Sensory and physicochemical properties of batter and Jeungpyun added with various levels of were analyzed. Property chanes of texture during storage were also studied. Before the fermantation pH of Jeungpyun was high as addition of pine leaves was decresed. However, as the fermentation progressed, pH of all sample was decreased. There was no significant difference after the second fermentation. As the addition of pine leaves increased the volumn of Jeungpyun was decreased, and the lightness of Jungpyun was decreased. Moisture content of Jungpyun was in the range of 49.57-53.23%. Sensory evaluation showed that Jeungpyun with addition of 1.5% pine leaves and 7% sugar has the highest value of uniformity. More addition of pine leaves tended to have better chewiness. Bitterness was increased in proportion to the addition of pine leaves. Springiness and cohesiveness were significantly decreased (p〈0.05) and gumminess, adhesiveness, chewinss, hardness were increased as the storage time was increased. The most appropriate addition levels of pine leaves and sugar could be suggested as 1% and 7%, respectively based on the additions of this study.

And, establish to existing reflex data because inputting surface badness degree of scratch's standard specification condition directly, and error designed to distinguish from product more than schedule error to badness product by normalcy product within schedule extent after calculate the error comparing actuality measurement reflex data and standard reflex data mutually. Developed system to smallest 1 pixel unit though measuring is possible 1pixel as 3.7㎛×3.7㎛(0.1369×10^(-4)㎟) the accuracy to 10^(-4)㎜ minutely measuring is possible performance verification and trust ability through an experiment prove.

현재 12가지가 넘는 다양한 종류의 쇄석기가 사용되고 있으나 Dornier MPL-9000은 요로결석과 담석의 치료를 위해 최근 개발된 제3세대 쇄석기로 타쇄석기에 비해 높은 성공율 및 안정성이 보고되고 있다. 본교실에서는 1990년 12월부터 1992년 4월까지 요로 결석 환자 155례에 대하여 Spark gap type의 Dernier MPL-9000쇄석기를 이용하여 체외충격파 쇄석술을 시행하여 얻은 결과를 보고하는 바이다. 결석의 위치는 신결석 95례(61.2%), 요관결석 57례(36.8%), 방광결석 3례(1.9%)였으며, 크기는 0.5cm부터 4.8cm까지로 평균 1.4cm이었다. 시술횟수는 한 환자에서 1-5회로 총 217회 였으며 평균 1.4회였다. 전체 결석 분쇄율은 1회 쇄석술후 71.6%, 추가 재시술후 98.1%의 성공율을 보였으며 1회 쇄석술후 위치별 완전 분쇄율은 신결석이 75.7%였고 요관결석이 70.1%였고 크기별 완전 분쇄율은 1cm 미만 결석87%, 1cm에서 2cm결석 73%, 2cm이상에서 5%였다. 보조 시술로는 요관결석에 대한 push-up 29례(18.7%), 요관 카테터 우회 3례(1.9%), 신장결석에 대한 요관 부목 유치 2례(1.3%)를 시행하였다. 시술시 통증이 있은 86회(39.6%)중 진통제를 필요로 한 경우가 36회(16.6%)였으나 치료를 중단한 예는 없었다. 합병증으로는 육안적 혈뇨 115례(74.2%), 요관 돌길형성 24례(15.5%),산통 10례(6.4%) 오심 11례(7.0%) 혈압변화 3례(1.9%), 발열 3례(1.9%)등이었다. 위의 결과로 요로결석에서 Dornier MPL-9000쇄석기를 이용한 단독치료는 안전하고 효과적인 우선적 치료방법으로 생각된다.

This study was carried out to observe the changes of Oiji quality during fermentation by preparing the samples with various functional ingredients (Chinese pepper(Sancho), onion, Pine leaves) exerting antimicrobial effect. The pH values of all experiment groups decreased significantly in proportion to the ripening period(P<0.05). Control and Chinese pepper-added groups showed a rapid decrease in pH afrer 5 days of ripening, and Onion- and Pine leaves-added groups after 3 days of ripening. All experimental groups showed the lowest pH value at the 20th day of ripening. Rapid permeation of salt solution occured in all groups at the 3rd day of ripening. But the increase rate of salt permeation decreased gradually after 3 days of ripening. Lightness and redness in color decreased gradually in all groups, but the redness of Pine leaves-added group increased at the 30th day of ripening. Yellowness of control group was higher than that of others after 10 days of ripening(P<0.05), and the yellowness of pine leaves-added Oiji was the lowest among all after 5 days of ripening(P<0.05). The maximum cutting force of raw cucumber was observed at stem end followed by blossom end and middle part, and the Oiji samples also showed the same order at the early stage of ripening. In general, maximum cutting force of minor ingredient-added Oiji was higher than that of control and maximum cutting force was decreased at the 30th day of ripening. Onion-added group showed the highest value among all at the 40th day of ripening. Chinese pepper-added group was ranked low, but onion- and pine leaves-added groups were ranked high in sensory evaluation.

The Tin Drum is based on G. Grass`s highly acclaimed novel which used magic realism to capture the madness of war, and the folly of the people who made it possible. This movie only tackles the first two sections of the novel, leaving out the post-war events. The film won the Academy Award for Best Foreign film in 1980, and the Palm d`Or at Cannes. It was also banned in Oklahoma as child pornography. Despite moments of brilliance, The Tin Drum left me feeling incomplete and curiously unmoved. It is a very different kind of film using satire and surrealism to explore people`s reactions during the period from 1939 to 1945. It seems to be saying that it is all right to stop growing (that is, participating in the world) as a protest against the cynicism and corruption of the adult world. The setting for the majority of the film, Danzig (now Gdansk) is a major northern port town in Poland. Danzig was a free and independent city until September 1, 1939, when it became the first region taken by Germany at the outset of WWII. After the war, Danzig became a part of Poland again.The Tin Drum is the story of Oskar Matzerath, a boy who grows up in Eastern Germany before and during World War II. Oskar decides the only way to protest being part of the adult world is by banging on his drum and remaining a child forever. This is his rebuttal of society and his tin drum is his protest against the mentality of his family and neighborhood, or perhaps against all passive people in Nazi Germany at that time. Oskar tries to shock the world out of its inhumanity. His life reflects Germany`s struggle to free itself from its own dream of Teutonic superiority and find peace in the national soul. David Bennent as Oskar gives an outstanding performance, creating a character that is both haunting and frightening. He looks like a little man in a child`s body but his eyes are deep and have a very knowing look that seemed to be looking right through me. Oskar is not a cute little updated version of Peter Pan. Since age three (when he was given his first tin drum), Oskar can scream with such a high pitch that he can shatter any piece of glass. He even controls his scream to the point where he can break windows on the other side of the city, or etch writing into glass. Oskar uses his ability to manipulate and control the adult world, often using vicious and cynical snide comments about the insanity around him. At one point, he disrupts a Nazi rally by changing the beat of his tin drum to the Blue Danube which the band then follows. The ensuing scene where the crowd breaks into a dance and the rain comes down leaving the Nazi soldiers bewildered is one of the best in the film. The film became morally ambiguous for me when Oskar and his troupe decide to entertain the Nazi soldiers at the front lines. Schlondorff never really makes it clear what his motivations are and Oskar`s actions seems to contradict his essentially anarchist protest for most of the film. The Tin Drum also contains some objectionable scenes of childhood sexuality and grotesque depictions of slithering eels being caught using a severed horse head as bait. The result, needless to say, is stomach churning.
