        本文从政府采购制度的内涵与功能出发、深入分析了加强我国政府采购制度的监督机制建设的双重必要性、进而、提出应当建立全方位、全过程的监督目标模式、以保证我国政府采购制度进一步的良性发展。 This article takes the perspective of the contents and functions of government procurement system to analyze in depth the dual-necessities of strengthening the supervisory system of the government procurement system. Based on the discussion, the writer proposes an all-around mode of supervisory system with goals formulated in the whole process in order to ensure the benign development of the government procurement system in China.

        Single cell gap polymer-stabilized blue-phase transflective LCDs using internal nanowire grid polarizer

        Optically isotropic liquid crystal (LC) mixture such as blue-phase LC and nanostructured LC composites exhibit the advantages of fast response time, high contrast ratio and wide-viewing angle due to the induced birefringence along the horizontal electric field. Utilizing this mixture, a novel single cell gap in-plane switching-type polymer-stabilized blue-phase transflective liquid crystal display by embedding the nanowire grid polarizer as a polarization-dependent reflective polarizer in the R region is proposed. This device can be used as a normal black mode without any quarter-wave plate or patterned in-cell phase retarder. Moreover, the transmittance is identical to the reflectance so that it will be suitable for single gamma driving. Detailed electro-optic performances, such as voltage-dependent light efficiency and viewing angle of the proposed device configuration, are investigated.

        Secretory Expression and Purification of the Recombinant Duck Interleukin-2 in Pichia pastoris

        Interleukin-2 (IL-2) is a vital cytokine secreted by activated T lymphocytes, and plays an important role in the regulation of cellular functions and immunity of animals. In this study, the recombinant duck IL-2 (rduIL-2) was secretory expressed in Pichia pastoris (P. pastoris). The recombinant P. pastoris strain was cultured in shake flasks and then scaled up in a 5.0-l bioreactor. The result showed that the maximal fresh-cell-weight of 594.1 g/l and the maximal OD600 of 408 were achieved in the bioreactor. The rduIL-2 was purified by two steps of purification procedures, and approximately 311 mg of rduIL-2/L fermentation supernatant was obtained. SDS-PAGE showed that the purified rduIL-2 constituted a homogeneous band of ~16 kDa or ~14 kDa corresponding to the glycosylated or non-glycosylated duIL-2 protein in size, respectively. The bioactivity of rduIL-2 was determined by lymphocyte proliferation assay. The result indicated that the rduIL-2 greatly promoted the proliferation of ConA-stimulated lymphocytes in vitro. The P. pastoris expression system described here could provide promising, inexpensive, and large-scale production of the rduIL-2, which lays the foundation for development of novel immunoadjuvants to enhance both the immunity of ducks against various infectious pathogens and vaccine efficacy.

        Combined Static and Dynamic Platform Calibration for an Aerial Multi-Camera System

        Multi-camera systems which integrate two or more low-cost digital cameras are adopted to reach higher ground coverage and improve the base-height ratio in low altitude remote sensing. To guarantee accurate multi-camera integration, the geometric relationship among cameras must be determined through platform calibration techniques. This paper proposed a combined two-step platform calibration method. In the first step, the static platform calibration was conducted based on the stable relative orientation constraint and convergent conditions among cameras in static environments. In the second step, a dynamic platform self-calibration approach was proposed based on not only tie points but also straight lines in order to correct the small change of the relative relationship among cameras during dynamic flight. Experiments based on the proposed two-step platform calibration method were carried out with terrestrial and aerial images from a multi-camera system combined with four consumer-grade digital cameras onboard an unmanned aerial vehicle. The experimental results have shown that the proposed platform calibration approach is able to compensate the varied relative relationship during flight, acquiring the mosaicing accuracy of virtual images smaller than 0.5pixel. The proposed approach can be extended for calibrating other low-cost multi-camera system without rigorously mechanical structure.

        1990년대, 인터넷기술은 이미 사회발전 중에서 매우 중요한 역할을 하였다. 이에 따라 인터넷쇼핑도 신속한 발전을 전개하였다. 인터넷쇼핑이 이처럼 빨리 발전할 수 있는 것은 주요하게 선택의 범위가 넓고, 경쟁력이 있는 가격, 대량의 정보 및 제품 그리고 빠른 배송 등 편리성에 있다. 중국 E-business의 발전에 따라 중국의 인터넷쇼핑 사이트의 수량도 대폭 증가하였다. 인터넷쇼핑의 고객 만족도에 있어서 많은 학자들의 중시를 일으켰다. 종사자들은 인터넷쇼핑중의 고객만족도가 다른 시기에 비해 보다 중요하다는 것을 인식하였다. 고객의 요구가 점점 높으므로 보다 빠르고 보다 완벽하고, 보다 싼 것으로 만족감을 느낀다. 인터넷쇼핑의 고객의 수요를 사전에 요해함으로써 그들의 만족도를 높이는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문의 주요 목적은 중국 인터넷쇼핑몰의 고객만족 요인을 측정하는 것이다.         Differentiating Benign from Malignant Bone Tumors Using Fluid-Fluid Level Features on Magnetic Resonance Imaging

        Objective: To analyze different fluid-fluid level features between benign and malignant bone tumors on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Materials and Methods: This study was approved by the hospital ethics committee. We retrospectively analyzed 47 patients diagnosed with benign (n = 29) or malignant (n = 18) bone tumors demonstrated by biopsy/surgical resection and who showed the intratumoral fluid-fluid level on pre-surgical MRI. The maximum length of the largest fluid-fluid level and the ratio of the maximum length of the largest fluid-fluid level to the maximum length of a bone tumor in the sagittal plane were investigated for use in distinguishing benign from malignant tumors using the Mann-Whitney U-test and a receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis. Fluid-fluid level was categorized by quantity (multiple vs. single fluid-fluid level) and by T1-weighted image signal pattern (high/low, low/high, and undifferentiated), and the findings were compared between the benign and malignant groups using the χ2 test. Results: The ratio of the maximum length of the largest fluid-fluid level to the maximum length of bone tumors in the sagittal plane that allowed statistically significant differentiation between benign and malignant bone tumors had an area under the ROC curve of 0.758 (95% confidence interval, 0.616–0.899). A cutoff value of 41.5% (higher value suggests a benign tumor) had sensitivity of 73% and specificity of 83%. Conclusion: The ratio of the maximum length of the largest fluid-fluid level to the maximum length of a bone tumor in the sagittal plane may be useful to differentiate benign from malignant bone tumors.
