        Biliary ascariasis results not only in biliary tract disease, but also in secondary stone formation, hemorrhage into biliaty tract, acute cholecystitis, biliary perforation, invasion to pancreatic duct, pancreatitis, he%atitis, and liver abscess. In recent, we experienced a case of biliary ascariasis with concomitant biliary stones, which was identified by ultrasonogram percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography, and computed tomography, thereby reporting it herein with a review of literatures.

        연마방법에 따른 탄성의치의 표면거칠기와 Candida albicans의 부착율 변화

        연구 목적: 본 연구는 탄성의치 제작 시 주로 사용되는 polyamide를 수종의 연마방법을 사용하여 처리 후 Candida albicans의 부착정도와 표면거칠기를 비교하고자 하였다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 25×15×2 mm 크기의 polyamide 시편을 4군으로 나누어 연마재를 사용하여 기공용 lathe 연마하는 방법(기공실내 연마방법)과 각기 다른 2종의 실리콘 포인트로 진료실내 연마하는 방법, 그리고 실리콘포인트 연마 후 pumice로 연마하는 방법으로 처리하였다. C. albicans의 부착성을 평가하기 위해 5×106 CFU/ml의 C. albicans 현탁액에 시편을 2시간 동안 침적하였고 5회 수세처리 후 한천배지에서 배양하였다. 그리고 주사전자 현미경(JSM-5900, JEOL LTd., Tokyo, Japan) 촬영을 시행하였다. Profilometer (Surf-pak; Kawasaki, Japan)를 이용하여 표면거칠기를 측정하였고 통계처리를 위하여 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 일원변량분석으로 비교 분석하였고 사후검증은 C. albicans의 부착성 검증을 위해 Scheffe test를 시행하였으며 표면조도검증을 위해 Tamhane’s T2 test를 시행하였다(α=.01). 결과: 최대 거칠기 값을 보인 군은 2단계의 연마용 버를 사용한 것으로 0.32 ㎛±0.10 값을 나타냈으며, 가장 낮은 거칠기 값을 보인 것은 tungsten carbide를 사용하지 않고 기공용 lathe로만 연마를 한 군으로 0.02 ㎛±0.00의 거칠기 값을 나타냈다. C. albicans 부착 실험에서는 기공용 lathe만을 이용한 연마방법이 가장 적은 부착수를 보였으며 다른 세 군과 유의한 차이가 발견되었다(P<.01). 결론: 표면거칠기 및 미생물 부착능 실험 결과 기공실 연마만을 시행한 경우 유의하게 낮은 거칠기 값과 부착율을 보였다. Pumice로 추가 연마한 군은 진료실연마를 시행한 군에 비해 낮은 거칠기 값을 보였으나 C. albicans 부착에 있어서는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다(P>.01). Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of 3 chairside polishing methods and laboratory polishing methods on surface roughness and C. albicans adhesion of polyamide denture base. Materials and methods: Using contact profilometer, the surface of polyamide specimens (25×15×2 mm) was studied after conventional polishing without finishing and after chiarside polishing with 2 chiarside polishing kits and chairside-pumice polishing following finishing with tungsten carbide bur. To evaluate the adhesion of C. albicans, C. albicans suspension was overlayed on the test specimen. And the specimens were incubated for 2 hours. Imprint culture method was achieved and counted the colony on the agar plate. Polished polyamide were evaluated using a scanning electron microscope. The statistics were conducted using one-way ANOVA and in case of difference, Scheffe test and Tamhane’s T2 test were used. Results: Surface roughness (Ra) of surfaces polished with 2 chairside polishing kits had higher than conventional polishing and pumice polishing. The highest roughness value was 0.32 ± 0.10 ㎛, and the lowest was 0.02 ± 0.00 ㎛. The adhesion of C. albicans on the specimens polished with chairside polishing group and pumice polishing group were increased than conventional polishing group (P<.01). Conclusion: Conventional laboratory polishing was found to produce the smoothest surface and the lowest adhesion of C. albicans. Two groups polished with Chairside polishing kits were similar with respect to surface roughness. Surface of the specimen polished with pumice is significantly smoother than 2 chairside polishing groups, but the result of C. albicans adhesion is that group polished with pumice was similar with 2 chairside polishing groups (P>.01).

      • 무채색 영역과 유사색모집단을 이용한 주변 광원의 분광방사 추정

        본 논문은 채널로 입력된 영상으로부터 광원의 분광 방사 에너지 분포를 추정 할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 광원은 표면 반사(O(λ))에 대응하는 최대 무채색 영역(L(λ))의 반사되는 분광 방사 에너지 분포에 의해 추정된다. 3채널 영상으로부터 최대 무채색 영역의 분광 방사 에너지 분포를 획득하기 위하여 수정된 Gray-world assmption 알고리즘을 채택했다. 그리고 최대 표면 반사는 무채색 모집단으로 주성분 분석 방법을 사용해서 추정을 하였다. 무채색 모집단은 먼셀 컬러 색표에서 문턱값 보다 낮은 크로마 벡터를 사용해서 만들었다. 분리된 무채색 모집단의 제1에서 제3차까지의 누적 기여율은 약 99.75%이다. 무채색 모집단에 의해 광원의 분광 방사 에너지 분포의 재구성 그리고 여러 가지 광원 하에서 획득된 3채널 영상은 원본과 재현된 광원의 분광방사 에너지 분포를 RMSE에 의해 평가하고 실험 하였다.

        This thesis of to establish the general idea of body movement as an objective which furnishes the basis of the science of physical education and dance. To understand the physical being and body activity, phenomenologists have examined the physical being and body activity and have clarified this newly existent field which surpasses the duality of the human body. In traditional philosophy, it has been thought in pure ego that the subject of sensation without the body can be exist. Also, absolute knowledge can be obtained when the mind transcends the body, with the thought body considered lower level than the mind. Challenging this notion of physical being and bringing out new physical being in to the science of physical education and dance was phenomenologists' theory. Phenomenologists have in common when examined the following: 1. Body and mind not independently separated, but both are organically associated and together form the mind-body as a unified entity. 2. Body is understood as a middle agent to consciousness and the surrounding world. "I" exists in the world and with the world and can experience selfness, but the chief object of experiencing "I" is body. 3. Body, which is the center of all the orientation plays the fundamental role of knowledge. The perspective of the surrounding world is centered down to "I" and the body that senses the surrounding world is the most important basis for understanding. 4. Body can not be materially understood, but body is worthy when it exists as a specific living body.

      • 혈관형성 조절물질 탐색을 위한 제브라피쉬 동물모델의 이용

        The zebrafish (Danio rerio) is now the prominent vertebrate model system for clarification of the roles of specific genes and signaling pathways in development. Zebrafish embryos provide many advantages for experimental and genetic analysis of vascular development. In this study we describe the use of zebrafish model system for the experimental study of angiogenesis. We established several technical methods to define cellular and molecular alterations in vascular development; whole-mount in situ hybridization, microangiography, and alkaline phosphatase staining. We also introduced the overexpression experiments by using in vitro-transcribed synthetic mRNAs and vascular-specific gene promoters. For the gene knock-down analyses, we challenged morpholino antisense oligonucleotide system. With these efforts, the zebrafish might be used as a powerful tool for the screening of effective angiogenic factors.

        레진강화 수복용 글라스 아이오노머 시멘트의 경도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to compare the depth of resin modified restorative glass ionomer cements at different time and depth after curing. Resin modified restorative glass ionomer cements consist of a mixure of components in which a photo-curable resin incoporated into the conventional glass ionomer cement and overcome the low physical properties, the difficulty of manipulation and water sensitivity during initial setting. Resin modified glass ionomer cements set by acid-base reaction and light curing and present various setting behavior according to its ratio. The materials used in this study were four resin modified glass ionomer cement (Fuji Ⅱ LC, Ionosit, Dyract and Vitremer), one conventional glass ionomer (GC Fuji Ⅱ) and one light cured composite resin(Z-100). Each cement was mixed according to the manufacturer's instruction. Once mixed, each sample was quickly placed in the metal holder. Slide glass were placed at end of the metal holder and the light was activated for 40 seconds. The specimens were stored in relative humidity of 100% condition at room temperature. Immediately, 10 minute, 1 hour and 24 houres after exposure to the light, measurement were obtained with Vicker's hardnees tester (Shimadzu Micro Hardness Tester, HMV-2000, Japan) at surface, 1mm, 2mm,3mm, 4mm and 5mm depth of each specemens. The obtained results were as follows: 1.The Vicker's hardness number of resin modified glass ionomer cement except Fuji Ⅱ LC significantly decreased with depth (p<0.05), Vicker's hardness number of resin modified glass ionomer cement except Ionosit significantly increased over time. 2.After 24 hours storage, Vicker's hardness number of resin modified glass ionomer cement and conventional glass ionomer cement were not significantly different(p>0.05). 3.The Vicker's hardness number of conventional glass ionomer cement significantly increased over time (p<0.05). 4.The Vicker's hardness number of composite resin significantly decreased with depth (p<0.05), and Vicker's hardness number of composite resin significantly increased over time(p<0.05).

        신조 의태어의 실태와 문제

        The purpose of the present paper offers an analysis of the newly-coined mimetic word. We encounter new mimetic word in these days. Also the newly-coined mimetic word has very various forms. The newly-coined mimetic word is accomplished by 'mimetic word of facial expression', 'mimetic word of body operation', 'mimetic word of operation of thing', and 'mimetic word of situation expression'. The newly-coined mimetic word consists of newly creation, modification of general mimetic word, borrowing from adverb, adjective, verb, and borrowing from foreign language. However, the newly-coined mimetic word escapes from the environment of communication of internet, and the broadcasting is using it mimetic word recently even from publication. This problem is very serious against the mimetic word. Therefore, this research will discuss this problem.
