      • [논문]Operational Characteristics of CO2 Laser Adopted by Superposing-Discharge

        오늘날 현저한 CO2 레이저의 응용 추세에 발맞추어 보다 다양한 형태의 출력 제어 기술이 대두되고 있다. 본연구에서는multi-Pulse Superposing-Discharge 기술을 이용하여 다양한형태의 CO2 레이저의 펄스를 성형 하였다. 펄스 성형을 위한 방법으로 PIC one-chip microprocessor를 이용하여 삼중 PFN 모률의 SCR을 각각 고유의 지연시간을 가지도록 제어하였다. 실험에 사용된 삼중 PFN 모률의 전원 회로는 각각 캐패시터 인덕터,SCR,고압 펄스 트랜스 그리고 고압 트랜스 2차측에 브릿지 정류기로 구성 하였다. 고압 펼스 트랜스의 1차측을 제어하므로서 PFN 모률의 동작을 저 전압에서 수행 할 수 있다. 트랜스의 2차측에 연결된 전파 정류기는 펄스 에너지를 부하에 지속적으로 전달한다. 본 연구에서는 삼중 PFN 모률의 각각의 SCR을 다른 시간 가격을 두고 트리거 하므로서 다양한 Long pulse shaping을 실현하였다. 또한 약 250-1000μs 의 주기를 가지는 다양한 펄스형 레이저 빔을 얻었다.

      • TMS DSP 칩을 이용한 음성 특징 벡터 추출기 설계

        In this paper, we proposed speech feature vector extractor for embedded system using TMS 320C31 DSP chip. For this extractor, we used algorithm using cepstrum coefficient based on LPC(Linear Predictive Coding) that is reliable algorithm to be is widely used for voice recognition. This system extract the speech feature vector in real time, so is used the mobile system, such as cellular phones, PDA, electronic note, and so on, implemented voice recognition.

      • 마이크로 스텝핑을 위한 스텝모터 제어기 설계

        In this paper, we design step motor controller for micro-stepping using Altera 10K100, which integrates digital PWM and DSP core. As the average current flow into step motor directly affects position and torque of rotator of step motor, this chip senses average current flow into step motor, and then converts to digital value using 10bit ADC. DSP core calculates PWM duty using proportional control algorithm, and then digital PWM block controls the current flow into step motor. In the experiment, we can control 0.225˚ movement with a step motor whose full step is 1.8˚.

      • The Tempest에서의 꿈과 현실

        Shakespeare's comedies and remances have a common structural pattern with regard to setting as well as plot. The pattern in terms of plot begins with an anticomic society governed by an irrational law, develops into confusion that temporarily loses identity, and finally forms the new society representing the discovery of identity and a festive conclusion. The pattern of setting is that of movement from normal world to green world and back to normal world. These patterns are both associated with the movement from reality to illusion and back to reality, for the loss of identity and the journey to a green world belong to the world of illusion. In this sense, an important structural pattern in The Tempest which deserves sttention is that of conflict and confrontation between reality and illusion. The green world in The Tempest furnishes the setting for the entire play. Here the world of imagination or dreams becomes indistinguishable from that of experience. Prospero as a creator and manipulator of illusion is not so much a magician in essence as a maker, an artist whose medium is the imaginary, and a poet who reveals truth through illusion. He also plays a role of a playwright and stage manager of a series of plays-within-the play performed by Ariel. The actors in Prospero's drama of illusion are divided into three main groups: the Courtiers, the fools, and the young lovers. Prospero's project is to purge the evil from them and restore them to goodness. Prospero thus creates three important illusions to the court patry: the belief that Ferdinand has drowned in the shipwreck, the device that the real attempt of Antonio and Sebastian becomes illusion, and the vision of the disappearing banquet. The search of the fools for Prospero is also misled by illusions. On the contrary, Miranda and Ferdinand meet in the green world, fall in love, and progress from their initial infatuation to a mature love. However Prospero's illusion drama, as Antonio and Sebastian exhibit neither remorse nor contribution, has proved a partial failure; it cannot endure in the presence of a harsh reality of disorder when the nuptial masque becomes a “vanity.”(Ⅳ.ⅰ.41) Now he rejects his “rough magic”(Ⅴ.ⅰ.50), and he draws aside the curtain to reveal the young lovers at play, which offers “a most high miracle”(Ⅴ.ⅰ.177) to the onstage characters. All the characters, then, find themselves not through supernatural visions, but through what they actually are.

      • 직교성 다항식을 이용한 평판의 진동 해석

        In this study, by using the polynomials by Gram-Schmidt process of several orthogonal polynomials as characteristic function, the defects of general orthogonal functions, for example, beam functions induced the complex analysis and orthogonal polynomials applied to limited boundary conditions, and so on, were overcome. Especially, as consequence of compare with the results by general beam functions and orthogonal polynomials, the results of this paper accord very well with those results. Thus, this paper the application possibility of very useful, new characteristic function, and the basic data in dynamic problems were repared for all possible boundary coditions of plates.

      • NMF 기반 LDA 혼합 알고리즘을 이용한 실시간 얼굴인식 시스템에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we propose a new NLM(NMF-based LDA Mixture) algorithm for real-time face recognition system. This system greatly consists of the two parts: 1) face extraction part; 2) face recognition part. In the face extraction part we applied subtraction image, color filtering, eyes and mouth region detection, and normalization method, and then in the face recognition part we used NLM in extracted face candidate region images. The existing recognition system using only PCA(Principal Component Analysis) showed low recognition rates, and it was hard in the recognition system using only LDA(Linear Discriminants Analysis) to apply LDA directly when the training set is small. To overcome these shortcomings, we reduced dimension as the matrix that had non-negative value to be different from former eigenfaces and then applied LDA to the matrix in the proposed system. We have experimented using self-organized DAUFace database and ORL database offered by AT&T laboratory in Cambridge, U.K. to evaluated the performance of the proposed system. The experimental results showed that the proposed method outperformed PCA, LDA, ICA(Independent Component Analysis) and PCA-based LDA mixture method within the framework of recognition accuracy.

      • 계열화 및 전공코스제 운영방안

        This paper is an attempt to propose our study that draw up a plan about faculty and major course to the Daegu Polytechnic College authorities. Our approach is a mixture of methods. It is systematic, in that it attempts to treat a college as a system. Through the second chapter, we examine the periodic, social, environmental, governmental, and economic context within which the College's developing effort must progress. Chapter three examines how the college systems actually design about faculty and major course. Thus, chapter four discusses how new faculty and major course participants attempt to compose a curriculum; chapter five accesses the institutions available in the College to distribute these designs. In conclusion, this paper presents that the College system would be better nine faculty; education and nurse·health field only be in administration unit, an information field be better divided into two parts: internet computer and information communication, and business and computer design faculty is established as intimate information. After all, the system will be characteristic in its information traits.

      • 정사각튜브의 좌굴영역에 관한 실험적 연구

        An experimental study is presented on the local and overall buckling of the square tubes made of mild steel. A total of 150 square tubes were axially loaded in quasi static loading condition. Three kinds of specimens were chosen according to the discrepancy of thickness to width. Based on th test results, a new domain for distinction of overall and local buckling is suggested on the square tube. It is different from that of the column. A experimental equation of the overall buckling is suggested.

      • 라디칼공중합의 속도론. Acrylonitrile/Methyl Methacrylate/Dimethylformamide와 Styrene/Acrylonitrile/Dimethylformamide 공중합계의 체적수축인자

        The volume contraction factors for the low-conversion copolymerizations of methylmethacrylate/acrylonitrile/dimethylformamide and styrene/acrylonitrile/dimethylformamide at 40℃ have been investigated by the previously developed formulas. The values of the ten parameters necessary to compute the volume contraction factors for each system were determined by measuring the densities of appropriate solutions, and some comments have been made on the individual parameter values. On the basis the results, numerical expressions for the volume contraction factors of the two systems were derived as a funtion of total monomer concentrations. The predicted values of the contraction factors were partially checked against those directly determined by measuring volume vs. conversion curve, and found satisfactory.

      • LLR의 분산값을 적용한 효율적인 반복중단 알고리즘

        In this paper, it proposes the efficient iterative decoding stop criterion using the variance value of LLR. It is venfying that the proposal iterative decoding stop criterion can be reduced the average iterative decoding number compared to conventional schemes with a negligible degradation of the error performance. The proposal algorithm and hardware synthesize to use the Synopsys Tool, performance validations perform through the ModelSim.
