      • GPS측량에 의한 차량주행지도작성

        In Pusan city, more and more efficient car management is needed for insufficience of accomdating road abilitys. GPS being a global navigation and positioning system works under any kind of weather and no visibility requirement in addition to highly accurate three dimensional positioning information, so tremendous impact from GPS has occureed. Using the position and time data of GPS, we can analyze the velocity of car and utilize GPS data for monitoring statistics and traffic capability of the road. Because of storing capacity the position of car GPS data, we can analyze the navigation path of car. Therefore we will effectively use road resource by GPS data. In this study, we developed programs that could monitor the map of car-navigation, analyze distribution of velocity and traffic management by GPS.

        From the reactions of orthohydroxy-6-membered conjugated system, benzil-mono-orthohydroxyanil, with Me_2AsCl and chloro [Toluene-(2, 3)-dithiolato(2)] arsenic (Ⅲ), reaction products was isolated. From the IR and NMR-spectroscopic analysis for these reaction products, it is confirmed that reaction products are charge-transfer complexes of As. From these results, we found that the chemical behaviour of trivalent As is not analogous to trivalent P.

      • 자동 이착륙 시스템을 갖춘 모형 헬리콥터 시스템

        In this paper, we introduce an autonomous flying for takeoff and landing a model helicopter with a vision system. A feature of the helicopter is that automatic flying for takeoff and landing is realized by a vision system. Owing to this vision system, the model helicopter is able to takeoff and landing without any human assistance. The vision system is composed of a CCD camera mounted on the helicopter and an image processor on the ground. We first introduce the configuration of the helicopter system, which has a vision sensor, a clinometer and an azimuth sensor. To determine the 3-D position and posture of helicopter, a technique of image recognition using a monocular image is used. Finally we give an experiment result which we obtained in takeoff and landing test with our vision system. This result shows the effectiveness of the vision system in the model helicopter

      • RC 서보모튤을 이용한 식사지원 로봇

        We succeeded to build a cost effective assistance robotic arm with a compact and lightweight body. The robotics arm has three joints, and the tip of robotic arm to install tools consists of a closed link mechanism, which consisted of two actuators and several links. The robotic arm has been mad possible by the use of actuators typically used in radio-control servo-modules. The controller of the robotic arm consist of a single chip PIC only. The robotic arm has a friendly user interface, as the operators are aged and disabled in most cases. The operator can manipulate the robotic arm by voice commands of or pressing a push button. The robotic arm has been successfully portotyped and tested on an elderly patient to assist with eating. the results of field test were satisfactory.

        Edward Albee emerged as a representative American absurd dramatist who would lead the country's theater in the 1960 s. His powerful language as well as naturalistic settings and the specific thematic meanings make it clear that he cannot be described only as an absurdist. We can say that he is realist using some absurdist stuff to give theatrical effect. Since his language has a power of decision, the characters lose their self and self-ruling power. This language breaks everything and has a power to create and reconstruct it. Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? is the typical drama in which language is used as an implement of taking over power, exercising violence and creating new situations. The characters' reality and relationship in Who's afraid of Virginia Woolf? are realized in language. The language is treated as games and the power among the characters follows immediately the one who has better verbal ability. Language is used to define the characters' interactional status gauge and to control each other. That is explained in language aggression, which is the main idea of this thesis, which considers the language itself functions as violence and regulates human world.

      • 무인잠수정의 3-D 위치 계측시스템 개발

        This paper presents a 3-D localization method of an autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV). Conventional methods of localization, such as LBL or SBL, require additional beacon systems, which reduces the flexibility and availability of the AUV. We use a digital compass, a pressure sensor, a clinometer and ultrasonic sensors for localization From the orientation and velocity information, a priori position of the AUV is estimated based on the dead reckoning method Based on the extended Kalman filter algorithm, a posteriori position of the AUV is, then, estimated by using the distance between the AUV and a mother ship on the surface of the water together with the depth information from the pressure sensor. Simulation results show the possibility of practical application of the method to the autonomous navigation of the AUV.

      • 데이터 연관 필터를 이용한 자율이동로봇의 환경지도 작성

        This paper describes a method of building the probability grid map for an autonomous mobile robot using the ultrasonic DAF(data association filter). The DAF, which evaluates the association of each datum with the rest and removes the data affected by the specular reflection effect, can improve the reliability of the data for the probability grid map. This method is based on the evaluation of possibility that the acquired data are all from the same object. Namely, the data from specular reflection have very few possibilities of detecting the same object, so that they are excluded from the data cluster during the process of the DAF. Therefore, the uncertain data corrupted by the specular reflection and/or multi-path effect, are not used to update the probability map, and hence building a good quality of a grid map is possible even in a specular environment. In order to verify the effectiveness of the DAF, it was applied to the Bayesian model and the orientation probability model which are the typical ones of a grid map. We demonstrate the experimental results using an real mobile robot in a real world.

      • 라플라시안 경계강조에 의한 MRI 영상의 3차원 입체모델의 구현

        초음파, 단층촬영(CT:Computed Tomography), 그리고 자기공명영상(MRI:Magnetic Resonance Imaging)등이 3차원 입체모텔을 정확하게 표시하기 위하여 실제 환자들의 해부를 통하여 개발되어져왔다. 3차원 입체모델은 대상물의 체적, 위치, 형태등 중요한 정성적, 정량적 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 그러나 자기공명영상은 2차원 다층구조와 복합구조로 구성되어 있어 실제적인 3차원 모습을 알기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 자기공명영상을 수치데이타화하여 영상처리기법으로 경계선을 추출하고 사진측량기법의 좌표변환으로 동일좌표화 하였으며, Ray Tracing기법에 의하여 3차원 입체모델을 구현하였다. A Method has been developed which allows accurate modeling of 3-Dimension image data such as CT or MRI, with the anatomy of the actual patient. 3-D modelling give some important qualitative and quantitative information about object volume, location and type etc. But the MRI images have 2-D multi-layer and complex constructure, so it is difficult to know real 3D shape. In this paper, MRI images are enhanced of edge by image processing and digitized to digital data. The coordinate of object is transformed to same coordinate system by photogrametry technique and 3-D modelling is made to 3D model by ray tracing technique.

      • 노말브틸아크릴레이트/메틸메타아크릴레이트계 유화중합에 관한 계면활성제의 영향

        Polymer latexes for polymer cement were prepared by introducing small amount offunctional monomers(acrylic acid and acrylic amide) during the semicontinuousemulsion polymerization of methylmetacrylate(MMA) and n-butyl acrylate(n-BA). Thepolymerization was investigated by following the variation of the amount and type, of surfactants on particle size, polymer content at different times of the polymerization process. The results showed that both particle size and polymer content can be controlled by the amout and types of surfactants. LE and NE types out of nonionic surfactants used were good surfactants due to the formation of stable polymer latex without coagulants. Especially, a hydrophilic chain length(n) of these nonionic surgactants had a signigicant effect on the final particle size and polymer content.

      • 천마의 GABA-benzodiazepine 수용체 복합체에 대한 조절작용

        Methanol extract of G. elata inhibited the binding of [³H]Ro15-1788, a selective benzodiazepine receptor antagonist, to benzodiazepine receptor of rat cortices. Saturation experiments followed by Scatchard analysis of the results showed that the inhibition of [³H]Ro15-1788 binding by G. elata. appeared to be competitive. These competitive inhibiton of the butanol fraction was observed to be higher than the methanol extract. Methanol extract of G. elata inhibited a [³H]flunitrazepam, a selective benzodiazepine receptor agonist, binding to benzodiazepine receptor. GABA significantly enhanced the inhibition of [³H]flunitrazepam binding by G. elata, and these "positive GABA shift" supported the strong possibility of agonistic activity to benzodiazepine receptor. Butanol fraction was observed to be higher than crude extract by methanol in an agonistic activity to benzodiazepine receptor, furthermore enhanced the binding of [³H]SR95531 to GABA_(A) receptor. Butanol fraction of G. elata significantly diminished the pentylenetetrazole-induced lethality of mice. From these results, it can be concluded that substance or substances with neurochemical properties characteristic of a benzodiazepine receptor agonist may be important components, and contribute to the anticonvulsant property of G. elata.
