        The Effect of variability practice in learning table tennis skills. The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of variability practice in learning table tennis. The suvjects were thirty six male middle school students. they were devided in to constant. serial, ramdon, blocked groups according to practice conditions. The results are as follows; First, on the aquistion stage, the constant and blocked groups showed the best performance than the random group . Seocnd, on the retention stage, the random group showed the best performance than the constant group . Third, on the transfer stage, the random group showed the best performance than constant and blocked groups . The conclusion drawn from above results is that variability practice is one of determinants for the efficient meter performance and learning.

        Photocatalyzed degradation of acetylene, propylene, and propane gases were carried out over precoated titanium dioxide(anatase) illuminated UV light in a flow reactor. photocatalytic oxidation of acetylene, propylene, and propane gases respectively indicated high conversion rates (78.0%) to CO₂gas. And photocatalytic oxidation of three gases according to a fold, twofold, and threefold of titanium dioxide(anatase) respectively gave high conversion rate. The longer reaction time was, the higher conversion rate to CO₂gas showed.

        試論張載 〈西銘〉與儒家核心價値關係

        조선시대의 유명한 주자학의 대가 이퇴계 선생의 제창과 인도 하에 주자학이 조선에 깊게 전파되었고, 조선이 “예의지국”이 되었다. 주자학은 중화민족 문화사상의 결정체로 이학(理學)의 집대성이다. 어떠한 문화사상이라도 인류의 공통적인 재산에는 국가 간의 제한을 받지 않는다. 주자학이 800년간 지속된 과정 중 각 나라 자체의 문화사상이 되었고, 조선과 일본 등의 나라에 현학으로 자리 잡았다. 한ㆍ중ㆍ일 삼국은 지역적으로 근접해 있고, 민족혈연과 문화배경이 서로 비슷해 유럽의 바람이 동방에 불기 전에 대부분은 중국에서 그 자원을 취해갔다. 그러므로 우리는 지금 공동 관심을 갖고 있는 신세계로의 도전과 출로에서 갈수록 약해지며 사라지고 있는 도덕을 회복하여 인문학의 임무가 퍼져나가 유가의 어진 정신으로 송명유학을 다시 수신(修身)하고 덕행을 존중해 인의를 제창하여 인문학의 관념을 실천하고 진정으로 실현해야 할 것이다. 퇴계는 《西銘》에 대한 유래와 그 의의는 더욱 상세하게 고증하여 자신의 견해를 밝히고 있다. 비록 《西銘》은 북송 張載가 저술한 253자의 짧은 문장이긴 하나 유교도덕의 精髓인 인효의 도리를 완벽하게 서술하고 있다하겠다. 程朱學者와 周敦?의 《太極圖說》과 함께 송학의 걸작중의 하나로 열거되고 있다. 특히 주자는 그 주석을 《西銘解義》와 《近思錄》을 완성한 후 유학의 도덕과 인문정신을 한층 더 알리고 있다.

        Research on Configuration Process of Nuclear Power Valve Design System based on Axiomatic Design

        In order to construct the design system of nuclear power valve, the axiomatic design theory is introduced in configuration process of the valve structure design. According to the functional requirement and the complex mechanical structure of the nuclear power valves, the relationship model between design parameters and functional requirements is created by using the“zigzagging”mapping. Then the design matrix can be established and the design order can be planned. After that, the complete mapping table in design process is established through decoupling to quasi-coupling design, and the valve design process according to axiomatic method is constructed. On this basis, a rapid design system is constructed by combining the structural features with the multi-characteristic optimization requirement, in which the configuration process model established by axiomatic method provides valve design in integrated system with reasonable navigation and improves the rationality and the objectivity in design development process.

      • Prognostic Significance of C-reactive Protein in Urological Cancers: a Systematic Review and Meta-analysis

        Background: C-reactive protein (CRP), considered as a prototypical inflammatory cytokine, has been proposed to be involved in tumor progression through inflammation. Recent studies have indicated CRP as a progostic predictor for urological cancers, but the results remain controversial. Materials and Methods: A systematic search of Medline, Scopus and the Cochrane Library was performed to identify eligible studies published between Jan 1, 2001 and Sep 1, 2013. Outcomes of interest were collected from studies comparing overall survival (OS), cancer-specific survival (CSS) and relapse-free survival (RFS) in patients with elevated CRP levels and those having lower levels. Studies were pooled, and combined hazard ratio (HR) of CRP with its 95% confidence interval (CI) for survival were used for the effect size estimate. Results: A total of 43 studies (7,490 patients) were included in this meta-analysis (25 for RCC, 10 for UC, and 8 for PC). Our pooled results showed that elevated serum CRP level was associated with poor OS (HR: 1.26, 95%CI: 1.22-1.30) and RFS (HR: 1.38 95%CI: 1.29-1.47), respectively. For CSS the pooled HR (HR: 1.33, 95%CI: 1.28-1.39) for higher CRP expression could strongly predict poorer survival in urological cancers. Simultaneously, elevated serum CRP was also significantly associated with poor prognosis in the subgroup analysis. Conclusions: Our pooled results demonstrate that a high serum level of CRP as an inflammation biomarker denotes a poor prognosis of patients with urological cancers. Further large prospective studies should be performed to confirm whether CRP, as a biomarker of inflammation, has a prognostic role in urological cancer progression.

        실관막 모듈에서 Lix84에 의한 중금속 투과추출 제거

        Hollow fiber module contactor can be designed to provide a very high surface area per unit volume, which makes them very effective in comparison to conventional extraction equipment. Since the phases are separated by the membranes, the loading, flooding, and channeling constraints of conventional equipment are avoided. The optimum conditions for the change of H^+ concentration in heavy metal(Cu(II), Ni(II), Pb(II), Zn(II), Cd(II)) solution, the change of flow rate inside-outside hollow fiber membrane and the removal of heavy metal by the sort of extractant(Lix84-n-heptane, TOA-n-heptane, D2EHPA-n-heptane) were examined through perstraction of aqueous phase heavy metal from the hollow fiber module by organic extractant. Lix84 showed the best efficiency to Cu(II) extraction among a few kind of used extractant

        Calculating Wind Variability Costs with Considering Ramping Costs of Conventional Power Plants

        Due to the variability of the wind power, conventional power plants are required to ramp more frequently to mitigate the imbalance of generation and supply, which increase the total cost of power systems. The increase of the cost is termed the “variability cost” of wind power. Generally, it includes the additional ramping cost, reserve cost and fuel cost of conventional plants. In this paper, we propose an alternative scenario construction method to calculate the “variability cost” of wind power from the viewpoint of the power system schedule. Firstly, in the alternative scenario, a new energy proxy with zero wind variability costs is constructed. Then, a unit commitment optimization model considering ramping costs is developed. The operation costs of power systems under two scenarios (alternative one and real one) are calculated and the diff erence between two costs is the variability cost. Furthermore, we apply the proposed method to calculate the variability costs of the wind farm cluster. The simulations show that the variability cost increases with higher penetration and higher variability of wind power. Meanwhile, it is found that the variability cost of the wind farm cluster as a whole is lower than the sum of variability costs of each wind farm.

      • Interaction of Divalent Metal Ions with Zn^(2+) -Glycerophosphocholine Cholinephosphodiesterase from Ox Brain

        The effect of divalent metal ions on the activity of glyccrophosphocholinc cholincphosphodiesterse from ox brain was examined. Zn^2+_ and Co^2+-glyccrophosphocholine cholinephosphodiesterases were prepared from the exposure of apoenzyme to Zn^2+ and Co^2+, respectively, and the properties of two metallo-phosphodiesterases were compared to those of native phosphodiesterase. Although two metallo-enzymes were similar in expressing Km value, optimum pH or sensitivity to Cu^2+, they differed in the susccptibility to the inhibition by thiocholine or tellurte; while Co^2+-phosphodiesterase was more sensitive to tellurites, Zn^2+-phosphodiesterase was more susccptible to inhibition by thiocholine. In addition, Zn^2+-phosphodiesterase was more thermo-stable than Co^2+ enzyme. Separately, when propertics of native phosphodiesterase were compared to those of each metallo-phosphodiesterasc, native phosphodicsterase was found to be quite similar to Zn^2+-phosphodiesterase in many respects. Even in thermo-stability, native enzyme resembled Zn^2+-phosphodicsterase rather than Co^2+-enzyme. Consistent with this, the stability of natvie phosphodiesterase was maintained in the presence of Zn^2+, but not Co^2+, Mn^2+ was also as effective as Zn^2+ in the stabilization of the enzyme. Noteworthy, the native enzyme was found to be inhibited competitively by Cu^2+ with a Ki value of 20 μM, and its inhibitory action was antagonized effectively by Zn^2+ or Co^2+. Also choline, another competitiive inhibitor of the enzymc, appeared to antagonize the inhibitory action of Cu^2+. Taken together, it is suggested that there may be multiple binding sites for divalent meta ions in the molccute of glyccrophosphocholine cholinephosphodicsterase.

        본 연군는 우리나라의 가공식품 영양표시제도를 종합적으로 평가하고 현행 영양표시기준에서 미비한 전들을 도출하여 연구 ·검토함으로써 영양표시기준개선안 및 선진화론 영양표시제도가 피기 위한 항후 정책방안을 Tf시하고자 하였다. 주요국의 영양표시 관련법령 및 규정과 국네기준과의 비교 ·겅토를 통하여 현행 영양표시기준의 미비점을 도출하였고, 도출된 문제점을 토대로 영양소의 정의, 영양소 표시 항목, 영양소 표시방법, 열량 및 영양성분 계산방법, 영양소 함량 강조표시 등에 대한 개선안을 계시하였다. 또한 시판 가공식품의 영양표시 현황 조사 및, 산업체의 영양표시 업무실태를 파악하고 의견을 숙렴하기 위한 산업체 대상 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 각 조사결과를 토대로 영양표시제도의 선진화를 위하여 향후 필요학 사업파 앞으로 발전방향을 제시하엿다 The purpose of this study was to examine the situation of nutrition labelling system in order to identify the problems and propose a strategic framework for improvement of the system. We reviewed the foreign and domestic acts and regulations for nutrition labelling, suggested draft of the revised nutrition labelling regulation, analysed the food labels carrying nutrient information and claims and response of food manufacturers to the nutrition labeling system. And we developed the strategy and the further studies for improvement of nutrition labelling system.
