This study aim at examining the system and characteristics of Soon-Am. An Jung-Bok's elementery edcational thought is very various. His important elementery thought is integrated in problems of daily life, reading, mind control, behavior, human relations and so on. The system of Soom-Am's elementary educational thought is as follows; he is a confucian scholar whose that is based on the neo-confucianism fundamentally, but he rejected resoltely the impractical theories of that. And his the elementary edcational thought is pratical. The characteristics of Soon-Am's the elementary educational thought are as follows: First, it is the education that point for education for living. Seond, it is the education that is linked with knowledge, character and attiude. Third, it is the education that think, act and pratice according to fixing one's am in life. Fourth, it is the education that take a serious view of the human relations

Analysis of VolP-Associated Accounting based on Quality-Based Billing

Existing accounting functions on the AAA architecture mainly deal with metering connection time between set up and tear down. This paper presents the VolP-associated accounting architecture which enables quality based billing. The NAS functions as an end-user server to collect accounting packets on a real-time basis and as an accounting client to send a batch to the AAA server. In order to explore the operational burden of placing the function of VolP-associated data collection on the NAS, we will develop an analytical model to investigate the effects of the frequency of accounting packet generation, the number of active devices, and NAS processing capabilities on the performance of the packet loss probability and the packet buffering delay at the NAS buffer. Then, we discuss these results focused on the maximum number of active devices the NAS can accommodate for a certain condition.

Acinar cell carcinoma is a rare tumor that represents 1~2% of al1 pancreatic cancers. Clinical and radiologic findings are inconclusive in this disease Acinar cell carcinoma is characterized by rapid progression and early metastasis, which lead to its poor prognosis. A 41-year-o1d man was admitted to our hospital for abdominal pain. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) and positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT) showed a splenic mass, which was being invaded by a pancreatic tail mass and which had increased ^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) uptake Primary radical distal pancreatectomy and splenectomy were performed. Pathologic findings revealed an acinar cell carcinoma of the Pancreas The patient underwent a total gastrectomy three months later because of gastric recurrence Four months later, multiple hepatic metastases were discovered, and the patient underwent a left hepatectomy During treatment with capecitabine, there was no evidence of tumor progression for 14 months. We report a case of metastatic pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma, which did not progress for an extended period while the patient was being treated with capecitabme.

김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석을 이용한 분류학적 연구

표준균주를 포함한 230여개의 김치유래 젖산균에 대한 균체지방산(FAMEs)을 분석하였다. FAMEs profiles는 Euclidian Distance 17.5에 의해 7개의 Major Cluster와 1개의 Single Cluster로 나뉘어졌다. 이중 A, B, C 및 Cluster는 Leuconostoc속으로 분석되어졌고, F는 Lactobacillus속으로 분석되어졌다. 그리고 E와 G cluster는 두개의 Genus가 혼재되어 나타났으며 보충적인 연구가 필요하다. 앞으로 김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석결과를 기반으로 한 데이타베이스에 95가지 탄소원을 이용하는 수치분류학적 접근방법 및 Pyrolysis Mass Spectrometry 등의 화학적 분석 방법과 분자친화적 연구를 통한 종합적 분류정보 체계가 갖추어지면 젖산균의 신속, 정확한 동정 및 연구에 활발히 이용되어질 것이다. Two hundreds and thirty lactic acid bacteria, mostly isolated from Kimchi, including type strains were sued for analysis of cellular fatty acids. The 230 test strains were recoverd in 7 major and 1 single clusters defined a Euclidian distance of 17.5. These aggregate taxa were equivalent to the genus Leuconostoc (aggregate group A, B, C and D), and the genera Leuconostoc and Lactobacillus (aggregate group G). It is concluded as evident that FAMEs (Fatty Acid Methyl Esters) profile of cell can be used as a criterion in classification of lactic acid bacterial from kimchi. Additional comparative taxonomic studies need to be carried out on well chosen representative strains to determine the most appropriate methods of value.

Rheumatoid arthritis frequently involves the cervical spine and may lead to neurologic impairement. However, direct involvement of CNS structures by inflammatory cells has been reported infrequently. The prevalence of this complication of rheumatoid arthritis is unknown. Inflammatory CNS involvement in rheumatoid arthritis reportedly occurs in the setting of longstanding, active, erosive articular disease and is accompanied by extracranial and extraspinal nodules and vasculitis. This is diagnosed by radiologic finding of CNS nodules or meningeal thickening and by biopsy or autopsy. Treatment with corticosteroid, cytotoxic agent or surgical decompression is helpful. But the majority of patients die within several months of onset of neurologic symptom. Recently, we experienced a case of pachymeningitis caused by rheumatoid arthritis, which resolved repeatedly with azathioprine treatment.

원발성 후복막 점액낭샘암종 1예

Primary retroperitoneal mucinous cystadenocarcinoma is a very rare malignancy, and little is known concerning its Pathogenesis, optimal treatment, and prognosis. A 29-year-o1d pregnant woman (21 weeks) Presented with abdominal discomfort CA 19-9, CA 125, and CEA were normal Abdominal CT scanning revealed a 19x15x13 cm retropentoneal tumor Exploratory laparotomy and tumor excision were performed. Mucinous retropentoneal implants were removed as completely as possible Histologically, the tumor showed focal areas of capsular invasion, but free resection margins The uterus and both ovaries were normal in appearance No adjuvant therapy was pursued. Six months later, Peritoneal and bilateral ovarian metastases were discovered. Hence, we report the details of this case of primary retroperitoneal mucinous Cystadeno-carcinoma and present a review of the literature.

우리나라 논 관개용 지하수 수질 특성

This study was carried out to evaluate the status of the groundwater quality for paddy fields irrigation in Korea. Water samples were collected at 130 sites throughout the country. Samples were collected at three seasons-April, July and October-in 2000. According to our survey, the groundwater was found to be suitable for irrigation purpose. Average EC was shown 0.286 dS/m. Nitrate-nitrogen and Cl^(-) concentration was 5.6 ㎎/L, 32.95 ㎎/L which satisfied the Korean Standards for Irrigation Water. Nitrate-nitrogen concentration in each province was shown as following orders: Jeju (11.17 ㎎/L) > Chungnam (8.16 ㎎/L) > Gyeongbuk (6.64 ㎎/L) > Gyounggi (5.91 ㎎/L) > Chungnam (4.95 ㎎/L) > Gyeongnam (3.91 mgk) > Jeonbuk (3.50 ㎎/L) > Jeonnam (3.27 ㎎/L) > Gangwon (2.91 ㎎/L). The concentration by sampling seasons were October (6.62 ㎎/L) > July (5.88 mg&) > April (4.78㎎/L). As the soil of Jeju Province is usually derived from volcanic ash soils mainly used for upland drops, it may influence the nitrate-nitrogen concentration of groundwater. The amount of rainfall also influence the water quality. But the COD_(Cr), were shown April (3.17㎎/L) > July (2.91 ㎎/L) > October (2.40 ㎎/L), it is highly related in the basal dose of organic matter fertilizers. This study demonstrated that groundwater quality was suitable for irrigation, but continuous monitoring is recommended for agricultural policy and developing OECD agricultural environment indicators.

중독한 추체로 증상을 보인 cyclosporine에 의한 뇌증 1예

The use of cyclosporine(CsA), a potent immunosuppressive agent, is associated with numerous side effects. Neurotoxicity was earlier less well known, but with growing experience central nervous system side effects are now reported up to 40% of patients. Among various CsA-induced neurotoxicities, tremor is most common and posterior leukoencephalopathy is well characterized. An encephalopathy presenting with pyramidal weakness, however, seems to be rare and poorly documented. We report here a case of encephalopathy presenting with multiple generalized seizures followed by fluctuating quadriparesis developed a few days after starting CsA and resolved spontaneously after withdrawal of the drug . A 48-year-old woman with aplastic anemia was placed upon immmunosuppressive treatment consisting of antithymocyte globulin(ATG), CsA, and methylprednisolone. Two days after starting the therapy, she developed a generalized seizure. The next day she developed 2 more episodes of seizure and the therapy was stopped. Computed tomogram of the brain was normal. Six days after starting therapy, she developed mild motor weakness and paresthesia of both lower extremities, which progressed to a definite quariparesis confining her to a bed in 3 days. Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) of the brain revealed asymmetric, bilateral high-signal abnormalites in the subcortical white matter of fronto-temporal areas. After reaching to a maximum with some fluactuation(14 days after starting the therapy) the motor weakness started to be resolved. She was discharged with a almost complete resolution of the weakness 45 days after starting the therapy. Five months later she did well and brain MRI was negative.

강박스 합성형교의 슬래브타설 방식에 따른 지점부 곡률의 영향

The purpose of this study is to treat design and construction problems related to steel box composite bridges which have been used widely, and to give guidelines based on the rational research. Specifically, in this study, the effect of slab concrete pouring methods was examined. Numerical results shows that the possibility of plastic shrinkage cracks at piers, the major drawback of the continuous pouring method, can be greatly decreased because the flexural moment of inertia of closed-shaped steel boxes used in Korea is about twice greater than that of U shaped open steel boxes used in other countries. The continuous pouring method is found to be the better in view of easier construction and fewer construction joints. Finally, field investigations will be suggested to verify the theoretical results.

기획재정부의 공공요금 산정기준의 타당성 분석

공기업을 정부조직의 개별 사업부로 간주하면, 사내이전가격의 결정원리가 공기업 간에 이루어지는 공공요금의 산정에 적용될 수 있다. 본 논문은 기획재정부에서 정해놓은 공공요금 산정기준의 타당성을 공공정책이 아니라 이전가격 결정원리에 의한 원가회계의 관점에서 분석한다. 기획재정부의 공공요금 산정기준에 의하면, 공공요금은 공공서비스를 제공하는데 소요된 “취득원가 기준에 의한 총괄원가”를 보상하는 수준에서 결정되어야 한다고 명시하고 있다. 총괄원가는 적정원가에 적정투자보수를 합한 금액으로 정의하고 있다. 여기에서 적정투자보수란 요금기저에 적정투자보수율을 곱한 금액이다. 말하자면, 적정투자보수율의 결정이 공기업간 이전가격결정의 핵심요소인 셈이다. 이와 같이 공공요금 산정기준은 이전가격결정방법 중 “전부원가가산 기준”을 따르고 있다. 그러나 원가가산 기준 이전가격 결정은 생산의 효율성과 비효율성이 원가계산에 포함되어 정상적 원가와 구분이 잘 되지 않기 때문에, ⑴ 생산의 비효율성이 원가에 포함되는 문제, ⑵ 생산의 효율성이 가격인하의 요인이 됨으로써 효율성 향상을 위한 동기부여에 실패하는 문제 등을 발생시킨다. 따라서 공공요금 산정을 위해서는 원가가산기준의 장점을 살리면서 시장기준 가격결정의 장점을 함께 살릴 수 있도록 적정투자보수율의 책정이 효율적으로 잘 반영되어야 한다.
