The development level of modern service industry is an important symbol for country or region’s comprehensive competitiveness, the modern service industry of jilin provence, which is key supported by the logistics, ha played a great role in the national economomy and it’s effect has become more and more prominent. Based on the grey relational analysis method, the paper analyzes the logistics and the whole modern service industry (tertiary industry) of jilin province which also analyzes the corelation degree among the tertiary industry and the primary and secondary industries the paper aims to find the existing problems in the modern industry and put and forward the corresponding countermeasures promoting the development of Jilin morden service industry.
RESONANCE EXCITATION AND THE SPIRAL-RING STRUCTURE OF DISK GALAXIES
YUAN CHI The Korean Astronomical Society 1996 Journal of The Korean Astronomical Society Vol.29 No.suppl1
Rings are common in disk galaxies. These rings are either indistinguishable from a pair of tightly wound spirals, or themselves are a part of the spiral structure. Furthermore, their occurrence is seen coincident with a bar in the center. In this paper, we interpret this spiral-ring structure as density waves resonantly excited by a rotating bar potential. The theory gives excellent agreement for the molecular spiral-rings in central parts. of nearby disk galaxies, observed by high resolution radio arrays. The same mechanism works for more distant spiral-rings in the outer parts of disk galaxies qualitatively, although the problem is complicated by the coupling of the stellar and gaseous disks.
The research for Chinese CDM risk and its countermeasures
Yuan-ying Chi,Dong-xiao Niu,Zhi Lie,Xiang-yang Li 인하대학교 정석물류통상연구원 2009 인하대학교 정석물류통상연구원 학술대회 Vol.2009 No.10
With the global climate becoming worse and warmer, the Kyoto Protocol"s signing leads to the birth of CDM, which is one of the three mechanism in the protocol and aims to realize the greenhouse air reduction via the projects cooperation between the developed country and developing country. Although so many successful CDM projects have been finished so far and plentiful experiences have also been accumulated by us, we still encounter many risks during the course of CDM projects implementing which can also bring great potential losses to economy. This article aims to analyze the possible CDM risks from three categories including traditional aspect, process aspect, and market aspect and presents the possible measures to mitigate the risks in order to make us keep sober-minded at the risks.

Jung and Yoo proposed the first image interpolation-based reversible data hiding algorithm. Although their algorithm achieved superior interpolation results, the embedding capacity was insufficient. Lee and Huang proposed an improved algorithm to enhance the embedding capacity and the interpolation results. However, these algorithms present limitations to magnify the original image to any resolution and pixels in the boundary region of the magnified image are poorly manipulated. Furthermore, the capacity and the image quality can be improved further. This study modifies the pixel mapping scheme and adopts a bilinear interpolation to solve boundary artifacts. The modified reference pixel determination and an optimal pixel adjustment process can effectively enhance the embedding capacity and the image quality. The experimental results show our proposed algorithm achieves a higher embedding capacity under acceptable visual distortions, and can be applied to a magnified image at any resolution. Our proposed technique is feasible in reversible data hiding.

This is to summarize a joint discussion on the future of EAMA in EAMA6. The emphasis was placed on the near future instead of the distant future, Formation of the Working Groups as a means to carry the cooperation for the regions was generally agreed by the attendants of EAMA6 to be the best way toward the establishment of future East Asian Observatory (EAO). Association of Core Observatories (ACO) was proposed to bring resources and foster joint projects for EAMA activities.

Purpose: Our previous studies have shown that kinesin family member 11 (KIF11) is markedly overexpressed in human breast cancer cells or tissues and positively correlated with distant metastasis and prognosis in patients with breast cancer, suggesting an important role in the regulation of cancer stem cells. Herein, we examined the role of KIF11 in breast cancer stem cells. Methods: In the current study, we validated our previous findings through analysis of data collected in The Cancer Genome Atlas. Endogenous KIF11 was stably silenced in MCF-7 and SKBR-3 cells. Flow cytometry was used to measure the proportion of side-population (SP) cells. Mammosphere culture and tumor implantation experiments in immunodeficient mice were used to assess the self-renewal ability of breast cancer cells. Real-time polymerase chain reaction, western blot, immunofluorescence staining, luciferase reporter assays and Wnt agonist treatment were conducted to investigate the signaling pathways regulated by KIF11. Results: We found that the expression level of KIF11 was positively correlated with stem cell-enrichment genes. The proportion of SP cells was significantly reduced in KIF11-silenced cells. Silencing endogenous KIF11 not only reduced the size and number of mammospheres in vitro, but also reduced the ability of breast cancer cells to form tumors in mice. Simultaneously, we found that KIF11 was involved in regulating the activation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. Conclusion: Endogenous KIF11 enhances the self-renewal of breast cancer cells by activating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, thereby enhancing the characteristics of breast cancer stem cells.
EVOLUTION OF SELF-GRAVITATING GAS DISKS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A ROTATING BAR POTENTIAL
YUAN CHI,YEN DAVID C. C. The Korean Astronomical Society 2005 Journal of The Korean Astronomical Society Vol.38 No.2
It is well known that a rotating bar potential can transport angular momentum to the disk and hence cause the evolution of the disk. Such a process is particularly important in disk galaxies since it can result in fuelling AGNs and starburst ring activities. In this paper, we will present the numerical simulations to show how this mechanism works. The problem, however, is quite complicated. We classify our simulations according to the type of Lindbald resonances and try to single out the individual roles they play in the disk evolution. Among many interesting results, we emphasize the identification of the origin of the starburst rings and the dense circumnuclear molecular disks to the instability of the disk. Unlike most of the other simulations, the self-gravitation of the disk is emphasized in this study.
