        There are various ways to operate traffic light system by varying the operational speed of the system. One of the solutions is to vary the length of the clock cycle of the system. It is difficult to vary the length of the signal in systems by varying the period of the clock cycle and nor it is a generalized technology in the current traffic systems. The traffic signal systems of the past used is simply a repetitive traffic signal system which traffic period is consistent, not considering the conditions of traffics. The system that will be introduced in this thesis could substantially improve efficiency of traffic flows by varying the length of traffic signal period with sensors which detect the presence of vehicles on both directions and allows the signal continuously on the direction where there are more waiting vehicles, and even skips the signal where there is no vehicle waiting. In this thesis, it introduces the methodology of detecting the spots that is detected by the sensors of the system and outputs green light in due order in accordance with the priority given to the system. In the meanwhile, the ratio of yellow light and green light is designed to be 1 to 8 in the way that maximizes the efficiency of traffic flows.

      • 저유속에서 다공성 입자의 충전층에 대한 비흡착성 기체의 확산 및 분산

        저유속에서 다공성입자와 충전층에서 비흡착성 기체의 축방향분산계수를 시간역 곡선맞추기법으로 구하였다. 축방향분산계수와 입자내부확산계수에 대한 2차원 오차 contour는, 본 연구의 실험조건하에서, 전자에 대해서는 비교적 민감하지만 후자에 대해서는 거의 영향을 받지 않았다. 1/(Re ·Sc)에 대한 1/Pe의 상관관계는 직선으로 나타낼 수 있었다. 유속이 영에 접근할 때 분자확산계수에 대한 축방향분산계수의 비의 극한값은 0.454이었다. The axial dispersion coeffcient of nonadsorbing gas was obtained from the gas chromatography in the packed bed of porous particles at low rates. The parameter was estimated by technique of curve fitting in time domain. The two-dimensional error contour against the axial dispersion coeffcient and the intraparticle diffusivity is largely affected by the former, but rare affected by the latter. The correlaton of 1/Pe to 1/(Re ·Sc) showed a straigt line. As the velocity of carrier gas approaches to zero, the limiting value of the ratio of the axial dispersion coefficient to the molecular diffusivity was found to be 0.454.

        The Toyota Production System (TPS) developed by Toyota corporation is a management principle and production model to improve values added through eliminate of waste. Since the oil shock in 1970s, the TPS has drawn the worldwide attentions as a main factor of competitiveness of Japanese manufacturing system and has been studied and implemented in many countries regardless of size and types of industry. For the correspond to various customer's requirement, it is required to establish on time delivery procedure and to shorten lead time. Therefor it intended to establish TPS which is adopted to 7 losses reduction and JIT(Just In Time). In this paper, the automatic production line for color TV manufacturing by TPS was developed and proved tp push up two times of productivity, to reduce the 25 workers at a time, and to widen the flexibility of manufacturing from 14" to 25" TV

        연령과 속도 조건이 축구 패스의 타이밍 정확성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 다양한 속도 조건에서 연령이 증가함에 따라 나타나는 타이밍의 시간 정확성과 타이밍 일관성의 발달적 변화 경향을 구명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 축구의 패스 과제와 버튼 누르기 과제를 본 연구 과제로 설정하였으며, 연구 대상자는 9세, 11세, 13세, 15세의 4개 연령별로 15명씩 총 60명으로 하였다. 자극의 속도는 시속 1마일, 4마일, 7마일, 10마일 네 가지 속도 조건을 무선적으로 제시하였으며 버튼 과제는 각 속도별 5회씩 총 20회, 패스과제는 각 속도별 9회씩 총 36회를 실시하였다. 예측 반응 측정기(Bassin Anticipation Timer)를 이용해 자체 제작한 타이밍 정확성 검사 도구를 통하여 타이밍 정확성의 시간 오차를 산출하였고 산출된 오차를 절대오차, 항상오차, 가변오차로 분류하여 연령과 속도 조건별로 이원 변량 분석(Two-way ANOVA)을 실시한 결과, 유소년의 패스 과제 수행 시 타이밍의 시간 정확성은 연령이 증가할수록 향상을 나타냈으며 시간 타이밍이 가장 정확하게 나타나는 속도 조건은 시속 4마일이었다. 버튼 과제 수행 시 타이밍의 시간 정확성은 패스 과제와 마찬가지로 연령이 증가할수록 유의하게 향상되었다. 패스 과제 수행 시 타이밍의 일관성은 11세 이후 연령이 증가할수록 향상되었으며 이때의 타이밍 일관성은 시속 10마일에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 버튼 과제 수행 시 타이밍 일관성은 빠른 속도 조건(시속 7마일과 10마일)일 때만 연령이 증가할수록 향상되는 모습을 보였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of age and speed of stimulus on coincidence-anticipation timing. There were four groups consisting of 15 boys in each group. The ages of each group were 9, 11, 13, and 15. The tasks were a push of a button and a pass of a soccer ball. The speed of stimulus were four conditions: 1, 4, 7, and 10mph(mile/hour) and randomly given to the subjects. All participants executed 20 trials(5 trials per each speed) of a button task and 36 trials(9 trials per each speed) of a pass task. The timing error of coincidence- anticipation task was recorded by using Bassin Anticipation Timer, and then AE(absolute error), CE(constant error), and VE(variable crror) were computed. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) of AE, CE, and VE. The result of this study is following: First, in a pass task, timing accuracy improved significantly as the age increased and showed the highest value at 4mph of speed. Second, in a button task, timing accuracy improved significantly as the age increased and showed the highest value at 8 and 9mph of speed. Third, in a pass task, thiming consistency improved only after 11 years of age as the age increased and showed only at 7mph and 10mph as the age increased and showed the highest value from 7mph to 10mph of speed.

        At a point time, when demand is gradually increasing on LCD and PDP market all over the world, demand on glass which is key part of LCD and PDP is increasing, too. Hence, glasses are being cut by requested size for satisfaction on demands, the remain glass is making problems. This study is for designing installation of handling these remained glasses effectively and easily.

        농부가 아닌 환자에서 발생한 긴털가루진드기(Tyrophagus Putrescentiae)에 의한 기관지천식 1례

        Storage mites are believed one of the most important allergens in farmers and rural regions. Tyrophagus putrescenitiae, belonging to storage mites, is found not only within storehouses but also in the house dust, and the third most common mites following Dematophagoides farinae and Dermatophagoides pteronyssnus in house dust in Korea. The sensitization rate to Trophagus putrescentiae was reported as high as that of house dust mite in patients visiting the allergy clinic in large cities in Korea. We experienced a 69-year-old man who had suffered from dyspnea, wheezing, and coughing for 10 years. He retired from the teaching profession, and had lived in a large city. Deajeon. The skin prick test showed a positive reaction to Tyrophagus putrescentiae and negative reactions to house dust mites. The bronchial challenge test with Tyrophagus putrescentiae showed late asthmatic reaction. We confirmed a Tyrophagus putrescentiae induced asthma in non occupational setting.       • 마이크로센서 응용을 위한 실리콘 미세가공 기술

        Silicon micromachining technology can be used to build microsensors and actuators by using tools derived from standard IC processing. For the silicon micromachining the etching characteristics of tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide (TMAH) by dissolving silicon powder or silicic acid have been studied. The 3, 5 and 10wt.% TMAH solutions, with dissolved silicon powder (6g/l) or with dissolved silicic acid(Si(OH)4, 16g/l) were used. And ammonium peroxydisulfate (APODS, 2g/l) dissolved in the solutions were also used. The etch rates of silicon and the etched surface roughness were observed with various etching conditions. The crystallographical aspect on the crystal orientation of silicon have been studied. With sufficiently fresh solutions, these TMAH concentration and combination of etchants, provide repeatable etch properties, does not attack exposed aluminum or silicon dioxode, and provide smooth (100) silicon surfaces.
