        To implement the PLD by using EDIT netlist, which have been generally used in most CAD tools. In this paper joined imformation extraction algorithm which can extract joined imformation from the joined imformation of the Netlists is developed. Boolean Equation Expander which can transform boolean equation generated by Booleam Equation Generator into two-level boolean equation generated by using Boolean Extraction alogrithm, Boolean Equation Generation algorithm, and Boolean Equation Generator is implementd tool. In addition it is verifed that the result of comparing the JEDEC file of the PLD with the PALSAM tool is equivalent and the resulting digital clock, 4-bit counter and traffic light controller is equivalent too.

      • TCM과 연성판정에 관한 연구

        Digital communication systems have a definits structure and knowledge of this structure is helpful in understanding the role of coding and modulation system. Error probability of digital communication depends on euclidean distance(E-D) between two signals. Therefor, a major point lies in how to increase Euclidean distance. The trellis coded mojulation(TCM) can obtain increased Euclidean distance because of two new concepts and a dependent relationship between modulated signals selectred by the state of the convolutional encoder and decision depth. At the demodulator, maximum likelyhood decoder using Soft Decision of viterbi Algorithm is used to detect the most likelihood path in trellis diagram In this paper, TCM using 8-PSK is constructed and compared with 98-PSK. We know that the TCM can obtain coding gain from 3dB to 6dB without expanding bandwith, depending on the number of the state and decision depth of the convolutional encoder The primary advantage of TCM over modulation schemes employin traditional error-correction coding was the ability to achieve increased power efficiency without the customary expantion of bandwidth introduce by the coding process. Thus, channels that were power-limited and bandwidth-limited wer and ideal application for TCM.

      • 시간제약 조건하에서 수행시간을 개선한 CPLD 기술 매핑 알고리즘 개발

        In this paper, we propse a new CPLD technology mapping algorithm improving run-time under time constraint. In our technology mapping algorithm, a given logic equation is constructed as the DAG type, then the DAG is reconstructed by replicating the node that outdegree is more than or equal to 2. As a results, it makes delay time and the number of CLBs, run-time to be minimized. Also, after the number of multi-level is defined and cost of each nodes is calculated, the graph is partitioned in order to fit to k that is the number of OR term within CLB. The partitioned nodes are merged through collapsing and bin packing is performed in order to fit to the number of OR term within CLB. In the results of experiments to MCNC circuits for logic systhesis benchmark, we can shows that proposed technology mapping algorithm reduces run-time much more than the TMCPLD.

        Malakoplakia is an uncommon chronic granulomatous inflammatory disease which is associated with immunocompromised conditions such as malignancy, autoimmune disease, chronic alcohol intake, poorly controlled diabetes and long-term steroid use. Malakoplakia can occur at various sites, most commonly in the genitourinary tract including urinary bladder and the ureter. Renal parenchymal involvement is relatively uncommon, accounting for 15% of all malakoplakia. A few cases of renal malakoplakia have been reported in Korea, and only one case was accompanied by acute kidney injury. Here we report an 80-year-old female patient with renal parenchymal malakoplakia and acute interstitial nephritis presented as acute kidney injury with literature review.

      • 만성 요통 환자의 심리사회적 특성

        연구목적: 만성 요통 환자의 많은 수가 직업 등 주변 환경과 심리 상태의 영향을 받는 것으로 추정되나 그 연관성은 아직 논란이 많다. 본 연구에서는 설문 조사를 통하여 만성 요통 환자의 심리사회적 특성을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법. 1997년 7월부터 1998년 12월까지 6주 이상 지속된 만성 요통으로 본원 정형외과 외래를 내원한 환자들 중 기질적 원인이 불명확한 62명의 환자들에서 직업, 유발요인, 치료 등 요통 관련 요소 설문과 Minnesota Multiphasic Personal Inventory (MMPI)를 실시하였다. 요통 관련 사항에는 통증의 기간, 정도, 통증이 유발 또는 심해지는 자세, 그리고 본인이 생각하는 요통의 원인 등을 포함하였다. MMPI는 전체 평균을 이용한 방법과 two-code 방법을 이용하여 평가하였다. 결과: 만성 요통환자의 직업 상 실내에서 앉아 일하는 직업이 가장 맡았으며 일정한 자세를 오래 유지하며 앉거나 서 있는 경우 증상이 악화되는 것으로 기술되었다. MMPI에서는 건강 염려증, 우울증, 히스테리의 세 척도의 평균이 55이상으로 상승되어 있었다. Two-code 방법에서는 92% (46/50)의 환자에서 위 세 척도 중 적어도 하나 이상 상승되어 있었다. 결론: 만성 요통 환자들에서 일상 생활의 자세와 직업이 요통의 발생 및 악화에 영향이 있을 것으로 보여졌다. MMPI를 통한 심리 인성 검사 상 건강 염려증, 우울증, 히스테리의 성향이 증가되어 있어 요통의 발생과 만성화에 심리적 요소가 영향을 미치는 것으로 보여졌다. 사회경제학적, 정신심리학적 요인이 만성 요통에 미치는 영향의 규명을 위한 다양하고 심도 있는 연구가 필요하다고 생각된다. Purpose : Socioeconomic and psychologic factors seem to affect incidence, severity, and chronicity of low back pain. Purpose of this study is to survey socioeconomic factors and document psychoneurotic traits via MMPI in chronic low back pain patients. Materials and Methods : From July 1997 to December 1998, questionnaire about low back pain-related factors such as duration, severity, posture, occupation etc. and MMPI were given to patients who visited our department for chronic low back pain()6weeks). 62 patients completed, and 50 of them completed MMPI. The answers were analyzed. MMPI scores were evaluated in mean±SD method and two-code method. Results : Sedentary workers were the most common. And symptoms were told to be elicited by long sitting or standing posture(job) . Hs, D, Hy scales of MMPI, which are know as "neurotic triad by two-code method was observed in 92% (46/50) . Conclusion : It seemed that job and posture had Important role in chronic low back pain. And, it seemed that chronic low back pain patients had some psychoneurotic traits especially in hypochondriasis, depression, and hysteria. More investigations to document the influences of socioeconomic and psychoneurotic factors in chronic low back pain seems to be necessary.

      • 자동차 차체 다점용접부의 면외변위측정에 관한 연구

        The very few non-contact method are still in the early stage. One of the non-contact methods is by the use of the laser that has high-level of the accuracy for the measurement, and this laser also has excellent characteristics on which many studies for its applications are focused throughout the many fields. The dissertation is on the measurement of the strain caused by the characteristics of the spot welded zone which is used with 3-D ESPI system that is functionally modified through the laser ESPI(Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry) system. This system employed the SGCC 1.2t which are mainly used for the steel plate such as automobile, structure, electronics instrument, building material and electronic appliances.

      • 만성 C형 간염 환자에서 페그인터페론 알파2a와 리바비린 병합 치료중 발생한 벨마비 1예

        페그인터페론과 리바비린 병합요법은 만성 C형 간염의 일차 치료법이다. 저자들은 만성 C형 간염 환자에서 페그인터페론 과 리바비린 병합 요법 중에 발생한 벨마비 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. 환자는 5년 전부터 만성 C형 간염을 앓아온 48세 남자이며, PEG-IFN α-2a 135μgm 피하주사 주1회와 하루 1200㎎의 리바비린을 투여하였다. 치료시작 후 9개월째 환자는 오른쪽 안면의 근력약화를 호소하였으며 벨마비로 진단되었다. 페그인터페론과 리바비린 병합요법을 지속하면서 관찰하였다. 환자의 벨마비는 페그인터페론 치료를 중단하지 않았음에도 3개월후 증상이 회복되고 이후 벨마비 재발 없이 현재 경과관찰 중이다. 만성 C형 간염에서 페그인터페론과 리바비린 병합 요법시 벨마비의 발생 가능성을 염두에 두어야 하겠다. A Case of Bell's Palsy Associated with Combination Therapy of Pegylated Interferon Alfa-2a (PEG-IFN) and Ribavirin for Chronic Hepatitis C Virus Infection Pegylated interferon alfa(PEG-IFN α) and ribavirin therapy is the first line treatment for chronic hepatitis C. Mild complications of the therapy are common, but more serious complications are rare. We report here a case of Bell's palsy that occurred in a patient with chronic hepatitis C virus infection during combination therapy of PEG-IFN α-2a and ribavirin. The patient was 49-year-old man with chronic hepatitis C (genotype 1b) for 8 years. He had compensated liver cirrhosis with splenomegaly. Therapy with PEG-IFN α- 2a 135mcg/week and ribavirin 1200mg/day was initiated. After 9 months of the therapy, the patient showed a loss of muscular tone on the right side of his face. A diagnosis of Bell's palsy was made. The Bell's palsy resolved over 3 months despite continuation of the combination therapy.

      • 자동차 주유시 증발 가스 방출량 예측 연구

        자동차 주유시 대기중으로 빠져 나온 연료 증기는 환경을 오염시킨다. 주유시 연료증기 방출량을 최소화하기 위해서 ORVR 시스템이 적용된다. 그러나 이 시스템은 몇가지 어려운 기술적인 문제들이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 주유 유량에 따른 연료 증기 방출량을 예측하였다. 이를 위하여 연료 탱크의 압력 변화, 연료 증기가 흡착되는 캐니스터로의 방출량을 시뮬레이션하였다. 연료 증기와 공기의 혼합 기체는 이상기체로 가정될 수 있다. 주유관을 흐르면서 액체 연료의 압력 강하는 유량과 주유관의 형상에 따라 각각 계산하였다. 압력 강하 검증을 위해서 직선관과 90도 곡관에 대해서 수행하였다. 또한 shut-off time을 예측하여 실험치와 비교를 하였다. 계산 결과 40 LPM 이하에서는 연료탱크가 가득 찰 때까지 주유가 되고, 이상에서는 매우 빠른 시간에 shut-off가 됨을 알 수 있었다. 더 나은 모델을 개발하기 위해서는 연료의 증발, 응축 그리고 연료 탱크내의 기체의 유동까지도 고려되어야 할 것이다. During the refueling process of automobiles, the fuel vapor escapes into the atmosphere and pollutes the environment. To reduce the fuel vapor emission during refueling, ORVR(Onboard Refueling Vapor Recovery) system is implemented. This system, however, needs to overcome several technical difficulties. This research studies the problem of the fuel vapor emission and the refueling flow rate in ORVR system. The pressure variation of the fuel tank during the refueling and the emission to the canister that absorbs the escaping fuel vapor are numerically simulated. The fuel-vapor and air mixture in gas phase is assumed to be ideal gas mixture. The pressure drop of liquid fuel through the refueling line is numerically calculated for various flow rates and shapes of the pipes. The results are verified for straight and 90 degree bend. The shut-off time is calculated and compared with experimental results. The flow rate of forty liter per minute is determined to be the critical refueling rate. Below 40 LPM the refueling process continues until the tank is filled, but above it the shut-off occurs at the early stages of refueling process. Experimental results and simulation results show good agreement. To improve the model, the transient evaporation and condensation are to be considered as well as the gaseous flow inside the tank.

        Hardware Design of Standard Hash Algorithm HAS-160

        This paper is about the hardware implementation of the Hash algorithm, HAS-160, which is widely used for Internet security and authentication. VHDL modeling was used for its realization and the operation speed has been increased by the optimized scheduling of the operations required for step operations.
