<P>In order to bind or fix bioactive materials directly to the surface of a Ti implant, the prior binding process of functional groups (FGs, -COOH and -OH) to the implant surface is necessary. Conventional binding processes are so high-cost and complex, so it is essential to find a simple and effective procedure for Ti-FG binding.</P>

본 연구는 생애사 연구방법을 통하여 중국 조선족 체육인의 생애 속에 녹아 있는 사회역사 배경, 조선족 체육문화의 발전 등을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 구술자는 일제 식민지 교육의 체제와 국민당 마적의 박해에는 타민족에 대한 타자화를 극대화하면서 한민족의 정체성을 고취하였고, 토지개혁과 국공전쟁시기에는 민족정체성과 국민정체성의 통합을 이루었다. 급진적 동화시기에는 국가의 정치적 타자로써 조선민족 정체성을 확고히 하였고, 개혁개방이후, 학술활동과 한국과의 체육·스포츠 교류를 통하여 국민정체성과 민족정체성의 통합을 이루었을 뿐만 아니라 세계한민족의 정체성으로 발탈 하였다. 둘째, 구술자는 연변대학 체육학부 초창기 열악한 인프라와 급진적 동화를 강요하는 사회격변기에 수많은 민족 체육·스포츠 인재를 육성하였고, 개혁개방을 맞으면서 중국 체육·스포츠의 발전을 위하여 기여하였고, 학술 활동을 통하여 한국과의 체육·스포츠 교류의 장을 열어놓았다. The purpose of this study is through lifehistory method, understand Chinese Korean sports career in the social and historical background and the development of Korean nationality sports culture. The results of the study are as follows: first, the study participants during the reign of Japanese imperialism and the kuomintang bandits, expanded his nation, and to him who young Korean ethnic identity. Period of land revolution and kuomintang during the civil war, has realized the ethnic identity and national identity. Aggressive assimilation of period, as a national political, established the identity of ethnic koreans. After the reform and opening-up policy, not only realizes the national identity and national identity, and developed into the world of Korean ethnic identity. Second, study participants in yanbian university period, to overcome the bad sports facilities and forced assimilation of the period of social unrest, has turned out numerous national sports talents. After reform and opening up, in the academic field not only contribute to the development of China``s sports, China and South Korea also opens up the beginning of the sports communication.
AHP기법을 활용한 韓中(한중) 전통마을의 자원중요도 평가항목 비교

본 연구는 전통마을 보전과 개발에 적용할 수 있는 자원 평가기준 및 한국과 중국 전문가들 사이에서 나타나는 전통마을 자원 중요도 차이점을 도출하기 위하여 두 나라 관련 전문가를 대상으로 전통마을 자원에 대하여 AHP기반의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 평가항목은 전통마을 자원의 중요도 및 우선순위 도출을 목표로 3계층으로 구분하였다. 분석결과 Level 1에서는 자연자원, Lavel 2에서는 환경자원, 역사자원, 시설자원, Lavel 3에서는 공기, 지형, 전통주택, 농업경관, 공동생활시설, 도농교류활동, 씨족활동 등의 인자가 중요한 것으로 나타났으며, 한국과 중국 두 그룹에서 가장 중요하다고 평가한 인자는 동일하게 나타났다. 평가항목별 종합적인 중요도는 공기, 수질, 소음, 전통주택, 지형, 공동생활시설 등 인자가 한국과 중국 두 그룹에서 상대적으로 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 즉 전통마을은 문화자원요소들을 보전해야 한다는 필연성을 의무처럼 가지고 있지만 질 좋은 자연환경의 관리가 우선적으로 필요하다. 본 연구의 결과는 한국과 중국 전통마을 자원의 중요도에 대한 비교가 되었을 뿐만 아니라 전통마을의 보전과 관리를 위한 자원별 순위와 배점을 산출함으로써 두 나라 전통마을 자원 평가 시 정량적인 데이터 결과를 각각 적용할 수 있는 방안이 될 것으로 기대한다. This study conducted the survey on the resources of traditional villages based on AHP in the subjects with the specialists in Korea and China to seek the resource evaluation standards to apply the preservation and development of traditional villages, and the differences of the importance on the resources among the specialists in both countries. We classified three levels of evaluation items to aim the deductions of the importance and priority in the resources of traditional villages. Upon the analysis results, natural resources were important in the level 1; environmental, historical, facility resources were important in the level 2; and the factors such as air, topography, traditional houses, agricultural landscape, shared community facilities, interchanges between urban and rural areas, family activities, and so on were important in the level 3. The factors that both Korean and Chinese groups evaluated as the most important ones were the same. In terms of overall importance by evaluation items, the factors such as air, water quality, noise, traditional houses, topography, shared community facilities, and so on were rated as relatively important in both Korean and Chinese groups. That is, the traditional villages have the necessity to preserve the cultural resources like their duties, however, it is required to control the natural environment with good quality preferentially. This study results can compare the importance on the resources of traditional village between Korea and China. Moreover, with calculation of the priority and scores for the preservation and management of traditional villages, they are expected to be used as the tool to apply the quantitative data in the evaluation process of traditional village resources in both countries.
Bioavailability of slow-desorbable naphthalene in a biological air sparging system

The bioavailability of sorbed organic contaminants is one of the most important factors used to determine their fate in the environment. This study was conducted to evaluate the bioavailability of slow-desorbable naphthalene in soils. An air sparging system was utilized to remove dissolved (or desorbed) naphthalene continuously and to limit the bacterial utilization of dissolved naphthalene. A biological air sparging system (air sparging system with bacteria) was developed to evaluate the bioavailability of the slow-desorption fraction in soils. Three different strains (Pseudomonas putida G7, Pseudomonas sp. CZ6 and Burkholderia sp. KM1) and two soils were used. Slow-desorbable naphthalene continuously decreased under air sparging; however, a greater decrease was observed in response to the biological air sparging system. Enhanced bioavailability was not observed in the Jangseong soil. Overall, the results of this study suggests that the removal rate of slow-desorbable contaminants may be enhanced by inoculation of degrading bacteria into an air sparging system during the remediation of contaminated soils. However, the enhanced bioavailability was found to depend more on the soil properties than the bacterial characteristics.
에폭시/폴리옥시프로필렌 디아민계의 경화 반응속도 및 동역학 특성 분석

비스페놀 A 에폭시 수지와 폴리옥시프로필렌 디아민 경화제계의 경화 반응속도를 시차주사열량계을 이용하여 승온 및 등온 경화조건에서 조사하였다. 승온실험에서는 Ozawa와 Kissinger법을 이용하여 다양한 가열속도에서 얻어진 발열피크의 이동으로부터 활성화 에너지를 구하였다. 또한 등온실험에서 얻어진 데이터는 자촉매 효과를 고려한 Kamal의 속도모델로 분석하였으며, 그 결과 경화반응 초기의 속도우세 구간에서 실험데이터와 잘 맞았다. 반응 후기의 확산우세 구간에서는 확산효과를 적용하여 경화의 전체과정을 기술하였다. 또한 동역학분석을 이용하여 경화 후 저장 탄성률과 가교점간의 평균분자량을 측정하였다. The cure kinetics of a bisphenol A epoxy resin and polyoxypropylene diamine curing agent system are investigated in both dynamic and isothermal conditions by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). In dynamic experiments, the shift of exothermic peaks obtained at different heating rates is used to obtain activation energy of overall cure reaction based on the methods of Ozawa and Kissinger. Isothermal DSC data at different temperatures are fitted to an autocatalytic Kamal kinetic model. The kinetic model is in a good agreement with the experimental data in the initial stage of cure. A diffusion effect is incorporated to describe the later stage of cure, predicting the cure kinetics over the whole range of curing process. Also, dynamic mechanical analysis is performed to evaluate the storage modulus and average molecular weight between crosslinkages.
