        고랭지 밭 유역의 융설에 의한 수질특성

        In this study, Song-Cheon river Basin located at Dae-kwan-lyong Meyn in Kang-Won Province was monitored to analyze characteristics of non-point source pollution during the snowmelt period. The characteristics of NPS pollution such as runoff, change in water quality and pollutant loads by snowmelt were investigated from 23th February 2010 to 27th April 2010. The results showed that The climate change effects flow, turbidity and concentration of SS and COD with showing similar trend of fluctuation. Daily pollutant loads per unit area were SS 74.43 kg/ha/day, COD 1.25 kg/ha/day, BOD 0.21 kg/ha/day, TN 0.717 kg/ha/day, TP 0.141 kg/ha/day and the flow weight mean concentration has been SS 985.97 mg/L, COD 16.28 mg/L, BOD 2.67 mg/L, TN 9.302 mg/L, TP 1.834 mg/L, respectively. The flow and pollutant loads both of SS and of COD significantly increased during the snowmelt period. Because structurally loosen soil by freezing and thawing deteriorates water quality, research and management measures will be needed.

      • [논문]스트렷-타이 모델에 의한 사각형 단면 코벨의 설계 기법

        콘크리트 코벨은 D-영역을 갖는 대표적인 구조물로서 복잡하고 다양한 형상의 파괴메커니즘을 보인다. 이는 응력집중과 기하학적인 불연속으로 일반적인 보 이론의 적용이 불가능하여 해석 및 설계에 어려움이 많다. 본 연구에서는 지압파괴,압축파괴 및 전단파괴를 유발하는 복잡한 파괴메커니즘을 형성하고 있는 사각형 단면 코벨의 거동 및 파괴형상을 예측하고 스트릿-타이 모텔을 적용하여 해석 및 설계를 하였다. 또한 현행의 설계방법과의 비교를 통하여 스트렷-타이 모델이 보다 합리적이고 경제적인 설계방법임을 보였다.

        연쇄상구균의 약제내성과 전이성 R-plasmid의 특성

        본 연구는 넙치 병어에서 분리된 연쇄상구균들의 항균제 내성 경향을 파악하고, 약제내성의 전이에 관여하는 R plasmid를 검출하여, 분리 균들 내에서 이들 plasmid의 분포를 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 넙치 병어에서 분리된 연쇄상구균 40 균주의 대부분은 ampicillin, doxycycilne (DOXY), erythromycin, florfenicol, flumequine, norfloxacin, osolinic acid, oxytetracycline (OTC)의 2~5약제에 동시내성을 나타내었다. 이들 내성균으로부터 내성 전이에 관여하는 R plasmid (pST9)가 검출되었으며, OTC와 DOXY내성이 R plasmid에 의하여 수용균인 Streptococcus sp.로 전이가 이루어졌다. 전이성 R plasmid의 분포를 알아보기 위하여 colony 혼성화 반응을 실시한 결과, 40 분리 균주 중 6 균주에 동일한 DNA 구조의 R plasmid가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 이들과 DNA 구조가 다른 R plasmid도 넙치병어에서 분리되는 연쇄상구균의 약제내성에 관여하고 있음을 시사하였다. MICs of 8 chemotherapeutic agents against forty streptococcal isolates were determined. These strains were isolated from diseased olive flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus, and showed 2~5 multiple drug resistance against different antibacterial agents including ampicillin, doxycycline (DOXY), erythromycin, florfenicol, flumequine, norfloxacin, oxolinic acid, and oxytetracycilne (OTC). In conjugation experiment, we found transferable R plasmids carrying OTC and DOXY resistance determinant in 3 drug resistance strains analyzed. Six out of 40 isolates showed positive signal in colony hybridization with the R plasmid DNA (pST9) as a probe. It suggests that other types R plasmid different from pST9 is also involving in multiple drug resistance of streptococci isolated from olive flounder.

        Neonatal lupus erythematosus(NLE) is a rare syndrome occuring in neonates with transplacentally acquired maternal autoantibodies, in particular anti-Ro, anti-La or anti-UIRNP. We report a case of NLE in a 50-day-old male neonate born to a systemic lupus erythematosus-mother with anti-UIRNP autoantibodies; on a review, there have been 8 cases of NLE reported in Korean literature.         Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate temporomandibular joint arthritis that was induced by intra-articular injection of collagenase in rabbits. Material and Methods: In this study, 12 rabbis was used. We injected collagenase on temporomandibular joint of rabbit and observed for six weeks. H-E stain was done. Results : Four weeks later from 2.0 mg collagenase injection, we observe histologic appearance like arthritis. Conclusion : In our study using injection of collagenase in temporomandibular joint of rabbit we produce arthritis on temporomandibular joint of rabbit.

        Kano 모형에 기반한 소비자 요구사항 분류 : 퍼지 접근방법

        Kano model distinguishes three types of customer requirements, namely, one-dimensional quality, must-be quality, and attractive quality. There are a few methods for classifying a given customer requirement into one of the Kano's quality elements. However, the existing methods have a common limitation in that they are based on Kano evaluation table. Kano evaluation table is not always effective for the classification task, and suffers from a significant information loss. This paper proposes an alternative to Kano's evaluation table and a new classification scheme based on fuzzy set concept. The proposed method is illustrated using a case study on the ADSL service.

      • 생약추출물 섭취와 운동이 비만 Zucker 쥐의 혈청 IGF-1/IGFBP-3 수준에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was the investigation of the effect of embro and regular exercise on blood glucose. insulin and IGF-1 and IGFBP-3(Insulin Like Growth Factor Binding Protein) level against obese zucker ratfa/fa. In general. IGF-Ⅰ play important role in the regulation somatic growth. metabolism. cellular proliferation/differentiation. With insulin, IGF-Ⅰ is another regulation factor for blood glucose concentration. For this study, obese zucker rats(n=21) were divided into three group: the control(no exercise, CON, n=7), embro group(no exercise but supplement embro, emb개, n=7). and embro+exercise(n=7). Animals in exercise group were run on treadmill for 12week (5day/week^(-1), 1h^(-1)/day^(-1), 20m/min^(-1) speed). After 12 week, All animals (CON and EX) were anesthetized by sodium pentobarbital and blood was extracted and frozen for further analysis. Plasma glucose and insulin concentration were significantly decreased in embro and embro+ exercise than CON(P<.05). and Blood IGF and IGFBP-3 level were significantly increased in embro and embro+ exercise group(P<.05). Thus. These results suggest that embro and regular exercise may has protective effect in insulin resistance by controlling blood glucose and increasing IGF-1/ IGFBP-3 in obese zucker rat.

        In Mobile communication systems, it require a high speed transmission. But the performance of systems is bad according to a selective fading channel. Therefore we must estimate a channel environment. In this paper, we esimated a direction of arrival of the coming wave. Currently there is MUSIC algorithm in DOA estimation. But this technique is difficult to estimate DOA in real time because of time. This paper proposed a new method called Blind adaptive array Antenna. As a result, we verified the performance of system is superior in various channel condition using simulation.

      • 길이진동을 이용하는 PZT계 압전 세라믹 공진자의 온도안정성에 관한 연구

        The piezoelectric ceramic resonator using length extensional vibration rather than contour extensional vibration in terms of the size is suitable for personal portable communication. In this paper, the ceramics of the six compositions, Pb(Zr_(x)Ti_(1-x))O_(3) + y[wt%]Cr_(2)O_(3) in which x = 0.56(rhombohedral phase). 0.53 (morphotrophic phase). 0.50(tetragonal phase) and y = 0.3 in respective x were fabricated. Temperature stability of length extensional vibration mode of those specimens was investigated. Both ceramic resonators of the composition with x=0.56. y=0 and the composition with 0.53. y=0.3 had better temperature stability frequency than the others, and thermal aging could improve temperature stability in only them.

        용해 현상에 대한 초등학교 과학 교과서의 내용 분석 및 지도 실태

        This study was to analyze how elementary school science textbooks explain dissolution and to examine the patterns of elementary school teachers' conceptions on dissolution and the teaching practices on dissolution of elementary school teachers. According to the result of the textbook analysis, the textbooks based on the 7th curriculum didn't explain dissolution very differently from those based on the 6th curriculum. The contents dealing with dissolution in the textbooks of 7th curriculum became difficult gradually as the year went up, but the connected organization of the contents made students learn it easily. For example, in order to learn dissolution introduced first in the 3rd year 2nd semester textbook, students would tell soluble substance in water from insoluble substance in water as they put powdered substance in water. In the 5th year 1st semester textbook students were supposed to acquire the knowledge related to dissolution through the designed activities such as comparing solubility produced by different solvents and defining a solvent, a solute, dissolution, and a solution. In addition, teachers' guide for 5th year 1st semester textbook elucidated the principle of dissolution using attraction concept that was scientific. The result of the survey on teachers showed that 90% of elementary school teachers understood the dissolution of salt in water just as millet particles' filling the space between bean particles and they responded that they demonstrated millet particles' filling the space between been particles when they taught the dissolution of salt in water. When it comes to teachers who had the right idea on dissolution as the attraction conception, understanding was one thing and teaching was another, because they often instructed dissolution as the space conception in the real teaching.
