<P>We synthesized new carbazole-diimide hole-transporting materials with different dianhydride groups by thermal imidization. The imide moieties were introduced to improve thermal stability of a carbazole hole transport molecule. Result showed that the carbazole-diimdes exhibit good thermal stability with glass transition temperature of 142-182 degrees C and degradation temperature of approximately 450 degrees C as well as good optical transparency in the visible region. The organic light-emitting device (OLED) using alicyclic diimide (CBCZ) shows maximum luminance approximately 8,600 cd/m2 at 12 V and current efficiency of 2.1 cd/A. With optimization of fabricating conditions, the thermally stable CBCZ is expected to be used as a promising hole-transporting material with higher efficiency and durability.</P>

The purpose of this study examined the analysis of Relationship among Psychological Contract Breach on Job Consciousness and Turnover Intention of Cycle Racers. The data were collected with purposive sampling from 310 of Cycle Racers. After excluding 5 data because partial part of the survey was missing or insincere responses were included, this study analyzed 305 data with SPSSWIN 18.0 through descriptive, factor, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First, the psychological contract breach had positive influences on job consciousness of Pro cycle racers. Second, the psychological contract breach had negative influences on turnover intention of Pro cycle racers. Third, the job consciousness had negative influences on turnover intention of Pro cycle racers. The results stated above were discussed based on the previous studies and empirical research regarding psychological contract breach, job consciousness and turnover intention.

본 논문에서는 통계적 특징을 이용하여 CoG의 양 불량을 판단하기 위한 시각 검사 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 허프 변환을 이용하여 입력 영상의 회전 오차를 보상한 후 투영 기법을 이용하여 검사 영역을 추출한다. 그런 다음 검사 영역으로부터 패드 영역을 추출하고, 추출된 패드 영역에 대한 통계적 특징을 분석하여 최종적인 검사 결과를 도출하였다. In this paper, we present a visual inspection system for a CoG using statistical features. After rotational error of an input image is compensated using Hough transformation, an inspection area is obtained by using projection method. Then the final result is derived from statistical features of segmented pad areas.
클라이언트-서버 환경에서 동적 갱신을 이용한 탐지기반의 캐쉬 일관성 알고리즘

클라이언트-서버 환경에서 클라이언트는 캐쉬에 데이터를 저장함으로씨 서버와 접촉하지 않고도 응용을 수행할 수 있다. 클라이언트에서 수행되는 응용의 정확성을 보장하기 위해서는 캐쉬의 일관성 유지가 필요하고, 이를 위해 탐지 기반의 방법과 회피 기반의 방법이 사용되어져 왔다. 이 논문에서는 서버에 비하여 자원이 빈약한 클라이언트의 부담을 덜어줄 수 있는 탐지 기반의 새로운 캐쉬 일관성 유지 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법에서는 타임스탬프를 이용하여 트랜잭션의 동시성을 제어하며, 캐쉬를 갱신할 때 갱신된 데이터의 삭제와 덮어쓰기를 동적으로 수행함으로써 캐쉬를 효율적으로 관리한다. 또한 1-사본 직렬성을 이용하여 제안하는 방법의 정확성을 증명하였다. In client-solver environments, clients can execute applications without contact a server by storing data in its cache. To guarantee correction of applications, we need a cache consistency algorithm. Many cache consistency algorithms have been proposed, these were categorized by detection-based and avoidance-based algorithms. In this paper, we propose a new detection-based cache consistency algorithm that can reduce a burden of a client that has poor resource compare with a server Our method controls concurrency of transactions using timestamp ordering and updates a cache dynamically. In addition to we show that our method maintains a one-copy serializability.

<P>In this paper, we demonstrated the successful synthesis of newly designed copolymers, C1 and C2, with donor-acceptor type structure. Both C1 and C2 copolymers contained 9,9-dioctylfluorene-2,7-bis(trimethyleneboronate) as one constructional unit to improve the solubility in common organic solvents. The other constructional unit was 2,3-bis(5-bromothiophen-2-yl)acrylonitrile (DTDBAL) for C1, while 4,7-dibromobenzo[c][1,2,5]thiadiazole unit, 5,5'-dibromo-2,2'-bithiophene unit and N1, N1-bis(4-bromophenyl)-N4,N4-bis(4-(2-phenylpropan-2-yl)phenyl)benzene-1,4-diamine are for C2. We fabricated photovoltaic devices based on the C1 and the C2 copolymers with Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) layer, PC70BM layer, TiOx layer, and aluminum (Al) electrode. The bulk heterojuntion photovoltaic devices using these copolymers as electron donor and PC70BM as the acceptor exhibited good device performances when measured at 100 mW cm-2. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the C1 device reached 0.45% with Voc, Jsc and FF of 0.51, 2.50 and 35%, respectively. The PCE of the C2 device reached 0.34% with Voc, Jsc, and FF of 0.56, 2.01 and 30%, respectively.</P>
Effect of side groups in polynorbornene films for transparent conductive substrates.

<P>The imide-functionalized polynorbornene films exhibited excellent optical transparency in the visible range as well as high thermal stability over 200 degrees C. The indium tin oxide (ITO) thin films were coated on the imide-functionalized polynorbornene films at various deposition temperatures by employing radio-frequency (r.f.) planar magnetron sputtering system. The resulting ITO-coated imide-functionalized polynorbornene substrates showed good electrical and optical properties, while the figure of merit examination revealed that the present substrates are comparable to conventional ITO-glass substrates. This was confirmed from the preliminary result of organic light-emitting devices fabricated using the imide-functionalized polynorbornene substrates.</P>
