We present two local-search based metaheuristics for the multi-source capacitated facility location problem. In such a problem, each customer's demand can be supplied by one or more facilities. The problem is NP-hard and the number of locations in the optimal solution is unknown. To keep the search process effective, the proposed methods adopt the following features: (1) a multi-exchange neighborhood structure, (2) a tabu list that keeps track of recently visited solutions, and (3) a multi-start to enhance the diversified search paths. The transportation simplex method is applied in an efficient manner to obtain the optimal solutions to neighbors of the current solution under the algorithm framework. Two in-and-out selection rules are also proposed in the algorithms with the purpose of finding promising solutions in a short computational time. Our computational results for some of the benchmark instances, as well as some instances generated using a method in the literature, have demonstrated the effectiveness of this approach.
Demonstration of Digenetic Larval Trematodes from Fresh-water Fish in River Wichon

1991年 6月부터 同年 10月까지 慶北 義城郡 渭川에서 淡水魚를 採集하여 各種 吸蟲類 被囊幼蟲의 寄生狀을 調査하였다. 渭川에서 採集된 12鍾의 淡水魚에서 所屬未定을 包含하여 7鍾의 吸蟲類 被囊姉蟲을 同定하였다. 肝吸蟲 被囊幼蟲은 6鍾의 淡水魚에, Cyathocotyle orientalis 被囊幼蟲은 9鍾의 淡水魚에서 檢出되었다. Exorchis oviformis 被囊幼蟲은 10鍾, Metacercaria hasegawai 被囊幼蟲은 8鍾, Metorchis orientalis 被囊幼蟲은 3종, 그리고 Echinochasmus屬 被囊幼蟲은 7鍾의 淡水魚에서 檢出되었다. 肝吸蟲 被囊幼蟲의 寄生率은 몰개(Gnathopogon atromaculatus), 모래주사(Microphysogobio koreensis), 참붕어(Pseudorasbora parva), 그리고 돌고기(Pungtungia herzi)에서 높았으며, 寄生程度는 몰개, 참붕어, 그리고 돌고기에서 높았다. E. oviformis는 납지리에서 높은 寄生率을 보였고, Echinochasmus屬 被囊幼蟲은 납지리와 돌고기에서 높게 나타났다. 그 밖의 吸蟲類 被囊幼蟲의 感梁率과 寄生程度는 鍾에 따라 多樣한 成績을 보였다. 以上의 成績으로 미루어 보아 慶北 義城郡 渭川은 吸蟲類의 感染原임을 알 수 있었다. Fresh-water fish collected in the river Wichon in Kyungpook Province, Korea, were examined for the presence of the encysted larvae of digenetic trematodes from July to October in 1991. Seven species of digenetic larval trematodes including unknown species were found from, 12 species of fish examined. The metacercaria of Clonorchis sinensis was found from 6 species and that of Cyathocotyle orientalis from 9 species of fish examined. The cyst of Exorchis oviformis was found from 10, Metacercaria hasegawai from 8, Metorchis orientalis from 3 and Echinochasmus species from 7 species of fish examined. Incidence of infestation with C. sinensis in the korean shiner, Gnathopogon atromaculatus, the sandy fish, Microphysogobio koreensis, the southern top-mouthed minnow, Pseudorasbora parva and the striped shiner, Pungtungia herzi were found to be high. However, the intensity was heavy in G. atromaculatus, P. parva and P. herzi. Incidence and intensity of the other encysted larvae of digenetic trematodes varied from fish to fish and was low except for K oviformis from the flat bitterling, Paracheilognathus rhombea, and Echinochasmus species from P. rhombea and P. herzi. It was found that the source of infection with digenetic larvel trematodes in man is still remaining in the river Wichon.
