This study makes SrTiO₃ with nonpolarity among ferroelectrics by RF sputtering as dielectric layer, produces thin film of Si/SrTiO₃ and Si/Ti/SrTiO₃ of MOS structure using Ti as buffer layer, measures and examines the electrical features with optical refractive index, absorption coefficient, electric permittivity, photon energy and as a result, ferroelectrics oscillation occurrs by the interaction within a film by light temperature and the absorption coefficient of thin film with Ti as buffer layer is increased. It is found that the peak of electric permittivity value of Ti/SrTiO₃ thin film has low values and is appeared late and as dipole which is found in dielectric is shown, the experiment satisfies the theory. In the nature of electric permittivity by photon energy, imaginary value is higher and current variation slope of thin film of thickness SrTiO₃ has lower values in reverse bias.
피틴산(Phytic acid)이 비브리오(Vibrio vulnificus) 패혈증에 미치는 영향

Phytic acid chelates excellently the metallic ions and the positive ions, especially has high affinity with Fe^(2+) and Ca^(2+). Merits of phytic acid can be taked in easily, edibile and harmless to body, so it was investigated that phytic acid can be substituted for EDTA in this study. 1. The Intensificative effect of chelating agent and disinfective osmotic shock of Vibrio vulnificus The number of initial existent fungi measured 1.7x10^(6). The percentages of the survival fungi against the osmotic shock by distillated water were calculated at 1 minute, 3 minute and 5 minute after inoculation. The percentages of the survival fungi in Mg^(2+) were 92.5%, 91.8% and 79.8% at each time, the average percentage was 88%. Also the sudden extinction was observed around 1 minute after inoculation and the survival fungi were not observed from 3 through 5 minute in spite of repeated experimentation. 2. Influence of Vibrio vulnificus on the survival of the mice. The first mouse started to die in 180 minute after inoculation in case that the inoculating number was 2.3x10^(7) cfu/ml. All died within 4.5 hour. The average of survival time was 226 minute. The first mouse started to die in 228 minute after inoculation in case that the inoculating number was 0.8x10^(6) cfu/ml. All died within 5 hour. The average of survival time was 300 minute and the survival time was 1.3 times high. The tendencies of death in two cases were similar, but the fatal rate were largely dependent on inoculating number.

VLSI require thinner dielectric film and also larger capacitance. Most of such VLSI have MOS structures. For the research on this requirement, MOS capacitors were fabricated on the silicon wafer in four different thickness groups by RF sputtering method and investigated on their electrical and optical characteristics by photon energy variation. SiO film is used as the insulating layer and TiN film is chosen as the barrier against the diffusion of Al which is the terminal connected by ohmic contact because TiN has the advantageous properties such as good thermal stability and very low diffusion rate in spite of it's relatively low specific resistance.

Male ICR mice ranging from 15g to 20g were given a single ECS(1-ECS : 13mA, 1sec,100cps) daily or on alternate days for 10 days(5-ECS). The contents of monoamine metabolites in the hypothalamus and the brain stem(BS) were measured 10, 30. and 60 min after ECS-administration as well as before ECS. Contents of monoamine metabolites in the HT and the BS, such as 5-HIAA, MHPG, DOPAC and HVA increased rapidly after 1-ECS or 5ECS and then came down to the pre-ECS values. However, their increases induced by 5-ECS were significantly smaller than those by 1-ECS except the tedious increase of the hypothalamic HAV content. 5-HIAA and MHPG in the HT decrease significantly by the 4the administration of ECS in the course of the 5-ECS treatment. These results suggest that the repeated treatment of ECS may decrease the turnover rates of serotonin and noradrenaline in the hypothalamus.

안정골구조물 중첩법(stable structural superimposition method)을 사용해야 하는 합리적 근거 및 그 중첩방법의 소개

Bjork와 Skieller는 상, 하악골에 임플란트를 매식하여 안면골 성장유형을 관찰한 결과 성장으로 인하여 영향을 받지 않는 안정된 골구조물(stable structure)의 존재를 확인했고 성장중에 있는 환자의 안면골을 중첩할 때에는 반드시 이러한 부위를 기준으로 중첩해야 한다고 하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 40여년이 흐른 지금까지 대부분의 교정의들은 안정골구조물을 이용한 중첩법(structural method)보다는 최적중첩법(best fit method)을 선호하고 있다. 그러나 Angle씨 부정교합 Ⅱ급 2류의 하악골과 같이 특징적으로 전상방 성장을 하는 골격구조를 갖는 증례와, 치료후 장기관찰 증례에서는 두 중첩법 사이에 현저한 차이가 있다는 사실을 부인할 수는 없다. 이제는 윤리적인 문제때문에 더이상 임플란트를 매식하여 관찰하여 연구를 할 수 없게 되어 Bjork가 연구해왔던 임플란트 자료를 근거로 안정골구조물 중첩법을 사용할 수 밖에 없다. 따라서 안정골구조물 중첩법의 실용화를 위하여 본 저자들은 안정골구조물 중첩법의 합리적 근거를 제시하고 중첩방법을 자세히 소개하고자 한다. Bjork and Skieller concluded after following facial growth patterns using implants in upper and lower jaw bones that stable structures, which are not influenced by the growth to exist and so these must be the reference landmarks in the process of superimposition. In spite of such facts, for the last 40 years since the discovery of stable structures, most orthodontists have preferred best fit superimposition method to structural method. Case such as Angle's Class Ⅱ division 2 malocclusion that show characteristic forward and upward growth or one under long period of post-treatment observation demonstrate that distinct differences exist between the two methods of superimposition. Today, ethical concerns prohibit further growth studies that use implants, and so there is no choice but to use stable structural superimposition method based on Bjork's data. Thus, to encourage clinical use of stable structural superimposition method, logic for the use of stable structural superimposition method will be demonstrated, and its technical methods of application will be introduced step by step.

안일승은 해방 이후 대전 충남 지역에서 유일한 피아니스트이자 작곡가로서 뛰어난 활동을 보여 주었던 음악인이다. 작곡가로서 안일승이 남긴 작품 중 중요한 작품으로 1959년에 작곡하여 같은 해 무대에 올린 오페라 〈고구려의 딸〉이 있다. 이 작품은 작품의 규모나 형식으로 볼 때 오페라 작품으로서의 면모를 확고하게 갖추고 있다. 또한 이 작품은 창작되는 즉시 공연되었으며, 그 공연도 밴드부의 연주는 물론 무대장치와 무용까지도 갖춘 종합무대예술로서의 오페라의 성격을 보여주고 있다. 이 작품이 갖는 의의 및 가치는 두 가지로 정리해볼 수 있다. 첫째, 무엇보다도 대전 충남지역에서 자생적으로 발생한 최초의 창작오페라라는 점이다. 1950년대 말의 대전음악계의 열악한 형편에서 두 시간여나 지속되는 대형 창작오페라를 공연하였다는 것은 놀라운 일이 아닐 수 없다. 둘째, 최초로 대본까지도 창작된 본격적인 창작오페라라는 점이다. 〈고구려의 딸〉 이전에 작곡된 〈춘향전〉, 〈왕자호동〉, 〈콩쥐팥쥐〉 등은 전해 내려오는 이야기를 각색하여 곡을 부친 것인 반면에, 〈고구려의 딸〉은 시대를 고구려로 잡고 있기는 하지만 대본의 내용 자체부터 순수하게 창작된 오페라라는 점에서 그 의의를 찾아볼 수 있다. 대전 충남지역 최초의 창작오페라 안일승의 오페라 〈고구려의 딸〉은 한국창작오페라사에서 중요하게 거론될 가치가 있는 매우 가치 있는 작품이라 하겠다.
