This study evaluated the effect of the corrosion inhibitors on the corrosion control performance in drinking water distribution system. A phosphate-zinc based inhibitor formulated was for the efficient corrosion control in drinking water distribution system. In a continuous-circulation test, 99% reduction in corrosion rate was achieved. The optimum concentration of the corrosion inhibitor was found to be 2.2㎎ PO₄/L. The effect of the corrosion inhibitor was significant for the pipes of carbon steel, galvanized steel and copper, but less for that of stainless steel. The corrosion inhibitor can be an effective cure for corrosion and red water problems by prevention the old pipes from further corrosion. Tap water in Mokpo and Kwangyang were more corrosive than the water in the rest of 4 other regions(Seoul, Pohang, Pusan, Puyeo). Tap water in Pusan was high in various ionic concentrations in general. The corrosion inhibitor reduced the corrosion rate by 76-94%, depending on the origin of the tap water.

Asimina triloba 씨앗으로부터 분리된 Annonaceous acetogenin 으로서의 Xylomaticin

Most Annonaceous acetogenins are potently bioactive and offer exciting potential as new antitumor, pesticidal and other bioactives. The major mode of action of the acetogenins is inhibition of electron transport in the mitochondria. Acetogenins are waxy substances consisting of C32 or C34 long chain fatty acids which have been combined with a propan-2-ol unit at C-2 to form a Y-lactone. Acetogenins have been isolated from an extract of the seeds of Asimina triloba by directing the fractionation with brine shrimp lethality. The structures were characterized on the basis of chemical and spectral data. Xylomaticin, which is known but is first isolated in this species, was obtained. In brine shrimp lethality test(BST), xylomaticin exhibited cytotoxicity.

대학 교양 체육의 전개 양상에 관한 연구 : 이수학점의 변화 추이를 중심으로

This Study was investigated the development of units of physical Education in Cultural Subjects. In the periodical approach, the development of physical education was divided into five phases. The primary source of data and objects for the study was puqlications of history of Colledge and University. The findings of the study are as follows. The first phase( ~1945.8.15) is the period of Japanese invasion. Physical Education wasn't practiced in Kyong Song which was unique university in that period. But, in special school like Kyong Song, Yon Hee and Sook Myong, Physical Education was practiced named Gymnastics and physical training. In the second Phase (1945~1954), Physical Education was settled in required subject, and 180 units was required in graduate the colledge and University. The units of physical Education were needed from 2 to 8. This period was influenced by policy of Education of U.S.A. In the third phase (1955~1972), physical Education was increased by 8 units but it was decreased by 4 units because of military Education in colledge and University 160 units was required. The four phase (1972~1988) is the period of begining of pilot program of highere ducation by 10 universities. 140 units was required. The units of physical Education were from 2 to 4. In the five phase (1989~ ) is the period of abolition of required subject by Eniforcement Ordinance of the law for the Education. Physical Education was Changed required subject or obtional subject and Two units were needed in required subject.

체육교육의 역할과 신체문화의 계승

The purpose of this paper is to examine the role of physical education for the succession of hour conventional culture in physical education. For this study, two tasks are set up as follows: First, To investigate the role of physical education as a primary function of education which is related with the succession of conventional culture. Secondly, To find out the reason why the physical culture should have been cut off during Japanese colorial period and after Korean liberation. In conclusion, This study suggests some directions of the role of physical education. First, we must overcome the western physical culture. Secondly, we must create new concept of physical education and our own conventional physical culture is presented variously in education. Thirdly, we will recognize the importance of culture exchange. Culture has to interchange of another culture.

學業 成積에 影響을 주는 家庭環境과 自我槪念에 관한 硏究

The purpose of this study was to examine whether self-conception and home-environment relate positively with academic achievement. In order to fulfill the purpose of this study the research questions of the study were established as follows: 1) Dose home-environment(the status environment. the process environment) and self-conception correate? 2) Does the subvariables of the status environment, that is, the degree of parent's education, monthly income, job, residence and self-conception correlate? 3) Does the subvariables of the process environment, that is, the acceptance-reject, the autonomy-control, the achievement press and self-conception correlate? 4) Does the status environment, the process environment and total home-environment effect the academic achievement? 5) Are there any difference among self-conception according to level of academic achievement? The subjects of the study were the second grade from 4 high schools in Kwang Ju. The total number of subjects were 298 students. The data were gathered from self-conception inventory(Kim Gi-Jung, 1984), the home-environment inventory(Kim Gi-jung, 1984) and the mean of academic achievement admitted by each high school administration. The results were as follows: 1) Home-environment strongly effects self-conception, especially the process home-environment stronger effect self-conception than the status environment. 2) There is relationship between the status environment and self-conception with r=.65. The higher is the score of status environment, the higher is academic self-conception and moral self-conception of high school students. 3) In relationship coefficient (r-.84) is higher than the relationship between the status environment and self-conception(r=.65). 4) The process environment is important than the status environment. So parent's caring attitude and expectation is more important than home accomodations and furniture. 5) Comparing the level(high, middle, low) of academic achievement with self-conception, academic, moral, home and total self-conception of high level is higher than middle and low of academic achievement.

君子의 槪念 分析

Chu‥n - tzu (君子) is a son of a ruler. The term was applied to descendent of the ruling house in any State, and so came to mean 'gentleman', 'member of the upper classes'. But the gentleman is bound by a particular code of morals and manners ; so that the word, chu‥n -tzu implies not merely superiority of birth but also superiority of character and behaviour. Chu‥n - tzu is a man of ideal type in the oriental Confucian education. This study attempt to analyze the concept of chu‥n - tzu in the Analects of Confucius (論語). The results of the conceptual analysis of the concept of chu‥n - tzu are as follows. First the extension of the concept of chu‥n - tzu includes the various concepts similar to it. Including a sage, there are fourteen terms in these various resembling concepts of chu‥n - tzu. Second, there are two kinds of dimensions in the connotation of the concept of chu‥n - tzu. One is the dimension of virtue, and the other is that of position. Between these two dimensions, Because of emphasizing to the moral character in the concept of chu‥n - tzu as a man of ideal type in education, the former is more important than the latter. In the essential meaning of the concept of chu‥on - tzu, there are two meanings. One is the realization of Jen (仁) as phases of universality, and the other is that of Jen as phases of differentiation. But the former is more comprehensive definition of the essence of chu‥n - tzu. In this viewpoint, chu‥n - tzu is a man of ideal type in Confucian education which desires the remodeling of man by the agency of education and the reconstruction of society through the remodeling of man. Last, the opposite concepts of chu‥on - tzu are inferior man (小人) and pseudo - superior man (鄕原). These two concepts are unmoral as compared with chu‥n - tzu. Also, An analysis of the concept of chu‥n - tzu will give many suggestions to the contemporary education. For, chu‥n - tzu is a classical model of a man of ideal type beyond the times and space.

體育史 硏究에서의 時代區分

The purpose of this study is to explore the way for the periodization of the history of physical education by reviewing the present periodization method for it. This article is intened four procedures as follows. 1) Understand the meaning of periodization by reviewing the change of periodization of the history of western world. 2) Seize the standard when we study periodization about Korean history. 3) Review and study on the periodization of world history of physical education. 4) Understand that how divide development of physical education in Korea. 5) Induce its problem by reviewing the periodization of the history of physical education. Through these procedures, some significant discussions in this study are 1) Periodization should be opposed to the historical facts which were proved 2) There should be logical consistency in the periodization 3) Historical facts should be explained on the basis of time and spacial relation, 4) Periodization is made by concept of physical education uprightly. In conclusion, the periodization of the history of physical education should be directed to unique and shaping ways to arrange the concept of physical education as well as the establishment of self-independence of the historian of physical education basing on the pecularity of the history of physical education field and the facts of physical education.

분산 환경에서 Agent를 이용한 LCL 화물 정보 시스템

LCL은 컨테이너에 화물을 적재할 때 한 화주가 컨테이너의 공간을 전부 사용하는 FCL과 달리 여러 명의 화주가 각자의 화물을 한 컨테이너에 적 재하는 방식을 말한다. 기존의 LCL 업무에서는 화주가 운송할 화물이 하나의 컨테이너 전체를 사용하려하지 않을 때 LCL Cargo를 선박회사에 신청하고 선박회사는 이러한 업무를 대행해 주는 Forward에게 의뢰하게되고 Forward는 컨테이너의 남는 CBM(cubic met er )을 채울 화물의 화주들을 모집하는 형태와 화주가 화물을 적재하고 남은 CBM이 있으면 선박회사가 직접 Forward에 의뢰하여 화주들을 모집하는 형태가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이들을 웹 상에서 서비스하는 LCL 화물 정보시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 화주가 LCL 화물 선적을 신청하게되면 선주가 선적 할 컨테이너에 대한 모든 정보와 적재된 화물의 정보 등을 실시간으로 제공하여 이에 다른 화주들이 자신의 LCL 선적할 화물에 대한 정보를 제공하게 되고 선주는 이런 정보들을 바탕으로 컨테이너에 LCL 선적할 화주를 결정하는 방식과 화주가 LCL 화물 선적 신청을 위해 화물에 대한 정보를 미리 제공한 정보를 바탕으로 하여 화주를 결정하는 방식 등이 제공된다. 이러한 방식들에 의해 화주를 선정하기 위해서는 제공되는 정보들을 바탕으로 한 적절한 정책이 필요하다. 이 정책은 시스템내의 Agent들에 의해서 이루어지며 이 Agent들은 정책을 바탕으로 화주를 결정하는 것뿐만 아니라, 인터페이스를 통하여 제공되는 정보를 모으는 역할, 그리고 데이터베이스로부터 정보를 가져오고, 새로운 정보를 관리하는 역할 등을 수행하도록 한다. 이러한 일들을 전담하는 Agent를 각각 두어 서로간의 통신을 통한 협력 구조를 이루도록 한다. 그리고 데이터베이스의 접근에 있어서도 CORBA를 이용하여 이 기종의 시스템들에 분산된 데이터베이스에 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 하여 보다 많은 정보를 바탕으로 시스템을 운영할 수 있다.

This study is described to the basic analysis of the zero voltage switching resonant dc to dc converters and proposed for the control circuit satisfied of the BUCK's theoritical conditions. In this paper, the relation between the switch-on duty cycle and the transitoron duty cycle is analyzed by the use of the function of the load resistance and also proved in experimental measurement that if the switch is made structure of the antiparalled diode, FM Loop and PWM Loop is requried and if serial diode, FM Loop is required.
