        국립김해박물관 개관 전시유물 보존처리 보고

        국립김해박물관의 개관을 위해 전시유물 200여점을 보존처리 하였다. 처리유물은 대부분 고분출토품이며 재질은 금동, 은, 구리합금제, 철제 등 금속유물이 주종을 이루고 있다. 모두 고대 가야문화를 대표하는 문화재들이다. 유물은 상태에 따라 처리방법을 달리했다. 구리합금제 유물은 부식물의 안정성에 따라 보존과 제거를 결정했다. 특히 철제품의 경우 현재 안정한 상태의 유물은 물리적인 방법으로 이물질을 제거해 원형을 찾고 방녹제[상품명 : Ballistol]를 이용해 부식을 예방하는데 중점을 두었다. 부식이 진행중인 유물은 원인제거를 위해 2단계 탈염처리를 했다. 제 1단계는 0.3M NaOH 용액함침, 제 2단계는 붕사-증류수 가압탈염법이다. 이밖에 전시를 위한 특수 받침대제작 및 각종 전시보조물인 모형 등에 대한 수정작업도 지원했다. More than 200 objects selected for the newly-opened Gimhae National Museum were treated for conservation. The objects which represent ancient Gaya culture. were mainly composed of metallic such as gilt bronze, silver, copper alloy and iron. The corrosion products on gilt bronze and copper alloy objects were preserved or removed according to their stability. Minimum treatment was done for preserving the original state of the objects. For silver objects and iron objects with silver-plate decorations, silver surfaces were revealed after treatment of corrosion products and treatments to prevent corrosion of silver and iron were done emphatically. For iron objects, which were stabilized, the original shape of objects was restored and acrylic coating was applied to prevent further corrosion. For the objects which were being corroded, 2-step de-chloride treatments were undertaken. The first step was immersing the objects in a solution of 0.3M sodium hydroxide and the. second was the pressure de-chloride treatment using borax-distilled water. The main purpose of those treatments was to get rid of the causes of corrosion. Besides, conservation treatments for potteries, making of special mounting board for exhibition and amendment of various modeling were done too.

      • 冷間押出用 헬리컬기어 金型의 强度解析

        In forging die design, pre-stressing is useful in preventing excessive tensile circumferential stresses which may cause die failure during forming. The finite element analysis (F.E.A.) package ANSYS reversion 4.4 A was used to this study. F.E.A., that is, static analysis was accomplished for insert-dies of helical gear. Die model was constructed with 8 node isoparametric solid finite elements. Static load analysis was performed for internal and outer pressure. Also, stress distribution and deformed shapes are shown. To assure durability and reliability, failure analysis was calculated by maximum normal stress theory and distortion energy theory. Results of the F.E. analysis and failure analysis for Samanta and new process dies were compared. The results of F.E. Analysis were in good agreement with that of experimental results. It is expected that the results of this study can be applied to designing various kinds of extrusion gear die.

      • 생후 6일째(P6) 쥐와 성체 쥐의 해마체에서 시냅스의 발달과 프로테아좀 활성에 관한 연구

        유비퀴틴-프로테아좀 시스템(ubiquitin-proteasome system: UPS) 은 세포내에서 비정상적인 단백질을 분해하는 기능을 담당하며, 그기능의 상실은 생체의 비정상적인 발달단계나 여러 퇴행성 신경질환의 병리학적 진행을 이해하는데 중요한 것으로 생각된다, 본 연구에서는 생후 6일째의 쥐(P6) 와 성체 쥐 뇌의 해마체에서 시냅스의 발달을 대표할수 있는 nerve growth factor(NGF)와 synaptophysin 의 발현 정도를 측정하고 더불어 프로테아조 활성의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다, 먼저 우리는 P6쥐 의 해마체에서 성체 쥐에 비하여 NGF의 발현이 1.3배 증가된 것을 확인하였고, 또한synaptophysin의 양이 특이적으로 감소된 것을 볼수 있었다, 흥미롭게도 P6쥐의 해마체에서 성체 쥐와 비교하여 유의성 있게 높은 프로테아좀 활성을 관찰 할수 있었다, 이와 같은 연구를 통하여 쥐 뇌의 발달 과정에 있어서 프로테아좀 활성의 조절은 시냅스의 발달과 밀접하게 연관되어 있다고 추정된다. Dysfunction of ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS)has been proposed or implicated in the pathological processing of several neurodegenerative diseases and abnormalities in development . To address th differences of UPS in the sysnaptic development we determined the proteasome activities in the hippocampus of postnatal day 6 (P6) and adult rats. Using ELISA and western blot we found that the hippocampal NGF expression level is 1.3 times higher and synaptophysin level is significantly lower in P6 compared to adult Interestingly P6 rats in development showed 3~5 times higher hippocampal proteasome activities compared to adults. These results suggest that ubiquitin-proteasome are potentially related to synaptic divelopment.

        Support structures are used to support a component during building process and must be removed once the building is complete. For precise building this paper specified types of support structures by means of geometry characteristics. They are point, line and area. And found a new algorithm for detecting geometries which need support structures. For easy of removing support structure teeth profile generation and interferences avoidance algorithm was studied.

      • MANET 라우팅 프로토콜 QoS 지원서비스의 성능평가에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we evaluated two main QoS supporting routing protocol on wireless ad hoc network. At presence, wireless mobile communication focuses on how to efficiently support mobility of users more than QoS guarantee. However, in order to satisfy requirement of various applications which have been or will be served, QoS support service between source and destination becoming a very important issue. Of all routing protocols, DSR and AODV are very important routing protocol in MANET. So we simulated DSR and AODV QoS Routing Protocol Through simulation evaluation tool NS(Network Simulation) based on various environments.

      • 부분입체선택적 Zwitterionic Claisen 전위반응

        Aza-Claisen rearrangement through the zwitterionic intermediate is described. This reaction was able to carry out at low temperature(-78∼0℃) and also exhibited high diastereoselectivities. The formation of zwitterionic intermediate was realized by addition of t-crotylamine to the ketene formed from deprotonation of corresponding acyl halide. The electronically neutral product was achieved through the [3,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement of self-promoted zwitterionic intermediate in high diastereoselectivity due to lower reaction temperature. Treatment of N-crotylpiperidine with propionyl chloride in the presence of K_2CO_3 at 0℃ for 1 h gave threo selective(97 : 3) amide in 41% isolated yield.

        Mobile nodes in ad hoc mobile networks typically communicate over wireless channels and are capable of movement. These are networks that support multihop communication and can be formed on a temporary basis. This paper proposes a solution that allows mobile nodes to access the wired Internet and to roam from base station to base station. And we also develop the efficient method that adapts in Global MANET which can be changed over time. It is observed that we can reduce not only error detection time but also network load, thus increasing the data reception rate in Global MANET Environment.

        재생굵은골재를 사용한 콘크리트의 동결융해 특성

        이 연구는 플라이 애시를 결합재 중량의 20%, 재생굵은골재를 천연쇄석굵은 골재의 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%를 치환하여 압축강도와 동결융해 특성을 구명하였으며, 이 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 재령 28일의 압축강도는 모든 배합비와 W/B 35%에서 400㎏f/㎠이상으로 나타나 고강도콘크리트에 이용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 2. 중량감소율은 동결융해 300사이클에서 1%미만으로 나타났고, 표면박리와 같은 현상은 나타나지 않았으며, 재생골재의 대체율이 증가할수록 감소율은 증가하였다. 3. 초음파진동속도는 동결융해 300사이클에서 19~24%정도의 감소율을 나타내었으며, 재생골재의 대체율이 증가할수록 감소율은 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 4. 상대동탄성계슈는 재생골재의 대체율에 따라 60~72%의 범위로 나타내었으며, 재생골재 대체율이 증가할수록 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 5. 내구성지수는 모든 배합에서 60이상을 나타내었으나, 재생골재 대체율이 100%일때는 급격히 떨어지는 경향을 나타내었다. 6. 재생굵은골재를 사용한 콘크리트의 압축강도, 중량감소율, 초음파진동속도, 상대동탄성계수, 내구성지수 시험결과를 볼 때, 시험에 사용한 재생굵은 골재는 고강도콘크리트에 사용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. This study was performed to examine the freezing and thawing properties of the high strength concrete using recycled coarse aggregate. The recycled coarse aggregate was replaced by 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of natural crushed aggregate. The compressive strength of the concrete used recycled coarse aggregate was shown in more than 400kgf/㎤ at the curing age 28 days. The weight loss ratio by freezing and thawing was shown in less than 1% at all mix type. The pulse velocity and relative dynamic modulus were decreased with increasing the freezing and thawing cycles. Also, durability factor for the freezing and thawing were decreased with increasing the content of recycled coarse aggregate. But, recycled concrete replaced with recycled coarse aggregate 100% was shown in more than 60 by durability factor in freezing and thawing of 300cycles Accordingly, these recycled coarse aggregate can be used for high strength concrete.

      • 디스크 드라이브의 주기적 외란 고속 보상 제어

        The control objective in hard disk drives is to move head as fast as possible to target track and position the head over the center of target track in the presence of external disturbances. The external shock or disk clamping error in manufacturing process causes the disk center to deviate from the disk rotation center. The disk shift acts on control system as disturbance and degrades severely the performance of disk drives. In this paper. we present a new controller that compensates for the periodic disturbance very fast. 'The disturbance compensator is arranged in parallel with the state feedback controller. To avoid the interference with the state feedback controller. the compensator creates compensation signal without feedhack of system output until steady state. Finally, in order to demonstrate the superior performance of the proposed compensator. we present some simulation results using a matlab.

        현대 정신의학은 어떻게 우울증을 이해하고 있나?

        Depression is heterogeneous in terms of its clinical aspect, diagnosis, cause, neurobiology, drug response and course. Because of the heterogeneity of major depressive disorder (MDD), DSM-IV classified MDD into various subtypes, such as melancholic, atypical, severe with psychotic feature, severe without psychotic feature, with postpartum onset, with catatonic feature, early-onset, late-onset, chronic, single or recurrent. In spite of the efforts of many clinicians trying to classify and explain the nature of MDD, depression is still qualified as a syndrome rather than a disease. When we see patients with MDD in clinical setting, we still use several subtypes of classical classification in order to comprehend the patient better. Psychiatrist should treat the patients with MDD according to their specific features and integrate the various information from them. For these reasons, depression is regarded as a complicated disease to identify and treat. Therefore, mental health professionals, especially psychiatrists should bu trained on these diverse characteristics of MDD and it is rccommended that the treatment of depression should be referred to a psychiatrist.
