Acute myocardial infarction(AMI) due to coronary embolism can occur in patients with normal coronary artery. Coronary embolism is believed to be a cause of acute myocardial infarction when emergent coronary angiography shows perfectly normal coronary trees, except for the finding of coronary artery occlusion. In this report, we describe four patients with AMI due to coronary embolism who were successfully treated using a thrombus aspiration device and anticoagulation, and those patients had intracardial thrombus arising from the left atrium due to chronic atrial fibrillation and valvular heart disease. Patients with chronic or paroxysmal atrial fibrillation can present with AMI due to coronary embolism, and thrombus aspiration with percutaneous aspiration device is a feasible treatment option for these patients along with anticoagulation the rapy.

배양 표피세포 이식의 생착에 관한 연구

We cultured the keratinocytes from different donors for 3 weeks and the cultured keratinocyte sheets were applied to the 15 cases of patients who had hypertrophic scars on their extremities. (auto-??allografting) And the applied keratinocyte sheets were studied for the adaptation, growth ?? differentiation with light and electron-microscopy. The results were as follows; 1. Grafted epidermal cells started differentiation from second week post-grafting and showed a similar appearance to the normal epidermis at fourth week post-grafing. 2. Keratohyalind granules were seen from fourth week post-grafting and showed a normal appearance at fifth month post-grafting. 3. Immature desmosome-tonofilament complexes were seen at cultured epidermal sheet and showed a normal appearance at fifth month post-grafting. 4. Rete ridges showed its appearance at fourth week post-grafting and showed a normal appearance at fifth month post-grafting. 5. Fine structures of epidermo-graft bed junction showed a discontinuous appearance at second week post-grafting and showed a normal continuous appearance at fifth month post-grafting. In summary, the 'take' of grafted epidermal sheets begins at fourth week post-grafting and completed at fifth month post-grafting.

In order to drive the magnetoresistance sensor, the alternating current magnetometer was designed and constructed and it's operating condition was checked by osilloscope. According to the result of checking, the function of signal amplification, the signal demodulation, the degital output of the magnetometer were well behaved.

The availble bit rate (ABR) service has been developed to support data traffic over ATM networks and provide end-to-end congestion control at the ATM layer. However, most data applications use to ATM through legacy networks. ABR still experiences congestion at network edges and cannot provide adequate flow control on an end-to-end basis. In this paper, we propose a backward control for solving performance degradation problem at the non-ATM connection point. This is defferent from the conventional end-to-end control, using backward(from congestion point to source) congestion control. This method improves goodput and reduces buffer requirement at the connection point.

沃化水銀 單結晶의 成長에 미치는 超音波 效果

In the present study, we investigated the effect of the ultrasonic irradiation on the liquid growing of mercuric iodide single crystal. The 1.632 ㎒(36VA) ultrasonic wave was irradiated in the Z-direction from the base of the liquid growing bath containing the saturated HgI_2-THF solution. We observed and measured the nucleation and single crystal growth process, the energy band gap, the transformation temperature, the hardness distribution and the electric resistivity. The main results are; 1. The ultrasonic irradiation diminishes the initial superfluous nucleation in the saturated HgI_2-THF solution. 2. The ultrasonic irradiation accelerates the growth of the single crystal while delays the appearance of the initial nuclei. 3. The ultrasonic wave prevents the dendritic growth of the single crystal and the bending of the crystal axes. 4. The irradiated crystal shows larger energy band gap, higher transformation temperature and lower electric resistivity then the virgin crystal. 5. The hardness distribution of the single crystal becomes more uniform by the effect of the ultrasonic irradiation.

공인인증서의 활발한 사용 환경과 전자문서의 유통, 전자소송을 할 수 있는 관계법령의 제정 등으로 우리나라에서 전자소송을 본격적으로 시행함에 부족함이 없는 기반이 갖추어졌다. 그러나, 그 동안 시행되었던 전자소송시스템에서는 전자문서에 대한 체계나 기준을 설정하여 시스템을 구축한 것이 아니라 각각의 시스템 구축 당시 가능하였던 기술적인 방법을 활용하여 일부 사건에 대해서만 전자소송이 시행되었고 법원에서 수신받거나 생성한 전자문서에 대한 원본, 정본, 등본, 사본 전자문서 등에 대해 명확한 체계 없이 혼재되어 추진되었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 인터넷 서비스로 제공하는 전자소송에서 전자적으로 생산, 유통, 보관될 전자문서를 전자문서접수제도를 통해 법원에 제출하고, 제출된 전자문서를 전자적 소송기록으로 관리하는데 있어 보다 효율적인 전자문서의 관리 모델을 정립함으로써 새롭게 시작되는 민사사건 등의 전자소송에서 생산, 유통되는 전자문서를 효율적으로 저장, 관리하는 전자소송시스템을 구축하는데 참고가 될 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 본고에서 제시한 전자소송시스템에서 전자문서 관리 체계는 전자문서 원본은 전자서명 값을 논리적으로 결합하는 형식으로 전자서명하여 관리하고, 정본과 등본은 전자서명 값을 당해 전자문서에 첨부하여 관리함으로써 원본과 차이를 두고, 전자서명 값이 없는 전자문서는 사본의 역할을 할 수 있게 함으로써 향후 전자소송시스템 구축 및 전자문서 체계 수립에 있어서 우리 법원의 실정에 맞는 시스템과 전자소송 운영의 정착에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

In order to display magnetic signals obtained from a magneto-resistance sensor, a direct current magnetometer was designed and its circuit was constructed. The magnetic fields measured by the home-made magnetometer, which showed good functions of automatic ranging, analog output, and vector sensing, were well agreed with those by commercial MAG-Ol magnetometer. The measurement range of the magnetometer was 1 μT to 1.999 mT, the resolution was -132 dB within 1 Hz bandwidth and the measured magnetic fields could be displayed with 3·1/2-digit LED.

북한의 대남 사이버테러 전략 분석 및 대응 방안에 관한 고찰

The purpose of this study is to analyze cyberterror related with north korean government and find out how to prevent like this risk. In accordance with the Kim Jong-il's teachings, North Korea and pro-North Korean forces for the purpose of propagating the Juche Idea, by utilizing the cyberspace as a struggle place for social changes, even they use abnormal method such as cyberterror. In such circumstances, those currently in contact with North Korean hackers, it's increase that they align themselves negligence like this cyber terror against South korea, but they don't feel recognize the criminal offenses. so we positively make a close inquiry the risk of any part of the national security, even though they are for the purpose of making money by means of a simple subsistence crime. Apply strong penalties like a national security law against cyber terror. At this study, we study about cyberterror and it's dangerousness, overmore, to protect about national cyber attack by the north korean cyber warrior, freezing of its funds like a program contract with north korean programmer because of it's dangerousness. And the need’s to restirict which related it’s computer program development export to adopt like a ‘Secure Assurence Agency’ with ‘Program Assurence System’ and we can protect such as ‘DLL Injection abusing’. And Finally we suggested that how to present the suspect’s dangerous act and discribe his helping of the enemy. so I contribute to National cyber security establishment in cyberspace from the North Korea and pro-North Korean cyber attack.
