Implementation of Electric Vehicle Hardware-in-the-Loop Test Platform
Song Chuanxue,Xiao Feng,Peng Silun 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Multimedia and Ubiquitous Vol.11 No.1
This paper presents a finite element model-based real-time simulation system for the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) driving system, which, in combination with the vehicle kinetic model, forms a complete electric vehicle (EV) hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation and test platform. The software JMAG is used to establish the PMSM finite element model, and the platform of field-programmable gate array (FPGA) is adopted to construct the PMSM real-time simulation model. The finite element model is also retrieved to coordinate with the vehicle kinetic model in order to facilitate the testing and development of the controller of the EV, the matching of the driving system, the kinetics control algorithms, etc. Through comparing the real-time simulation of the motor driving system with the experimental results of the test bench, as well as analyzing the HIL simulation results of the entire vehicle model, this paper verifies the accuracy and effectiveness of this HIL simulation and test platform.

The taper leaf spring of tandem suspension of commercial vehicle is different from the traditional taper leaf spring. Thus, the professional software MSC.ADAMS/CHASSIS leaf spring, which is specially applied in traditional leaf spring, does not reliably develop the computational model of the taper leaf spring of tandem suspension. The multi-body dynamic model of the taper leaf spring of tandem suspension, which is developed in this paper, is a secondary development model that is based on the leaf spring model built by MSC.ADAMS/CHASSIS leaf spring. End contact and friction in the modified model are redefined to exhibit the hysteretic characteristics of the taper leaf spring of tandem suspension. The test of the taper leaf spring of tandem suspension is conducted to validate the reliability of the modified model. The tests in this paper are divided into two groups. The first group started at an unloaded state at an excitation frequency of 1/30 Hz and amplitude of 70 mm to acquire quasi-static behavior. The second group is conducted at various frequencies (2, 3 and 4 Hz) and various amplitudes (±1, ±3 and ±10 mm) in a loaded state to acquire dynamic behavior. A formula to calculate dynamic spring rate for leaf spring is proposed, and details about the formula are presented. The simulations are conducted under the same conditions as the test. The hysteretic characteristics and the relative error of dynamic spring rate from the test are compared with the ones from the simulations for the validation of the reliability of the modified model.
Interplay between intercalated oxygen superstructures and monolayerh-BN on Cu(100)

The confinement effect of intercalated atoms in van der Waals heterostructures can lead to interesting interactions between the confined atoms or molecules and the overlaying two-dimensional (2D) materials. Here we report the formation of ordered Cu(100) p(2 x 2) oxygen superstructures by oxygen intercalation under the monolayer hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) on Cu after annealing. By using scanning tunneling microscopy and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, we identify the superstructure and reveal its roles in passivating the exposed Cu surfaces, decoupling h-BN and Cu, and disintegrating h-BN monolayers. The oxygen superstructure appears as a 2D pattern on the exposed Cu surface or quasi-1D stripes of paired oxygen intercalated in the interface of h-BN and Cu predominantly oriented along the moire modulations. The oxygen superstructure is shown to etch the overlaying h-BN monolayer in a thermal annealing process. After extended annealing, the h-BN monolayer disintegrates into nanoislands with zigzag edges. We discuss the implications of these findings on the stability and oxidation resistance of h-BN and relate them to challenges in process integration and 2D heterostructures.

The leader-following consensus problem for a class of second-order nonlinear multi-agent systems underMarkovian switching topologies is studied. First, a discontinuous distributed adaptive nonlinear control law usingthe relative state information between neighboring agents is designed for heterogeneous multi-agent systems, whichachieves almost sure leader-following consensus for the closed-loop system. Then, a smooth distributed control lawis designed for homogeneous multi-agent systems. Compared with previous results, the nonlinear functions are notrequired to satisfy the globally Lipschitz condition and the adaptive consensus protocol is in a distributed fashion,i.e., using only the relative information. A practical example of ship course control system and simulation areprovided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the control scheme
Research on Pricing Policy of E-business Supply Chain Based on Bertrand and Stackelberg Game
Qian Chen,Chuanxu Wang,Changyan Xu 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Grid and Distributed Comp Vol.9 No.5
As a new marketing way, more and more enterprises begin to pay more attention to the direct marketing channel, in order to gain more market share and economic profit. In this paper, we introduced two parameters into to the pricing model of e-business supply chain, as direct channel service level and retail channel service level. Then construct the pricing model under stackelberg game, bertrand game and centralized decision mode. Through the comparison and analysis of the pricing models under different decision-making environment, we get the pricing strategy that manufacturers and retailers should take when they make service cooperation. Because manufacturers always get more profits in the stackleberg game, so manufacturers tend to choose the stakelberg game with the retailer.
