        화학공정 안전성평가 기법에 관한 비교 연구

        A new reliability assessment methodology is presented and the new method is compared with fault tree analysis. The system is modeled by directed graph at a new methodology, which is composed of nodes and arcs. The directed graph corresponds to the layout of chemical process and is easy to construct. Therefore, the directed graph analysis is applicable to the chemical process that has complex sequence. The example of fault tree analysis and directed graph analysis is given. The directed graph analysis has proved to be a valuable and useful method for the reliability assessment of chemical process.

        Summary The interest of sustainable agricultural system (organic agricultural system in Korea) is getting popular because of serious environmental pollution. This paper was designed with the intention of improving the understanding levels of sustainable agricultural system by comparing the characteristics of sustainable agricultural system with chemical agricultural system. The main point of sustainable agricultural system is that current agricultural system adapts to an ecosystem for nature conservation. This it would be completed with changing of attitudes and values of agriculture and with much interest and study of sutainable agricultural system.       • 心拍數에 의한 足球경기의 强度硏究

        I measured the heart rate of 5 male students of the department of phisical education, Chungnam National University, with a heart cheker and a pedometer, during footvolley ball games. The results are following: 1. The intensity which needs the improvement of Endurance Over Whole Body is 60-70% of VO₂ Max. The event suiting this was the play with 3persons without breaking time. 2. Whey they took warming-up for 5 minutes before the footvolley ball game, their mean heart rate was 122.3 beat/min. When they played footvolley ball without warming-up, their heart rate was 145.6 beat/min. The latter was higher than the former by 23.3 beat/min. 3. The mean heart rate of the footvolley ball with 3 persons was 126.4 beat/min ; The mean heart rate of footvolley ball with 4 persons was 124.1 beat/min ; The mean heart rate of footvolley ball with 5 persons was 108.1 beat/min. thus 3 person play indicated the highest intensity the shortest unit time. (P〈0.001) 4. The mean heart beat was 5.7 best/min with or without time ; the heart beat without breaking time was higher. (P〈0.001) 5. The heart beat of Forward and Backard was that Backward (3 persons) was a little higher and Forward (4 or 5 persons) was a little higher.

      • IHOP실행계획의 전산화체계 구축

        Higher Productivity and less cost during the manufacturing process of ships are required to maintain international competitiveness of modern shipbuilding industries. The integrated hull/ outfitting/ painting scheduling(IHOP) process is a final point, where logistics are finally being integrated and upcoming schedules are made. Therefore, more profits are expected from IHOP by effective management. In this thesis, IHOP is proposed in order to solve how to choose block erection date withIHOP scheduling logic. Characteristics of erection process had the non-fixed elements, and it requires a lot of calculation. So IHOP, which demands less calculations and reflects more of the non-fixed elements, is the best profit solver in integrated schedule problem. It was applicable in diminution method of maximum load through load balancing measure. IHOP seeks for a gradual lowering of the maximum load, and consequently aims for load balancing. It was effective for not only decrease of complex group work, but also decrease of overtime work. The result of IHOP scheduling is highly advised to utilize fabrication, outfitting shops. A standardized operation and load of resource will eventually be applied in long-term time span point of view for this will make it easy to enable capacity planning and workforce planning. It is also expected to eliminate inefficiency in overtime work and efficiently utilize manpower in short-term.

      • 科學敎育의 現況과 改善方案

        In this study we investigated problems in the development of high school new sciencen education curricula and tried to find out how to improve them. We collected data from 60 science teachers and 300 students at 60 high schools in Kyungsang-pookdo, and 122 teachers attending the In-Service Training Institute at Teacher's College, Kyungpook University. The results of the investigation are as follows. Students strongly hope the science learning to be an inqury learning, but teachers and school administrators, however, are still sticking to the cramming system under plea of the lack of facilities and equipment or preparations for entrance examinations. This cramming system causes students' poor abilities of scientific thinking and little willing to learn science. The more remote is the place, the poorer is science teacher's ability. Many teachers in rural districts are not familiar with the new trend in science education that they can hardly direct an inquiry learning even if they were provided with facilities and equipment. The status of facilities and equipment gets worse in proportion to the remoteness of the location of school. Junior high schools in urban districts meet about 50% of the needs while those in the rural districts meet some 30%. The case is worse with senior high schools; senior high schools in urban districts meet only 30%. The case is worse with senior high schools; senior high schools in urban districts meet only 30%. As to labratories, almost schools in urban districts have a laboratory but more than half of them are hardly available because of poor facilities. Small schools in the rural districts don't even have laboratories at all. Science teachers are overloaded with 11 hours work a day not counting the hours spent on individual guidance of average sixty students per class, that is four hours ordinary lecture, two hours so called extra lecture, two hours general business, and two and half hours lecture preparation. The cost of materials for the junior high school laboratory work requires 330,000 won per class (15 groups of four students system), but the sum collected from the students in a class amounts only to some 60,000 won. With these data, following matters are discussed: ⑴ The minimum requirment of facilities and equipemtn, ⑵ the cost of materials for junior high school laboratory work, ⑶ the teaching methods of inquiry learnning, ⑷ the loads of science teacher, and ⑸ the systems of science teacher training courses. From above studies, we suggested that: ⑴ An intensive investment should be made for the complement of science education facilities and equipement, not by parent but the authorities, ⑵ The cramming teaching must be changed and such learning methods must be encouraged as will let students inquire voluntarily into nature and feel the joy of discoverly. ⑶ Pre-service and in-service training must be reinforced for the science teachers to cultivate their research abilities. A prefessional science supervisor system and an autonomic local training institute system must be established. ⑷ Science teachers must get rid of overload, and a laboratory assistance must be employed per one laboratory, ⑸ The student's fees of laboratory work must be raised up, and students must be given enough opportunities to work with laboratory. ⑹ Instead of giving extra lecture, schools and teachers must provide to their students enough opportunities to work with their own interested things in science, especially those students who live in agricultural or fishing villages must be given the opportunities to learn about prac- tical problems connected directly with their lives.

      • PAM-STAMP에 의한 정사각형 디프드로잉의 성형성 및 마찰의 영향에 관한 연구

        Numerical simulation of sheet metal forming for body panels as well as other components has wide acceptance in the automotive industry. Therefore this paper was focused in the formability and frictional effect on the square cup deep drawing by the explicit finite elements cod PAM-STAMP?. The computed results are compared with the experimental results to show the validity of the analysis. In order to compare the simulation results with the experiment results and predict the effect of μ?(which is the friction between die and blank) and μ?(which is the friction between punch and black), the relationships between punch load and punch stroke, and the relationships between thickness strain and distance, are used. According to this study, the simulation results show generally good agreement with the experimental results. So, the simulation results by using PAM-STAMP? will give engineers a good information to assess the formability and frictional effect of square cup deep drawing.

        In order to examine what influence houttuynia cordata drink for athletes’ recovery from fatigue has on soccer players, I sampled 50 soccer players-25 from two boys’ middle schools and 25 from two boys’ high schools, and verified the difference between before and after taking houttuynia cordata drink The findings are as follows: 1. There exist differences in the levels of fatigue between before and after middle school soccer players’ taking houttuynia cordata drink in general. And there are also statistically significant differences in physical, mental, and nerve sensory fatigues. 2. The levels of fatigue recovery appear to be higher after high school soccer players’ taking houttuynia cordata drink than that of before in general. And there are also statistically significant differences in physical, mental, and nerve sensory fatigues. 3. Comparing between middle school boys and high school boys, the effects of taking houttuynia cordata drink for the latter is better than for the former.
