Purpose: Research on the behavior of using digital banking services plays an important role for banks in the context of increasingly competitive banks, not only for domestic banks but also for foreign banks. Along with the development of science and technology brings new approaches to banking industry, digital banking increases the effectiveness of banking activities. Besides, information safety brings different feeling about digital banking system. Therefore, this research evaluates the relationship between Information safety and Intention to use banking services in Vietnam. Research design, data and methodology: With 329 Vietnamese customers using digital banking, reliability test, and structural equation model (SEM) analysis method. Results: the research shows that information safety has directly effects on perceived ease of use (PU), perceived risk (RIS) of customers to digital banking services. Perceived trust (TRU) has a negative impact on RIS. Perceived of usefulness (PEU) has a positive impact on attitude towards service (ATT), and RIS has a negative impact on ATT. RIS, PEU, ATT, convenience and enterprise image have positive effects on intention to use digital banking service. Conclusions: From the research results, the authors also propose some recommendations to enhance the intention to use digital banking services in Vietnam.
Diselenide-decorated Liposomes for Intracellular Delivery of a Vitamin C Derivative in Cancer Cells
Dat Bui Van,박재형 한국고분자학회 2021 한국고분자학회 학술대회 연구논문 초록집 Vol.46 No.2
Vitamin C, has emerged as an alternative to conventional chemotherapy for treating cancers because of its oxidative stress promotion. However, vitamin C should be delivered to cells in its oxidized form, dehydroascorbate (DHA) due to its cytotoxicity. By incorporating diselenide-based amphiphilic lipids into the liposomal membrane, Glutathione (GSH)-responsive nanoparticles (G-NPs) have been prepared as potential carriers of DHA. DHA was wrapped into NPs using the dehydrationrehydration method to make DHA-loaded G-NPs which induced much higher GSH depletion in HT29 colon cancer cells than DHA-loaded controls. Particularly, DHA-contained G-NPs sharply increased the intracellular levels of reactive oxygen species, implying enhanced oxidative stress by stimuli-responsive DHA release. As a result, DHA-contained G-NPs exhibited significant cytotoxicity against HT29 cells. Overall, G-NPs might serve as emerged deliver for intracellular delivery of DHA during cancer treatment.
A Workflow-based Mobility Model of Workers in Shipyards
Dat Van Anh Duong,Seokhoon Yoon(윤석훈) 한국통신학회 2021 한국통신학회 학술대회논문집 Vol.2021 No.6
In shipyards, the movements of workers greatly affect the performance of wireless networks and IoT services. To fully validate such services and networks, worker's movements should be considered. A lot of human movement models have been studied but most of them focus on the daily movements of people. That cannot reflect the worker's movements in shipyards. Therefore, we propose a new mobility model called the workflow-based mobility model of workers in shipyards (WMS). To fully reflect the worker's movements, we consider workflow of workers for movement generation. First, workers are classified into types. Workers in a type have similar movement characteristics (e.g., pause time and movement speed). Then, a type is divided into teams. Workers of a team have the same workflow and workplace. Workers move based on their workflow.
Preprocessing for High Quality Real-time Imaging Systems by Low-light Stretch Algorithm
Dat Ngo,Bongsoon Kang 한국전기전자학회 2018 전기전자학회논문지 Vol.22 No.3
Consumer demand for high quality image/video services led to growing trend in image quality enhancement study. Therefore, recent years was a period of substantial progress in this research field. Through careful observation of the image quality after processing by image enhancement algorithms, we perceived that the dark region in the image usually suffered loss of contrast to a certain extent. In this paper, the low-light stretch preprocessing algorithm is, hence, proposed to resolve the aforementioned issue. The proposed approach is evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively against the well-known histogram equalization and Photoshop curve adjustment. The evaluation results validate the efficiency and superiority of the low-light stretch over the benchmarking methods. In addition, we also propose the 255MHz-capable hardware implementation to ease the process of incorporating low-light stretch into real-time imaging systems, such as aerial surveillance and monitoring with drones and driving aiding systems.
