerably or cause the Andreev transport to remain maximum at sub-gap excitation energies even in the presence of Fermi level mismatch. Furthermore, we study the optical effect on the Andreev bound states (ABS) within a short normalgraphene sheet, sandwiched between two s-wave superconductors. It shows redistribution of the low energy regime in the ABS spectrum, which in turn, has major effect in shaping the Josephson super-current. Subjected to efficient tuning, such current can be sufficiently altered even at the charge neutrality point. Our observations provide useful feedback in regulating the quantum transport in Dirac-like systems, achieved via controlled offresonant optical irradiation on them.
