Walking robot is classified into biped, quadruped and hexaped, etc., according to the number of leg linked to the robot body. In this study a quadruped robot is developed and stability of the robot is analyzed. Using the WBO(Weight Balancing Oscillator) built in the body is proposed and the control method of it is studied. Walking is classified into static and dynamic walking according to the duty factor. In dynamic walking, one of the very important issues is stability that is influenced by the position of ZMP. The WBO is mounted on the body of the robot developed in this study. That is designed to linearly move from side to side when the robot walk dynamically. Robot body is without sacrifice of the walking speed by control the WBO. This means improvement of the stability.

Kinematic sensitivity analysis of suspension systems is usually performed in absolute coordinates. Design of a suspension system requires detailed specification of the interconnection point (hard point) and characteristic values of compliance elements. During the design process. these design variables are determined to meet some prescribed performance targets expressed in tenms of SDF(Suspension Design Factors), such as toe. camber. caster, etc. When some designer want to modify the dynamic characteristic of designed vehicle, it has been taken a lot of time. effect and inconveniences. To solve these inconveniences, this paper elaborates on a systematic approach to achieve optimum design of suspension systems through making an analysis of sensitivity for multi-body systems.<br/>
Coordinating Multi-Protein Mismatch Repair by Managing Diffusion Mechanics on the DNA

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>DNA mismatch repair (MMR) corrects DNA base-pairing errors that occur during DNA replication. MMR catalyzes strand-specific DNA degradation and resynthesis by dynamic molecular coordination of sequential downstream pathways. The temporal and mechanistic order of molecular events is essential to insure interactions in MMR that occur over long distances on the DNA. Biophysical real-time studies of highly conserved components on mismatched DNA have shed light on the mechanics of MMR. Single-molecule imaging has visualized stochastically coordinated MMR interactions that are based on thermal fluctuation-driven motions. In this review, we describe the role of diffusivity and stochasticity in MMR beginning with mismatch recognition through strand-specific excision. We conclude with a perspective of the possible research directions that should solve the remaining questions in MMR.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> MSH (MutS homologs) bound to a mispaired nucleotide switches its conformation to a sliding clamp by ATP binding. </LI> <LI> Freely diffusing ATP-bound MSH sliding clamp recruits MLH/PMS (MutL homologs). </LI> <LI> The diffusing complex of ATP-bound MSH and MLH/PMS activates strand excision at a distant strand break. </LI> <LI> ATP-bound MSH sliding clamp is a key player for the initiation and termination of DNA mismatch repair. </LI> <LI> The stochastic coordination by thermal diffusion of mismatch repair components eventually results in robust repair events. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical Abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>
한국 기업 조직구성원의 혁신적 행동에 대한 체계적 고찰 및 메타분석

The purpose of this study is to synthesize empirical studies on innovative behavior conducted on Korean corporate employees through meta-analysis and to systematically identify the factors that influence innovative behavior. The factors that had the greatest effect on innovative behavior were identified in the following order: absorption ability, workplace spirituality, job stress recovery experience, speech behavior, learning agility, innovation performance, creativity, creative self-efficacy, informal learning, and motivation. Furthermore, dividing the influencing factors into individual, job, and organizational dimensions confirmed that in order the individual, job, and organizational dimension factors had great influence on innovative behavior. Differences were also found depending on the type of company, as in private sector companies team trust, absorption ability, workplace spirituality, job stress recovery experience, and speech behavior were more important, while in public sector companies, job crafting, creativity, self-directed learning, positive psychological capital, and suitability of supervisors were more important. This study contributed to the expansion of research on innovative behavior and provided clues on what factors should be focused on to improve innovative behavior in Korean companies.

Picture of five viscera and six bowels is a Taoist document written by a Taoist woman named Hoeum during Tang dynasty. It contains not only medical contents but also technique of medical massage of viscera and bowels that controls and prevents diseases of Five viscera in the body. Since Picture of five viscera and six bowels was cited in Classified Assemblage of Medical Prescriptions publised in Joseon dynasty during king Seongjong, technique of medical massage of viscera and bowels has been mentioned in Dongeuibogam and has become an important means to exercise five viscera and six bowels to not only medical men but also Confucianists, Taoists, and common people. But nowadays, the detailed exercising method of technique of medical massage of viscera and bowels is not transmitted. The need of restoring practice method of technique of medical massage of viscera and bowels for people of today is required. Here I restitute technique of medical massage of viscera and bowels and present ist reproduction. I hope it will be useful for further research on restitution of technique of medical massage of viscera and bowels.
